Consumer behavior patterns of carbon neutral label using the unified theory of acceptance and use of technology

China has paid considerable attention to developing and implementing a carbon labeling system in response to increasing environmental issues such as global warming.This paper aims to provide a theoretical basis for formulating and implementing a carbon labeling system in China through a study of consumer acceptance behavior and its influencing factors.This paper constructed an extended model of consumers’acceptance behavior of carbon neutral labels based on the theories and methods of Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology(UTAUT)and analyzed the effects of five factors(carbon label cognition,performance expectancy,effort expectancy,social influence,and facilitating factors)on consumer carbon neutral label acceptance and adoption.The structural equation model analysis revealed that carbon label cognition,performance expectancy,social influence,and facilitating factors significantly,and positively impact consumers’acceptance of carbon neutral labels.Moreover,carbon label cognition,performance expectancy,and facilitating factors significantly,and positively affect consumers’carbon neutral label adoption behavior.Meanwhile,carbon label cognition,and effort expectancy have no significant impact on consumers’willingness to accept carbon neutral labels,which in turn significantly impacts consumers’carbon neutral label adoption behavior.According to the research findings,increasing the promotion of carbon labeling and improving the practical strategies and management recommendations for carbon label design are proposed. 展开更多

The complete fusion reaction of^(55)Mn+^(159)Tb was studied on the gafilled recoil separator SHANS2.Nineteen ER-α1-α2 decay chains from^(210)Th produced from the 4n evaporation channel were observed.The a-particle energy and half-life of 210Th were determined as 7922(14)keV and 14(4)ms,respectively.In addition,the decay properties of Eα=7788(14)keV and T_(1/2)=36+15-8 ms were obtained for 21Th.The measured a decay prop-erties of^(210)Th and^(211)Th were consistent with literature data.The cross sections were measured to be 0.59+035 nb and 0.19-012 nb for^(210)Th and^(211)Th,respectively.The equilibrium charge state of the recoiled nucleus^(210)Th was determined experimentally.The new data were helpful for estimating the equilibrium charge states of elements 119 and 120,which could be produced via the^(240)Pu(^(55)Mn,3n)^(292)119 and^(243)Am(^(55)Mn,3m)^(295)120 reactions,respect-ively. 展开更多

镉是我国农产品的主要重金属污染物之一。随着我国土壤重金属污染问题日益突出,包括稻米在内的农产品重金属超标时常发生。如何防控重金属在作物可食部位的积累,在保证农产品安全的同时将农田重金属进行移除修复,已成为我国农业生产急... 镉是我国农产品的主要重金属污染物之一。随着我国土壤重金属污染问题日益突出,包括稻米在内的农产品重金属超标时常发生。如何防控重金属在作物可食部位的积累,在保证农产品安全的同时将农田重金属进行移除修复,已成为我国农业生产急需解决的问题。最近,中科院上海生命科学院植物生理生态所龚继明研究组和中国水稻所钱前研究组克隆到1个特异调控镉在水稻(Oryza sativa)叶片中积累的主效QTL基因CAL1。CAL1编码1个植物防御素类似蛋白,通过与镉进行螯合,将镉从维管束木质部薄壁细胞中分泌出来,进入木质部参与长距离转运,从而定向调控镉在水稻叶片等营养器官的积累而不影响籽粒镉的积累。该研究加深了人们对重金属镉在植物体内的转运和再分配机理的认识,同时也为培育秸秆镉高积累而籽粒镉含量达标的"修复型"水稻品种提供有价值的新基因。研究成果具有重要的理论意义和应用价值。 展开更多

Tumor cells usually show abnormally high glycolysis rate to maintain the dynamic balance of energy.The growth of tumor cells can be affected by inhibiting the activity of pyruvate kinase(especially M2-type isozyme,PKM2),the rate limiting enzyme of glycolysis.This is helpful to the treatment of tumor.Herein,metal organic frameworks(MOFs) were found to inhibit the activity of PKM2.Nanoscale ZIF-8 was synthesized by standing and ultrasonic method,respectively.The ZIF-8 has the performance of inhibiting PKM2.Further research showed that the inhibition ability was attributed to zinc ion in ZIF-8.Interestingly,the IC_(50) of ZIF-8 on PKM2 was one percent of that of zinc ion.This novel enzyme inhibitor is expected to be used in cancer therapy. 展开更多
