Women usually suffer from chronic pain due to pregnancy or have an increased level of chronic pain.In view of the definite curative effect of opioids on chronic pain and opioid use disorders,opioids have attracted muc...Women usually suffer from chronic pain due to pregnancy or have an increased level of chronic pain.In view of the definite curative effect of opioids on chronic pain and opioid use disorders,opioids have attracted much attention in the treatment of bone,joint,neuropathic and other chronic pain and opioid use disorders in pregnant women.Considering that the unreasonable use of opioids by pregnant women will lead to risks such as drug accumulation and increased neural sensitivity in the fetus,the correct and reasonable use of opioids is the key to the treatment.In recent years,it has been found that opioids can cross the blood fetal barrier into the fetal circulation,and damage fetal nerve development to varying degrees.However,the studies on the typical diseases such as neonatal neural tube defects and neonatal abstinence syndrome are not comprehensive.Therefore,this article has clarified the unreasonable use of opioids during pregnancy and its effect on fetal nerve development,and put forward relevant measures in order to provide reference for clinicians/pharmacists in obstetrics and gynecology.展开更多
Objective:This study protocol identifies the basic research route and framework of psychological and behavioral surveys among Chinese residents,aims establishing a database through a multicenter,large-sample cross-sec...Objective:This study protocol identifies the basic research route and framework of psychological and behavioral surveys among Chinese residents,aims establishing a database through a multicenter,large-sample cross-sectional survey in China to provide strong data support for research development in various fields and a more comprehensive and systematic understanding of the physical and mental health status of the public.Method:The study was conducted from June 20,2022 to August 31,2022,using stratified sampling and quota sampling methods,a total of 148 cities,202 districts and counties,390 townships/towns/sub-districts,and 780 communities/villages(excluding Hong Kong,Macao,and Taiwan)from 23 provinces,5 autonomous regions,and 4 municipalities directly under the central government in China were selected.The questionnaire was distributed one-on-one and face-to-face to the public by trained investigators,and the questionnaire included eight aspects:personal basic information,personal health status,family basic information,social environment in which they were located,psychological level scale,behavioral level scale,other scales,and attitude towards social hot issues.Data analysis will be performed after questionnaire return.Results:Data collection is ongoing.These findings will support physical and mental health research and strategy development in China and even globally,guiding policy-makers and health care organizations to reform their programs to ensure the best interests of residents and their families.展开更多

With thousands of sequenced 16S rRNA gene available, and advancements in oligonucleotide microarray technology, the detection of microor-ganisms in microbial communities consisting of hundreds of species may be possible. Many of the existing strategies developed for oligonucleotide probe design are dependent on the result of global multiple sequences alignment, which is a time-consuming task. We present a novel program named OligoSampling that uses MCMC method to design group-specific oli-gonucleotide probes. The probes generated by OligoSampling are group specific with weak crosshybridization potentials. Furthermore a high coverage of target sequences can be obtained. Our method does not need to globally align target sequences. Locally aligning target sequences iteratively based on a Gibbs sampling strategy has the same effect as globally aligning sequences in the process of seeking group-specific probes. OligoSampling provides more flexibility and speed than other software programs based on global multiple sequences alignment.展开更多

Objective:The study aims to apply diffusion of innovation theory and structural equation modeling(SEM)to explore the current situation of personal risk perception and preparation of family emergency medicine kits(FEMK...Objective:The study aims to apply diffusion of innovation theory and structural equation modeling(SEM)to explore the current situation of personal risk perception and preparation of family emergency medicine kits(FEMKs)in Shanxi Province during the period of COVID-19.Moreover,the study intends to analyze the impact of innovation characteristics and risk perception to provide reference for the future popularization of FEMKs and the formulation of relevant policies.Methods:A total of 1,606 permanent residents in Shanxi Province were selected as respondents.SEM was used to analyze the relationship among innovation characteristics,personal risk perception,and behavioral intention.Results:The results demonstrate that only observability(λ=0.968)exerted a significant direct impact on the public's behavior of preparing FEMKs.Personal risk perception(λ=0.334)can have a significant direct impact on behavioral intention.Relative advantage,compatibility,and convenience of use exerted significant impacts on behavioral intention by influencing individual perceived risk(mediating effects=0.237,0.892,and 1.044,respectively).Conclusion:Residents are undergoing a period of change(i.e.,from the contemplation to the preparation stage).Thus,innovative characteristics can directly influence the behavior or behavioral intention of preparing FEMKs by influencing the public's risk perception.In the future,studies should focus on publicity and education of the behavior of preparing FEMKs to increase the awareness of residents and effectively improve the FEMKs level of importance given to this behavior.展开更多

Osteogenesis imperfecta is a rare hereditary bone disease which is commonly classified into types I-IV,each of varying severity.The clinical symptoms of the disease consist of increased bone brittleness and recurrent ...Osteogenesis imperfecta is a rare hereditary bone disease which is commonly classified into types I-IV,each of varying severity.The clinical symptoms of the disease consist of increased bone brittleness and recurrent fractures coupled with a variety of complications.The disease damages children’s body functions and restricts their daily activities,thus affects their psychological experience of living conditions and reduces their quality of life.The quality of life of children with osteogenesis imperfecta is primarily assessed through a universal scale and so far there is no osteogenesis imperfecta-specific quality of life scale,which is of great value to the assessment of quality of life.Pain symptoms,related complications,and limitations on physical exercise have been shown to be related to the assessment of quality of life and negatively affect the physical and psychological aspects of quality of life in children with osteogenesis imperfecta.This negative effect is found to be more serious in children diagnosed with severe types of osteogenesis imperfecta.Initial research into bisphosphonate therapy as a treatment for osteogenesis imperfecta has shown promising results in providing a better quality of life,but this treatment needs to be further studied and guided by the assessing results of quality of life.In the future,better methods of assessment and improvement of quality of life for children with osteogenesis imperfecta still rely on the efforts of all sectors of society.展开更多

Objective:This study sheds light on the going-out behaviors of patients with chronic diseases when purchasing drugs during COVID-19,explores what factors influence these behaviors,and makes recommendations to guarante...Objective:This study sheds light on the going-out behaviors of patients with chronic diseases when purchasing drugs during COVID-19,explores what factors influence these behaviors,and makes recommendations to guarantee the pharmaceutical treatment of patients with chronic diseases.Methods:A questionnaire based on the health belief model(HBM)was designed and convenience sampling was employed to administer the online questionnaires.The influence of the respondents’demographic information on their going-out behaviors was analyzed by means of multiple linear regression.A structural equation model(SEM)was constructed to explore how health beliefs related to chronic diseases and COVID-19 influenced patients’going-out behaviors.Results:A total of 869 questionnaires were analyzed.The structural equation model revealed that while the severity of the chronic disease had a direct positive effect on going-out behaviors(l=0.106),chronic disease behavior barriers had a direct negative effect on their going-out behaviors(l=-0.204).Conclusion:Educational background,co-living situation,and income could influence patients’going-out behaviors.The severity of the chronic disease and chronic disease behavior barriers directly affected patients’going-out behaviors.Furthermore,patients’health beliefs about COVID-19 ultimately affected their going-out behaviors by influencing their health beliefs related to chronic disease.展开更多

RING finger 187(RNF187),a ubiquitin-ligating(E3)enzyme,plays a crucial role in the proliferation of cancer cells.However,it remains unclear whether RNF187 exhibits comparable functionality in the development of germli...RING finger 187(RNF187),a ubiquitin-ligating(E3)enzyme,plays a crucial role in the proliferation of cancer cells.However,it remains unclear whether RNF187 exhibits comparable functionality in the development of germline cells.To investigate thepotential involvement of RNF187 in germ cell development,we conducted interference and overexpression assays using GC-2 cells,a mouse spermatocyte-derived cell line.Our findings reveal that the interaction between RNF187 and histone H3 increases theviability,proliferation,and migratory capacity of GC-2 cells.Moreover,we provide evidence demonstrating that RNF187 interactswith H3 and mediates the ubiquitination of H3 at lysine 57(K57)or lysine 80(K80),directly or indirectly resulting in increasedcellular transcription.This is a study to report the role of RNF187 in maintaining the development of GC-2 cells by mediatinghistone H3 ubiquitination,thus highlighting the involvement of the K57 and K80 residues of H3 in the epistatic regulation of genetranscription.These discoveries provide a new theoretical foundation for further comprehensive investigations into the functionof RNF187 in the reproductive system.展开更多

The precursor poly{(styrene-co-4-[2-(tert-butyldimethylsiloxy) ethyl]styrene)-b-isobutylene-b-(styrene-co-4-[2- (tert-butyldimethylsiloxy)ethyl]styrene)}(P(St-co-TBDMES)-PIB-P(St-co-TBDMES)) triblock copolymer was first synthesized by living sequential cationic copolymerization of isobutylene (IB) with styrene (St) and 4-[2-(tert- butyldimethylsiloxy)ethyl]styrene (TBDMES) using 1,4-di(2-chloro-2-propyl)benzene (DiCumC1)/titanium tetrachloride (TiCla)/2,6-di-tert-butylpyridine (DtBP) as the initiating system. Then, P(St-co-TBDMES)-PIB-P(St-co-TBDMES) was hydrolyzed in the presence of tetra-butylammonium fluoride to yield poly{[styrene-co-4-(2-hydroxyethyl)styrene]-b- isobutylene-b-[styrene-co-4-(2-hydroxyethyl)styrene]} (P(St-co-HOES)-PIB-P(St-co-HOES)) with pendant hydroxyl groups. P(St-co-HOES)-PIB-P(St-co-HOES) used as the paclitaxel carrier was also investigated in this study. Comparing with SIBS, P(St-co-HOES)-PIB-P(St-co-HOES) has exhibited better compatibility with paclitaxel and higher release rate.展开更多

Living polyisobutylene chains were initially synthesized by...The low-activity cationic monomer tert-butyl-dimethyl-(4-methyl-pent-4-enyloxy)-silane was synthesized by Grignard reaction and hydroxyl-protection reaction. Living polyisobutylene chains were initially synthesized by controlled cationic polymerization and then capped with tert-butyl-dimethyl-(4-methyl-pent-4-enyloxy)-silane. The hydrolysis of these polyisobutylenes end capped with tert-butyl-dimethyl-(4-methyl-pent-4-enyloxy)-silane gave rise to hydroxytelechelic polyisobutylene. NMR analysis confirmed that the hydrolysis was complete. Results also showed that a low polymerization temperature favored the participation of tert-butyl-dimethyl-(4- methyl-pent-4?enyloxy)-silane in the end-capping reaction. Moreover, polyisobutylene-based polyurethane exhibited greater acid resistance than commercial polyurethane.展开更多

文摘A recent novel coronavirus(COVID-19)outbreak has started since December 2019 in Wuhan,Hubei province,People’s Republic of China and has progressively expanded to various parts of China.Based on those practical problems of emergency science popularization works in the current epidemic situation,this article,from the perspective of accuracy,timeliness and acceptability of emergency science popularization,proposes that the professional science popularization knowledge should be popularized,rumor should be refuted in a timely manner,and accurate science popularization strategies should be taken for different science preference,so to provide countermeasures and guidance for problems in emergency science popularization.
文摘Osteogenesis imperfecta is a rare hereditary bone disease which is commonly classified into types I-IV,each of varying severity.The clinical symptoms of the disease consist of increased bone brittleness and recurrent fractures coupled with a variety of complications.The disease damages children’s body functions and restricts their daily activities,thus affects their psychological experience of living conditions and reduces their quality of life.The quality of life of children with osteogenesis imperfecta is primarily assessed through a universal scale and so far there is no osteogenesis imperfecta-specific quality of life scale,which is of great value to the assessment of quality of life.Pain symptoms,related complications,and limitations on physical exercise have been shown to be related to the assessment of quality of life and negatively affect the physical and psychological aspects of quality of life in children with osteogenesis imperfecta.This negative effect is found to be more serious in children diagnosed with severe types of osteogenesis imperfecta.Initial research into bisphosphonate therapy as a treatment for osteogenesis imperfecta has shown promising results in providing a better quality of life,but this treatment needs to be further studied and guided by the assessing results of quality of life.In the future,better methods of assessment and improvement of quality of life for children with osteogenesis imperfecta still rely on the efforts of all sectors of society.

文摘Hospital emergency management work is of great importance which not only related to the life and health of the people but also related to social stability.It is necessary to construct and improve the patient satisfaction assessment system so that doctors and patients can interact in a timely and effective manner,and the hospital can alert or respond promptly.This study constructs a closed-loop emergency management system consisting of patient-end,data center and decision-making-end,and apply the feedback information to hospital emergency management.In the preliminary applications,the system has a significant effect on the hospital emergency management mechanism.The researchers will improve the system in the follow-up study。

文摘Due to the incurable characteristics of osteogenesis imperfecta,health management plays a crucial role for children in healthy growth,independent life and integrating into society.This paper summarizes three dimensions of "biology-psychology-society",which summarize the research progress for health management in children with osteogenesis imperfecta.In the dimension of biology,the management on diet and complications about children is relatively definite,but more experiments are still needed in order to find out the appropriate values for the using doses of bisphosphonate and treatment time.Additionally,there is a lack of tools to assess the painful degree in children and sports management methods with different types of children with osteogenesis imperfecta nowadays.In the dimension of psychology,it is found that children with osteogenesis imperfecta,their families and carers are all expected to maintain a good state of mind.In the social dimension,we have known the need of children and their families,but their supporting systems are still expected to be improved through practice.

文摘Objective:This study sheds light on the going-out behaviors of patients with chronic diseases when purchasing drugs during COVID-19,explores what factors influence these behaviors,and makes recommendations to guarantee the pharmaceutical treatment of patients with chronic diseases.Methods:A questionnaire based on the health belief model(HBM)was designed and convenience sampling was employed to administer the online questionnaires.The influence of the respondents’demographic information on their going-out behaviors was analyzed by means of multiple linear regression.A structural equation model(SEM)was constructed to explore how health beliefs related to chronic diseases and COVID-19 influenced patients’going-out behaviors.Results:A total of 869 questionnaires were analyzed.The structural equation model revealed that while the severity of the chronic disease had a direct positive effect on going-out behaviors(l=0.106),chronic disease behavior barriers had a direct negative effect on their going-out behaviors(l=-0.204).Conclusion:Educational background,co-living situation,and income could influence patients’going-out behaviors.The severity of the chronic disease and chronic disease behavior barriers directly affected patients’going-out behaviors.Furthermore,patients’health beliefs about COVID-19 ultimately affected their going-out behaviors by influencing their health beliefs related to chronic disease.

文摘RING finger 187(RNF187),a ubiquitin-ligating(E3)enzyme,plays a crucial role in the proliferation of cancer cells.However,it remains unclear whether RNF187 exhibits comparable functionality in the development of germline cells.To investigate thepotential involvement of RNF187 in germ cell development,we conducted interference and overexpression assays using GC-2 cells,a mouse spermatocyte-derived cell line.Our findings reveal that the interaction between RNF187 and histone H3 increases theviability,proliferation,and migratory capacity of GC-2 cells.Moreover,we provide evidence demonstrating that RNF187 interactswith H3 and mediates the ubiquitination of H3 at lysine 57(K57)or lysine 80(K80),directly or indirectly resulting in increasedcellular transcription.This is a study to report the role of RNF187 in maintaining the development of GC-2 cells by mediatinghistone H3 ubiquitination,thus highlighting the involvement of the K57 and K80 residues of H3 in the epistatic regulation of genetranscription.These discoveries provide a new theoretical foundation for further comprehensive investigations into the functionof RNF187 in the reproductive system.

文摘To improve the hydrophilicity ofpoly(styrene-b-isobutylene-b-styrene) (SIBS), this study focuses on the synthesis of novel functional ABA triblock copolymer thermoplastic elastomers (TPEs) with polyisobutylene (PIB) as rubbery segments. The precursor poly{(styrene-co-4-[2-(tert-butyldimethylsiloxy) ethyl]styrene)-b-isobutylene-b-(styrene-co-4-[2- (tert-butyldimethylsiloxy)ethyl]styrene)}(P(St-co-TBDMES)-PIB-P(St-co-TBDMES)) triblock copolymer was first synthesized by living sequential cationic copolymerization of isobutylene (IB) with styrene (St) and 4-[2-(tert- butyldimethylsiloxy)ethyl]styrene (TBDMES) using 1,4-di(2-chloro-2-propyl)benzene (DiCumC1)/titanium tetrachloride (TiCla)/2,6-di-tert-butylpyridine (DtBP) as the initiating system. Then, P(St-co-TBDMES)-PIB-P(St-co-TBDMES) was hydrolyzed in the presence of tetra-butylammonium fluoride to yield poly{[styrene-co-4-(2-hydroxyethyl)styrene]-b- isobutylene-b-[styrene-co-4-(2-hydroxyethyl)styrene]} (P(St-co-HOES)-PIB-P(St-co-HOES)) with pendant hydroxyl groups. P(St-co-HOES)-PIB-P(St-co-HOES) used as the paclitaxel carrier was also investigated in this study. Comparing with SIBS, P(St-co-HOES)-PIB-P(St-co-HOES) has exhibited better compatibility with paclitaxel and higher release rate.

文摘The low-activity cationic monomer tert-butyl-dimethyl-(4-methyl-pent-4-enyloxy)-silane was synthesized by Grignard reaction and hydroxyl-protection reaction. Living polyisobutylene chains were initially synthesized by controlled cationic polymerization and then capped with tert-butyl-dimethyl-(4-methyl-pent-4-enyloxy)-silane. The hydrolysis of these polyisobutylenes end capped with tert-butyl-dimethyl-(4-methyl-pent-4-enyloxy)-silane gave rise to hydroxytelechelic polyisobutylene. NMR analysis confirmed that the hydrolysis was complete. Results also showed that a low polymerization temperature favored the participation of tert-butyl-dimethyl-(4- methyl-pent-4?enyloxy)-silane in the end-capping reaction. Moreover, polyisobutylene-based polyurethane exhibited greater acid resistance than commercial polyurethane.
