Analyzing and predicting the learning behavior data of students in blended teaching can provide reference basis for teaching.Aiming at weak generalization ability of existing algorithm models in performance prediction...Analyzing and predicting the learning behavior data of students in blended teaching can provide reference basis for teaching.Aiming at weak generalization ability of existing algorithm models in performance prediction,a BP neural network is introduced to classify and predict the grades of students in the blended teaching.L2 regularization term is added to construct the BP neural network model in order to reduce the risk of overfitting.Combined with Pearson coefficient,effective feature data are selected as the validation dataset of the model by mining the data of Chao-Xing platform.The performance of common machine learning algorithms and the BP neural network are compared on the dataset.Experiments show that BP neural network model has stronger generalizability than common machine learning models.The BP neural network with L2 regularization has better fitting ability than the original BP neural network model.It achieves better performance with improved accuracy.展开更多
Objective:To study the effect of sevoflurane pretreatment before one-lung ventilation on pulmonary compliance, oxygenation function and systemic inflammatory response.Methods:104 patients who accepted one-lung ventila...Objective:To study the effect of sevoflurane pretreatment before one-lung ventilation on pulmonary compliance, oxygenation function and systemic inflammatory response.Methods:104 patients who accepted one-lung ventilation operation in Mianyang Central Hospital between April 2014 and December 2015 were selected and randomly divided into the sevoflurane group who accepted sevoflurane pretreatment combined with routine anesthesia and the control group who accepted routine anesthesia, and the pulmonary compliance and oxygenation function parameters during one-lung ventilation as well as the contents of inflammatory mediators in serum and the contents of inflammation regulation molecules in alveolar lavage fluid were determined.Results: At T1, T2 and T3, Cdyn and PaO2/FiO2 levels of sevoflurane group were significantly higher than those of control group, and serum ICAM-1, IL-6, IL-8 and TNF-α contents were significantly lower than those of control group while IL-10 contents were significantly higher than those of control group;after operation, AQP-1, p38MAPK, TLR4 and NF-κB contents in collapsed alveolar lavage fluid of sevoflurane group were significantly lower than those of control group.Conclusion: Sevoflurane pretreatment before one-lung ventilation can improve the pulmonary compliance and oxygenation function, and inhibit the activation of inflammatory response.展开更多
NiFe layered double hydroxides(NiFe LDHs)have been intensively developed for the oxygen evolution reaction(OER)in alkaline media;however,their unsatisfactory hydrogen evolution reaction(HER)performance limits their pr...NiFe layered double hydroxides(NiFe LDHs)have been intensively developed for the oxygen evolution reaction(OER)in alkaline media;however,their unsatisfactory hydrogen evolution reaction(HER)performance limits their practical application in overall water splitting.Herein,a simple and efficient one-step electrodeposition method is used to accomplish in situ growth of NiFe LDHsNiFe alloy gradient hybrid coatings on a carbon cloth(CC).Within the binder-free electrode,NiFe LDHs nanosheets with a low-crystalline nature exhibit highly active bifunctional OER/HER activities,and the NiFe alloy acts as a stable electron highway and strong skeleton bridge between NiFe LDHs and the CC.When the electrodes are simultaneously employed as the cathode and anode for overall water splitting,they require low cell potentials of 1.441 V at10 mA·cm^(-2)and 1.703 V at 100 mA·cm^(-2),respectively,and they demonstrate outstanding stability at a current density greater than 100 mA·cm^(-2)for more than 100 h.This is one of the best bifunctional OER and HER catalysts for overall water splitting.Both lattice defects and surface reconstructions crucially contribute to the bifunctional OER/HER activities of NiFe LDHs.This simple and scalable synthesis approach presents an intriguing paradigm for industrial production,and the fabricated electrode has potential application in high-current-density water splitting.展开更多

From December 25,2019 to January 31,2020,33 cases of the coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19)were identified in the Department of Respiratory and Critical Care Medicine of Zhongnan Hospital of Wuhan University,China,yet...From December 25,2019 to January 31,2020,33 cases of the coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19)were identified in the Department of Respiratory and Critical Care Medicine of Zhongnan Hospital of Wuhan University,China,yet none of the affiliated HCWs was infected.Here we analyzed the infection control measures used in three different departments in the Zhongnan Hospital of Wuhan University and correlated the measures with the corresponding infection data of HCWs affiliated with these departments.We found that three infection control measures,namely the isolation of the presumed positive patients,the use of facemasks and intensified hand hygiene play important roles in preventing nosocomial transmission of COVID-19.展开更多
