BACKGROUND Since Heald proposed the total mesorectal excision(TME)procedure,the prognosis of patients with rectal cancer has been significantly improved.But Heald did not specifically describe the anterior surgical plane in female patients.And the surgical plane for mobilizing the anterior rectal wall during TME surgery in female patients remains controversial.AIM To investigate the anatomy of the female pelvis and identify the optimal plane for mobilizing the anterior rectal wall.METHODS We retrospectively collected surgical procedure videos and clinical data of female patients diagnosed with middle or low rectal cancer who underwent the TME procedure between January 2020 and October 2022 across six hospitals.The patients were divided into two groups based on the surgical approach used to mobilize the anterior rectal wall:The experimental group was to open the peritoneum at the lowest point of the peritonea reflection and enter the plane for mobilizing,while the control group was cut at 0.5-1 cm above the peritoneal reflection and enter another plan.Then,we compared the preoperative and postoperative information between the two groups.We also dissected and observed ten adult female pelvises to analyze the anatomic structure and compare the entry plane between the two approaches.Finally,we researched the pathological structure between the rectum and the vagina.RESULTS Finally,77 cases that met the criteria were included in our study.Our observations revealed that the experimental group underwent a smooth procedure,entering the plane amidst the mesorectal fascia and adventitia of the vagina,whereas the control group entered the plane between the vaginal adventitia and muscle layers.Compared to the control group,the experimental group showed a significant decrease in intraoperative bleeding[22.5(19.5-50)mL vs 17(5-20)mL,P=0.01],as well as a shorter duration of hospitalization[9(7-11.25)d vs 7(6-10)d,P=0.03].Through the examination of surgical videos and cadaveric studies,we discovered that Denonvilliers'fascia is absent in females.Additionally,pathological sections further revealed the absence of Denonvilliers'fascia in females,with only loose connective tissue present between the mesorectal fascia and adventitia of the vagina.CONCLUSION The plane amidst the mesorectal fascia and vaginal adventitia is the optimal surgical plane to mobilize the anterior rectal wall for female patients undergoing the TME procedure. 展开更多

琼东南盆地渐新统陆源海相烃源岩是深水区的一套重要烃源岩。从盆地构造格局、古气候、沉积相和三角洲规模4个方面对琼东南盆地渐新统陆源海相烃源岩的形成机理进行了分析。结果表明:盆地构造格局整体上控制了烃源岩的发育类型,断陷期... 琼东南盆地渐新统陆源海相烃源岩是深水区的一套重要烃源岩。从盆地构造格局、古气候、沉积相和三角洲规模4个方面对琼东南盆地渐新统陆源海相烃源岩的形成机理进行了分析。结果表明:盆地构造格局整体上控制了烃源岩的发育类型,断陷期的崖城组陆源有机质主要以近岸堆积形式形成煤系烃源岩;而陵水组(E_(3)l)陆源有机质则以河流-三角洲搬运形式形成陆源海相烃源岩。崖城组三段(崖三段,E_(3)y^(3))和三亚组二段(三二段,N_(1)s^(2))沉积期陆源高等植物最繁盛;崖二段(E_(3)y^(2))-崖一段(E_(3)y^(1))和陵水组二段(陵二段,E_(3)l^(2))-陵一段(E_(3)l^(1))沉积期次之,陆源高等植物供给充足。沉积相带控制陆源有机质的差异,同时卸载的不同形成了明显差异的陆源海相烃源岩。陆源海相烃源岩有利的发育区域为三角洲前缘-内浅海以及海底扇。大规模的三角洲可以输送更高生物通量的陆源有机质,提高了烃源岩有机质丰度,从而形成海域最为重要的一类有特色的气源岩。 展开更多

为测度专利密集型产业对天津市经济的贡献度,以2016—2020年间天津市专利密集型产业为对象,研究人力投入、资金投入、研发规模和政策支持四方面投入指标对专利密集型产业发展的影响。研究表明,专利密集型产业占天津市工业总产值、新产... 为测度专利密集型产业对天津市经济的贡献度,以2016—2020年间天津市专利密集型产业为对象,研究人力投入、资金投入、研发规模和政策支持四方面投入指标对专利密集型产业发展的影响。研究表明,专利密集型产业占天津市工业总产值、新产品出口值和人员劳务费支出比值分别为35.24%、81.63%和59.10%,对天津市经济发展具有重要支撑作用。影响天津市专利密集型产业发展的主要因素由研发经费内部支出、政策支持、人力资金投入逐渐转变为研发活动规模、高学历人才投入和研发经费外部支出。根据研究结果,从专利密集型产业培育发展角度提出政策建议。 展开更多

电解沉积法碲提纯技术的研究

本文以粗二氧化碲为原料,加入到氢氧化钠溶液中在60~80℃加热条件下搅拌反应,反应完后将溶液进行过滤除杂,滤去不溶性的杂质,所得滤液中加入助剂配制成含Te 200~230(g/L),NaOH 90~100(g/L),Se<0.3(g/L),Pb<0.003(g/L)的电解液。... 本文以粗二氧化碲为原料,加入到氢氧化钠溶液中在60~80℃加热条件下搅拌反应,反应完后将溶液进行过滤除杂,滤去不溶性的杂质,所得滤液中加入助剂配制成含Te 200~230(g/L),NaOH 90~100(g/L),Se<0.3(g/L),Pb<0.003(g/L)的电解液。然后将配制好的电解液放入电解槽中,设置电解槽电流密度为50A/m^(2),电解沉积时间120~144 h。将在阴极板上析出的碲刮下并用纯水洗涤至中性,放入真空干燥箱中进行干燥。干燥好的电解碲进行熔融、扒渣、真空铸型等工序制得碲锭,得到的碲锭经检测分析其品级可达到4 N及以上。 展开更多

The Delta-like ligand 4/Notch signaling pathway was shown to participate in the process of retinal development and angiogenesis.However,the function of the Delta-like ligand 4/Notch signaling pathway in retinopathy of prematurity requires further study.Retinopathy of prematurity was induced in 5-day-old Sprague-Dawley rats exposed to hyperoxia for 7 days,and then returned to room air.Reverse transcription-PCR and western blot revealed that Delta-like ligand 4 levels decreased at postnatal day 12 and increased at postnatal day 17 in retinopathy of prematurity rats.Flat-mounted adenosine diphosphatase stained retina and hematoxylin-eosin stained retinal tissue slices showed that the clock hour scores and the nuclei counts in retinopathy of prematurity rats were significantly different compared to normal control rats.After retinopathy of prematurity rats were intravitreally injected with Delta-like ligand 4 monoclonal antibody to inhibit the Delta-like ligand 4/Notch signaling pathway,there was a significant increase in the severity of retinal neovascularization (clock hours) in the intravitreally injected eyes.The nuclei count was highly correlated with the clock hour score.These results suggest that Delta-like ligand 4/Notch signaling plays an essential role in the process of physiological and pathological angiogenesis in the retina. 展开更多

A hot primary-air pipe system is the bridge connecting an air-preheater with a coal mill in power generation stations.The effective geometrical configuration of the pipe network greatly affects the air flow distribution and consequently influences the safe and economic operation of milling systems in power stations.In order to improve the properties of the air flow,in the present work the SIMPLEC method is used to simulate numerically the flow field for the original layout of the system.As a result,the internal mechanisms influencing the uneven pressure drop in each branch are explored and three optimization schemes are proposed accordingly.The numerical results indicate that,for the original layout,the local pressure drop of the tee section accounts for approximately 74%of the total drop of the system,with other pressure drops depending on the specific branch considered.It is shown that after optimization,a roughly balanced flow resistance and flow rate can be obtained.Compared with the original layout,the pressure drop relating to different branches is significantly reduced. 展开更多

BACKGROUND Pulmonary embolism(PE)is a fatal clinical syndrome that is generally caused by an embolus from unstable deep venous thrombosis(DVT).However,clinical and biochemical factors that are related to the stability of DVT are not fully understood.AIM To evaluate the relationships between plasma antigen levels of factor XII(FXII:Ag)and factor XI(FXI:Ag)with the stability of DVT.METHODS Patients with DVT and no PE,DVT and PE,and controls with no DVT or PE that matched for age,gender,and comorbidities were included in this study.FXII:Ag and FXI:Ag in peripheral venous blood were measured using enzyme-linked immunosorbent assays.RESULTS Using the 95th percentile of FXI:Ag in patients with DVT and PE as the cut-off,a higher FXI:Ag was associated with a higher risk of unstable DVT(odds ratio:3.15,95%confidence interval:1.18-8.43,P=0.019).Stratified analyses showed consistent results in patients≤60 years(P=0.020),but not in those>60 years(P=0.346).CONCLUSION Higher plasma FXI:Ag might be a marker for unstable DVT,which might be associated with PE in these patients. 展开更多

This study sought to elucidate the correlation between cyclinD1 expression and the emergence of neovascularization in oxygen-induced retinopathy (OIR). OIR was induced in Sprague-Dawley 7-day-old neonatal rats exposed to hyperoxia (75% O2) for 5 days, and then returned to room air. Adenosine diphosphatase staining showed that the neovascularization started to emerge at rat age of day 14, and reached a peak at day 17, then gradually decreased and resolved by day 26. Immunohistochemical and immunofluorescence staining revealed that cyclinD1 protein expression was seen in the OIR rats at the age of day 12, then gradually increased and returned to normal levels by day 26. These experimental findings demonstrated that the temporal pattern of cyclinD1 protein expression is consistent with the emergence of retinal neovascularization. 展开更多

This paper tackles pose tracking and model refinement, one of the fundamental work for 3D photogrammetry. The researches belong to the videometrics, an interdisciplinewhich combines computer vision, digital image processing, photogrammetry and optical measurement. Related works are summarized briefly in this paper. This paper studies the problem of pose tracking for target with 3D model. For the target with accurate 3D model, line model based pose tracking methods are proposed for target which is rich in line features. Experimental results indicate that the proposed methods track the target pose accurately. Normal distance iterative reweighted least squares and distance image iterative least squares methods are proposed to process more general targets. This paper adopts bundle adjustment to tackle pose tracking in image sequence for target with inaccurate 3D line model. The proposed method optimizes the model line parameters and the pose parameters simultaneously. The model line orientation, position and mean angle error, mean position error of the pose are 0.3°,3.5 mm and 0.12°,20.1 mm in simulation experiments of satellite pose tracking. Line features are used to track target pose with unknown 3D model through image sequence. The model line parameters and pose parameters are optimized under the framework of SFM. In simulation experiments, the reconstructed line orientation, position error and mean angle error, mean position error of pose are 0.4°,7.5 mm and 0.16°,23.5 mm. 展开更多

The characteristics of low permeability reservoirs and distribution of sweet spots in the Oligocene Zhuhai Formation of Wenchang A sag, Pearl River Basin were investigated by core observation and thin section analysis. The study results show that there develop the fine, medium and coarse sandstone reservoirs of tidal flat–fan delta facies, which are of mostly low permeability and locally medium permeability. There are two kinds of pore evolution patterns: oil charging first and densification later, the reservoirs featuring this pattern are mainly in the third member of Zhuhai Formation between the south fault zone and the sixth fault zone, and the pattern of densification first and gas charging later is widespread across the study area. Strong compaction and local calcium cementation are the key factors causing low permeability of the reservoirs in the Zhuhai Formation. Thick and coarse grain sand sedimentary body is the precondition to form "sweet spot" reservoirs. Weak compaction and cementation, dissolution, early hydrocarbon filling and authigenic chlorite coating are the main factors controlling formation of "sweet spot" reservoir. It is predicted that there develop between the south fault and sixth fault zones the Class Ⅰ "sweet spot" in medium compaction zone, Class Ⅱ "sweet spot" in nearly strong compaction zone, Class Ⅲ "sweet spot" reservoir in the nearly strong to strong compaction zone with oil charging at early stage, and Class IV "sweet spot" reservoir in the strong compaction and authigenic chlorite coating protection zone in the sixth fault zone. 展开更多

斯里兰卡的贾夫纳半岛存在较为严重的淡水资源短缺问题,安全饮用水供给是当地亟需解决的民生问题。基于布朗水质指数法,明确影响饮用水安全的水质指标,并对当地不同类型水源进行污染分级。结果表明,贾夫纳半岛西南部地区12处采样点中,... 斯里兰卡的贾夫纳半岛存在较为严重的淡水资源短缺问题,安全饮用水供给是当地亟需解决的民生问题。基于布朗水质指数法,明确影响饮用水安全的水质指标,并对当地不同类型水源进行污染分级。结果表明,贾夫纳半岛西南部地区12处采样点中,硬度和浊度普遍偏高,水塘和河流雨季存在氨氮和铁离子超标现象;50%水样的布朗水质指数大于50,属“水质极差”级别,部分河流和池塘的水质指数远超100,表明这些水源不适宜继续作为饮用水源;同时当地水源水质随季节波动明显,旱季水质状况明显优于雨季。结合当地社会经济发展水平,建议借鉴我国西北部的“母亲水窖”模式,将雨水进行资源化回收及饮用水化处理,从而以较低成本解决当地供水问题,同时为“一带一路”沿线的国家和地区解决饮用水安全问题提供参考。 展开更多

Lithium sulfur(Li-S)batteries demonstrate great promise for efficient energy storage systems once the lithium polysulfide(LPS)shuttling and sluggish redox kinetics can be well addressed.Herein,we developed a sea urchin-structured oxygen-deficient titanium dioxide semiconductor anchored with cobalt nano-dots(Co@TiO2-x)as a high-performance multifunctional sulfur host material for Li-S batteries.The sea urchin-structured Co@TiO2-x offers strong structural stability and strengthened chemical interaction towards LPS.Meanwhile,the incorporation of Co nano-dots into TiO2 leads to increased oxygen vacancies,which augments the electrical conduction and benefits LPS conversion acceleration as well.As a result,the oxygen vacancy-rich Co@TiO2-x composite exhibits excellent conductivity,strong LPS confinement and promoted sulfur electrochemical kinetics,rendering enhanced LPS shuttling inhibition and rapid redox reaction.Attributed to these features,the Co@TiO2-x/S cathode exhibits a discharge capacity of 803 mAh g-1at 1 C and a good cyclic stability upon 500 cycles with a low capacity fading rate of 0.07%per cycle.This synergistic design of conductive multifunctional LPS barrier is also promising to enlighten the material engineering in other energy storage applications. 展开更多

The avoidance of runaway electrons(REs) generated during plasma disruption is of great concern for the safe operation of tokamak devices.Experimental study on the suppression of runaway current by electrode biasing(EB) and limiter biasing(LB) has been performed on the J-TEXT tokamak,which could be an alternative way to suppress the runaway current.The experimental results show that the higher the voltage value,the smaller the runaway current in both EB and LB experiments.The runaway current can be completely suppressed at an electrode biased voltage of +450 V and a limiter biased voltage of +300 V.The comparison of the energy spectra during the runaway plateau phase shows that the maximum energy max(E_(RE)) and radiation temperature T_(HXR)hard x-rays(HXRs)are significantly reduced after the application of +200 V limiter biased voltage.The electric field generated by the biased voltage may be the key factor to suppress the runaway current,and the measured radial electric field increases obviously after the voltage is applied.This may result in an increase in the loss of REs to realize the suppression of runaway current. 展开更多

Objective: To research the relationship between psychological stress and doctor-patient relationship of cancer patients and their families. Methods: The patients were randomly divided into the intervention group and the control group, and PDRQ-15, pcl-c, SAS and SDS scales were selected as evaluation indexes, and the levels of norepinephrine and dopamine were compared between the patients diagnosed with PTSD cancer and those without PTSD. Results: 1) The total score of PCL-C, SAS, SDS, PDRQ-15 scale of the cancer patients and their families after the intervention of clinical psychological care was significantly lower than that of before intervention and the control group. 2) The correlation coefficients between PCL-C, SAS, SDS and PDRQ-15 of cancer patients and their relatives were 0.971, 0.952 and 0.939 respectively. The significant test P value was less than 0.05 and the difference was statistically significant. 3) The plasma levels of dopamine and norepinephrine in cancer patients under stress were significantly higher than those in cancer patients without stress (P Conclusion: After psychological Intervention of cancer patients and their families, post-traumatic stress disorder, anxiety, depression and doctor-patient relationship were all improved. 展开更多
