为了更好地研究表面活性剂对皮肤损伤和皮肤防护的分子机制,需要研究人(内源性物质和结构)、物质(刺激物和抗刺激活性物)、以及人与物质的相互作用。然而,在人体上分子水平的机制研究报道很少。共聚焦拉曼光谱可以开展此类研究,因其可... 为了更好地研究表面活性剂对皮肤损伤和皮肤防护的分子机制,需要研究人(内源性物质和结构)、物质(刺激物和抗刺激活性物)、以及人与物质的相互作用。然而,在人体上分子水平的机制研究报道很少。共聚焦拉曼光谱可以开展此类研究,因其可以在体、实时和非侵入式地测定角质层中的某些内源性或外源性物质,并分析角质层结构。文章以十二烷基硫酸钠(SDS)作为刺激剂,通过共聚焦拉曼光谱扫描志愿者前臂屈侧皮肤12μm深度内,定性和半定量地测量SDS经皮吸收的相对量和深度,以及SDS“入侵”时皮肤脂质相对含量和结构的变化。结果表明,SDS经皮吸收进入角质层,导致角质层脂质流失和脂质有序性降低。据报道刺激物的进入量和深度是影响皮肤刺激程度的两个主要因素,文章首次在人体上通过SDS给予证实;此外,文章首次发现SDS引起的人体皮肤屏障损伤的第三个因素,我们称之为“刺激传导网络”,即SDS对皮肤的损伤不仅局限于其所到之处,“刺激传导网络”可以将刺激损伤传递到SDS未到达的更深更远处。通过拉曼光谱对皮肤内部进行研究,并结合体外手段例如3D皮肤等,结果一致,进而提出了“现实世界发生的”SDS诱导皮肤损伤的分子学机制。根据该机制设计的表面活性剂拮抗剂简称ASF,数据显示,可以有效阻挡SDS的经皮吸收,进而有效阻止皮肤脂质流失和脂质有序性的降低,对皮肤屏障的保护效果很好,为表面活性剂在人体刺激机制以及保护机制提供进一步佐证。 展开更多

Numerous techniques have been developed to determine the bioavailability of minerals.Each method has specific detection objects with certain procedures to assure the results.This review focuses on a comprehensivecomparison of the applications,advantages,and critical control points of these techniques.The commonly used approaches for assessing mineral bioavailability can be divided into three categories-chemical methods,in vitro models and in vivo tests.Chemical methods are first developed,and mainly simulating the digestion environment to give a rough prediction of mineral bioavailability.In vitro models mainly used different cells to simulate the process and environment of food digestion to assess the availability of minerals.In vivo tests are employing complex models to observe the bioavailability of minerals after complicated digestive process in animal models or human volunteers.This review summarizes the critical points of establishment of these relevant models,compares the advantages and limitations among three categories.Although no single bioavailability method is ideal for all micronutrients,certain methods under proper operation can indeed be employed to minimize the differences between simulated results and reality for effective evaluation of the bioavailability of minerals. 展开更多

北京导昆明女性居民皮肤生理指标的比较

Dental damage has been associated with impairments in the central nervous system that may be mediated by injury to the trigeminal nerve. In the present study, we investigated the effects of damage to the inferior alveolar nerve, an important peripheral nerve in the trigeminal sensory pathway, on learning and memory be-haviors and structural changes in related brain regions, in a mouse model of Alzheimer’s disease. Inferior alveolar nerve transection or sham surgery was performed in middle-aged (4-month-old) or elderly (7-month-old) senescence-accelerated mouse prone 8 (SAMP8) mice. When the middle-aged mice reached 8 months (middle-aged group 1) or 11 months (middle-aged group 2), and the elderly group reached 11 months, step-down passive avoidance and Y-maze tests of learn-ing and memory were performed, and the cholinergic system was examined in the hippocampus (Nissl staining and acetylcholinesterase histochemistry) and basal forebrain (choline acetyltrans-ferase immunohistochemistry). In the elderly group, animals that underwent nerve transection had fewer pyramidal neurons in the hippocampal CA1 and CA3 regions, fewer cholinergic ifbers in the CA1 and dentate gyrus, and fewer cholinergic neurons in the medial septal nucleus and vertical limb of the diagonal band, compared with sham-operated animals, as well as showing impairments in learning and memory. Conversely, no signiifcant differences in histology or be-havior were observed between middle-aged group 1 or group 2 transected mice and age-matched sham-operated mice. The present ifndings suggest that trigeminal nerve damage in old age, but not middle age, can induce degeneration of the septal-hippocampal cholinergic system and loss of hippocampal pyramidal neurons, and ultimately impair learning ability. Our results highlight the importance of active treatment of trigeminal nerve damage in elderly patients and those with Alzheimer’s disease, and indicate that tooth extraction should be avoided in these populations. 展开更多

There are some scenarios that need group recommendation such as watching a movie or a TV series,selecting a tourist destination,or having dinner together.Approaches in this domain can be divided into two categories:Creating group profiles and aggregating individual recommender list.Yet none of the above methods can handle the online group recommendation both efficiently and accurately and these methods either strongly limited by their application environment,or bring bias towards those users having limited connections with this group.In this work,we propose a local optimization framework,using sub-group profiles to compute the item relevance.Such method can captures and removes the bias existed in the traditional group recommendation algorithms in a certain degree.It can then be used to derive single-user recommendation.We also propose an approach to overcome the problem caused by dynamic change or user updating about his social network,which detects the target user’s group by analyzing the link types between he and his neighbours,and then use the group information to generate his recommendations.Experimental analysis for group and personal recommendation on three different sizes of MovieLens datasets show fairly good results,our method consistently outperform several state-of-the-arts in efficiency.And we also provide the explanations behind the phenomena during the experiments. 展开更多

In this work, three different aqueous solutions containing imidazole-based ILs w让h different alkyl chain lengths ([Cnmim]Br, n = 2Z 6,12) were adopted as the medium for the synthesis of ionic liquid-polypyrrole (IL-PPy) composites. Herein, the ILs undertook the roles of the pyrrole solvent, the media for emulsion polymerization of PPy and PPy dopants, respectively. The electrochemical performances of the three IL-PPy composites on a glassy carbon electrode (GCE) were investigated by electrochemical experiments, which indicated that [Ci2mim]Br-PPy (Ci2~PPy) composites displayed better electrochemical performance due to their larger surface area and firmer immobilization on the GCE. Further, Ci2?PPy/GCE were decorated with Au microparticles by electrodeposition that can not only increase the conductivity, but also immobilize sufficient biomolecules on the electrode. Then, the obtained Ci2~PPy^Au/GCE with outstanding electrochemical performance was employed as a horseradish peroxidase (HRP) immobilization platform to fabricate a novel Ci2-PPy-Au-HRP/GCE biosensor for H2O2 detection. The results showed that the prepared Ci2-PPy-Au-HRP/GCE biosensor exhibited high sensitivity, fast response, and a wide detection range as well as low detection limit towards H2O2. This work not only provides an outstanding biomolecule immobilization matrix for the fabrication of highly sensitive biosensors, but also advances the understanding of the roles of ILs in improving the electrochemical performance of biosensors. 展开更多

Broadband electroluminescence based on environment-friendly emitters is promising for healthy lighting yet remains an unprecedented challenge to progress.The copper halide-based emitters are competitive candidates for broadband emission,but their high-performance electroluminescence shows inadequate broad emission bandwidth of less than 90 nm.Here,we demonstrate efficient ultra-broadband electroluminescence from a copper halide(CuI)nanocluster single emitter prepared by a one-step solution synthesis-deposition process,through dedicated design of ligands and subtle selection of solvents.The CuI nanocluster exhibits high rigidity in the excitation state as well as dual-emissive modes of phosphorescence and temperature-activated delayed fluorescence,enabling the uniform cluster-composed film to show excellent stability and high photoluminescent efficiency.In consequence,ultra-broadband light-emitting diodes(LEDs)present nearly identical performance in an inert or air atmosphere without encapsulation and outstanding high-temperature operation performance,reaching an emission full width at half maximum(FWHM)of~120 nm,a peak external quantum efficiency of 13%,a record maximum luminance of~50,000 cd m^(−2),and an operating half-lifetime of 137 h at 100 cd m^(−2).The results highlight the potential of copper halide nanoclusters for next-generation healthy lighting. 展开更多

Intrahepatic cholestasis of pregnancy(ICP)is related to cholestatic disorder in pregnancy.Total urinary sulfated bile acids(SBAs)were found increased in ICP.We distinguished the metabolic profiling of urinary SBAs in ICP to find potential biomarkers for the diagnosis and grading of ICP.The targeted metabolomics based on high-performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry(HPLC-MS/MS)was used to analyze urinary SBAs profiling in mild and severe ICP cases,as well as healthy controls.16 kinds of urinary SBAs were determined by HPLC-MS/MS.Sulfated dihydroxy glycine bile acid(di-GBA-S),glycine cholic acid 3-sulfate(GCA-3S),sulfated dihydroxy taurine bile acid(di-TBA-S)and taurine cholic acid 3-sulfate(TCA-3S)increased significantly in ICP group compared with the control group.Seven kinds of SBAs were significantly different(p<0.05)between the ICP group and the control group,with the variable importance in the projection(VIP)value more than one by the orthogonal partial least squares discriminant analysis(OPLS-DA).GCA-3S was well-suited to be used as the biomarker for the diagnosis of ICP with the sensitivity of 100%and specificity of 95.5%.A multi-variable logistic regression containing GCA-3S and di-GBA-S-1 was constructed to distinguish severe ICP from mild ICP,with the sensitivity of 94.4%and specificity of 100%.The developed HPLC-MS/MS method is suitable for the measurement of urinary SBAs profiling.Moreover,the urinary SBAs in the metabolomic profiling have the potential to be used as non-intrusive biomarkers for the diagnosis and grading of ICP. 展开更多

探讨肾静脉及精索静脉取血在辅助诊断肾素瘤中的应用。回顾性分析1例肾素瘤患者临床资料及诊治经过,查阅肾静脉及精索静脉取血诊断肾素瘤的相关文献。患者为青年男性,因头痛伴高血压入院。入院后多次查血浆肾素>500 mIU/L,上腹部增... 探讨肾静脉及精索静脉取血在辅助诊断肾素瘤中的应用。回顾性分析1例肾素瘤患者临床资料及诊治经过,查阅肾静脉及精索静脉取血诊断肾素瘤的相关文献。患者为青年男性,因头痛伴高血压入院。入院后多次查血浆肾素>500 mIU/L,上腹部增强计算机断层扫描(CT)示左肾下极占位病变。静脉取血示左精索静脉肾素浓度明显高于肾静脉、肾静脉分支及外周静脉,考虑左肾素瘤可能,手术切除左肾占位,组织病检提示肾素瘤,患者术后肾素和血压恢复正常。文献报道肾静脉分段取血定位肾素瘤的阳性率仅8.3%~64%,推测可能与肾素瘤位于肾皮质,肿瘤血液由肾包膜静脉而非肾静脉收集有关。事实上,肾包膜静脉与精索静脉外侧支有交汇,但目前国内外尚未见精索静脉取血辅助定位肾素瘤的报道。鉴于肾素瘤分泌的肾素可能通过肾包膜静脉回流至精索静脉,肾静脉分段取血定位肾素瘤时应注意同时采集精索静脉血检测肾素。 展开更多

Background:It is unclear whether multifocal soft contact lenses(MFSCLs)affect visual quality when they are used for myopia control in juvenile myopes.The aim of this study was,therefore,to investigate the effect of MFSCLs on visual quality among juvenile myopia subjects.Methods:In a prospective,intervention study,thirty-three juvenile myopes were enrolled.Visual perception was assessed by a quality of vision(QoV)questionnaire with spectacles at baseline and after 1 month of MFSCL wear.At the one-month visit,the high(96%)contrast distance visual acuity(distance HCVA)and low(10%)contrast distance visual acuity(distance LCVA)were measured with single vision spectacle lenses,single vision soft contact lenses(SVSCLs)and MFSCLs in a random order.Wavefront aberrations were measured with SVSCLs,with MFSCLs,and without any correction.Results:Neither distance HCVA(p>0.05)nor distance LCVA(p>0.05)revealed any significant difference between MFSCLs,SVSCLs and single vision spectacle lenses.The overall score(the sum of ten symptoms)of the QoV questionnaire did not show a statistically significant difference between spectacles at baseline and after 1 month of MFSCL wear(p=0.357).The results showed that the frequency(p<0.001),severity(p=0.001)and bothersome degree(p=0.016)of halos were significantly worse when wearing MFSCLs than when wearing single vision spectacle lenses.In contrast,the bothersome degree caused by focusing difficulty(p=0.046)and the frequency of difficulty in judging distance or depth perception(p=0.046)were better when wearing MFSCLs than when wearing single vision spectacle lenses.Compared with the naked eye,MFSCLs increased the total aberrations(p<0.001),higher-order aberrations(p<0.001),trefoil(p=0.023),coma aberrations(p<0.001)and spherical aberrations(SA)(p<0.001).Compared with the SVSCLs,MFSCLs increased the total aberrations(p<0.001),higher-order aberrations(p<0.001),coma aberrations(p<0.001)and SA(p<0.001).The direction of SA was more positive(p<0.001)with the MFSCLs and more negative(p=0.001)with the SVSCLs compared with the naked eye.Conclusions:Wearing MFSCLs can provide satisfactory corrected visual acuity(both distance HCVA and distance LCVA).Although the lenses increased the aberrations,such as total aberrations and higher-order aberrations,there were few adverse effects on the distance HCVA,distance LCVA and visual perception after 1 month of MFSCL use. 展开更多

Liquid crystalline elastomers(LCEs)have been utilized as an important class of smart actuator materials.However,the modest actuation mechanical and robustness performances remain a challenge.Inspired by the specific structures,well mechanical properties and physico-chemical characteristics of some natural plant fibers,a composite of thiol-acrylate main-chain LCE matrix incorporated with catkin fibers is designed and developed.The catkin fibers build a network as reinforcement phase,and demon-strate effective compatibility and integration property with the matrix,their high flexibility can be adapted to the large deforma-tional performance of LCE matrix.The prepared LCE composite demonstrates strong mechanical actuation properties.The mod-ulus and driving force triggered by the stimuli are obviously increased.The tensile strength and fatigue failure resistant prop-erty under high loadings and repeated cycles of thermal actua-tion or photothermal actuation are greatly enhanced.While the stimulus response deformation rate,phase transition temperature and liquid crystal phase structure of the LCE matrix,and so on,do not weaken or change.This work promotes the LCE materi-als’application potential and broadens the application value of natural plant fibers. 展开更多
