Extreme ultraviolet(EUV)lithography with high numerical aperture(NA)is a future technology to manufacture the integrated circuit in sub-nanometer dimension.Meanwhile,source mask co-optimization(SMO)is an extensively used approach for advanced lithography process beyond 28 nm technology node.This work proposes a novel SMO method to improve the image fidelity of high-NA EUV lithography system.A fast high-NA EUV lithography imaging model is established first,which includes the effects of mask three-dimensional structure and anamorphic magnification.Then,this paper develops an efficient SMO method that combines the gradient-based mask optimization algorithm and the compressivesensing-based source optimization algorithm.A mask rule check(MRC)process is further proposed to simplify the optimized mask pattern.Results illustrate that the proposed SMO method can significantly reduce the lithography patterning error,and maintain high computational efficiency. 展开更多

AIM:To identify genetic defects in a Chinese family with congenital posterior polar cataracts and assess the pathogenicity.METHODS:A four-generation Chinese family affected with autosomal dominant congenital cataract was recruited.Nineteen individuals took part in this study including 5 affected and 14 unaffected individuals.Sanger sequencing targeted hot-spot regions of 27 congenital cataract-causing genes for variant discovery.The pathogenicity of the variant was evaluated by the guidelines of American College of Medical Genetics and InterVar software.Confocal microscopy was applied to detect the subcellular localization of fluorescence-labeled ephrin type-A receptor 2(EPHA2).Co-immunoprecipitation assay was implemented to estimate the interaction between EphA2 and other lens membrane proteins.The mRNA and protein expression were analyzed by reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction(qRT-PCR)and Western blotting assay,respectively.The cell migration was analyzed by wound healing assay.Zebrafish model was generated by ectopic expression of human EPHA2/p.R957P mutant to demonstrate whether the mutant could cause lens opacity in vivo.RESULTS:A novel missense and pathogenic variant c.2870G>C was identified in the sterile alpha motif(SAM)domain of EPHA2.Functional studies demonstrated the variant’s impact:reduced EPHA2 protein expression,altered subcellular localization,and disrupted interactions with other lens membrane proteins.This mutant notably enhanced human lens epithelial cell migration,and induced a central cloudy region and roughness in zebrafish lenses with ectopic expression of human EPHA2/p.R957P mutant under differential interference contrast(DIC)optics.CONCLUSION:Novel pathogenic c.2870G>C variant of EPHA2 in a Chinese congenital cataract family contributes to disease pathogenesis. 展开更多

目的:探讨药物浓度与疗效和不良反应之间的关系,了解赛沃替尼治疗MET14外显子跳跃突变晚期非小细胞肺癌患者的疗效和安全性。方法:回顾性分析2018年4月至2019年9月北京大学肿瘤医院收治的携带MET14外显子跳跃突变,并且接受赛沃替尼治疗... 目的:探讨药物浓度与疗效和不良反应之间的关系,了解赛沃替尼治疗MET14外显子跳跃突变晚期非小细胞肺癌患者的疗效和安全性。方法:回顾性分析2018年4月至2019年9月北京大学肿瘤医院收治的携带MET14外显子跳跃突变,并且接受赛沃替尼治疗的16例局部晚期或转移性非小细胞肺癌患者的临床资料及其血浆药物浓度,评估赛沃替尼治疗的疗效和安全性,分析药物浓度与疗效及不良反应的相关性。随访患者的无进展生存期(progression-free survival,PFS)和总生存期(overall survival,OS),采用Kaplan-Meier法计算中位PFS和OS。结果:16例患者中男性9例(56.3%),年龄范围51~84岁。肺癌病理类型包括:腺癌11例,肉瘤样癌5例,鳞癌1例。赛沃替尼的客观缓解率为50.0%(8/16),疾病控制率达到87.5%(14/16)。评效达到部分缓解患者和未达到者相比,赛沃替尼的药物谷浓度分别为77.2 ng/mL和146.7 ng/mL(P=0.06)。治疗中出现过2级以上不良反应的患者和仅出现过1级不良反应者,其药物谷浓度分别为116.5 ng/mL和93.2 ng/mL(P=0.59)。所有患者的中位PFS为8.5个月,中位OS为14.1个月。结论:赛沃替尼治疗MET基因突变非小细胞肺癌的效果较好,不良反应可耐受。常规用药剂量下,赛沃替尼的血浆药物谷浓度与疗效可能存在一定负相关,但药物浓度与不良反应的程度无明显相关性。 展开更多

Inverse design focuses on identifying photonic structures to optimize the performance of photonic devices.Conventional scalar-based inverse design approaches are insufficient to design photonic devices of anisotropic materials such as lithium niobate(LN).To the best of our knowledge,this work proposes for the first time the inverse design method for anisotropic materials to optimize the structure of anisotropic-material based photonics devices.Specifically,the orientation dependent properties of anisotropic materials are included in the adjoint method,which provides a more precise prediction of light propagation within such materials.The proposed method is used to design ultra-compact wavelength division demultiplexers in the X-cut thin-film lithium niobate(TFLN)platform.By benchmarking the device performances of our method with those of classical scalar-based inverse design,we demonstrate that this method properly addresses the critical issue of material anisotropy in the X-cut TFLN platform.This proposed method fills the gap of inverse design of anisotropic materials based photonic devices,which finds prominent applications in TFLN platforms and other anisotropicmaterial based photonic integration platforms. 展开更多

Gravity Anomaly Correction(GAC)is a very important term in leveling data processing.In most cases,it is troublesome for field surveyors to measure gravity when leveling.In this paper,based on the complete Bouguer Gravity Anomaly(BGA)map of WGM2012,the feasibility of replacing in-situ gravity surveying in China is investigated.For leveling application,that is to evaluate the accuracy of WGM2012 in China.Because WGM2012 is organized with a standard rectangle grid,two interpolation methods,bilinear interpolating and Inverse Distance Weighted(IDW)interpolating,are proposed.Four sample areas in China,i.e.,Hanzhong,Chengdu,Linzhi and Shantou,are selected to evaluate the systems bias and precision of WGM2012.Numerical results show the average system bias of WGM2012 BGA in west China is about-100.1 mGal(1 mGal=10^(-5) m/s^(2))and the standard deviation is about 30.7 mGal.Tests in Shantou indicate the system bias in plain areas is about-130.4 mGal and standard deviation is about 6.8 mGal.All these experiments means the accuracy of WGM2012 is limited in high mountain areas of western China,but in plain areas,such as Shantou,WGM2012 BGA map is quite good for most leveling applications after calibrating the system bias. 展开更多

Methods: Using CpG island Searcher software, a CpG island was found in the promoter region of the DAZ1 gene. The methylation status of this region was analyzed in sperm and leukocytes by bisulfited sequencing. Results: The methylation status of the CpG island in the DAZ1 gene promoter region differed in leukocytes and sperm: it was methylated in leukocytes, but unmethylated in sperm. Conclusion: A differentially methylated region of the DAZ1 gene exists in spermatic and somatic cells, suggesting that methylation of this region may regulate DAZ1 gene expression in different tissues. Source and mask joint optimization(SMO)is a widely used computational lithography method for state-of-the-art optical lithography process to improve the yield of semiconductor wafers.Nowadays,computational efficiency has become one of the most challenging issues for the development of pixelated SMO techniques.Recently,compressive sensing(CS)theory has be explored in the area of computational inverse problems.This paper proposes a CS approach to improve the computational efficiency of pixel-based SMO algorithms.To our best knowledge,this paper is the first to develop fast SMO algorithms based on the CS framework.The SMO workflow can be separated into two stages,i.e.,source optimization(SO)and mask optimization(MO).The SO and MO are formulated as the linear CS and nonlinear CS reconstruction problems,respectively.Based on the sparsity representation of the source and mask patterns on the predefined bases,the SO and MO procedures are implemented by sparse image reconstruction algorithms.A set of simulations are presented to verify the proposed CS-SMO methods.The proposed CS-SMO algorithms are shown to outperform the traditional gradient-based SMO algorithm in terms of both computational efficiency and lithography imaging performance. 展开更多

Mutations in the haemochromatosis gene (HFE) influence iron status in the general population of Northern Europe, and excess iron is associated with the impairment of spermatogenesis. The aim of this study is to investigate the association between three mutations (C282Y, H63D and S65C) in the HFEgene with idiopathic male infertility in the Chinese Han population. Two groups of Chinese men were recruited: 444 infertile men (including 169 with idiopathic azoospermia) and 423 controls with proven fertility. The HFEgene was detected using polymerase chain reaction-restriction fragment length polymorphism (PCR-RFLP) technique. The experimental results demonstrated that no C282Y or $65C mutations were detected. Idiopathic male infertility was not significantly associated with heterozygous H63D mutation (odds ratio=O.801, 95% confidence interval=0.452-1.421, X2=0.577, P=0.448). The H63D mutation frequency did not correlate significantly with the serum luteinizing hormone (LH), follicle-stimulating hormone (FSH) and testosterone (T) levels in infertile men (P=0.896, P=0.404 and P=O.05, respectively). Our data suggest that the HFEH63D mutation is not associated with idiopathic male reproductive dysfunction. 展开更多

The concentration of cell-free fetal DNA fragments should be detected before noninvasive prenatal testing(NIPT).The fetal DNA molecules have significant clinical potential in determining the overall performance of NIPT and clinical interpretation.It is important to measure fetal DNA fraction before NIPT.However,there is still little research on how to calculate the concentration of female fetuses.Two estimation approaches were proposed to calculate fetal DNA fraction,including the fragments size-based approach,aneuploid-based approach,which are all approaches based on chromosome segments.Based on high-throughput sequencing data,two approaches to calculate the DNA fraction of male fetuses were tested and obtained the experiment values,which were close to the actual values.The correlation coefficient of fragments size-based approach was 0.9243(P<0.0001)and the aneuploid-based approach reached 0.9339(P<0.0001).We calculated the concentration of female fetuses and obtained remarkable experimental results.We came up with two approaches for calculating the fetal DNA fraction of female fetuses.It provides an important theoretical basis for the detection of female fetal concentration in future clinical diagnosis. 展开更多

The neutron capture cross sections(n,γ)of bromine were obtained using the time-of-flight technique at the Back-n facility of the China Spallation Neutron Source.Promptγ-rays originating from neutron-induced capture events were detected using four C_(6)D_(6) detectors.The pulse-height weighting technique and double-bunch unfolding method based on Bayesian theory were used in the data analysis.Background deductions,normalization,and corrections were carefully considered to obtain reliable measurement results.The multilevel R-matrix Bayesian code SAMMY was used to extract the resonance parameters in the resolved resonance region(RRR).The average cross sections in the unresolved resonance region(URR)were obtained from 10 to 400 keV.The experimental results were compared with data from several evaluated libraries and previous experi-ments in the RRR and URR.The TALYS code was used to describe the average cross sections in the URR.The astrophysical Maxwell average cross sections(MACSs)of ^(79,81)Br from kT=5 to 100 keV were calculated over a sufficiently wide range of neutron energies.At a thermal energy of kT=30 keV,the MACS value for ^(79)Br 682±68 mb was in good agreement with the KADoNiS v1.0 recommended value.By contrast,the value of 293±29 mb for ^(81)Br was substantially higher than that of the evaluated database and the KADoNiS v1.0 recommended value. 展开更多

Background:Psychological stress has been reported to be a potential risk factor for hypertension among females,but it remains unclear whether spousal chronic stress levels alter the risk of hypertension among women.We examined the associations between stress within the family and hypertension among married women.Methods:Reproductive-aged women who were planning for pregnancy and their husbands were recruited from the National Free Pre-pregnancy Checkup Projects(NFPCP)across 31 provinces in China in 2016 and 2017.Perceived stress of wives or husbands was measured with a 5-point Likert-type scale,and assessed from three domains:work/life-related stress,economic stress,and overall stress.Multivariable-adjusted logistic regression models were used to assess the associations between stress status and the prevalence of hypertension.Results:Of 10,027,644 couples,261,098(2.60%)women had hypertension.The results showed that higher stress levels among themselves or their husbands were associated with a higher prevalence of hypertension in women(P_(for trend)<0.001).Compared with non-stressed participants,female participants with the highest stress themselves were at a greater risk of hypertension,with adjusted odds ratio(OR)of 1.31(95%confidence interval[CI]:1.25-1.37);and compared with participants whose husbands had no stress,those whose husbands had the highest stress level were at a higher risk of hypertension with adjusted OR of 1.24(95%CI:1.20-1.29).Moreover,compared with non-stressed status for both couples,only-wife-stressed,only-husband-stressed,and both-stressed couples were found to be significantly associated with increased risks of wives’hypertension,with adjusted ORs of 1.28(95%CI:1.25-1.31),1.19(95%CI:1.17-1.21),and 1.28(95%CI:1.26-1.31),respectively.Conclusion:Moderate to severe stress in both spouses might be associated with female hypertension prevalence,which highlights the importance of paying attention to the psychological stresses of couples within the family. 展开更多

Deficit of mitochondria-derived ATP during oxidative stress impairs mouse MII oocyte spindles 被引量:24

Although the role of oxidative stress in maternal aging and infertility has been suggested, the underlying mechanisms are not fully understood. The present study is designed to determine the relationship between mitochondrial function and spindle stability in metaphase II (MII) oocytes under oxidative stress. MII mouse oocytes were treated with H2O2 in the presence or absence of permeability transition pores (PTPs) blockers cyclosporin A (CsA). In addition, antioxidant N-acetylcysteine (NAC), F0/F1 synthase inhibitor oligomycin A, the mitochondria uncoupler carbonyl cyanide 4-trifluoro- methoxyphenylhydrazone (FCCP) or thapsigargin plus 2.5 mM Ca^2+ (Th+2.5 mM Ca^2+) were used in mechanistic studies. Morphologic analyses of oocyte spindles and chromosomes were performed and mitochondrial membrane potential (AWm), cytoplasmic free calcium concentration ([Ca^2+]c) and cytoplasmic ATP content within oocytes were also assayed. In a time- and H202 dose-dependent manner, disruption of meiotic spindles was found after oocytes were treated with H202, which was prevented by pre-treatment with NAC. Administration of H2O2 led to a dissipation of AWm, an increase in [Ca^2+]c and a decrease in cytoplasmic ATP levels. These detrimental responses of oocytes to H2O2 treatment could be blocked by pre-incubation with CsA. Similar to H2O2, both oligomycin A and FCCP dissipated AWm, decreased cytoplasmic ATP contents and disassembled MII oocyte spindles, while high [Ca^2+]c alone had no effects on spindle morphology. In conclusion, the decrease in mitochondria-derived ATP during oxidative stress may cause a disassembly of mouse MII oocyte spindles, presumably due to the opening of the mitochondrial PTPs. 展开更多

Silver indium cadmium(Ag–In–Cd) control rod is widely used in pressurized water reactor nuclear power plants,and it is continuously consumed in a high neutron flux environment. The mass ratio of ^(107)Ag in the Ag–In–Cd control rod is 41.44%. To accurately calculate the consumption value of the control rod, a reliable neutron reaction cross section of the ^(107)Ag is required. Meanwhile,^(107)Ag is also an important weak r nucleus. Thus, the cross sections for neutron induced interactions with ^(107)Ag are very important both in nuclear energy and nuclear astrophysics. The(n, γ) cross section of ^(107)Ag has been measured in the energy range of 1–60 eV using a back streaming white neutron beam line at China spallation neutron source. The resonance parameters are extracted by an R-matrix code. All the cross section of ^(107)Ag and resonance parameters are given in this paper as datasets. Robust detection algorithm with triple constraints for cooperative target based on spectral residual 被引量:3

The accurate detection of cooperative targets plays a key and foundational role in unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) landing autonomously. The standard method based on fixed threshold is too susceptible to both illumination variations and interference. To overcome issues above, a robust detection algorithm with triple constraints for cooperative targets based on spectral residual (TCSR) is proposed. Firstly, by designing an asymmetric cooperative target, which comprises red background, green H and triangle target, the captured original image is converted into a Lab color space, whose saliency map is yielded by constructing the spectral residual. Then, the triple constraints are developed according to the prior knowledge of the cooperative target. Finally, the salient region in saliency map is considered as the cooperative target, and it meets the triple constraints. Experimental results in complex environments show that the proposed TCSR outperforms the standard methods in higher detection accuracy and lower false alarm rate. 展开更多
