二氢杨梅素对运动性骨骼肌损伤的保护作用及机制研究

目的探讨二氢杨梅素(dihydromyricetin,DHM)对运动训练后小鼠骨骼肌损伤的保护作用及潜在机制。方法将成年雄性C57BL/6J小鼠随机分为安静对照组(CG)、运动组(EG)、二氢杨梅素(100mg/kg·d)+运动组(DHM组)。干预期4周,同时进行运动训... 目的探讨二氢杨梅素(dihydromyricetin,DHM)对运动训练后小鼠骨骼肌损伤的保护作用及潜在机制。方法将成年雄性C57BL/6J小鼠随机分为安静对照组(CG)、运动组(EG)、二氢杨梅素(100mg/kg·d)+运动组(DHM组)。干预期4周,同时进行运动训练,每天1小时。训练结束后的次日,EG组和DHM组进行一次坡度为0、速度为18 m/min、持续90 min的跑台运动。运动结束后24小时按组别取材,测定血清肌酸激酶(creatine kinase,CK)、乳酸脱氢酶(lactate dehydrogenase,LDH)和总超氧化物歧化酶(total superoxide dismutase,T-SOD)活性、丙二醛(malondialdehyde,MDA)含量和骨骼肌线粒体酶复合体Ⅰ和Ⅱ的活性,观察骨骼肌病理学组织形态变化。免疫印迹法(Western blot)检测线粒体功能相关通路的蛋白表达。结果与EG组相比,DHM组小鼠骨骼肌形态改变和线粒体损伤明显减轻。DHM显著抑制了运动后骨骼肌损伤的标志物CK和LDH及脂质过氧化水平,提高了骨骼肌T-SOD活性。Western blot结果显示,DHM显著增加小鼠骨骼肌沉默调节蛋白3(SIRT3)、雌激素相关受体α(EERα)和过氧化物酶体增殖物激活受体-γ共激活因子-1α(peroxisome proliferator-activated receptor gamma coactivator-1 alpha,PGC-1α)的表达。结论DHM有助于减轻小鼠运动性骨骼肌损伤,其机制可能是DHM可激活肌肉SIRT3信号通路,促进大强度运动后骨骼肌线粒体结构和功能的恢复。 展开更多

过氧化氢是一种高效的绿色氧化剂,广泛应用于纸浆漂白、外科消毒、废水处理和化学合成等领域.目前,过氧化氢的工业生产仍依赖于传统的蒽醌氧化法,该方法存在能耗高、污染大以及工艺复杂等问题.以太阳能为驱动力,水和氧气作为原料,利用... 过氧化氢是一种高效的绿色氧化剂,广泛应用于纸浆漂白、外科消毒、废水处理和化学合成等领域.目前,过氧化氢的工业生产仍依赖于传统的蒽醌氧化法,该方法存在能耗高、污染大以及工艺复杂等问题.以太阳能为驱动力,水和氧气作为原料,利用半导体材料光催化生产过氧化氢被认为是一种清洁、安全、经济和节能的技术.该技术的关键是开发高效稳定的半导体光催化材料.共价有机框架(COF)是一种可用于光催化产过氧化氢的新型晶态多孔有机材料,具有结构可调控、密度低、比表面积大、热稳定性和化学稳定性高等优点,但其应用受到光生载流子快速复合的限制.将助催化剂金纳米粒子负载在COF表面,可以有效促进光生载流子的迁移与分离,从而获得较好的光催化产双氧水性能.然而,这方面的研究尚未受到较多的关注.本文采用NaBH_(4)还原法将金纳米粒子原位负载在一种空心球状COF(TB-COF)的表面,制得了不同Au含量的Au/TB-COF复合物(记为AT-x,其中x代表复合物中Au的质量百分含量),并系统研究了该材料光催化生产过氧化氢的性能.粉末X射线衍射(XRD)、透射电子显微镜(TEM)和傅里叶转换红外光谱(FT-IR)等表征结果证明了Au/TB-COF复合物的成功制备,且发现原位负载的金纳米粒子并没有改变TB-COF的晶型、形貌和化学结构.在光催化反应中,以乙醇作为牺牲剂时,复合物AT-1的性能最佳,表现出最高的过氧化氢生成速率常数(Kf)和最低的过氧化氢分解速率常数(Kd),在可见光照射下过氧化氢生成速率达到6067μmol g^(-1)h^(-1),超过大多文献报道的COF基光催化剂性能.经4次光催化循环反应后,AT-1催化生成过氧化氢的产率略有下降,且FTIR谱、XRD谱和FESEM显示光催化反应前后AT-1的结构和形态几乎没有变化,表明其具有较好的光催化稳定性.此外,在本实验所制得的AT-x复合物中,AT-1具有最短的荧光平均寿命、最大的光电流响应和最小的阻抗,表明其具有最高的光生载流子迁移和分离能力.原位辐照X射线光电子能谱结果表明,界面电子在光照前后均从TB-COF转移到金纳米粒子,与密度泛函理论计算结果一致.电子顺磁共振和原位漫反射傅里叶变换红外光谱等实验证实了光催化过程中超氧自由基的存在,这表明AT-1光催化生产过氧化氢是连续两步单电子氧气还原的过程.实验还发现,当O_(2)被N_(2)替代时,几乎检测不到过氧化氢的产生,说明过氧化氢来源于O_(2)的还原反应.当用硝酸银和对苯醌分别作为捕获剂来消除·O_(2)−和e−时,光催化过氧化氢的产率显著下降,可推断·O_(2)−和e−是产生过氧化氢的关键物种.综上,本文详细研究了金纳米粒子作为助催化剂对COF光催化生成过氧化氢性能的促进作用,可为设计高效光催化生成过氧化氢的COF基催化剂提供参考.目前,光催化生产过氧化氢技术仍处于起步阶段,其产率仍处于mmol g^(-1)h^(-1)的水平,尚不能达到工业生产要求.开发高效的半导体催化剂是实现高效光催化生产过氧化氢的关键.未来还需要进一步提高光催化产过氧化氢的生成效率和选择性,解决O_(2)的有效吸附、可见光有效利用、光生载流子的分离与转移效率等问题,以推进光催化产过氧化氢技术的工业生产和商业应用. 展开更多

Geochemistry, zircon U–Pb geochronology, and Hf isotope data for the Early Paleozoic granites in the Baoshan Block reveal the Early Paleozoic tectonic evolution of the Proto-Tethys. The samples are high-K, calcalkaline, strongly peraluminous rocks with A/CNK values of 1.37–1.46, are enriched in SiO2, K2O, and Rb, and are depleted in Nb, P, Ti, Eu, and heavy rare earth elements,which indicates the crystallization fractionation of the granitic magma. Zircon U–Pb dating indicates that they formed in ca. 480 Ma. The Nansa granites have εHf(t) values ranging from-16.04 to 4.36 with corresponding TC DMages of 2.10–0.81 Ga, which suggests the magmas derived from the partial melting of ancient metasedimentary with minor involvement of mantle-derived components. A synthesis of data for the Early Paleozoic igneous rocks in the Baoshan block and adjacent(Tengchong,Qiangtang, Sibumasu, Himalaya, etc.) blocks indicates that these blocks were all aligned along the proto-Tethyan margin of East Gondwana in the Early Paleozoic. The Early Paleozoic S-type granites from Nansa were generated in a high-temperature and low-pressure(HTLP) extensional tectonic setting, which resulted from Andean-type orogeny instead of the final assembly of Gondwana or crustal extension in a non-arc environment. In certain places, an expanding environment may exist in opposition to the tectonic backdrop of the lithosphere’s thickening and shortening, leading the crust to melt and decompress,mantle-derived materials to mix, and a small quantity of peraluminous granite to emerge. 展开更多

We report a systematic study on layered metal SrCu_(4-x)P_(2) single crystals via transport, magnetization, thermodynamic measurements and structural characterization. We find that the crystals show large linear magnetoresistance without any sign of saturation with a magnetic field up to 30T. We also observe a phase transition with significant anomalies in resistivity and heat capacity at T_(p)~140 K. Thermal expansion measurement reveals a subtle lattice parameter variation near Tp, i.e.,?L_(c)/L_(c)~0.062%. The structural characterization confines that there is no structure transition below and above T_(p). All these results suggest that the nonmagnetic transition of SrCu_(4-x)P_(2) could be associated with structural distortion. 展开更多

There have been several studies on sulfur depletion in dense cores like TMC-1(Taurus Molecular Cloud 1),employing updated reaction networks for sulfur species to explain the missing sulfur in the gas within dense clouds.Most of these studies used a C/O ratio of 0.7 or lower.We present NSRT(NanShan 26m Radio Telescope)observations of TMC-1 alongside results from time-dependent chemical simulations using an updated chemical network.Our findings highlight the impact of the C/O ratio on the gas-phase evolution of C2S and C3S.The simulation results show that the C/O ratio is an important parameter,playing a fundamental role in determining the gas-phase abundances of sulfur species in dense cores. 展开更多

Background:Nonalcoholic fatty liver disease(NAFLD)is a chronic condition characterized by a progressive decline in liver function,leading to disruptions in liver integrity and metabolic function,resulting in lipid deposition and excessive accumulation of extracellular matrix(ECM).The pathogenesis of NAFLD is complex and not yet fully understood,contributing to the absence of specific therapeutic strategies.Peroxisome proliferator-activated receptor gamma(PPARγ)is a ligand-activated transcription factor pivotal in regulating lipid and glucose metabolism.However,the impacts of PPARγon NAFLD remains insufficiently explored.Thus,this study aimed to investigate the role of PPARγin NAFLD and its underlying molecular mechanisms.Methods:Chemical detection kits were utilized to quantify collagen content,alanine aminotransferase(ALT),and aspartate aminotransferase(AST)level variations.Quantitative real-time polymerase chain reaction(qRT-PCR)was employed to assess alterations in extracellular matrix-related genes and inflammatory response genes in liver tissue and HepG2 cells,while western blotting was conducted to analyze the levels of both PPARγand the TGF-β/Smad signaling pathway.Results:Our findings unveiled significantly reduced PPARγexpression in a rat model of NAFLD,leading to subsequent activation of the TGF-β/Smad signaling pathway.Furthermore,PPARγactivation effectively mitigated NAFLD progression by inhibiting inflammation and fibrosis-related gene expression and collagen production.On a cellular level,PPARγactivation was found to inhibit the expression of extracellular matrix-related genes such as matrix metalloproteinase 2(MMP2)and matrix metalloproteinase 9(MMP9),along with inflammatory response genes interleukin(IL)-1βand IL-6.Additionally,PPARγactivation led to a significant decrease in the levels of ALT and AST.At the molecular level,PPARγnotably down-regulated the TGF-β/Smad signaling pathway,which is known to promote liver fibrosis.Conclusion:These groundbreaking findings underscore PPARγactivation as a promising therapeutic approach to delay NAFLD progression by targeting the TGF-β/Smad signaling pathway in hepatic cells.This highlights the potential of PPARγas a promising therapeutic target for NAFLD management in clinical settings. 展开更多

The plantation of ... In a previous article, we reported that a local variety of alfalfa (Medicago sativa L. cv. Aohan) had high potential to be a pioneer plant for ecological restoration in the Horqin Sandy Land, China. The plantation of Aohan significantly improved the organic matter, clay, total carbon and nitrogen contents of the soils. In this study, we investigated the physical properties such as dispersion ratio, water-stable aggregates content, and the soil microbiomes, five years after alfalfa establishment in the same study site. We found no significant difference in the dispersion ratios between the soils before and after alfalfa establishment, and all the soils at the study site were erosive. Water stable aggregates mainly distributed in 96%, suggesting that it would take longer time for improving soil structure. However, large-size aggregates (2 - 5 mm) content was slightly higher in the alfalfa planting plots. This slight increase is presumed to have long-term importance for soil and ecosystem recovery in semi-arid areas like Horqin Sandy Land. Moreover, we also found that Actinomycetes dominated the microbial community in both bulk and rhizosphere soils, and two kinds of rhizobia, Bradyrhizobium and Sinorhizobium fredii, were identified in the rhizosphere soil. 展开更多

Heading accuracy determines the performance of pedestrian inertial positioning. To realize an accurate positioning, a heading drift correction method was proposed. An in-situ active rotation is performed before autonomous positioning, and the error compensation coefficient of biaxial geomagnetic measurement is obtained by using the ellipse fitting correction method to achieve effective suppression of external environmental geomagnetic interference. The corrected biaxial geomagnetic measurement information is used to directly calculate the heading information and combine it with the peak stride detection method and linear step estimation model to achieve autonomous positioning of pedestrians. To verify the effectiveness and stability of the algorithm, several sets of experiments on the autonomous positioning of pedestrians are carried out in an outdoor environment. The experimental results show that the average deviation between the starting point and the endpoint of the proposed algorithm’s positioning trajectory accounts for 0.95% of the total travel in the 150 m positioning experiments. 展开更多

Owing to the immobility of traditional reactors and spallation neutron sources,the demand for compact thermal neutron radiography(CTNR)based on accelerator neutron sources has rapidly increased in industrial applications.Recently,thermal neutron radiography experiments based on a D-T neutron generator performed by Hefei Institutes of Physical Science indicated a significant resolution deviation between the experimental results and the values calculated using the traditional resolution model.The experimental result was up to 23%lower than the calculated result,which hinders the achievement of the design goal of a compact neutron radiography system.A GEANT4 Monte Carlo code was developed to simulate the CTNR process,aiming to identify the key factors leading to resolution deviation.The effects of a low collimation ratio and high-energy neutrons were analyzed based on the neutron beam environment of the CTNR system.The results showed that the deviation was primarily caused by geometric distortion at low collimation ratios and radiation noise induced by highenergy neutrons.Additionally,the theoretical model was modified by considering the imaging position and radiation noise factors.The modified theoretical model was in good agreement with the experimental results,and the maximum deviation was reduced to 4.22%.This can be useful for the high-precision design of CTNR systems. 展开更多

However, the diffusion coefficient calculated by molecular dynamics(MD) simulation is 6 orders of magnitude larger than the experimental values. Meanwhile, few simple and comprehensive theoretical models can explain the phenomenon and accurately predict the concentration distribution of the propellant. Herein, an onion model combining with MD simulation and finite element method of diffusion in propellants is introduced to bridge the gap between the experiments and simulations, and correctly predict the concentration distribution of deterrent. Furthermore, a new time scale is found to characterize the diffusion process. Finally, the time-and position-depended concentration distributions of dibutyl phthalate in nitrocellulose are measured by Raman spectroscopy to verify the correctness of the onion model. This work not only provides guidance for the design of the deterrent, but could be also extended to the diffusion of small molecules in polymer with different crystallinity. 展开更多

Inverted(p-i-n)perovskite solar cells(PerSCs)have attracted much attention owing to their low temperature processability,less hysteresis effect and easy integration as a subunit for the tandem device.The unsatisfactory interface contacts and energy level barrier between adjacent interlayers on the cathode side are one of the key challenges for the development of p-i-n PerSCs.Herein,perylene diimidebased(PDI)ionene polymer was synthesized and developed as a cathode interlayer(CIL)to enhance interface contact,reduce the energy level barrier and prevent the migration of I-ions.The compact PNPDI CIL with high conductivity and appropriate lowest unoccupied molecular orbital(LUMO)level,resulted in a high efficiency device(20.03%),which is higher than the control device with bathophenanthroline(Bphen)(19.48%).Bphen-based CIL shows better adjusting ability of the work function of cathode metal but exhibits poor film-forming property.So,the synergistic effect of 1+1>2 can be obtained by combining Bphen and PNPDI into one CIL.As expected,the device performance was further improved by using the mixed CIL of Bphen and PNPDI,and 21.46%power conversion efficiency(PCE)was achieved.What’s more,the compact and hydrophobic mixed CIL dramatically enhanced the resistance to I-ions and moisture,which led to much enhanced device stability. 展开更多

In real life,a large amount of data describing the same learning task may be stored in different institutions(called participants),and these data cannot be shared among par-ticipants due to privacy protection.The case that different attributes/features of the same instance are stored in different institutions is called vertically distributed data.The pur-pose of vertical‐federated feature selection(FS)is to reduce the feature dimension of vertical distributed data jointly without sharing local original data so that the feature subset obtained has the same or better performance as the original feature set.To solve this problem,in the paper,an embedded vertical‐federated FS algorithm based on particle swarm optimisation(PSO‐EVFFS)is proposed by incorporating evolutionary FS into the SecureBoost framework for the first time.By optimising both hyper‐parameters of the XGBoost model and feature subsets,PSO‐EVFFS can obtain a feature subset,which makes the XGBoost model more accurate.At the same time,since different participants only share insensitive parameters such as model loss function,PSO‐EVFFS can effec-tively ensure the privacy of participants'data.Moreover,an ensemble ranking strategy of feature importance based on the XGBoost tree model is developed to effectively remove irrelevant features on each participant.Finally,the proposed algorithm is applied to 10 test datasets and compared with three typical vertical‐federated learning frameworks and two variants of the proposed algorithm with different initialisation strategies.Experi-mental results show that the proposed algorithm can significantly improve the classifi-cation performance of selected feature subsets while fully protecting the data privacy of all participants. 展开更多

Combining the methods of theoretical,numerical and experimental,this research focuses on the jet formation behavior and optimization of trunconical hypercumulation shaped charge structure.With the three-stage division,formation theory of trunconical hypercumulation shaped charge jet is established based on micro element method.By dimensional analysis,main control parameters are identified and their effect on jet formation are analyzed.Through numerical modelling and orthogonal optimization method,influence of the factors and their levels over the indicators of jet tip velocity and jet length as well as order of the significance of each factor and level are obtained.Penetration experiments of trunconical hypercumulation shaped charge based on the orthogonal optimization reveals its advantage over traditional conical shaped charge structure,and finally determines the optimal influence factor level combination.The research and results would provide useful guide for the design and application of trunconical hypercumulation shaped charge structure. 展开更多

We conducted rapid inversions of rupture process for the 2023 earthquake doublet occurred in SE Türkiye,the first with a magnitude of M_(W)7.8 and the second with a magnitude of M_(W)7.6,using teleseismic and strong-motion data.The teleseismic rupture models of the both events were obtained approximately 88 and 55 minutes after their occurrences,respectively.The rupture models indicated that the first event was an asymmetric bilateral event with ruptures mainly propagating to the northeast,while the second one was a unilateral event with ruptures propagating to the west.This information could be useful in locating the meizoseismal areas.Compared with teleseismic models,the strong-motion models showed relatively higher resolution.A noticeable difference was found for the M_(W)7.6 earthquake,for which the strong-motion models shows a bilateral event,rather than a unilateral event,but the dominant rupture direction is still westward.Nevertheless,all strong-motion models are consistent with the teleseismic models in terms of magnitudes,durations,and dominant rupture directions.This suggests that both teleseismic and strong-motion data can be used for fast determination of major source characteristics.In contrast,the strong-motion data would be preferable in future emergency responses since they are recorded earlier and have a better resolution ability on the source ruptures. 展开更多

To solve the contradiction between limited spectrum resources and increasing communication demand,this paper proposes a wireless resource allocation scheme based on the Deep Q Network(DQN)to allocate radio resources in a downlink multi-user cognitive radio(CR)network with slicing.Secondary users(SUs)are multiplexed using non-orthogonal multiple access(NOMA).The SUs use the hybrid spectrum access mode to improve the spectral efficiency(SE).Considering the demand for multiple services,the enhanced mobile broadband(eMBB)slice and ultrareliable low-latency communication(URLLC)slice were established.The proposed scheme can maximize the SE while ensuring Quality of Service(QoS)for the users.This study established a mapping relationship between resource allocation and the DQN algorithm in the CR-NOMA network.According to the signal-to-interference-plusnoise ratio(SINR)of the primary users(PUs),the proposed scheme can output the optimal channel selection and power allocation.The simulation results reveal that the proposed scheme can converge faster and obtain higher rewards compared with the Q-Learning scheme.Additionally,the proposed scheme has better SE than both the overlay and underlay only modes. 展开更多

Effects of natural forest conversion and plantation tree species composition on soil macrofauna communities in Northeast China mountains

As primary and secondary forests are being replaced by plantations across the globe,the soil macrofauna community structure is also affected,but little is known about the impact of mixed culture plantations compared with monocultures on the soil macrofauna.To determine the impact of forest conversion on soil macrofauna,we surveyed the soil macrofauna in two broad-leaved and three coniferous monoculture stands and four coniferous-broadleaved mixed stands,and in adjacent reserved secondary stands as a reference.Soil macro fauna community composition was significant affected by forest type,season and their interaction(P<0.05).The abundance,taxa richness and diversity of soil macro fauna changed to different degrees depending on the plantation type.Broadleaved monoculture stands and secondary stands had similar macrofauna abundance and taxa richness,but values were lower in coniferous stands than in secondary stands.The Shannon index for macrofauna in coniferous stands was also the lowest,but the Pielou index did not differ between forest types.The negative effects of the conifer monoculture on soil macro fauna were not present in the mixed stands with broad-leaved trees.Forest conversion impacted soil properties;soil moisture,NO_(3)^(-),and pH were significant drivers of soil macrofauna community structure.The impact of forest conversion on soil macrofauna was closely dependent on tree species composition and diversity.The macro fauna community structure in the broadleaved and the mixed stands were relatively similar to that in the natural forest,and thus recommended for forest conversion in the study area. 展开更多

A high-performance terahertz Schottky barrier diode(SBD)with an inverted trapezoidal epitaxial cross-sectional structure featuring high varactor characteristics and reverse breakdown characteristics is reported in this paper.Inductively coupled plasma dry etching and dissolution wet etching are used to define the profile of the epitaxial layer,by which the voltage-dependent variation trend of the thickness of the metal-semiconductor contact depletion layer is modified.The simulation of the inverted trapezoidal epitaxial cross-section SBD is also conducted to explain the physical mechanism of the electric field and space charge region area.Compared with the normal structure,the grading coefficient M increases from 0.47 to 0.52,and the capacitance modulation ratio(C^(max)/C_(min))increases from 6.70 to 7.61.The inverted trapezoidal epitaxial cross-section structure is a promising approach to improve the variable-capacity ratio by eliminating the accumulation of charge at the Schottky electrode edge.A 190 GHz frequency doubler based on the inverted trapezoidal epitaxial cross-section SBD also shows a doubling efficiency of 35%compared to that 30%of a normal SBD. 展开更多
