To better understand the role of the-NH_(2)group in adsorption process of phenolic wastewaters,NH_(2)-functionalized MIL-53(Al)composites with activated carbon(NH_(2)-M(Al)@(B)AC)were prepared.The results showed that ...To better understand the role of the-NH_(2)group in adsorption process of phenolic wastewaters,NH_(2)-functionalized MIL-53(Al)composites with activated carbon(NH_(2)-M(Al)@(B)AC)were prepared.The results showed that the-NH_(2)group could increase the mesopore volume for composites,which promotes mass transfer and full utilization of active sites,because hierarchical mesopore structure makes the adsorbent easier to enter the internal adsorption sites.Furthermore,the introduction of the-NH_(2)group can improve the adsorption capacity,decrease the activation energy,and enhance the interaction between the adsorbent and p-nitrophenol,demonstrating that the-NH_(2)group plays a crucial role in the adsorption of p-nitrophenol.The density functional theory calculation results show that the H-bond interaction between the-NH_(2)group in the adsorbent and the-NO_(2)in the p-nitrophenol(adsorption energy of -35.5 kJ·mol^(-1)),and base-acid interaction between the primary-NH_(2)group in the adsorbent and the acidic-OH group in the p-nitrophenol(adsorption energy of -27.3 kJ·mol^(-1))are predominant mechanisms for adsorption in terms of the NH_(2)-functionalized adsorbent.Both NH_(2)-functionalized M(Al)@AC and M(Al)@BAC composites exhibited higher p-nitrophenol adsorption capacity than corresponding nonfunctionalized composites.Among the composites,the NH_(2)-M(Al)@BAC had the highest p-nitrophenol adsorption capacity of 474 mg·g^(-1).展开更多

With the recent development of high entropy materials, an alternative approach to develop advanced functional materials with distinctive properties that show improved values compared to conventional materials has been...With the recent development of high entropy materials, an alternative approach to develop advanced functional materials with distinctive properties that show improved values compared to conventional materials has been provided. The high entropy concept was later successfully transferred to metal fluorides and high entropy fluorides(HEFs) were successfully synthesized. Owing to their high theoretical specific capacities in energy storage applications, HEFs were utilized as cathode materials for lithiumion batteries(LIBs) and their underlying storage mechanisms were investigated. Instead of a step-bystep reduction of each individual metal cation, the HEFs seem to exhibit a single-step reduction process,indicating a solid solution compound instead of merely a mixture of different metal fluorides. It was also observed that the electrochemical behavior of the HEFs depends on each individual incorporated element. Therefore, by altering the elemental composition, new materials that exhibit improved electrochemical properties can be designed. Remarkably, HEFs with seven incorporated metal elements exhibited a better cycling stability as well as a lower hysteresis compared to binary metal fluorides.These findings offer new guidelines for material design and tailoring towards high performance LIBs.展开更多

Objective:To analyze the efficacy of capecitabine(referred to as Cap)single-agent maintenance therapy in the advanced breast cancer.Methods:The subjects of the study were 50 patients with advanced breast cancer who we...Objective:To analyze the efficacy of capecitabine(referred to as Cap)single-agent maintenance therapy in the advanced breast cancer.Methods:The subjects of the study were 50 patients with advanced breast cancer who were admitted to our hospital between March 2016 and March 2019.They were divided into groups A and B with 25 cases each.The subjects of these two groups were treated conventional method,respectively.And then,Capecitabine maintenance therapy was continued for group A,clinical observation for groups B.Progressionfree survival(PFS)was compared between the two groups.Results:The median PFS was 14.2 months for group A and 8.9 months for group B(P<0.05).The complication rate of group A was 24.0%compared to that of group B was 22.0%(P>0.05).Conclusion:The patients with advanced breast cancer who received Cap maintenance therapy were benefited from better curative effect and controllable complications,which has high promotion value.展开更多

However, the role of MG53 after burns in other tissues ...Mitsugumin 53 (MG53), a newly identified muscle-specific protein, is an essential component of the cell membrane repair machinery in skeletal and cardiac muscle. However, the role of MG53 after burns in other tissues remains unclear. This study aims to investigate the possible roles of MG53 in the protection of the kidney after severe burn injury, and an animal scalding model of 30% of total body surface area (TBSA) was used. Recombinant human MG53 (rhMG53) or bovine serum albumin (BSA) was injected intravenously via the tail vein. Data showed that the mortality in the MG53-treated group was lower than that in control group. Administration of rhMG53 may alleviate histological alterations in renal tubular epithelial cells after burn injury. Renal tubular injury scores and the average optical density score of kidney injury molecule-1 (KIM-1) immunohistochemical staining in the MG53-treated group were significantly lower than those in control group (P < 0.001). Exogenous rhMG53 was found to be located in renal tubular epithelial cells. Numerous polymerase I and transcript release factor (PTRF) were expressed in the mouse kidney after severe scalding. In conclusion, our data indicate that MG53 protein protects the kidney by involving local PTRF after severe burn injury.展开更多

By interacting with the thiol groups in protein, Hg2+ ions can accumulate in ways that cause serious damage to the central nervous system and threaten human health and natural environment. Undoubtedly, Hg2+ ion detection is a significant issue in environment and health monitoring. A variety of sensor platforms for Hg2+ ion detection based on organic molecules, DNA, oligonucleotides, inorganic materials, etc, have been reported. In this paper, an artificial peptide PHg, with a cluster bio-mineralize sequence(CCY) and a multi-charge hydrophilic sequence is designed as a template for the one-step synthesis of a peptide-Au cluster probe. Briefly: the peptide PHg in situ anchors Au ions to form a peptide-Au(I) intermediate and the reaction p H with Na OH is adjusted; after 12 h incubation at room temperature, the peptide PHg-Au nanocluster probe with red fluorescence is obtained. The probe has a super-small core size of approximately 1.26 nm and a maximum emission peak at 650 nm. The presence of Hg2+ ions cause the fluorescence of the probe to greatly decrease. Based on the differences in fluorescence intensity of the PHg-Au nanocluster in the absence and presence of Hg2+ ions, Hg2+ ions could be quantitatively detected in concentrations ranging from 5 nmol/L to 1 ?mol/L. The limit of detection(LOD) is 7.5 nmol/L. Compared with some interference ions such as, K+, Mg2+, Ca2+, Pb2+, Ni2+, Fe3+, and Cu2+, the selectivity was excellent. The sensing of Hg2+ ion is not affected by the chelate agents: EDTA, which imparts a significant advantage in a range of applications. As a result, a simple, sensitive and selective fluorescent assay based on peptide PHg-Au cluster is developed for the detection of Hg2+ ions.展开更多
Heterojunction is regarded as a crucial step toward realizing high-performance devices,particularly,forming gradient energy band between heterojunctions benefits self-powered photodetectors.Therefore,in this paper,the...Heterojunction is regarded as a crucial step toward realizing high-performance devices,particularly,forming gradient energy band between heterojunctions benefits self-powered photodetectors.Therefore,in this paper,the synthesis of CsPbI3 nanorods(NRs)and its application as the interfacial layer in high-performance,all-solution-processed self-powered photodetectors are presented.For the bilayer photodetector ITO/ZnO(100 nm)/PbS-TBAI(150 nm)/Au,a responsivity of 3.6 A/W with a specific detectivity of 9.8×10^(12)Jones was obtained under 0.1 mW/cm^(2)white light illumination at zero bias(i.e.in self-powered mode).Meanwhile,the photocurrent was enhanced to an On/Off current ratio of 105 at zero bias with an open circuit voltage of 0.53 V for trilayer photodetector ITO/ZnO(100 nm)/PbSTBAI(150 nm)/CsPbI3(250 nm)/Au,in which the CsPbI3 NRs layer works as the interfacial layer.As a result,a specific detectivity of 4.5×10^(13)Jones with a responsivity of 11.12 A/W was obtained under0.1 mW/cm^(2) white light illumination,as well as the rising/decaying time of 0.57 s/0.41 s with excellent stability and reproducibility upto four weeks in air.The enhanced-performance is ascribed to the mismatch bandgap between PbS-TBAI/CsPbI_(3)interface,which can suppress the carrier recombination and provide efficient transport passages for charge carriers.Thus,it provides a feasible and efficient method for high-performance photodetectors.展开更多
The flow distribution and mixing performance of the laminar flow in the PBT impeller-stirred tank were investigated in this study.The variation along with mixing time of the flow distribution and concentration at the ...The flow distribution and mixing performance of the laminar flow in the PBT impeller-stirred tank were investigated in this study.The variation along with mixing time of the flow distribution and concentration at the selected positions was visualized by means of the CFD and experiment methods.The CFD simulations results had a good agreement with the experimental results.In order to minish the Segregated Regions,the PBT impeller was optimally designed by means of orthogonal factorial experiment with selecting theθ99 mixing time as evaluation criteria.With the aim to increase the mixing efficiency,the optimal design results were obtained with the geometrical parameters of impeller diameter of 0.084 m,discharge angle of 45º,blade width of 0.018 m,and clearance of 0.05 m,and the mixing time of the optimal impeller-stirred flow was about 180 s,so this optimal design PBT impeller is more proper for the agricultural industries.展开更多

The probe has a super-small core size of approximately 1.26 nm and a maximum emission peak at 650 nm. The presence of Hg2+ ions cause the fluorescence of the probe to greatly decrease. Based on the differences in fluorescence intensity of the PHg-Au nanocluster in the absence and presence of Hg2+ ions, Hg2+ ions could be quantitatively detected in concentrations ranging from 5 nmol/L to 1 ?mol/L. The limit of detection(LOD) is 7.5 nmol/L. Compared with some interference ions such as, K+, Mg2+, Ca2+, Pb2+, Ni2+, Fe3+, and Cu2+, the selectivity was excellent. The sensing of Hg2+ ion is not affected by the chelate agents: EDTA, which imparts a significant advantage in a range of applications. As a result, a simple, sensitive and selective fluorescent assay based on peptide PHg-Au cluster is developed for the detection of Hg2+ ions.

文摘Heterojunction is regarded as a crucial step toward realizing high-performance devices,particularly,forming gradient energy band between heterojunctions benefits self-powered photodetectors.Therefore,in this paper,the synthesis of CsPbI3 nanorods(NRs)and its application as the interfacial layer in high-performance,all-solution-processed self-powered photodetectors are presented.For the bilayer photodetector ITO/ZnO(100 nm)/PbS-TBAI(150 nm)/Au,a responsivity of 3.6 A/W with a specific detectivity of 9.8×10^(12)Jones was obtained under 0.1 mW/cm^(2)white light illumination at zero bias(i.e.in self-powered mode).Meanwhile,the photocurrent was enhanced to an On/Off current ratio of 105 at zero bias with an open circuit voltage of 0.53 V for trilayer photodetector ITO/ZnO(100 nm)/PbSTBAI(150 nm)/CsPbI3(250 nm)/Au,in which the CsPbI3 NRs layer works as the interfacial layer.As a result,a specific detectivity of 4.5×10^(13)Jones with a responsivity of 11.12 A/W was obtained under0.1 mW/cm^(2) white light illumination,as well as the rising/decaying time of 0.57 s/0.41 s with excellent stability and reproducibility upto four weeks in air.The enhanced-performance is ascribed to the mismatch bandgap between PbS-TBAI/CsPbI_(3)interface,which can suppress the carrier recombination and provide efficient transport passages for charge carriers.Thus,it provides a feasible and efficient method for high-performance photodetectors.

文摘The flow distribution and mixing performance of the laminar flow in the PBT impeller-stirred tank were investigated in this study.The variation along with mixing time of the flow distribution and concentration at the selected positions was visualized by means of the CFD and experiment methods.The CFD simulations results had a good agreement with the experimental results.In order to minish the Segregated Regions,the PBT impeller was optimally designed by means of orthogonal factorial experiment with selecting theθ99 mixing time as evaluation criteria.With the aim to increase the mixing efficiency,the optimal design results were obtained with the geometrical parameters of impeller diameter of 0.084 m,discharge angle of 45º,blade width of 0.018 m,and clearance of 0.05 m,and the mixing time of the optimal impeller-stirred flow was about 180 s,so this optimal design PBT impeller is more proper for the agricultural industries.
