目的 分析以急性多发性脑梗死为主要表现的特鲁索综合征(Trousseau’s syndrome,TS)的临床及影像学特征。方法回顾分析2019年12月至2021年12月阜阳市人民医院神经内科收治的3例以急性多发性脑梗死为主要表现的TS病人的临床资料,并结合... 目的 分析以急性多发性脑梗死为主要表现的特鲁索综合征(Trousseau’s syndrome,TS)的临床及影像学特征。方法回顾分析2019年12月至2021年12月阜阳市人民医院神经内科收治的3例以急性多发性脑梗死为主要表现的TS病人的临床资料,并结合相关文献分析该病的临床和影像特征。结果 其中男1例,女2例;发病年龄范围为52~85岁;3例病人D-二聚体均明显升高;头颅MRI均显示为以“三流域征”为特点的急性多发性脑梗死;伴腹腔转移瘤1例,伴静脉系统血栓2例;1例予低分子肝素抗凝+双抗抗血小板聚集,2例予低分子肝素抗凝治疗。结论 急性多发性脑梗死是TS的一个重要表现;对于不符合血管分布的急性多发性脑梗死,病因需考虑恶性肿瘤所致高凝状态可能;D-D是诊断TS的重要线索。 展开更多

Development of a high-performance bifunctional catalyst is essential for the actual implementation of zinc-air batteries in practical applications.Herein,a bifunctional cathode of Co_(3)S_(4)/FeS heterogeneous nanoparticles embedded in Co/Fe single-atom-loaded nitrogen-doped carbon nanosheets is designed.Cobalt-iron sulfides and single atomic sites with Co-N_(4)/Fe-N_(4)configurations are confirmed to coexist on the carbon matrix by EXAFS spectroscopy.3D self-supported super-hydrophobic multiphase composite cathode provides abundant active sites and facilitates gas–liquid-solid three-phase interface reactions,resulting in excellent electrocatalytic activity and batteries performance,i.e.,an OER overpotential(η_(10))of 260 mV,a half-wave potential(E_(1/2))of 0.872 V for ORR,aΔE of 0.618 V,and a discharge power density of 170 mW cm^(−2),a specific capacity of 816.3 mAh g^(−1).DFT analysis shows multiphase coupling of sulfide heterojunction through single-atomic metal doped carbon nanosheets reduces offset on center of electronic density of states before and after oxygen adsorption,and spin density of adsorbed oxygen with same spin orientation,leading to weakened charge/spin interactions between adsorbed oxygen and substrate,and a lowered oxygen adsorption energy to accelerate OER/ORR. 展开更多

目的:探讨头皮机械刺激(SMS),作用机理与头针相似,对脑低灌注大鼠脑水肿的脑保护作用。方法:首先,我们通过测量皮肤温度和脑血流量来筛选SMS的强度。接下来,我们观察了头皮机械刺激对2-VO模型大鼠脑血流量、脑水肿和相关病理学改变的脑... 目的:探讨头皮机械刺激(SMS),作用机理与头针相似,对脑低灌注大鼠脑水肿的脑保护作用。方法:首先,我们通过测量皮肤温度和脑血流量来筛选SMS的强度。接下来,我们观察了头皮机械刺激对2-VO模型大鼠脑血流量、脑水肿和相关病理学改变的脑保护作用。利用免疫组化和免疫印迹法检测神经凋亡相关蛋白(caspase-3、cleaved-caspase-3)和脑水肿相关蛋白(GFAP和AQP4)的表达差异。随后分析神经细胞凋亡与AQP4蛋白水平的相关性。结果:0.5 N为最适合本研究的刺激强度。与对照组相比,0.5 N、1 N、2 N组均可以维持头皮温度,改善脑血流量(均P<0.05)。SMS干预显著增加了2-VO大鼠脑血流量,降低脑含水量(P<0.001和P=0.0449)。与2-VO组相比,SMS组大鼠海马CA1区caspase-3阳性细胞数(P=0.0086)和cleavedcaspase-3阳性细胞数(P=0.036)显著减少,与caspase-3蛋白表达水平(P=0.019)相似。与sham组比较,2-VO组大鼠GFAP和AQP4表达增高(P=0.0369和P=0.0142),SMS组大鼠GFAP和AQP4表达明显降低(P=0.0484和P=0.0229)。AQP4与caspase-3、cleavedcaspase-3的表达呈正相关(R2=0.6071/R2=0.8500)。结论:本研究揭示了SMS改善脑低灌注的最佳强度及其可能的作用机制。SMS可能是一种简便、有前景的预防缺血性卒中和认知障碍的方法。 展开更多

目的 分析中国缺血性脑卒中亚分类(CISS)分型中穿支动脉病变型脑梗死进展的危险因素,为穿支动脉病变型脑梗死进展预测提供帮助。方法 回顾性连续收集穿支动脉病变型脑梗死患者病例资料,根据美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表(NIHSS)评分评估... 目的 分析中国缺血性脑卒中亚分类(CISS)分型中穿支动脉病变型脑梗死进展的危险因素,为穿支动脉病变型脑梗死进展预测提供帮助。方法 回顾性连续收集穿支动脉病变型脑梗死患者病例资料,根据美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表(NIHSS)评分评估患者病情是否进展,应用统计学分析可能影响穿支动脉病变型脑梗死进展的危险因素。结果 共纳入310例研究对象,其中进展组92例(29.7%),非进展组218例(70.3%)。单因素分析显示,入院时收缩压、入院时舒张压、入院时NIHSS评分、颅内血管轻度狭窄例数差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。多因素二元Logistic回归分析显示入院时舒张压(OR=1.027,95%CI 1.000~1.054,P=0.046)、入院时NIHSS评分(OR=1.171,95%CI 1.030~1.331,P=0.016)及颅内血管轻度狭窄例数(OR=2.827,95%CI 1.637~4.881,P=0.000)为进展性穿支动脉病变型脑梗死的独立危险因素。结论 入院时舒张压、入院时NIHSS评分、颅内血管轻度狭窄例数为进展性穿支动脉病变型脑梗死的独立危险因素。 展开更多

In animals,serotonin is a neurotransmitter and mood regulator.In plants,serotonin functions in energy acquisition,tissue maintenance,delay of senescence,and response to biotic and abiotic stresses.In this study,we examined the effect of serotonin enrichment of rice endosperm on plant growth,endosperm development,and grain quality.To do so,TDCs and T5H were selected as targets for serotonin fortification.Overexpression of TDC1 or TDC3 increased serotonin accumulation relative to overexpression of T5H in rice grain.Transgenic lines of target genes driven by the Gt1 promoter showed better field performance than those driven by the Ubi promoter.Overexpression of T5H showed little effect on plant growth or grain physicochemical quality.In neuronal cell culture assays,serotonin induced neuroprotective action against apoptosis.Breeding of rice cultivars with high serotonin content may be beneficial for health and nutrition. 展开更多

Rheumatic valvular heart disease treated with traditional Chinese medicine:A case report

BACKGROUND Rheumatic heart disease(RHD)is an autoimmune disease that leads to irreversible valve damage and heart failure.Surgery is an effective treatment;however,it is invasive and carries risks,restricting its broad application.Therefore,it is essential to find alternative nonsurgical treatments for RHD.CASE SUMMARY A 57-year-old woman was assessed with cardiac color Doppler ultrasound,left heart function tests,and tissue Doppler imaging evaluation at Zhongshan Hospital of Fudan University.The results showed mild mitral valve stenosis with mild to moderate mitral and aortic regurgitation,confirming a diagnosis of rheumatic valve disease.After her symptoms became severe,with frequent ventricular tachycardia and supraventricular tachycardia>200 beats per minute,her physicians recommended surgery.During a 10-day preoperative waiting period,the patient asked to be treated with traditional Chinese medicine.After 1 week of this treatment,her symptoms improved significantly,including resolution of the ventricular tachycardia,and the surgery was postponed pending further follow-up.At 3-month follow-up,color Doppler ultrasound showed mild mitral valve stenosis with mild mitral and aortic regurgitation.Therefore,it was determined that no surgical treatment was required.CONCLUSION Traditional Chinese medicine treatment effectively relieves symptoms of RHD,particularly mitral valve stenosis and mitral and aortic regurgitation. 展开更多

Objective:To explore the mechanism and related active components of Yishen Daluo decoction(YSDLD)in treating multiple sclerosis(MS).Methods:Targets of YSDLD were collected through the TCMSP,Chemistry,and TCMID databases.The MS targets were collected through OMIM,DrugBank,Gencards,TTD,and Pharmgkb databases.We built“componentetarget”network diagrams and proteineprotein interaction(PPI)diagrams and performed topological analysis.The targets were subjected to GO and KEGG enrichment analysis.Molecular docking verification was conducted on selected targets and molecules.Finally,in vitro experiments were con-ducted.BV2 cells were induced by lipopolysaccharide for model establishment.CCK8 experiment was conducted to explore the effect of YSDLD and RT-qPCR technology was used to explore the expression of key targets.Results:There were 184 active components in YSDLD and 898 targets of its action.There were 940 MS targets,and 215 targets were shared by YSDLD and MS.According to the“componentetarget”diagram,the top five key components included quercetin,kaempferol,beta-sitosterol,stigmasterol,and nar-ingenin.IL-6,IL-1 b,TNF-α,AKT1,and VEGFA were the important targets identified by PPI network to-pology analysis.A total of 564 functions were identified by GO enrichment analysis(P<0.01),mainly involving inflammatory response,hypoxia response,plasma membrane,neuronal cell body,protein phosphatase binding,and cytokine activity.KEGG enrichment analysis enriched 98 pathways(P<.01).YSDLD at the concentration of 20 m g/mL had no effect on BV2 cells.RT-qPCR indicated that YSDLD at the concentrations of 15 m g/mL and 20 m g/mL alleviated LPS-induced inflammatory injury and lowered the content of inflammatory factors(P<0.05).Conclusion:In this paper,the network pharmacology and in vitro experiments were used to explore the potential mechanism of YSDLD in treating MS.The research provides a good basis for the development of YSDLD and drugs for MS in future. 展开更多

Methods: BALB/c nude mice were collected as experimental animal and were randomly divided into model control group(Group A), tail intravenous injection of cisplatin group(Group B), intratumor injection of cisplatin group(Group C) and cisplatin implants treatment group(Group D). After the drugs intervening, the weight and volume of transplantation tumors were measured on Day 20, Day 30 and Day 40 and serum and KLK7 and E-cad contents in transplanted tumor tissue were examined. Results: On Day 20, Day 30 and Day 40 after treatment, the weight and volume of transplantation tumors of tumorbearing mice in four groups were different(Group A > Group B > Group C > Group D). The contents of KLK-7 and E-cad in tumor tissue and serum of tumor-bearing mice in four groups were different(Group A > Group B > Group C > Group D in KLK-7) and(Group A < Group B < Group C < Group D in E-cad). The weight and volume, and KLK7 and E-cad contents of transplantation tumors in four groups were significant difference(P<0.05). Conclusion: Cisplatin implants can inhibit the growth of transplanted tumor tissue and down-regulated KLK7 expression and up-regulated E-cad expression of tumor-bearing mice with gastric 展开更多

How-ever, its mechanism of action re... Tongluojiunao (TLJN) is an herbal medicine consisting of two main components, geniposide and ginsenoside Rg1. TLJN has been shown to protect primary cultured hippocampal neurons. How-ever, its mechanism of action remains unclear. In the present study, primary cultured hippocampal neurons treated with Aβ1-42 (10 μmol/L) signiifcantly increased the release of lactate dehydroge-nase, which was markedly reduced by TLJN (2 μL/mL), speciifcally by the component geniposide (26 μmol/L), but not ginsenoside Rg1 (2.5 μmol/L). hTe estrogen receptor inhibitor, ICI182780 (1 μmol/L), did not block TLJN-or geniposide-mediated decrease of lactate dehydrogenase under Aβ1-42-exposed conditions. However, the phosphatidyl inositol 3-kinase or mitogen-activated protein kinase pathway inhibitor, LY294002 (50 μmol/L) or U0126 (10 μmol/L), respectively blo cked the decrease of lactate dehydrogenase mediated by TLJN or geniposide. hTerefore, these results suggest that the non-classical estrogen pathway (i.e., phosphatidyl inositol 3-kinase or mitogen-activated protein kinase) is involved in the neuroprotective effect of TLJN, speciifcally its component, geniposide, against Aβ1-42-mediated cell death in primary cultured hippocampal neurons. 展开更多

Objective:To explore the expression and clinical significance of DKK-1 protein in patients with gastric cancers.Methods:Enzyme linked imtnuno sorbent assay was used to detect expressions of serum DKK-1 protein in 90 cases of gastric cancers,50 cases of gastric benign disease and 40 healthy cases.The dynamic change in serum DKK-1 protein of gastric cancer patients who accepted radical operation for a month was also observed.Results:The expression of serum DKK-1 protein in gastric cancer groups was significantly higher than that in gastric benign group's(P<0.01) and in health control(P<0.01).Serum DKK 1 level was increased gradually along with the progress of the disease.Serum DKK 1 levels were significantly higher in patients at TNM staging Ⅲ and Ⅳ than patients at TNM staging Ⅰ andⅡ.Level of serum DKK-1 was related to microvascular invasion,differentiation degree and infiltration depth.Level of serum DKK-1 was significantly reduced in patients after radical surgery(P<0.01).Conclusions:The expression of serum DKK-1 protein in gastric cancer patients is increased.Level of serum DKK-1 is related to TNM staging,microvascular invasion,differentiation degree and infiltration depth.DKK-1 detection can be used as a reference index in monitoring gastric cancer progress and biological behavior. 展开更多

目的分享1例极少见的Wallenberg综合征的变异型(两侧面部及同侧下肢麻木)病人,为大家的医疗诊治给予一定的帮助。方法回顾性分析2019年6月1日阜阳市人民医院收治的1例延髓背外侧梗死病人的病因、机制、症状体征、检验检查、用药情况及... 目的分享1例极少见的Wallenberg综合征的变异型(两侧面部及同侧下肢麻木)病人,为大家的医疗诊治给予一定的帮助。方法回顾性分析2019年6月1日阜阳市人民医院收治的1例延髓背外侧梗死病人的病因、机制、症状体征、检验检查、用药情况及治疗效果等,参阅各种Wallenberg综合征相关文献,详细分析了该类疾病的病因、少见症状、体征、解剖学特点及其机制。结果病人主诉声嘶、双下肢乏力3 h。入院诊断为延髓背外侧梗死、冠心病、心房颤动、心功能不全2级、高血压病2级(极高危)、2型糖尿病、丙型肝炎。予以静脉溶栓、抗栓、调脂固斑、保护脑组织、扩容、补液、改善微循环等处理。出院时病人病情明显改善。本病例除具有经典Wallenberg综合征临床表现外,还具有罕见的两侧面部及同侧下肢麻木,同侧面部周围性瘫痪,同侧舌下神经损伤等临床表现。结论Wallenberg综合征病人临床特点及其解剖结构极其复杂,且相关机制有待进一步阐明。 展开更多

AIM: To evaluate the receptor protein which can specifically bind to β2GPⅠon the membrane of hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) cell line SMMC-7721, and to study the biological function of the receptor.METHODS: Through β2GPⅠ-affinity chromatography column, the peptid-polysome-mRNA complex, which can specially bind to β2GPⅠ, stayed with the column and was separated from the whole polysome of liver cells, and then eluted and collected. Using cDNA synthesis kit and cDNA PCR kit, the corresponding cDNA was obtained and sequenced. RT-PCR was used to amplify annexinⅡ, and flow cytometry was used to study the competitive binding of annexinⅡ with β2GPⅠto SMMC-7721.RESULTS: A total of 1.1 kb of the cDNA fragment of the specific binding protein of β2GPⅠon liver cell membrane was obtained. The sequence of cDNA shared high homology with human annexinⅡ (98%). AnnexinⅡ was expressed on the membrane of SMMC-7721, and could compete with β2GPⅠfor combining with SMMC-7721.CONCLUSION: The receptor for β2GPⅠon membrane of SMMC-7721 cells is annexinⅡ, which might bridge HBV to infect hepatocytes. 展开更多

BACKGROUND Cesarean scar molar pregnancy is extremely rare,but the incidence has been rising due to the continuous increase in the rate of cesarean section.The presence of a hydatidiform mole in the scar left on the uterus by the procedure may lead to severe complications.We performed a literature review and found only seven reported cases of cesarean scar molar pregnancy.Accurate diagnosis and appropriate treatment are extremely important for the patients’prognosis.CASE SUMMARY A 35-year-old woman,gravida 4,para 1,complained of vaginal bleeding lasting more than 1 mo and amenorrhea lasting more than 2 mo.The patient’s serum human chorionic gonadotropin was 4287800 IU/L.Ultrasound showed a 11.5 cm×7.5 cm mass at the anterior lower wall of the uterus.The patient underwent suction evacuation,and partial grape-like tissue mixed with blood clots was removed.Uterine arterial embolization was performed to control intraoperative and postoperative bleeding.Histological examination confirmed the presence of a hydatidiform mole in uterine scar.After surgery,there was still a mass with heterogeneous intensity near the isthmus of the uterus on magnetic resonance imaging.The patient then underwent chemotherapy.During the 6-mo follow-up period,the mass disappeared and the serum human chorionic gonadotropin level gradually decreased to normal level.CONCLUSION We report a case of cesarean scar molar pregnancy successfully cured by comprehensive treatment.We found that cesarean scar molar pregnancy was subject to intraoperative bleeding,and uterine arterial embolization before surgery may be helpful. 展开更多

Methane(CH_(4))is an important greenhouse gas second only to CO_(2)in terms of its greenhouse effect.Vegetation plays an important role in controlling soil CH_(4)fluxes,but the spatial variability of soil CH_(4)fluxes during vegetation restoration in Loess Hilly Region(LHR)is not fully understood.The effects of different plant community types[Medicago sativa grassland(MS);Xanthoceras sorbifolium forestland(XS);Caragana korshinskii bushland(CK);Hippophae rhamnoides shrubland(HR);and Stipa bungeana grassland(SB)]on soil CH_(4)flux in LHR were studied via the static chamber technique.The results showed that the five plant community types were sinks of soil CH_(4)in LHR,the plant community type significantly affected the soil CH_(4)flux,and the average CH_(4)uptake from high to low was in SB,HR,CK,MS,and XS.During the whole study period,the soil CH_(4)flux showed similar interannual variation.The maximum absorption of soil CH_(4)appeared in the growing season,while the minimum appeared in winter.Soil CH_(4)uptake was positively correlated with soil temperature and soil moisture.Soil temperature and moisture are important controlling factors for the temporal variability of soil CH_(4)flux.In LHR,the Stipa bungeana grassland is the more suitable plant community type for reducing soil CH_(4)emissions.In the process of vegetation restoration in LHR,the soil CH_(4)absorption potential of different plant community types should be considered,ecological benefits should be taken into account,and vegetation more suitable for mitigating the greenhouse effect should be selected. 展开更多

Western China features a vast area of mountains and high plateaus where millions of people,including diverse ethnic minority groups,have inhabited for generations.Geographically located in the mountainous,remote,and isolated regions,rural communities are prone to natural hazards and thus become vulnerable to impoverishment.To reduce rural vulnerability,many people residing in mountainous villages opted to out-migrate from their original villages and hometowns while some took in-situ adaptation measures.A host of government-sponsored resettlement programs have been carried out to help rural villagers seek alternative livelihoods elsewhere over the past four decades.To achieve a sustainable future for rural communities in mountainous areas of western China,more effective policies and measures need to be developed and enforced. 展开更多
