To develop new types of efficient and durable catalysts, it is critical to identify the catalytic active sites, surface intermediates, and reaction mechanisms to reveal the relationship between the active sites and catalytic performance. However, the structure of a heterogeneous catalyst usually dynamically changes during reaction, bringing a great challenge for the identification of catalytic active sites and reaction pathways. Therefore, in-situ/operando techniques have been employed to real-time monitor the dynamic evolution of the structure of active sites under actual reaction conditions to precisely build the structure–function relationship. Here, we review the recent progress in the application of various in-situ/operando techniques in identifying active sites for catalytic conversion of CO_(2) over heterogeneous catalysts. We systematically summarize the applications of various optical and X-ray spectroscopy techniques, including Raman spectroscopy, Fourier transform infrared (FTIR) spectroscopy, X-ray diffraction (XRD), X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS), and X-ray absorption spectroscopy (XAS), in identifying active sites and determining reaction mechanisms of the CO_(2) thermochemical conversion with hydrogen and light alkanes over heterogeneous catalysts. Finally, we discuss challenges and opportunities for the development of in-situ characterization in the future to further enlarge the capability of these powerful techniques.展开更多

In the present study, anodic oxidation of ammonia and cathodic reduction of by-products were achieved, especially with Cu/Zn as cathode. In the presence of 1.0 g/L NaCl the ammonia-N decreased from 100.0 to 0 after 120 min electrolysis at current density of 30 mA/cm2, and no nitrite was detected in the treated solution. The lowest amount of nitrate was formed with Cu/Zn as cathode during electrolysis due to its high reduction ability. Initial pH range from 7 and 9 and uncontrolled temperature were favorable for electrochemical ammonia oxidation and the ammonia oxidation rates with Cu/Zn cathode was higher than that with Ti and Fe cathode. The reduction rate increased with increasing current density in the range of 5 - 50 mA/cm2. As ammonia could be completely removed by the simultaneous oxidation and reduction in this study, it is suitable for deep treatment of ammonia polluted water.展开更多

Results showed that the maximum yield of total flavonoids (6.1% ) was obtained from mulberry leaves with addition of 45 times the volume of water by ultrasonic extraction at 55 ℃ for three times, 55 min each. According to the verification test, the optimized technical process was reasonable and feasible with high stability.
文摘Electrochemical oxidation of ammonia was studied with an objective to enhance the selectivity of ammonia to nitrogen gas and to remove the by-products in an undivided electrochemical cell, in which various cathodes and Ti/RuO 2-Pt anode were assembled. As ammonia could be completely removed by the simultaneous oxidation and reduction in this study, it is suitable for deep treatment of ammonia polluted water.

文摘Coconut(Cocos nucifera L.)is a member of the palm tree family(Arecaceae)and the only living species of the genus Cocos. In this paper, the regulatory relationship pathways between multiple transcription factors and functional genes were identified by combining ATAC-seq and RNAseq in coconut endosperm at four different developmental stages(fruit after pollination:7 months,8 months,9 months and 10 months, respectively). The results indicated that the peaks detected in the promoter-TSS area accounted for the largest proportion(11.99%)in the third stage. These results suggest that the chromatin open region of cells in this period is more functional and that there are more functional genes with active transcription. In addition,a large number of potential regulatory relationships between transcription factors and functional genes were detected via bioinformatics analysis at the genomic level.Among them,CnGATA20 was predicted to be an important transcription factor with a binding site on the promoter region of the CnOLE18 gene. The regulatory pathway by which CnGATA20 positively regulates the expression of CnOLE18 was further confirmed by yeast one-hybrid,protoplast transient expression and dual-luciferase reporter system experiments. The results provide a new research strategy for exploring the regulation at both the transcriptional and posttranscriptional levels during coconut endosperm growth and development.

文摘During spaceflight, the cardiovascular system undergoes remarkable adaptation to microgravity and faces the risk of cardiac remodeling. Therefore, the effects and mechanisms of microgravity on cardiac morphology, physiology, metabolism, and cellular biology need to be further investigated.Since China started constructing the China Space Station(CSS)in 2021,we have taken advantage of the Shenzhou-13 capsule to send human pluripotent stem cell-derived cardiomyocytes(hPSC-CMs)to the Tianhe core module of the CSS.In this study,hPSC-CMs subjected to space microgravity showed decreased beating rate and abnormal intracellular calcium cycling.Metabolomic and transcriptomic analyses revealed a battery of metabolic remodeling of hPSC-CMs in spaceflight, especially thiamine metabolism. The microgravity condition blocked the thiamine intake in hPSC-CMs.The decline of thiamine utilization under microgravity or by its antagonistic analog amprolium affected the process of the tricarboxylic acid cycle. It decreased ATP production, which led to cytoskeletal remodeling and calcium homeostasis imbalance in hPSC-CMs.More importantly,in vitro and in vivo studies suggest that thiamine supplementation could reverse the adaptive changes induced by simulated microgravity. This study represents the first astrobiological study on the China Space Station and lays a solid foundation for further aerospace biomedical research. These data indicate that intervention of thiamine-modified metabolic reprogramming in human cardiomyocytes during spaceflight might be a feasible countermeasure against microgravity.

文摘Aging biomarkers are a combination of biological parameters to(i)assess age-related changes,(ii)track the physiological aging process, and(iii)predict the transition into a pathological status.Although a broad spectrum of aging biomarkers has been developed, their potential uses and limitations remain poorly characterized. An immediate goal of biomarkers is to help us answer the following three fundamental questions in aging research:How old are we?Why do we get old?And how can we age slower? This review aims to address this need. Here,we summarize our current knowledge of biomarkers developed for cellular, organ, and organismal levels of aging, comprising six pillars:physiological characteristics, medical imaging, histological features, cellular alterations, molecular changes, and secretory factors. To fulfill all these requisites,we propose that aging biomarkers should qualify for being specific, systemic, and clinically relevant.

文摘Aiming at the problem of high-precision interception of air-maneuvering targets with impact time constraints, this paper proposes a novel guidance law based on a nonlinear virtual relative model in which the origin is attached to the target. In this way,the original maneuvering target is transformed into a stationary one.A polynomial function of the guidance command in the range domain with two unknown coefficients is introduced into the virtual model, one of the coefficients is determined to achieve the impact time constraint, and the other is determined to satisfy a newly defined virtual look angle constraint. For meeting the terminal constraints simultaneously, the guidance command can finally be obtained. The resulting solution is represented as a combination of proportional navigation guidance-like term which is aimed to meet the zero miss distance constraint,a bias term for impact time control by adjusting the length of the homing trajectory, and an additional term for target maneuvers.Numerous simulations demonstrate that the proposed law achieves an acceptable impact time error for various initial conditions against different types of maneuvering targets and shows more effective performance in comparison with those of other existing guidance laws.

文摘Porous tantalum-titanium-niobium-zirconium(Ta-Ti-Nb-Zr)bio-high entropy alloy(bioHEA)scaffolds are fabricated using direct ink writing 3D printing technology in this study.A composite ink is prepared using four metal powders as raw materials:Ta,Ti,Nb and Zr.Ink extrusion is used to build 3D scaf-folds with interconnected porous structures at room temperature, which are then sintered in a vacuum environment. The interdiffusion of metal elements yields porous bioHEA scaffolds with a body-centered cubic(BCC)structure. The fabricated scaffolds have uniform compositions with a significant alloying ef-fect and good biocompatibility. The scaffolds have a compressive strength of 70.08-149.95 MPa and an elastic modulus of 0.18-0.64 GPa,indicating that the mechanical properties can be controlled over a wide range. The scaffolds have a compressive strength close to that of human cortical bone and thus meet the requirements for porous structure characteristics and biological and mechanical properties of orthopedic implants.

文摘Memtransistor,a multi-terminal device that combines both the characteristics of a memristor and a transistor, has been intensively studied in two-dimensional layered materials(2 DLM),which show potential for applications in such as neuromorphic computation. However, while often based on the migration of ions or atomic defects in the conduction channels, performances of memtransistors suffer from the poor reliability and tunability.Furthermore, those known 2 DLM-based memtransistors are mostly constructed in a lateral manner, which hinders the further increasing of the transistor densities per area.Until now, fabricating non-atomic-diffusion based memtransistors with vertical structure remains challenging. Here,we demonstrate a vertically-integrated ferroelectric memristor by hetero-integrating the 2 D ferroelectric materials CuInP_(2)S_(6)(CIPS)into a graphite/CuInP_(2)S_(6)/MoS_(2)vertical heterostructure.Memristive behaviour and multi-level resistance states were realized.Essential synaptic behaviours including excitatory postsynaptic current,paired-pulse-facilitation,and spike-amplitude-dependent plasticity are successfully mimicked. Moreover,by applying a gate potential, the memristive behaviour and synaptic features can be effectively gate tuned. Our findings pave the way for the realization of novel gate-tunable ferroelectric synaptic devices with the capability to perform complex neural functions.
