Zincophilic property and high electrical conductivity are both very important parameters to design novel Zn anode for aqueous Zn-ion batteries(AZIBs).However,single material is difficult to exhibit zincophilic property and high electrical conductivity at the same time.Herein,originating from theoretical calculation,a zincophilic particle regulation strategy is proposed to address these limitations and carbon coated Na_(3)V_(2)(PO_(4))_(3)is taken as an example to be a protective layer on zinc metal(NVPC@Zn).Na_(3)V_(2)(PO_(4))_(3)(NVP)is a common cathode material for Zn-ion batteries,which is zincophilic.Carbon materials not only offer an electron pathway to help Zn deposition onto NVPC surface,but also enhance the zinc nucleophilicity of Na_(3)V_(2)(PO_(4))_(3).Hence,this hybrid coating layer can tune zinc deposition and resist side reactions such as hydrogen generation and Zn metal corrosion.Experimentally,a symmetrical battery with NVPC@Zn electrode displays highly reversible plating/stripping behavior with a long cycle lifespan over 1800 h at2 mA cm^(-2),much better than carbon and Na_(3)V_(2)(PO_(4))_(3)solely modified Zn electrodes.When the Na_(3)V_(2)(PO_(4))_(3)is replaced with zincophobic Al2O3or zincophilic V2O3,the stability of the modified zinc anodes is also prolonged.This strategy expands the option of zincophilic materials and provides a general and effective way to stabilize the Zn electrode. 展开更多

目的:比较飞秒激光小切口角膜基质透镜取出术(SMILE)术中旋转补偿对散光矫正的疗效。方法:检索PubMed、Web of Science、EMBASE、Cochrane以及CNKI、VIP、CBM和Wan Fang Data数据库,纳入2010-01/2022-08试验组为SMILE术中进行旋转补偿;... 目的:比较飞秒激光小切口角膜基质透镜取出术(SMILE)术中旋转补偿对散光矫正的疗效。方法:检索PubMed、Web of Science、EMBASE、Cochrane以及CNKI、VIP、CBM和Wan Fang Data数据库,纳入2010-01/2022-08试验组为SMILE术中进行旋转补偿;对照组为SMILE术中不进行旋转补偿的临床对照研究。由两名研究员独立进行文献筛选、质量评价和数据提取后,使用Stata16.0软件对术后裸眼远视力(UDVA)、残余散光、矢量分析法用于衡量散光矫正效果的指标[包括误差角度的绝对值(|AE|):手术矫正散光的轴向与预期的误差绝对值;误差大小(ME):手术矫正散光与预期的算数差值]和术后总高阶像差、球差、彗差进行Meta分析。结果:最终纳入7篇文献,共846眼(试验组442眼,对照组404眼),Meta分析结果显示,两组患者在残余散光≥1.00D的眼所占百分比(OR=0.17,95%CI:0.06~0.49,P<0.01)、|AE|(WMD=-1.56,95%CI:-2.68~-0.45,P<0.01)、彗差(WMD=0.06,95%CI:-0.08~-0.04,P<0.01)和总高阶像差(WMD=-0.04,95%CI:-0.06~-0.02,P<0.01)均有差异,但在术后UDVA(WMD=0.00,95%CI:-0.02~0.01,P=0.54)、残余散光度数(WMD=0.08,95%CI:-0.02~0.18,P=0.10)、ME(WMD=-0.01,95%CI:-0.14~0.12,P=0.85)及球差(WMD=0.03,95%CI:-0.07~0.13,P=0.52)均无差异。结论:SMILE术中进行旋转补偿能有效减少散光矫正时因眼球旋转所致的角度误差、降低术后残余散光,在精确矫正散光的临床疗效上更具优势。 展开更多

目的:探讨2型糖尿病合并周围神经病变(DPN)患者的干眼临床特征。方法:前瞻性队列研究。收集2021-07/2022-03上海中医药大学附属曙光医院内分泌科2型糖尿病患者192例,均选右眼为观察眼,其中确诊为DPN患者122例,糖尿病无周围神经病变(NDPN... 目的:探讨2型糖尿病合并周围神经病变(DPN)患者的干眼临床特征。方法:前瞻性队列研究。收集2021-07/2022-03上海中医药大学附属曙光医院内分泌科2型糖尿病患者192例,均选右眼为观察眼,其中确诊为DPN患者122例,糖尿病无周围神经病变(NDPN)患者70例。比较两组患者眼表疾病指数量表(OSDI)评分、泪河高度、泪河宽度、角膜上皮厚度、角膜内皮细胞密度、泪液分泌试验(SⅠt)、角膜敏感度、睑板腺功能状态评分、泪膜破裂试验(BUT)、角膜荧光素钠染色评分及多伦多临床评分系统(TCSS)评分,分析2型糖尿病患者OSDI评分与TCSS评分的相关性。结果:DPN组患者干眼患病率(55眼,45.1%)显著高于NDPN组(20眼,28.6%)(χ^(2)=5.094,P=0.024),BUT和角膜敏感度评分低于NDPN组(P<0.001),角膜染色评分和睑板腺功能评分高于NDPN组(P<0.001)。所有受试者OSDI评分与TCSS评分呈负相关(r_(s)=-0.233,P=0.002),同时DPN组受试者的OSDI评分与TCSS评分呈负相关(r_(s)=-0.511,P<0.001),而NDPN组患者两项评分间无显著相关(r_(s)=0.007,P=0.957)。结论:DPN患者相较NDPN患者更容易患干眼,OSDI评分对于2型糖尿病患者尤其是DPN患者并非是准确的干眼评价指标。 展开更多

SMILE与FS-LASIK术后角膜光密度的变化研究

目的:比较飞秒激光小切口角膜基质透镜取出术(SMILE)与飞秒激光辅助制瓣的准分子激光角膜原位磨镶术(FS-LASIK)术后角膜光密度的变化,探讨SMILE术后角膜界面混浊对视觉的影响。方法:前瞻性队列研究。选取2020-05/2021-10在南通大学附属... 目的:比较飞秒激光小切口角膜基质透镜取出术(SMILE)与飞秒激光辅助制瓣的准分子激光角膜原位磨镶术(FS-LASIK)术后角膜光密度的变化,探讨SMILE术后角膜界面混浊对视觉的影响。方法:前瞻性队列研究。选取2020-05/2021-10在南通大学附属医院眼科屈光手术中心拟行角膜屈光手术的患者93例186眼,其中SMILE组48例96眼,FS-LASIK组45例90眼,观察两组患者术前和术后1d,1wk,1、3、6mo时角膜光密度、等效球镜、裸眼视力(UCVA)的变化。结果:纳入93例患者均顺利完成手术,术中及术后均未出现相关并发症,无失访病例。FS-LASIK组在术后1d,1wk UCVA分别为0.044±0.064和-0.001±0.065优于SMILE组(0.102±0.077和0.023±0.064)(均P<0.05)。两组间术后各随访时间的等效球镜均无差异(P>0.05)。FS-LASIK组术后1d在距角膜顶点0~2、2~6mm的角膜光密度及总角膜光密度分别为18.0(17.5,18.6)、16.2(15.6,16.7)、16.7(16.1,17.3),均低于SMILE组[18.6(18.1,19.3)、16.8(16.4,17.4)、17.2(16.6,17.8)](均P<0.05);FS-LASIK组术后1wk在距角膜顶点0~2、2~6mm处的角膜光密度及总角膜光密度分别为17.2(16.7,17.6)、15.5(15.0,15.9)、15.9(15.3,16.7),均低于SMILE组[17.6(17.1,18.3)、16.0(15.6,16.5)、16.6(15.9,17.1)](均P<0.05)。结论:SMILE术后出现的一过性界面混浊是导致其早期角膜光密度高于FS-LASIK的原因,界面混浊的出现或是视觉质量的影响因素。 展开更多

Sperm is essential for successful artificial insemination in dairy cattle,and its quality can be influenced by both epi-genetic modification and epigenetic inheritance.The bovine germline differentiation is characterized by epigenetic reprogramming,while intergenerational and transgenerational epigenetic inheritance can influence the offspring’s development through the transmission of epigenetic features to the offspring via the germline.Therefore,the selec-tion of bulls with superior sperm quality for the production and fertility traits requires a better understanding of the epigenetic mechanism and more accurate identifications of epigenetic biomarkers.We have comprehensively reviewed the current progress in the studies of bovine sperm epigenome in terms of both resources and biological discovery in order to provide perspectives on how to harness this valuable information for genetic improvement in the cattle breeding industry. 展开更多

急性胰腺炎患者应对方式现状及其相关影响因素分析 被引量:1

目的 分析急性胰腺炎(acute pancreatitis,AP)患者应对方式现状及其相关影响因素。方法 选取2021年6月至2022年10月江西省鹰潭市人民医院收治的78例AP患者作为研究对象,采用简易应对方式问卷(Simple Coping Style Questionnaire,SCSQ)... 目的 分析急性胰腺炎(acute pancreatitis,AP)患者应对方式现状及其相关影响因素。方法 选取2021年6月至2022年10月江西省鹰潭市人民医院收治的78例AP患者作为研究对象,采用简易应对方式问卷(Simple Coping Style Questionnaire,SCSQ)评估患者的应对方式情况,根据患者应对方式不同分为两组,分析AP患者应对方式的相关影响因素。结果 78例AP患者中,积极应对50例(64.10%)、消极应对28例(35.90%);消极组初中及以下文化水平(60.71%vs.36.00%)、家庭人均月收入<3 500元(64.29%vs.38.00%)、低社会支持率(42.86%vs.16.00%)高于积极组,反刍性沉思问卷评分(36.76±6.48vs.42.85±7.58)低于积极组(P <0.05);多因素分析结果显示,文化水平低[OR=2.747,95%CI(1.059,7.127),P=0.038]、家庭人均月收入低[OR=2.937,95%CI(1.123,7.678),P=0.028]、社会支持度低[OR=3.937,95%CI(1.359,11.409),P=0.012]、反刍性沉思水平[OR=0.887,95%CI(0.822,0.957),P=0.002]均为AP患者应对方式的独立影响因素。结论 AP患者多能够积极应对自身疾病,但仍有部分患者应对疾病时较为消极,可能受到患者自身文化水平、家庭经济状况、反刍性沉思水平、社会支持等因素的影响。 展开更多

Glycogen,amino acids,fatty acids,and other nutrient components affect the flavor and nutritional quality of oysters.Methods based on near-infrared reflectance spectroscopy(NIRS)were developed to rapidly and proximately determine the nutrient content of the Pacific oyster Crassostreagigas.Samples of C.gigas from 19 costal sites were freeze-dried,ground,and scanned for spectral data collection using a Fourier transform NIR spectrometer(Thermo Fisher Scientific).NIRS models of glycogen and other nutrients were established using partial least squares,multiplication scattering correction first-order derivation,and Norris smoothing.The R_(C) values of the glycogen,fatty acids,amino acids,and taurine NIRS models were 0.9678,0.9312,0.9132,and 0.8928,respectively,and the residual prediction deviation(RPD)values of these components were 3.15,2.16,3.11,and 1.59,respectively,indicating a high correlation between the predicted and observed values,and that the models can be used in practice.The models were used to evaluate the nutrient compositions of 1278 oyster samples.Glycogen content was found to be positively correlated with fatty acids and negatively correlated with amino acids.The glycogen,amino acid,and taurine levels of C.gigas cultured in the subtidal and intertidal zones were also significantly different.This study suggests that C.gigas NIRS models can be a cost-effective alternative to traditional methods for the rapid and proximate analysis of various slaughter traits and may also contribute to future genetic and breeding-related studies in Pacific oysters. 展开更多

Machine learning models for stroke detection by observing the eye-movement features under five-color visual stimuli in traditional Chinese medicine

Objective:To develop a novel diagnostic modality to identify and diagnose stroke in daily life scenarios for improving the therapeutic effects and prognoses of patients.Methods:In this study,16 stroke patients and 24 age-matched healthy participants as controls were recruited for comparative analysis.Leveraging a portable eye-tracking device and integrating traditional Chinese medicine theory with modern color psychology principles,we recorded the eye movement signals and calculated eye movement features.Meanwhile,the stroke recognition models based on eye movement features were further trained by using random forest(RF),k-nearest neighbors(KNN),decision tree(DT),gradient boosting classifier(GBC),XGBoost,and CatBoost.Results:The stroke group and the healthy group showed significant differences in some eye movement features(P<.05).The models trained based on eye movement characteristics had good performances in recognizing stroke individuals,with accuracies ranging from 77.40%to 88.45%.Under the red stimulus,the eye movement model trained by RF became the best machine learning model with a recall of 84.65%,a precision of 86.48%,a F1 score of 85.47%.Among the six algorithms,RF and CatBoost performed better in classification.Conclusion:This study pioneers the application of traditional Chinese medicine's five-color stimuli to visual observation tasks.On the basis of the combined design,the eye-movement models can accurately identify stroke,and the developed high-performance models may be used in daily life scenarios. 展开更多

目的探讨双克隆型淋巴浆细胞淋巴瘤(lymphoplasmacytic lymphoma,LPL)的临床特征及诊疗疗效。方法收集1993年6月至2017年10月就诊于中国医学科学院血液病医院5例双克隆型LPL患者的临床资料并进行分析。结果5例患者中男性4例、女性1例。... 目的探讨双克隆型淋巴浆细胞淋巴瘤(lymphoplasmacytic lymphoma,LPL)的临床特征及诊疗疗效。方法收集1993年6月至2017年10月就诊于中国医学科学院血液病医院5例双克隆型LPL患者的临床资料并进行分析。结果5例患者中男性4例、女性1例。3例为华氏巨球蛋白血症国际预后指数(ISSWM)分期高危患者,4例患者表达免疫球蛋白G(IgG)和免疫球蛋白M(IgM),3例患者表达不同类型轻链。5例患者的血清免疫固定电泳均为双克隆,骨髓均可见异常淋巴细胞及浆细胞浸润。5例患者确诊双克隆LPL后,2例CD20阳性者接受利妥昔单抗为基础的化疗方案、1例伊布替尼口服治疗、1例苯达莫司汀治疗效果不佳改用沙利度胺+地塞米松+环磷酰胺(TCD)治疗、1例使用司莫司汀+环磷酰胺+马法兰+地塞米松+长春新碱(M2)化疗。5例患者中4例达到微小缓解(minimal response,MR)及以上疗效,中位随访时间为44.1个月,中位无进展生存期(median progression-free survival,mPFS)为52.4个月,中位总生存期(median overall survival,mOS)为52.4个月。截至2022年5月随访结束,2例患者部分缓解(partial response,PR),2例患者死亡。结论双克隆LPL非常罕见,对该疾病的临床特征、诊断、治疗转归及预后尚缺乏深刻一致的认识,仍需更多的临床病例总结分析。 展开更多

Manganese-based cathode materials are considered as a promising candidate for rechargeable aqueous zinc-ion batteries(ZIBs).Suffering from poor conductive and limited structure tolerance,various carbon matrix,especially N-doped carbon,were employed to incorporate with MnO_(2)for greatly promoted electrochemical performances.However,the related underlying mechanism is still unknown,which is unfavorable to guide the design of high performance electrode.Herein,by incorporating layered MnO_(2)with N-doped carbon nanowires,a free-standing cathode with hierarchical core-shell structure(denoted as MnO_(2)@NC)is prepared.Benefiting from the N-doped carbon and rational architecture,the MnO_(2)@NC electrode shows an enhanced specific capacity(325 mAh g^(−1)at 0.1 A g^(−1))and rate performance(90 mAh g^(−1)at 2 A g^(−1)),as well as improved cycling stability.Furthermore,the performance improvement mechanism of MnO_(2)incorporated by N-doped carbon is investigated by X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS),Raman spectrums and density functional theory(DFT)calculation.The N atom elongates the Mn-O bond and reduces the valence of Mn^(4+)ion in MnO_(2)crystal by delocalizing its electron clouds.Thus,the electrostatic repulsion will be weakened when Zn^(2+)/H^(+)insert into the host MnO_(2)lattices,which is profitable to more cation insertion and faster ion transfer kinetics for higher capacity and rate capability.This work elucidates a fundamental understanding of the functions of N-doped carbon in composite materials and shed light on a practical pathway to optimize other electrode materials. 展开更多

Augmented Reality(AR)tries to seamlessly integrate virtual content into the real world of the user.Ideally,the virtual content would behave exactly like real objects.This necessitates a correct and precise estimation of the user’s viewpoint(or that of a camera)with regard to the virtual content’s coordinate sys-tem.Therefore,the real-time establishment of 3-dimension(3D)maps in real scenes is particularly important for augmented reality technology.So in this paper,we integrate Simultaneous Localization and Mapping(SLAM)technology into augmented reality.Our research is to implement an augmented reality system without markers using the ORB-SLAM2 framework algorithm.In this paper we propose an improved method for Oriented FAST and Rotated BRIEF(ORB)feature extraction and optimized key frame selection,as well as the use of the Progressive Sample Consensus(PROSAC)algorithm for planar estimation of augmented reality implementations,thus solving the problem of increased sys-tem runtime because of the loss of large amounts of texture information in images.In this paper,we get better results by comparing experiments and data analysis.However,there are some improved methods of PROSAC algorithm which are more suitable for the detection of plane feature points. 展开更多

目的探讨杞菊地黄丸加减治疗早期乳腺癌术后服用芳香化酶抑制剂(AI)致高血脂症的临床疗效。方法选择正在服用AI且并发高血脂症的绝经后早期乳腺癌术后患者60例,随机分为治疗组30例和对照组30例。对照组口服阿托伐他汀钙片10 mg每日1次,... 目的探讨杞菊地黄丸加减治疗早期乳腺癌术后服用芳香化酶抑制剂(AI)致高血脂症的临床疗效。方法选择正在服用AI且并发高血脂症的绝经后早期乳腺癌术后患者60例,随机分为治疗组30例和对照组30例。对照组口服阿托伐他汀钙片10 mg每日1次,治疗组在口服阿托伐他汀钙片基础上给予杞菊地黄丸加减治疗。2组均以1个月为1个疗程,共治疗2个疗程。结果 2组治疗后TG、TC、LDL-C及HDL-C水平比较差异均无统计学意义(P均> 0. 05)。治疗组治疗后血脂水平改善的总有效率为86. 7%,对照组总有效率为80. 0%,2组比较差异无统计学意义(P> 0. 05)。2组治疗后中医证候评分均明显下降(P均<0. 05),且治疗组中医证候评分较对照组下降程度更明显(P <0. 05)。治疗组治疗后中医证候总有效率为90. 0%,明显高于对照组的46. 7%(P <0. 05)。结论在服用阿托伐他汀钙片的基础上加服杞菊地黄丸加减治疗乳腺癌术后服用AI所致高血脂症患者,可明显降低患者的血脂水平,改善患者的中医证候,提高患者的生活质量。 展开更多

目的:应用视疲劳调查量表调查调节性视疲劳患者的视疲劳情况及治疗前后评分差异,评价其在该人群中的信度、效度及反应度。方法:对112例上海中医药大学附属曙光医院眼科就诊及线上招募的调节性视疲劳患者,使用视疲劳调查量表进行调查,再... 目的:应用视疲劳调查量表调查调节性视疲劳患者的视疲劳情况及治疗前后评分差异,评价其在该人群中的信度、效度及反应度。方法:对112例上海中医药大学附属曙光医院眼科就诊及线上招募的调节性视疲劳患者,使用视疲劳调查量表进行调查,再随机抽取48例调查对象于1wk后重测,采用多种信度、效度及反应度指标对量表进行评价。结果:量表条目的总体Cronbach’sα系数为0.91;分半信度系数为0.86;量表总分的重复测量相关系数为0.74,前后无差异(P>0.05);验证性因子分析结果表明三因子结构模型绝对拟合指数χ^(2)/df<2.0,RMSEA=0.08;相关分析中各维度总分和量表总分的相关系数分别为0.92、0.90、0.83;标准关联效度分析显示组间有差异(P<0.01)。反应度分析显示治疗前后有差异(P<0.01)。结论:ASS量表用于调节性视疲劳的临床评价具有较高的信度、效度及反应度,是视疲劳人群临床研究或筛检的有效工具。 展开更多
