新旧混凝土结合面剪切强度参数分析和计算研究

新旧混凝土结合面的抗剪强度是装配式混凝土结构和混凝土结构加固等领域重点关注的问题.基于搜集、整理的新旧混凝土结合面(以下简称结合面)的剪切试验数据库(含439个试件),对GB 50010―2010、ACI 318―19、Eurocode 2、PCI7th四个规范... 新旧混凝土结合面的抗剪强度是装配式混凝土结构和混凝土结构加固等领域重点关注的问题.基于搜集、整理的新旧混凝土结合面(以下简称结合面)的剪切试验数据库(含439个试件),对GB 50010―2010、ACI 318―19、Eurocode 2、PCI7th四个规范所给结合面抗剪建议计算式进行对比分析.结果表明:在各参数的影响下,ACI结果的保证率表现最好,而Eurocode 2计算强度的拟合效果最好;在结合面宽度达到300~400 mm时,GB 50010―2010的表现最好,但安全富余均较低,相对误差最大达到9倍.对数据库进行参数分析,发现结合面剪切强度τ_(exp)存在尺寸效应,与结合面的沿剪切方向尺寸关联较大;且τ_(exp)与夹紧力ρfy有较好的相关性.基于分析结果,根据叠加计算理论,对计算式提出建议和修正:分析引入尺寸效应系数β;同时修正了摩擦系数μ;应用了数据库拟合的销栓力分段函数,极大值为6.6 MPa.经对比验算证明,修正计算式在有无插筋及各种粗糙度情况下的误差最小,拟合效果最好,可为工程应用提供参考. 展开更多

计及双界面的电缆绝缘水树缺陷时域反射解析模型

配电网中中压电缆的敷设条件相对较差,在环境水分和工作电压等因素的共同作用下容易在绝缘中生成水树缺陷,影响电缆绝缘的性能。时域反射法(TDR)可用于检测电缆故障,近来也有研究将其用于检测电缆绝缘局部缺陷,但检测结果与绝缘缺陷情... 配电网中中压电缆的敷设条件相对较差,在环境水分和工作电压等因素的共同作用下容易在绝缘中生成水树缺陷,影响电缆绝缘的性能。时域反射法(TDR)可用于检测电缆故障,近来也有研究将其用于检测电缆绝缘局部缺陷,但检测结果与绝缘缺陷情况的关联尚不明晰。针对此问题,该文基于等效电路原理推导了同轴绝缘含水树缺陷时的等效介电常数,在此基础上结合传输线理论建立计及双界面反射的时域解析模型,可用于分析与预测电缆绝缘局部存在水树缺陷时TDR实验的反射波形。通过制作含模拟水树的电缆试样并进行TDR实验,考察了模拟水树缺陷的含水量、缺陷段长度和电导率等因素对TDR实验结果的影响。结果显示,模拟水树的TDR实验结果与解析模型的计算结果具有较好的对应性,初步验证了该模型用于分析与预测电缆绝缘局部缺陷反射特性的有效性。预期该解析模型有助于为TDR在电缆绝缘水树检测中的应用提供参考。 展开更多

In this work,based on physical vapor deposition and high-temperature annealing(HTA),the 4-inch crack-free high-quality AlN template is initialized.Benefiting from the crystal recrystallization during the HTA process,the FWHMs of X-ray rocking curves for(002)and(102)planes are encouragingly decreased to 62 and 282 arcsec,respectively.On such an AlN template,an ultra-thin AlN with a thickness of~700 nm grown by MOCVD shows good quality,thus avoiding the epitaxial lateral over-growth(ELOG)process in which 3-4μm AlN is essential to obtain the flat surface and high crystalline quality.The 4-inch scaled wafer provides an avenue to match UVC-LED with the fabrication process of traditional GaN-based blue LED,therefore significantly improving yields and decreasing cost. 展开更多

The Long-Term Clinical Efficacy of Smart Plug in the Treatment of Aqueous Tear Deficiency Dry Eye: Results of a 5-Year Study

Background: Dry eye syndrome, which affects 10% to 20% of adults, is a disorder of the tear film and is associated with symptoms of ocular discomfort. Smart Plug is a mechanical treatment in which the tear drainage system is blocked in order to aid in the preservation of natural tears on the ocular surface. Purpose: To evaluate the long-term clinical efficacy of Smart Plug in the treatment of aqueous tear deficiency dry eye. Patients and Methods: Retrospective study. Three hundred and two patients with aqueous tear deficiency dry eye were enrolled and all the patients accepted the punctual plug of Smart plug from Jan. 2011 to Jan. 2016. The clinical symptoms, Schirmer’s I test, Fluorescein staining (FL), tear break up time (TBUT), and complications were observed and analyzed. Results: Three hundred and two patients (604 eyes) were treated with Smart Plug (22 cases accepted upper and lower punctual plug, 280 cases only lower punctual plug). There were 109 males (36.1%) and 193 females (63.9%) with a mean age of 44.54 years old (Range from 25 to 83 years). Ten cases required the upper Smart Plug after lower punctual plug insertion because of no significantly improved symptoms. Smart plug was removed in 3 patients (1%) due to tearing. Six patients had mild postoperative tearing and no special treatment was required. Lacrimal canaliculitis occurred postoperatively in 8 cases (2.6%) (6 lower and 2 upper), and the affected plug was removed and treated with topical antibiotic eye drops. The BUT, SIT and FL scores of all patients were significantly improved from (2.11 ± 1.01, 4.20 ± 1.07, 6.06 ± 1.97) to (4.34 ± 1.22, 9.01 ± 1.56, 2.33 ± 1.28) respectively after at least 36 months of follow-up (All P P Conclusion: During a mean follow-up of 4.3 years, Smart plug is an effective method for the treatment of aqueous tear deficiency dry eye in spite of its postoperative complications such as canaliculitis and tearing. 展开更多

The state of health(SOH)is a critical factor in evaluating the performance of the lithium-ion batteries(LIBs).Due to various end-user behaviors,the LIBs exhibit different degradation modes,which makes it challenging to estimate the SOHs in a personalized way.In this article,we present a novel particle swarm optimization-assisted deep domain adaptation(PSO-DDA)method to estimate the SOH of LIBs in a personalized manner,where a new domain adaptation strategy is put forward to reduce cross-domain distribution discrepancy.The standard PSO algorithm is exploited to automatically adjust the chosen hyperparameters of developed DDA-based method.The proposed PSODDA method is validated by extensive experiments on two LIB datasets with different battery chemistry materials,ambient temperatures and charge-discharge configurations.Experimental results indicate that the proposed PSO-DDA method surpasses the convolutional neural network-based method and the standard DDA-based method.The Py Torch implementation of the proposed PSO-DDA method is available at https://github.com/mxt0607/PSO-DDA. 展开更多

Obesity-induced type 2 diabetes is mainly due to excessive free fatty acids leading to insulin resistance.Increasing thermogenesis is regarded as an effective strategy for hypolipidemia and hypoglycemia.Ginsenoside is a natural active component in Panax ginseng C.A.Meyer,and some of them enhance thermogenesis.However,there are few studies on the mechanism and target of ginsenosides enhancing thermogenesis.Using thermogenic protein uncoupling protein 1(UCP1)-luciferase reporter assay,we identifi ed ginsenoside F1 as a novel UCP1 activator in the ginsenosides library.Using pull down assay and inhibitor interference,we found F1 binds toβ3-adrenergic receptors(β3-AR)to enhance UCP1 expression via cAMP/PKA/CREB pathway.We also investigated the ability of F1 on energy metabolism in obesity-induced diabetic mice,including body weight,body composition and energy expenditure.The results of proteomics showed that F1 signifi cantly up-regulated thermogenesis proteins and lipolytic proteins,but down-regulated fatty acid synthesis proteins.Ginsenoside F1 increased thermogenesis and ameliorated insulin resistance specifi cally by promoting the browning of white adipose tissue in obese mice.Additionally,ginsenoside F1 improves norepinephrine-induced insulin resistance in adipocytes and hepatocytes,and shows a stronger mitochondria respiration ability than norepinephrine.These fi ndings suggest that ginsenoside F1 is a promising lead compound in the improvement of insulin resistance. 展开更多

Background:Phototherapies based on sunlight,infrared,ultraviolet,visible,and laser-based treatments present advantages like high curative effects,small invasion,and negligible adverse reactions in cancer treatment.We aimed to explore the potential therapeutic effects of blue light emitting diode(LED)in human hepatoma cells and decipher the underlying cellular and molecular mechanisms.Methods:Wound healing and transwell assays were employed to probe the inhibition of the invasion and migration of hepatocellular carcinoma cells in the presence of blue LED.The sphere-forming test was used to evaluate the effect of LED blue light irradiation on cancer stem cell properties.Immunofluorescence and western blotting were used to detect the changes inγ-H2AX.The Cell Counting Kit-8 assay,5-ethynyl-2′-deoxyuridine staining,and colony formation assay were used to detect the combined effect of blue LED and sorafenib on cell proliferation inhibition.Results:We demonstrated that the irradiation of blue LED light in hepatoma cells could lead to cell proliferation reduction along with the increase of cell apoptosis.Simultaneously,blue LED irradiation also markedly suppressed the migration and invasion ability of human hepatoma cells.Sphere formation analysis further revealed the decreased cancer stemness of hepatoma cells upon blue LED irradiation.Mechanistically,blue LED irradiation significantly promoted the expression of the phosphorylation of the core histone protein H2AX(γ-H2AX),a sensitive molecular marker of DNA damage.In addition,we found that the combined treatment of blue LED irradiation and sorafenib increased cancer cell sensitivity to sorafenib.Conclusion:Collectively,we demonstrated that blue LED irradiation exhibited anti-tumor effects on liver cancer cells by inducing DNA damage and could enhance chemosensitivity of cancer cells,which represents a potential approach for human hepatoma treatment. 展开更多

Resting-state electroencephalography theta predicts neurofeedback treatment 4-month follow-up response in nicotine addiction

Background The high rate of long-term relapse is a major cause of smoking cessation failure.Recently,neurofeedback training has been widely used in the treatment of nicotine addiction;however,approximately 30%of subjects fail to benefit from this intervention.Our previous randomised clinical trial(RCT)examined cognition-guided neurofeedback and demonstrated a significant decrease in daily cigarette consumption at the 4-month follow-up.However,significant individual differences were observed in the 4-month follow-up effects of decreased cigarette consumption.Therefore,it is critical to identify who will benefit from pre-neurofeedback.Aims We examined whether the resting-state electroencephalography(EEG)characteristics from pre-neurofeedback predicted the 4-month follow-up effects and explored the possible mechanisms.Methods This was a double-blind RCT.A total of 60 participants with nicotine dependence were randomly assigned to either the real-feedback or yoked-feedback group.They underwent 6 min closed-eye resting EEG recordings both before and after two neurofeedback sessions.A follow-up assessment was conducted after 4 months.Results The frontal resting-state theta power spectral density(PSD)was significantly altered in the real-feedback group after two neurofeedback visits.Higher theta PSD in the real-feedback group before neurofeedback was the only predictor of decreased cigarette consumption at the 4-month follow-up.Further reliability analysis revealed a significant positive correlation between theta PSD pre-neurofeedback and post-neurofeedback.A leave-one-out cross-validated linear regression of the theta PSD pre-neurofeedback demonstrated a significant correlation between the predicted and observed reductions in cigarette consumption at the 4-month follow-up.Finally,source analysis revealed that the brain mechanisms of the theta PSD predictor were located in the orbital frontal cortex.Conclusions Our study demonstrated changes in the resting-state theta PSD following neurofeedback training.Moreover,the resting-state theta PSD may serve as a prognostic marker of neurofeedback effects.A higher resting-state theta PSD predicts a better long-term response to neurofeedback treatment,which may facilitate the selection of individualised interventions. 展开更多

Water caltrop(Trapa spp.,Lythraceae)is a traditional but currently underutilized non-cereal crop.Here,we generated chromosome-level genome assemblies for the two diploid progenitors of allotetraploid Trapa.natans(4x,AABB),i.e.,diploid T.natans(2x,AA)and Trapa incisa(2x,BB).In conjunction with four published(sub)genomes of Trapa,we used gene-based and graph-based pangenomic approaches and a pangenomic transposable element(TE)library to develop Trapa genomic resources.The pangenome displayed substantial gene-content variationwith dispensable and private gene clusters occupying a large proportion(51.95%)of the total cluster sets in the six(sub)genomes.Genotyping of presence-absence variation(PAVs)identified 40453 PAVs associated with 2570 genes specific to A-or B-lineages,of which 1428were differentially expressed,andwere enriched in organ development process,organic substancemetabolic process and response to stimulus.Comparative genome analyses showed that the allotetraploid T.natans underwent asymmetric subgenome divergence,with the B-subgenome being more dominant than the A-subgenome.Multiple factors,including PAVs,asymmetrical amplification of TEs,homeologous exchanges(HEs),and homeolog expression divergence,together affected genome evolution after polyploidization.Overall,this study sheds lights on the genome architecture and evolution of Trapa,and facilitates its functional genomic studies and breeding program. 展开更多

口服多糖铁复合物+EPO对血液透析患者贫血的临床疗效分析

目的分析血液透析贫血患者口服多糖铁复合物+促红细胞生成素(EPO)的疗效。方法68例血液透析贫血患者,按照随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,每组34例。对照组采用EPO治疗,观察组采用口服多糖铁复合物+EPO治疗。比较两组患者治疗前后血常... 目的分析血液透析贫血患者口服多糖铁复合物+促红细胞生成素(EPO)的疗效。方法68例血液透析贫血患者,按照随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,每组34例。对照组采用EPO治疗,观察组采用口服多糖铁复合物+EPO治疗。比较两组患者治疗前后血常规指标(血红蛋白、血清铁蛋白、红细胞计数和血细胞比容)、不良反应(腹部不适、头痛、恶心呕吐)发生情况。结果治疗后,观察组患者血红蛋白、血清铁蛋白、红细胞计数、血细胞比容分别为(95.45±10.25)g/L、(452.63±98.65)μg/L、(3.10±0.15)×10^(12)/L、(27.69±5.52)%,均高于对照组的(73.65±10.17)g/L、(306.89±95.28)μg/L、(2.55±0.12)×10^(12)/L、(22.65±5.12)%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论血液透析贫血患者应用口服多糖铁复合物+EPO治疗的效果突出,可以改善血常规指标,安全性高,值得在临床中进行推广。 展开更多

背景儿科医生经常面临父母和教师对孩子行为问题报告不一致的情况,但既往关于父母和教师对学龄前儿童行为问题评估的研究较少。目的调查重庆市主城区学龄前儿童行为问题的现状,探讨父母及教师对学龄前儿童行为问题评估的一致性及差异。... 背景儿科医生经常面临父母和教师对孩子行为问题报告不一致的情况,但既往关于父母和教师对学龄前儿童行为问题评估的研究较少。目的调查重庆市主城区学龄前儿童行为问题的现状,探讨父母及教师对学龄前儿童行为问题评估的一致性及差异。方法于2018年6月,采用分层整群抽样法,在重庆市主城区幼儿园抽取学龄前儿童2698例。儿童家长填写Conners父母用症状问卷(PSQ),教师填写Conners教师量表(TRS),比较基于PSQ和TRS的行为问题检出情况。结果最终纳入问卷被有效回收的学龄前儿童2660例(98.59%)。基于PSQ的儿童行为问题检出率为14.47%(385/2660),男童高于女童〔17.91%(245/1368)比10.84%(140/1292),P<0.001〕;基于TRS的儿童行为问题检出率为4.44%(118/2660),男童亦高于女童〔6.29%(86/1368)比2.48%(32/1292),P<0.001〕。PSQ中,男童在学习问题、心身问题、多动指数上的检出率高于女童(P<0.05);TRS中,男童在品行问题、多动指数上的检出率高于女童(P<0.05)。PSQ中,男童在品行问题、学习问题、冲动-多动问题、多动指数4个因子上的得分高于女童(P<0.05);TRS中,男童在品行问题、多动问题、注意力不集中-被动问题、多动指数4个因子上的得分高于女童(P<0.05)。Spearman秩相关分析结果显示:在男童中,TRS中品行问题、注意力不集中-被动问题、多动指数得分与PSQ中品行问题、学习问题、冲动-多动问题、多动指数得分呈正相关,TRS中多动问题得分与PSQ中品行问题、冲动-多动问题、多动指数得分呈正相关(rs值为0.056~0.113,P<0.05),TRS中多动问题得分与PSQ中焦虑问题得分呈负相关(rs=-0.059,P<0.05);在女童中,TRS中各因子得分与PSQ中各因子得分无相关关系(P>0.05)。结论家长反映的学龄前儿童行为问题检出率较教师高,家长及教师对学龄前儿童行为问题的评估虽然存在一定差异,但在品行问题、多动方面的评估一致性较好。 展开更多
