灌浆期田间自然低温对稻米蒸煮食味品质的影响

为研究灌浆期田间自然低温对不同水稻品种淀粉理化指标和稻米蒸煮食味品质的影响,选取7个高产优质水稻品种,分别加工成精米和米粉,测定在常温和低温下淀粉相关理化指标和米饭黏度、硬度及食味值。结果表明,水稻灌浆期遭遇低温会使稻米... 为研究灌浆期田间自然低温对不同水稻品种淀粉理化指标和稻米蒸煮食味品质的影响,选取7个高产优质水稻品种,分别加工成精米和米粉,测定在常温和低温下淀粉相关理化指标和米饭黏度、硬度及食味值。结果表明,水稻灌浆期遭遇低温会使稻米直链淀粉含量、消减值、峰值时间、糊化温度和米饭硬度显著升高,直链淀粉含量最大变幅达到47.4%;胶稠度、峰值黏度、崩解值和米饭黏度显著降低,其中胶稠度均降至30~50mm,最终导致稻米的蒸煮食味品质变差。利用食味值和淀粉理化指标对7个水稻品种进行低温耐受程度的综合评价,发现‘Y两优911’的稻米品质耐低温能力最强,‘Y两优1928’的稻米品质耐低温能力最弱。研究结果显示,在水稻灌浆期需采取适当的栽培措施应对低温对稻米品质造成的影响,为筛选培育耐低温优质稻提供了新思路。 展开更多

水稻窄叶突变体nrl2新等位基因的鉴定与功能分析

以籼型两系不育系Y58S的窄叶突变体nrl2(1)为试验材料,对nrl2(1)突变体材料进行表型、组织学分析,发现该突变体主要表现为叶片变窄且卷曲,维管束发育异常,大、小叶脉数显著减少;遗传分析结果表明,该窄叶表型受1对隐性核基因控制;通过基... 以籼型两系不育系Y58S的窄叶突变体nrl2(1)为试验材料,对nrl2(1)突变体材料进行表型、组织学分析,发现该突变体主要表现为叶片变窄且卷曲,维管束发育异常,大、小叶脉数显著减少;遗传分析结果表明,该窄叶表型受1对隐性核基因控制;通过基因精细定位,发现NRL2(1)定位在第3染色体46000 bp区间内;图位克隆及候选基因验证结果表明该基因是NRL2的等位基因;测序比对结果显示,突变体的第17个外显子由碱基C变为T,对应的氨基酸由谷氨酰胺变为终止密码子,造成翻译提前终止。以nrl2(1)为亲本材料,选育两系不育系,预期可选育出叶片较窄、株型紧凑、分蘖多的新型两系不育系。 展开更多

【目的】研究灌浆期不同时段高温对稻米淀粉组成、结构和理化特性的影响,揭示高温对稻米淀粉理化特性影响的时段效应,阐明高温、结构和功能之间的关系。【方法】以耐热水稻品种黄华占和热敏感的9311近等位基因系为实验材料,利用人工气... 【目的】研究灌浆期不同时段高温对稻米淀粉组成、结构和理化特性的影响,揭示高温对稻米淀粉理化特性影响的时段效应,阐明高温、结构和功能之间的关系。【方法】以耐热水稻品种黄华占和热敏感的9311近等位基因系为实验材料,利用人工气候箱设置高温[38℃(昼)/30℃(夜)]和对照[28℃(昼)/22℃(夜)],研究灌浆前期(齐穗期后1-15 d)和后期(齐穗期后16 d至成熟)高温对稻米的加工品质、外观品质、淀粉组成、支链淀粉链长分布、粒度分布、胶稠度、黏度特性、糊化特性、结晶特性和颗粒形态的影响。【结果】灌浆期高温使糙米率、精米率、整精米率显著下降,使垩白粒率和垩白度显著升高,导致加工品质和外观品质变差。灌浆期高温使总淀粉含量、直链淀粉含量、短支链淀粉含量、大淀粉粒占比、直/支链淀粉比显著下降,而中等支链淀粉含量、小中淀粉粒占比、糊化温度和糊化焓显著上升,黏度特性显著改变,结晶类型不变但结晶度显著改变,淀粉颗粒表面出现小孔,表面变得凹凸不平,导致淀粉颗粒更加碎片化和蒸煮食味品质变劣。灌浆期不同时段高温对稻米品质的影响不同,灌浆前期高温对稻米淀粉的影响大于灌浆后期,耐热品种受影响小于热敏感品种。灌浆前期高温处理下供试材料具有较高的消减值和较低的崩解值,黏度特性变差;灌浆后期高温处理下供试材料具有较低的消减值和较高的崩解值,黏度特性变好。【结论】灌浆前期高温对淀粉理化特性的影响最大,进而导致稻米的加工品质、外观品质和蒸煮食味品质变劣,灌浆后期高温提升了黏度特性。 展开更多

为探究孕穗期持续低温对水稻的伤害机理,利用Y两优957、天优华占、Y两优1号和中早39这4个生产上大面积推广的水稻品种,分别在其幼穗分化Ⅴ期进行17.5℃、10 d的低温冷水灌溉处理。处理结束当天利用SPAD502测定剑叶SPAD值、利用酶联免疫... 为探究孕穗期持续低温对水稻的伤害机理,利用Y两优957、天优华占、Y两优1号和中早39这4个生产上大面积推广的水稻品种,分别在其幼穗分化Ⅴ期进行17.5℃、10 d的低温冷水灌溉处理。处理结束当天利用SPAD502测定剑叶SPAD值、利用酶联免疫吸附试验测定剑叶与颖花的抗氧化系统和渗透调节系统等生理生化指标、液相色谱串联质谱法测定ABA含量。结果表明,孕穗期低温胁迫降低了水稻的结实率与花粉育性,但不同品种的降幅有差异,分析认为结实率下降的重要原因之一是花粉育性下降。孕穗期低温胁迫后剑叶SPAD值降低,且不同品种表现有差异。根据结实率的结果,Y两优957和天优华占可作为低温耐受品种,Y两优1号和中早39可作为低温敏感品种。低温处理后,低温耐受品种剑叶SOD、POD、CAT活性升高,颖花SOD活性降低;低温敏感品种剑叶SOD、POD活性降低,颖花SOD活性升高,与低温耐受品种相反。低温耐受品种低温处理后渗透调节物质在剑叶中大多高于对照,颖花中则均低于对照;低温敏感品种则呈现较为相反的趋势。低温处理后无论材料是否耐受低温,其颖花中ABA含量均显著高于对照组。颖花与剑叶在抗氧化系统的SOD活性、渗透调节系统的PRO和STS含量等多个生理指标上大多呈现较为相反的变化趋势,推测水稻的源库受低温胁迫后可能存在一个动态平衡调节机制,为研究孕穗期低温胁迫对水稻生理特征影响提供了新的思路。 展开更多

目的 观察应用MRC功能矫治器治疗替牙期安氏Ⅱ类Ⅰ分类下颌后缩错[牙合]畸形患者所引起的软组织的变化情况.方法 对20例处于生长发育期、替牙期,且以下颌后缩为主的安氏Ⅱ类Ⅰ分类错[牙合]患者进行MRC功能矫治,分别对矫治前、后的面像... 目的 观察应用MRC功能矫治器治疗替牙期安氏Ⅱ类Ⅰ分类下颌后缩错[牙合]畸形患者所引起的软组织的变化情况.方法 对20例处于生长发育期、替牙期,且以下颌后缩为主的安氏Ⅱ类Ⅰ分类错[牙合]患者进行MRC功能矫治,分别对矫治前、后的面像进行软件测量并对其结果进行统计学分析.结果 矫治前后患者的软组织侧貌得到明显改善;侧面软组织角度中OE-Prn-Pos角,OE-N'-B'角,OE-N'-Pos角,OE-Prn-N'角,Cm-Sn-UL角,N'-Sn-Pos角增大,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);OE-Sn-UL角,Sn-N'-B'角减小,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);侧面软组织线距中Sn-H线,UL-E线,LL-E线的距离均减少,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 应用MRC功能矫治器可以改善鼻唇部软组织、上下唇部软组织、以及颏唇部软组织之间的关系,从而改善患者的前突侧貌. 展开更多

The results show that p H,DO,CODMn,petroleum,and heavy metals( Cu,Pb,Zn,Cd,Hg,As and Cr) in the sea area near the Aojiang estuary did not exceed the second-class standard of Seawater Quality Standard( GB 3097-1997),but both inorganic nitrogen and reactive phosphate in the sea area exceeded the second-class standard seriously,and the water quality of the sea area was in an eutrophic state; domestic sewage and fertilizer loss were the main sources of nitrogen and phosphorus. The standard index of most evaluation factors of sediment quality except for Zn was smaller than 1,meeting the demands of sediment quality for environmental protection. 展开更多

The water quality of the waters near the Feiyun River estuary was in an eutrophic state.
