Nano-computed tomography(Nano-CT)is an emerging,high-resolution imaging technique.However,due to their low-light properties,tabletop Nano-CT has to be scanned under long exposure conditions,which the scanning process ...Nano-computed tomography(Nano-CT)is an emerging,high-resolution imaging technique.However,due to their low-light properties,tabletop Nano-CT has to be scanned under long exposure conditions,which the scanning process is time-consuming.For 3D reconstruction data,this paper proposed a lightweight 3D noise reduction method for desktop-level Nano-CT called AAD-ResNet(Axial Attention DeNoise ResNet).The network is framed by theU-net structure.The encoder and decoder are incorporated with the proposed 3D axial attention mechanism and residual dense block.Each layer of the residual dense block can directly access the features of the previous layer,which reduces the redundancy of parameters and improves the efficiency of network training.The 3D axial attention mechanism enhances the correlation between 3D information in the training process and captures the long-distance dependence.It can improve the noise reduction effect and avoid the loss of image structure details.Experimental results show that the network can effectively improve the image quality of a 0.1-s exposure scan to a level close to a 3-s exposure,significantly shortening the sample scanning time.展开更多

Methods: 380 high-risk pregnant women who gave birth in our ho...Objective: To investigate the effects of different delivery modes on perinatal pelvic floor muscle strength, PG, ACTH and CRP of high-risk pregnant women. Methods: 380 high-risk pregnant women who gave birth in our hospital from March 2021 to February 2022 were selected as subjects, including 100 vaginal natural delivery, 156 forceps assisted delivery and 124 cesarean section. Pelvic floor pressure, PG, ACTH, CRP, IL-6, TNF-α and IL-4, IL-10 levels were evaluated and compared. The perinatal occurrence of pelvic floor functional disease (PFD) in high-risk pregnant women in each group was analyzed and evaluated. Results: There were statistical differences in the amount of postpartum blood loss (P 0.0001, F = 99.01), postpartum blood loss 24 h (P = 0.0004, F = 19.54) and hospital stay (P 0.0001, F = 70.81) among the three groups of high-risk women in natural vaginal delivery, forceps delivery and cesarean section. In addition, there were 72, 134 and 70 cases of abnormal pelvic floor fatigue in natural vaginal delivery, forceps assisted delivery and cesarean section (P 0.0001, χ<sup>2</sup> = 30.16). There were 36, 79 and 21 cases of muscle injury, respectively (P 0.0001, χ<sup>2</sup> = 34.16). There were 49, 98 and 43 cases of dysmuscular contraction, respectively (P 0.0001, χ<sup>2</sup> = 21.94). The method of preparing biochar from solid wastes produced by plants is a means of ma...Two major problems facing agriculture at present are soil pollution and the disposal of solid wastes generated during plant growth. The method of preparing biochar from solid wastes produced by plants is a means of maximizing the use of resources to combat the problem of soil pollution. In this study, we did not choose straw in the traditional sense but the waste branches from grape pruning, which has higher lignin cellulose, as the raw material. The biochar derived from grape branches pyrolyzed at 300˚C for two hours was utilized as a raw material to prepare modified biochar with varying concentrations of phosphoric acid. The adsorption performance and mechanism of Cd<sup>2 </sup> were explored through experiments involving different concentrations, addition amounts, reaction times, kinetic analyses, and isothermal adsorption tests. The findings indicated that the optimal adsorption of Cd<sup>2 </sup> occurred with a 20% phosphoric acid concentration, achieving the highest adsorption rate of 84.62%. At a dosage of 10 g/L, the maximum adsorption capacity reached 7.02 mg/g. The adsorption kinetics and isothermal adsorption of Cd<sup>2 </sup> on biochar modified with 0.2% phosphoric acid (0.2 PB) closely followed the pseudo-first-order kinetics model (R<sup>2</sup> > 0.98) and the Freundlich model (R<sup>2</sup> > 0.97), respectively. This suggests that the adsorption process involves both physical and chemical mechanisms. SEM and FTIR analyses revealed that phosphoric acid modification primarily increased the biochar’s specific surface area and enhanced certain original functional groups. The adsorption process predominantly involved rapid ion diffusion and chemical adsorption, as confirmed by kinetic analysis and isothermal adsorption model analysis. In summary, the adsorption efficiency of 0.2 PB significantly improved, showing potential and feasibility for heavy metal remediation in soil. This supports the environmentally friendly concept of “treating waste with waste”.展开更多
Nickel-rich LiNi_(0.8)Co_(0.1)Mn_(0.1)O_(2)(NCM811) cathode material has been widely concerned due to its high voltage,high specific capacity and excellent rate performance,which is considered as one of the most promi...Nickel-rich LiNi_(0.8)Co_(0.1)Mn_(0.1)O_(2)(NCM811) cathode material has been widely concerned due to its high voltage,high specific capacity and excellent rate performance,which is considered as one of the most promising cathode materials for the next generation of high-energy-density solid-state lithium batteries.However,serious electro-chemo-mechanical degradation of Nickel-rich cathode during cycling,especially at a high voltage(over 4.5 V),constrains their large-scale application.Here,using the multiphysical simulation,highly-conductive polymer matrix with spontaneous stress-buffering effect was uncovered theoretically for reinforcing the electrochemical performance of composited NCM81 1 cathode through the visualization of uniform concentration distribution of Li-ion coupled with improved stress field inside NCM811 cathode.Thereupon,polyacrylonitrile(PAN) and soft polyvinylidene fluoride(PVDF) were selected as the polymer matrix to fabricate the composited NCM811 cathode(PVDFPAN@NCM811) for improving the electrochemical performance of the solid-state NMC811|Li full cells,which can maintain high capacity over 146.2 mA h g^(-1)after 200 cycles at a high voltage of 4.5 V.Suggestively,designing a multifunctional polymer matrix with high ionic conductivity and mechanical property can buffer the stress and maintain the integrity of the structure,which can be regarded as the door-opening avenue to realize the high electrochemical performance of Ni-rich cathode for solidstate batteries.展开更多
背景经皮脊柱内镜手术治疗腰椎间盘突出症的日间手术模式逐渐在国内开展,日间手术模式和住院手术模式对于患者心理状态的影响鲜有报道。目的探讨在日间手术与住院手术模式下经皮脊柱内镜手术对于患者心理状态的影响及差异。方法收集2020...背景经皮脊柱内镜手术治疗腰椎间盘突出症的日间手术模式逐渐在国内开展,日间手术模式和住院手术模式对于患者心理状态的影响鲜有报道。目的探讨在日间手术与住院手术模式下经皮脊柱内镜手术对于患者心理状态的影响及差异。方法收集2020年1月—2023年1月在解放军总医院第一医学中心骨科接受经皮脊柱内镜腰椎间盘切除术(percutaneous endoscopic lumbar diskectomy,PELD)患者的临床资料,应用倾向评分匹配(propensity score matching,PSM)法对日间手术组和住院手术组患者按照1∶1进行匹配。比较日间手术组和住院手术组术前术后以及两组之间的Zung焦虑自评量表(self-assessment anxiety scale,SAS)评分、Zung抑郁自评量表(self-assessment depression scale,SDS)评分、下肢疼痛视觉模拟评分(visual analog scale of lower limbs,VAS-L)、背部疼痛视觉模拟评分(visual analog scale of back,VAS-B)、日本骨科医师协会评分(Japanese Orthopaedic Association,JOA)和Oswestry功能障碍指数(Oswestry disability index,ODI)。结果匹配后日间手术组和住院手术组各纳入50例患者。日间手术组中,男性31例,女性19例,平均年龄(43.06±15.22)岁,平均病程(20.39±38.41)个月;住院手术组中,男性29例,女性21例,平均年龄(41.40±14.84)岁,平均病程(22.27±40.38)个月,两组一般资料差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。术前,日间手术组与住院手术组心理学评分及异常率的差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。术后,两组各个时间点的SAS评分、SDS评分和异常率均优于术前(P<0.05)。日间手术组与住院手术组相比,出院时的SAS评分差异有统计学意义(34.52±3.43 vs 36.58±4.52,P<0.05),SAS评分异常率差异有统计学意义(16%vs 34%,P=0.038);术后1周的SAS评分差异有统计学意义(28.77±2.52 vs 31.18±3.17,P<0.01);术后其他时间点的SAS评分、SDS评分和异常率差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。此外,两组术后3个月的临床疗效均优于术前(P<0.05);两组间术后3个月临床疗效的差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论住院手术和日间手术模式下,PELD术后患者的焦虑和抑郁状态较术前均有改善。相较于住院手术模式,日间手术模式下,术后短期内处于焦虑状态的患者比例更低。展开更多
