Maternal dietary patterns associated with bone density in Chinese lactating women and infants at 6 months postpartum:a prospective study using data from 2018-2019

This cohort study was designed to explore the relationship between maternal dietary patterns(DPs)and bone health in Chinese lactating mothers and infants.We recruited 150 lactating women at 1-month postpartum.The estimated bone mineral density(eBMD)of subjects’calcanei and the information on dietary intake were collected.After 5-month follow-up,the eBMD of mothers and their infants were measured again.Factor analysis was applied to determine maternal DPs.General linear models were used to evaluate the association between maternal DPs and maternal eBMD loss or infants’eBMD.With all potential covariates adjusted,Factor 2(high intake of whole grains,tubers,mixed beans,soybeans and soybean products,seaweeds,and nuts)showed a positive association with the changes of maternal eBMD(β=0.16,95%CI:0.005,0.310).Factor 3(high intake of soft drinks,fried foods,and puffed foods)was inversely correlated with the changes of maternal eBMD(β=-0.22,95%CI:-0.44,0.00).The changes of maternal eBMD were positively associated with 6-month infants’eBMD(β=0.34,95%CI:0.017,0.652).In conclusion,Factor 2 might contribute to the maintenance of eBMD in lactating women,while Factor 3 could exacerbate maternal eBMD loss.Additionally,the changes of maternal eBMD presented a positive correlation with 6-month infants’eBMD. 展开更多

目的探讨食管神经鞘瘤的临床病理特点,以及内镜黏膜下剥离术(ESD)和内镜经黏膜下隧道肿瘤切除术(STER)切除食管神经鞘瘤的效果。方法回顾性分析2007年8月-2019年7月南京大学医学院附属鼓楼医院消化科收治的11例食管神经鞘瘤患者的临床... 目的探讨食管神经鞘瘤的临床病理特点,以及内镜黏膜下剥离术(ESD)和内镜经黏膜下隧道肿瘤切除术(STER)切除食管神经鞘瘤的效果。方法回顾性分析2007年8月-2019年7月南京大学医学院附属鼓楼医院消化科收治的11例食管神经鞘瘤患者的临床特征、内镜下表现、术后并发症和病理特点。结果男患者占54.5%;年龄40~81岁,平均(57.5±12.4)岁;食管神经鞘瘤多位于胸上段(45.5%,5/11)和胸中段(27.3%,3/11);11例(100.0%)病灶的白光内镜分型均为隆起型,表面黏膜光滑、无溃疡。肿瘤直径为0.3~5.0 cm,平均(2.5±1.8)cm;超声内镜(EUS)显示10例(90.9%)起源于固有肌层,11例均为低回声,9例(81.8%)回声均匀;11例EUS下均无血流信号,6例(54.5%)为腔内生长,5例(45.5%)腔内外生长。完整切除率为100.0%(11/11),中位手术时间41 min,11例患者(100.0%)均未出现穿孔、迟发性出血和感染等并发症;术后首次进流食时间为(1.2±0.6)d;平均住院时间为(6.9±2.5)d。所有组织标本中S100均为阳性;中位随访时间为53个月,期间未发生局部复发、远处转移和死亡。结论ESD和STER用于诊断和治疗食管神经鞘瘤是安全、有效的。 展开更多

Three cruises were launched in the Pearl River Estuary (PRE) in 2005 to investigate the biogeochemical cycling of nutrients associated with early diagenesis related to degradation of organic matter. Seasonal and spatial variations of pore water nutrient concentrations and profile patterns in sediments were studied. Nutrient fluxes at the sediment-water interface (SWI) were measured by incu- bation experiments, and we here discussed the accumulation and transformation processes of nutrients at the SWI. The nutrients generally decreased from the Pearl River outlets downstream, indicating an- thropogenic influences on the nutrient inputs in the estuary. NO3-N concentration was the highest of the three forms of DIN (dissolved inorganic nitrogen, the sum of NH4-N, NO3-N and NO2-N) in the overly- ing water, and NH4-N was the main component of DIN in pore water. The gradual increase of NH4-N and the rapid decrease of NO3-N with sediment depth provided the evidence for anaerobic conditions below the SWI. Negative fluxes of NO3-N and positive fluxes of NH4-N were commonly observed, sug- gesting the denitrification of NO3-N at the SWL The DIN flux direction suggested that the sediment was the sink of DIN in spring, however, the sediment was generally the source of DIN in summer and winter. PO4-P distribution patterns were distinct while SiO4-Si inconspicuously varied in sediment profiles in different seasons. The flux results indicated that PO4-P mainly diffused from the water column to the sediment while SiO4-Si mainly diffused from the sediment to the water column. Generally, the incu- bated fluxes were the coupling of diffusion, bioturbation and biochemical reactions, and were relatively accurate in this study. 展开更多

In this paper, we first set up an alternative fundamental theory of M?bius geometry for any umbilic-free spacelike hypersurfaces in four dimensional Lorentzian space form, and prove the hypersurfaces can be determined completely by a system consisting of a function W and a tangent frame {E_i}. Then we give a complete classification for spacelike M?bius homogeneous hypersurfaces in four dimensional Lorentzian space form. They are either M?bius equivalent to spacelike Dupin hypersurfaces or to some cylinders constructed from logarithmic curves and hyperbolic logarithmic spirals. Some of them have parallel para-Blaschke tensors with non-vanishing M?bius form. 展开更多

目的以“新医科”为背景构建以“育人为驱动力—立德树人为核心”的全过程育人路径,为医学院校人文素质教育改革与创新发展,提供决策依据。方法以齐齐哈尔医学院五年制临床医学(大一至大五)学生为研究对象,利用文献分析等方法构建临床... 目的以“新医科”为背景构建以“育人为驱动力—立德树人为核心”的全过程育人路径,为医学院校人文素质教育改革与创新发展,提供决策依据。方法以齐齐哈尔医学院五年制临床医学(大一至大五)学生为研究对象,利用文献分析等方法构建临床医学生人文素质评价模型和调查问卷。通过问卷星平台对临床医学本科生采取随机抽样进行调研和数据收集工作。采用SPSS 26.0软件进行卡方检验,探讨构建全过程育人的路径。结果实证调研对医学生人文素养培育情况的医学生人文态度评分均值为(3.47±0.75)分。从性别上来看,男生人文认知、态度、行为评分为2.81分、3.68分和3.22分,全部高于女生的2.52分、3.22分和2.95分,且差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。从大一到大五年级数据显示:人文认知、态度、行为评分均呈现出年级升高而递增的趋势,运用“知信行(Knowledge,Attitude/Belief,Practice,KAP)”模型发现医学生对人文素养认知率较为理想,不同年级医学生知晓率不同,并利用交叉分析去研究学校对医学生开展的思想品德和政治素养教育效果与多选题的交叉关系,呈现出显著性。结论临床医学生人文素质有待提高,培育医学人文素养需贯穿大一至大五的全过程,从而提高职业能力的综合培养,促进医学生的全面发展。 展开更多

How various peoples crossed geographical barriers,were affected by climate change and human-made technologies comprise some of the most interesting quandaries in the history of cultures.This paper considers the Hu line,which is a major boundary between population centres and different environments in China.The boundary became evident approximately 11,400 years ago;however,evidence suggests that people crossed through at 5200,3800,and 2800 cal a BP,facilitating the increases of the trans-Eurasian exchange.The timings of the crossings correspond to the weakening of the East Asian summer monsoon that triggers seesaw changes of precipitation in western and eastern China.This analysis demonstrates that climate change on a millennial-to-centennial scale can have a profound influence on population distribution with long-term consequences. 展开更多
