To study the three-dimensional spatial and temporal distributions of dust in tunneling roadways,and to solve the problems of inadequate time and limited number of monitoring points,this paper designs a device for the ...To study the three-dimensional spatial and temporal distributions of dust in tunneling roadways,and to solve the problems of inadequate time and limited number of monitoring points,this paper designs a device for the real-time monitoring and storage of data on the concentrations of dust at multiple measuring points in the same section of a tunnel.The proposed device can measure the total concentration of dust and that of respirable dust in real time at different instances and locations,and using different working procedures.These measurements are used to study the temporal and spatial migration of dust.The results show that there was a sharp fluctuation zone 0–25 m from the heading face,about 25–40 m was high speed subsidence,beyond 40 m was gentle subsidence,The change of respiratory dust is much smoother.At different distances from the heading face,the total dust concentration exhibited a process of“violent oscillation–rapid descent–stable descent,”while the respirable dust exhibited a process of“fluctuating ascent–gradual subsidence.”Changes in the concentrations of total dust and respirable dust dust were consistent at different positions in the same section of the tunnel.The concentration of dust near the wall was low,and those along the sidewalk and air duct of the roadway were slightly higher than in the middle.The concentration of dust farther down the air duct decreased more slowly than that in the remaining lines of measurement.Small amounts of dust featuring large particles settled quickly.High concentrations of dust were observed to be intermittent,and the background value of dust concentration within 100 m of heading face was between 0.5 and 3 mg/m3.展开更多
The Haiyuan-Liupanshan fault, an active tec- tonic feature at the Tibetan Plateau's northeastern bound- ary, was ruptured by two M8 earthquakes (1920 and 1927) bracketing an unbroken section (the Tianzhu seismic ...The Haiyuan-Liupanshan fault, an active tec- tonic feature at the Tibetan Plateau's northeastern bound- ary, was ruptured by two M8 earthquakes (1920 and 1927) bracketing an unbroken section (the Tianzhu seismic gap). A high seismic hazard is expected along the gap. To monitor deformation characteristics and do a seismic risk assessment, we made measurements at two newly built campaign-mode Global Positioning System (GPS) stations and 13 pre-existing stations in 2013 and 2014. Adding existing data from 1999 to 2014, we derived a new velocity field. Based on the horizontal velocity, we used three block models to invert the deformation of four crustal blocks. The results suggest non-uniform deformation in the interior of the Lanzhou block, the Ordos block and the Alaxan block, but uniform deformation in the Qilian block. Fault slip rates derived from block models show a decreasing trend from west to east, (2.0-3.2 mm/a on the Haiyuan fault to 0.9-1.5 mm/a on the Liupanshan fault). The Haiyuan fault evidences sinistral striking-slip movement, while the Liupanshan fault is primarily thrusting due to transformation of the displacement between the strike-slip and crustal shortening. The locking depth of each seg- ment along the Haiyuan fault obtained by fitting the fault parallel velocities varies drastically from west to east (21.8-7.1 km). The moment accumulation rate, calculated using the slip rate and locking depth, is positively corre- lated with the locking depth. Given the paucity of large seismic events during the previous millennium, the Tuo- laishan segment and the Maomaoshan segment have higher likelihood of nucleation for a future event.展开更多
Objective:To investigate the clinical characteristics of preterm delivery and full-term delivery in pregnant women with gestational diabetes mellitus(GDM).Methods:Women who were diagnosed with GDM by 75 g glucose tole...Objective:To investigate the clinical characteristics of preterm delivery and full-term delivery in pregnant women with gestational diabetes mellitus(GDM).Methods:Women who were diagnosed with GDM by 75 g glucose tolerance test(OGTT)between 24 and 28 weeks of gestation were selected as the subjects of the study.According to the delivery time,they were divided into full-term group(n=61)and preterm group(n=42).Results:There was no statistical difference in the puerpera between preterm group and full-term group(P>0.05).The incidence of hyperhydramnios and oligohydramnios in the term group was 16.19%and 2.38%,respectively.The number of hyperhydramnios and oligohydramnios in the full-term group was lower than that in the preterm group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Prolonged gestation period can effectively reduce the incidence of polyhydramnios and oligohydramnios,and prevent premature delivery,improve the quality of blood glucose management in diabetic patients,avoid hypoglycemia and other complications,and reduce the threat to the life of pregnant women and the fetus.展开更多
Aim:To study the clinical effect and safety of iron supplementation in the treatment of mild thalassemia complicated by iron deficiency in late pregnancy.Methods:376 patients with mild thalassemia complicated by iron ...Aim:To study the clinical effect and safety of iron supplementation in the treatment of mild thalassemia complicated by iron deficiency in late pregnancy.Methods:376 patients with mild thalassemia complicated by iron deficiency in late pregnancy treated in our hospital from July 2019 to June 2021 were selected and recruited in the research group,and 200 normal pregnant women treated in the same period were selected and recruited in the control group.Hemoglobin(Hb),reticulocyte blood,red blood protein(RET he)level,ferritin(SF)level,soluble transferrin receptor(sTfR)level,adverse maternal and infant outcomes,etc.were analyzed.Results:There was no significant difference in the levels of SF,Hb,RET he and sTfR between the two groups before treatment.After treatment,the levels of SF,Hb,RET he and sTfR in the research group were significantly improved,which was statistically significant compared with the control group.The frequencies of intrapartum hemorrhage,premature delivery,stillbirth,hemorrhagic shock,and neonatal asphyxia in the research group were 289±47.88,36(9.57%),0(0.00%),25(6.65%),and 6(1.26%),respectively.The frequencies of intrapartum hemorrhage,premature delivery,stillbirth,hemorrhagic shock,and neonatal asphyxia in the control group were 284±46.99,7(3.50%),0(0.00%),6(3.00%),and 0(0.00%),respectively.There were significant differences in preterm delivery and hemorrhagic shock,and there was no significant difference in other delivery outcomes.Conclusions:Under the premise of strictly controlling the iron reserve in pregnant women,continuous medication until the end of delivery may be conducive to the control of maternal thalassemia complicated by iron deficiency and the improvement of pregnancy outcome.展开更多
