目的探讨降钙素原(procalcitonin,PCT)、纤维蛋白(原)降解产物(fibrin and fibrinogen degradation products,FDP)、C-反应蛋白(C-reactive protein,CRP)联合检测在儿童脓毒血症中的临床应用价值。方法选取2015年5月~2016年6月在本院...目的探讨降钙素原(procalcitonin,PCT)、纤维蛋白(原)降解产物(fibrin and fibrinogen degradation products,FDP)、C-反应蛋白(C-reactive protein,CRP)联合检测在儿童脓毒血症中的临床应用价值。方法选取2015年5月~2016年6月在本院儿科、ICU住院的33例脓毒血症患者,一般感染者35例为观察组,另随机抽取健康体检儿童35例为对照组,分别采用双抗体夹心免疫化学发光法、免疫比浊法检测血清PCT、FDP、CRP水平。结果脓毒血症组PCT、FDP、C R P明显高于一般感染组和正常对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),一般感染组C R P与正常对照组的差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),PCT、FDP的差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),脓毒血症组随着急诊脓毒症死亡风险(mortality in emergency department sepsis,MEDS)评分的增加,PCT、FDP、CRP水平增高(P<0.05)。结论血清PCT、FDP、CRP是感染的重要指标,联合检测有助于更加准确的预测儿童脓毒血症的病情进展,具有很好的临床应用价值。展开更多

In the present report, the Zm RHCP1 gene encoding a putative RING-HC protein was isolated from maize and characterized. The Zm RHCP1 protein contained 310 amino acid residues with a conserved RINGHC zinc-finger motif and two transmembrane(TM) domains. Zm RHCP1 was expressed ubiquitously in various organs(root, stem, leaf, seedling, immature ear, and tassel), but its transcript levels were higher in vegetative organs than in reproductive organs. Moreover, the expression pattern of Zm RHCP1 in brace roots indicated that Zm RHCP1 functions in brace root initiation. In addition, Zm RHCP1 expression was regulated by abiotic stresses. The expression results suggested that Zm RHCP1 plays important roles in brace root development and abiotic stress responses. The findings of the present study provide important information to help us understand the function of Zm RHCP1 in maize.展开更多
