METHODS: The clinical data of 305 SOD patients documented over the past decade at our center were analyzed retrospectively, and typical cases were reported. RESULTS: The new classification with two more types (double-duct, biliary-pancreatic reflux) were set up on the basis of the Milwaukee criteria. There were 229 cases of biliary-type SOD, including 192 (83.8%) cases cured endoscopically, and 29 (12.7%) cured by open abdominal surgery, and the remaining 8 (3.5%) cases observed with unstable outcomes. Eight (50%) patients with pancreatic-type SOD were cured by endoscopic treatment, and the remaining 8 patients were cured after open abdominal surgery. There were 19 cases of double-duct-type SOD, which consisted of 7 (36.8%) patients who were cured endoscopically and 12 (63.2%) who were cured surgically. A total of 41 cases were diagnosed as biliary-pancreatic-reflux-type SOD. Twenty (48.8%) of them were treated endoscopically, 16 (39.0%) were treated by open abdominal surgery, and 5 (12.2%) were under observation. CONCLUSION: The newly proposed SOD classification system introduced in this study better explains the clinical symptoms of SOD from the anatomical perspective and can guide clinical treatment of this disease.展开更多

However, few studies have investigated the outcomes of shallow needling. The present study established middle cerebral artery occlusion models in rats using the thrombosis method. Shallow needling and conventional needling at the bilateral Neiguan (PC 6) and Gongsun (SP 4) acupoints improved neurological function of middle cerebral artery occlusion rats, increased the expression of the anti-apoptotic Bcl-2, inhibited the expression of the pro-apoptotic Bax, and reduced the expression of the vasoactive substances nitric oxide synthase and endothelin-1. However, these changes were more pronounced in the shallow needling group, indicating that shallow needling is more effective in inhibiting brain ischemic injury.展开更多

The bulk structures and properties of the prepared polyurethanes were characterized by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FTIR), differential scanning calorimetry(DSC), tensile mechanical tests and water contact angle(WCA) measurements. The degree of microphase separation was slightly improved because of the lowered crosslinking degree of these PEGPUs in comparison with the high cross-linking degree samples, leading to good mechanical properties, as indicated by DSC and stress-strain data. Moreover, biodegradability of the polyurethanes was evaluated in phosphate buffer solutions(PBS) under different pH values and enzymatic solution at pH 7.4 through weight loss monitoring. The results suggested that the degradation of these PEGPUs was closely related to their bulk and surface properties. And the degradation products didn't show apparent inhibition effect against fibroblasts in vitro. These studies demonstrated that the waterborne biodegradable polyurethanes could find potential use in soft tissue engineering and tissue regeneration.展开更多

文摘For the treatment of brain ischemia using acupuncture, the needle is predominantly inserted into muscular layers and deep tissue. However, these changes were more pronounced in the shallow needling group, indicating that shallow needling is more effective in inhibiting brain ischemic injury.

文摘Background:Accurate mapping of tree species is highly desired in the management and research of plantation forests, whose ecosystem services are currently under threats.Time-series multispectral satellite images,e.g.,from Landsat-8(L8)and Sentinel-2(S2),have been proven useful in mapping general forest types, yet we do not know quantitatively how their spectral features(e.g.,red-edge)and temporal frequency of data acquisitions(e.g.,16-day vs.5-day)contribute to plantation forest mapping to the species level. Moreover,it is unclear to what extent the fusion of L8 and S2 will result in improvements in tree species mapping of northern plantation forests in China. Methods:We designed three sets of classification experiments(i.e.,single-date,multi-date,and spectral-temporal)to evaluate the performances of L8 and S2 data for mapping keystone timber tree species in northern China. We first used seven pairs of L8 and S2 images to evaluate the performances of L8 and S2 key spectral features for separating these tree species across key growing stages. Then we extracted the spectral-temporal features from all available images of different temporal frequency of data acquisition(i.e.,L8 time series,S2 time series, and fusion of L8 and S2)to assess the contribution of image temporal frequency on the accuracy of tree species mapping in the study area.Results:1)S2 outperformed L8 images in all classification experiments, with or without the red edge bands(0.4%–3.4%and 0.2%–4.4%higher for overall accuracy and macro-F1,respectively);2)NDTI(the ratio of SWIR1 minus SWIR2 to SWIR1 plus SWIR2)and Tasseled Cap coefficients were most important features in all the classifications, and for time-series experiments, the spectral-temporal features of red band-related vegetation indices were most useful;3)increasing the temporal frequency of data acquisition can improve overall accuracy of tree species mapping for up to 3.2%(from 90.1%using single-date imagery to 93.3%using S2 time-series),yet similar overall accuracies were achieved using S2 time-series(93.3%)and the fusion of S2 and L8(93.2%).Conclusions:This study quantifies the contributions of L8 and S2 spectral and temporal features in mapping keystone tree species of northern plantation forests in China and suggests that for mapping tree species in China's northern plantation forests, the effects of increasing the temporal frequency of data acquisition could saturate quickly after using only two images from key phenological stages.

文摘Chang’e-5 explorer successfully acquired lunar regolith core samples from depths of greater than 1 m of lunar surface. This study analyzed the lunar core drilling process based on the telemetry data, image information, and returned samples to optimize the sampling device design and enhance the understanding of the lunar regolith. In particular,a prediction method for the projected drilling path and local terrain fitting of drilling dip angle was proposed based on the flight events recorded during the core drilling process and the image information acquired before, during, and after sampling. The results revealed that the drilling dip angle of Chang’e-5 was approximately2.3.,and the deviation of the drilling length and depth was less than 2 mm.For continuous drilling,a fusion method based on telemetry data and image information was applied to determine the demarcation point of drilling with and without the lunar soil. The position of the demarcation point implied that the drilling point remained at approximately 6 mm loose soil, thereby lagging the action of the force response.Additionally,a characteristic parameter comparison method was proposed for the lunar and ground drilling to analyze the status of the lunar soil.Furthermore, the analysis results revealed that the majority of the Chang’e-5 drilling samples were derived from 0–73.8 cm below the lunar surface and few samples were extracted below 73.8 cm,as the drilling encountered several rocky regions. Moreover, the drilling point exhibited two prominent stratification variations at~28.7 cm and~70 cm below the lunar surface.Ultimately, the preliminary relationship between sample dissected position in soft tube and drilling displacement was analyzed. The segmented estimation results can support research on subsurface lunar soil.

文摘A 2 m class robotic drill was sent to the Moon and successfully collected and returned regolith samples in late 2020 by China. It was a typical thick wall spiral drill(TWSD)with a hollow auger containing a complex coring system to retain subsurface regolith samples. Before the robotic drill was launched,a series of laboratory tests were carried out to investigate and predict the possible drilling loads it may encounter in the lunar environment. This work presents how the sampling performance of the TWSD is affected by the regolith compressibility.Experiments and analysis during the drilling and sampling process in a simulated lunar regolith environment were conducted. The compressibility of a typical lunar regolith simulant(LRS)was measured through unidirectional compression tests to study the relationship between its inner regolith stress and bulk density.A theoretical model was established to elucidate the cutting discharge behavior by auger flights based on the aforementioned relationship.Experiments were conducted with the LRS,and the results show that the sampling performance is greatly affected by the flux of the drilled cuttings into the spiral flight channels. This work helped in scheduling reasonable drilling parameters to promote the sampling performance of the robotic drill in the Chinese Chang’E 5 mission.

文摘To better investigate the degradation and biocompatibility of waterborne biodegradable polyurethanes for tissue engineering, a series of new waterborne biodegradable polyurethanes(PEGPUs) with low degree of crosslinking was synthesized using IPDI, BDO and L-lysine as hard segments, PCL and PEG as soft segment. These studies demonstrated that the waterborne biodegradable polyurethanes could find potential use in soft tissue engineering and tissue regeneration.
文摘The spectral clustering method has notable advantages in segmentation. But the high computational complexity and time consuming limit its application in large-scale and dense airborne Light Detection and Ranging(LiDAR)point cloud data.We proposed the Nyström-based spectral clustering(NSC)algorithm to decrease the computational burden. This novel NSC method showed accurate and rapid in individual tree segmentation using point cloud data. The K-nearest neighbour-based sampling(KNNS)was proposed for the Nyström approximation of voxels to improve the efficiency. The NSC algorithm showed good performance for 32 plots in China and Europe. The overall matching rate and extraction rate of proposed algorithm reached 69%and 103%.For all trees located by Global Navigation Satellite System(GNSS)calibrated tape-measures,the tree height regression of the matching results showed an value of 0.88 and a relative root mean square error(RMSE)of 5.97%.For all trees located by GNSS calibrated total-station measures, the values were 0.89 and 4.49%.The method also showed good performance in a benchmark dataset with an improvement of 7%for the average matching rate. The results demonstrate that the proposed NSC algorithm provides an accurate individual tree segmentation and parameter estimation using airborne LiDAR point cloud data.
文摘Long-term observation of the earth is essential for studying the factors affecting global environmental changes.Digital earth technology can facilitate the monitoring of global environmental change with its ability to process vast amounts of information. In this study,we map the forest cover change of Myanmar from 2000 to 2005 using a training data automation procedure and support vector machines algorithm. Our results show that Myanmar’s forests have declined 0.68%annually over this six-year period. We validated our derived change results and found the overall accuracy to be greater than 88%.We also assessed forest loss from protected areas, areas close to roads, and areas subject to fire, which were most likely to lose forested area. The results revealed the main reasons for forest losses in some hotspots to be increased agricultural conversion, fire, and the construction of highways. This information is useful for identifying the driving forces behind forest changes and to support environmental policy development in Myanmar.

文摘Macromolecule nanocrystal network and strong interfacial interaction are always beneficial to enhance the mechanical property of polymer-based nanocomposites.Poly(vinyl alcohol)(PVA),a typical biocompatible semicrystalline polymer,is an ideal candidate for preparing high performance polymer-based nanocomposites. However, the rich hydrogen bonds between PVA matrix and graphene oxide(GO)can disrupt the formation of PVA nanocrystal network. Thus,it remains a great challenge to achieve both strong and tough PVA-GO nanocomposites.Herein,by introducing a novel Janus-like amphiphilic graphene oxide(JGO),both hydrogen bonding and interfacial crystallization have been constructed between JGO sheets and PVA matrix.Benefiting from amphiphilic interfacial interaction and the enhanced crystal network, both PVA-JGO dried films and their swollen hydrogel films show superior mechanical properties than those of traditional PVA-GO nanocomposites.PVA-JGO dried films exhibit a 264%improvement of toughness at a JGO loading of 1 wt%.Meanwhile, the corresponding PVA-JGO swollen hydrogel films display simultaneous improvement of nearly 8 times increase of tensile strength and 20 times increase of toughness compared to traditional PVA-GO nanocomposite. This work indicates multiple interfacial interactions and macromolecule crystal networks can be concurrent in PVA nanocomposites by innovative modification of nanofillers, providing a new strategy to construct PVA nanocomposites with high strength and high toughness. The integration of outstanding mechanical and swelling resistance properties on PVA-JGO nanocomposite films render their promising applications, such as packaging and toughening hydrogel materials.
