The incidence rate of diabetes in pregnancy is about 20%,and diabetes in pregnancy will have a long-term impact on the metabolic health of mothers and their offspring.Mothers may have elevated blood glucose,which may ...The incidence rate of diabetes in pregnancy is about 20%,and diabetes in pregnancy will have a long-term impact on the metabolic health of mothers and their offspring.Mothers may have elevated blood glucose,which may lead to blood pressure disease,kidney disease,decreased resistance and secondary infection during pregnancy.The offspring may suffer from abnormal embryonic development,intrauterine growth restriction,obesity,autism,and other adverse consequences.Resveratrol(RSV)is a natural polyphenol compound,which is found in more than 70 plant species and their products,such as Polygonum cuspidatum,seeds of grapes,peanuts,blueberries,bilberries,and cranberries.Previous studies have shown that RSV has a potential beneficial effect on complex pregnancy,including improving the indicators of diabetes and pregnancy diabetes syndrome.This article has reviewed the molecular targets and signaling pathways of RSV,including AMP-activated protein kinase,mitogen-activated protein kinases,silent information regulator sirtuin 1,miR-23a-3p,reactive oxygen species,potassium channels and CX3C chemokine ligand 1,and the effect of RSV on gestational diabetes mellitus(GDM)and its complications.RSV improves the indicators of GDM by improving glucose metabolism and insulin tolerance,regulating blood lipids and plasma adipokines,and modulating embryonic oxidative stress and apoptosis.Furthermore,RSV can ameliorate the GDM complications by reducing oxidative stress,reducing the effects on placentation,reducing the adverse effects on embryonic development,reducing offspring's healthy risk,and so on.Thus,this review is of great significance for providing more options and possibilities for further research on medication of gestational diabetes.展开更多
To investigate the thermal stability of ceramic-matrix composites,three kinds of C/C−ZrC−SiC composites with different Zr/Si molar ratios were synthesized by reactive melt infiltration.Employing region labeling method...To investigate the thermal stability of ceramic-matrix composites,three kinds of C/C−ZrC−SiC composites with different Zr/Si molar ratios were synthesized by reactive melt infiltration.Employing region labeling method,the high-temperature thermal stability of the composites was systematically studied by changing the temperature and holding time of thermal treatment.Results show that the mass loss rate of low Si composites has a growth trend with increasing temperature,and a crystal transformation from β-SiC toα-SiC occurs in the composites.In the calibrated area,SiC phase experiences Ostwald ripening and volume change with location migration,while ZrC phase experiences a re-sintering process with diffusion.Moreover,it is found that increasing temperature has a more obvious effect on the thermal stability than extending holding time,which is mainly attributed to the faster diffusion rate of atoms.展开更多
BACKGROUND The Fontan operation is the only treatment option to change the anatomy of the heart and help improve patients’ hemodynamics.After successful operation,patients typically recover the ability to engage in g...BACKGROUND The Fontan operation is the only treatment option to change the anatomy of the heart and help improve patients’ hemodynamics.After successful operation,patients typically recover the ability to engage in general physical activity.As a better ventilatory strategy,extracorporeal membrane oxygenation(ECMO) provides gas exchange via an extracorporeal circuit,and is increasingly being used to improve respiratory and circulatory function.After the modified Fontan operation,circulation is different from that of patients who are not subjected to the procedure.This paper describe a successful case using ECMO in curing influenza A infection in a young man,who was diagnosed with Tausing-Bing syndrome and underwent Fontan operation 13 years ago.The special cardiac structure and circulatory characteristics are explored in this case.CASE SUMMARY We report a successful case using ECMO in curing influenza A infection in a 23-year-old man,who was diagnosed with Tausing-Bing syndrome and underwent Fontan operation 13 years ago.The man was admitted to the intensive care unit with severe acute respiratory distress syndrome as a result of influenza A infection.He was initially treated by veno-venous(VV) ECMO,which was switched to veno-venous-arterial ECMO(VVA ECMO) 5 d later.As circulation and respiratory function gradually improved,the VVA ECMO equipment was removed on May 1,2018.The patient was successfully withdrawn from artificial ventilation on May 28,2018 and then discharged from hospital on May 30,2018.CONCLUSION After the modified Fontan operation,circulation is different compared with that of patients who are not subjected to the procedure.There are certainly many differences between them when they receive the treatment of ECMO.Due to the special cardiac structure and circulatory characteristics,an individualized liquid management strategy is necessary and it might be better for them to choose an active circulation support earlier.展开更多
BACKGROUND Severe bony Bankart lesions are a difficult challenge in clinical treatment and research.The current treatment methods consist mostly of Latarjet-Bristow surgery and its modified procedures.While good resul...BACKGROUND Severe bony Bankart lesions are a difficult challenge in clinical treatment and research.The current treatment methods consist mostly of Latarjet-Bristow surgery and its modified procedures.While good results have been achieved,there are also complications such as coracoid fracture,bone graft displacement,and vascular and nerve injury.AIM To analyze the techniques and biomechanical properties of transversely fixing a bone block from the scapular spine using bone allograft pins with suture threads to repair bony Bankart lesions.METHODS Fresh human shoulder joint specimens and a cadaver specimen model for scapular bone grafting with allograft pin fixation for repair of bony Bankart lesions were used.When the humeral rotation angles were 0°,30°,60°and 90°,and the axial loads were 30 N,40 N,and 50 N,the humerus displacement was studied by biomechanical experiments.RESULTS When the angle of external rotation of the humerus was 0°,30°,60°,and 90°,with axial loads of 30 N,40 N,and 50 N,the data of the normal control group,allograft pin repair group,and titanium alloy hollow screw repair group were compared with each other by the q-test,which showed that there were no statistically differences among the three groups(P>0.05).CONCLUSION The joints repaired with bone block from the scapular spine transversely fixed with allograft bony pins to repair bony Bankart lesions show good mechanical stability.The bone block has similar properties to normal glenohumeral joints in terms of biomechanical stability.展开更多

目的目前关于医疗机构工作人员是否需要戴口罩仍存在较大争议,本研究意在评价和总结针对这一问题的现有最佳证据,以期为临床医务工作人员使用口罩提供参考。方法计算机检索PubMed、Cochrane图书馆、Web of Science、CINAHL、中国知网、...目的目前关于医疗机构工作人员是否需要戴口罩仍存在较大争议,本研究意在评价和总结针对这一问题的现有最佳证据,以期为临床医务工作人员使用口罩提供参考。方法计算机检索PubMed、Cochrane图书馆、Web of Science、CINAHL、中国知网、万方、维普、中国生物医学文献数据库,指南数据库平台及相关专业学会组织,检索时限为建库至2019年10月27日,以获取相关指南、专家共识、系统评价,应用国际公认的质量评价工具对纳入的证据进行质量评价,汇总现有证据对医疗机构人员是否需要戴口罩这一问题的相关推荐内容。结果共纳入35篇文献,其中6篇指南,27篇专家共识,2篇系统评价,证据质量整体较高。现有证据均推荐使用口罩作为个人防护措施之一,且与不使用呼吸防护设备相比,戴口罩在预防院内感染方面具有明显的优势,并根据不同的应用情景如手术区域、实验室区、产科等提出多项推荐意见。结论现有证据充分认可戴口罩作为个人防护措施之一在医疗机构中预防院内感染的重要作用。但本研究纳入的证据质量仍有一定的局限性。临床医务工作人员应当结合自身工作经验、临床实际情况等因素综合考虑,合理、规范使用口罩。展开更多

Methods: Six-leaf-stage tomato seedlings ("Liaoyuanduoli", n=160) were divided into four parts: Part 1, served as control under 25 ℃, 500 pmol/(m2-s); Part 2, spayed with distilled water (H20) under 35 ℃, 1000 pmol/(m2.s) (HH); Part 3, spayed with 100 μmol/L diuron (DCMU, CEF inhibitor) under HH; Part 4, spayed with 60 pmol/L methyl viologen (MV, LEF inhibitor) under HH. Energy conversion, photosystem I (PSI), and PSII activity, and trans-thylakoid membrane proton motive force were monitored during the treatment of 5 d and of the recovering 10 d. Results: HH decreased photochemical reaction dissipation (P) and the maximal photochemical efficiency of PSII (Fv/Fm), and increased the excitation energy distribution coefficient of PSII (,8); DCMU and MV aggravated the partition imbalance of the excitation energy (y) and the photoinhibition degree. With prolonged DCMU treatment time, electron transport rate and quantum efficiency of PSI (ETR= and Y1) significantly decreased whereas acceptor and donor side limitation of PSI (YNA and YND) increased. MV led to a significant decline and accession of yield of regulated and non-regulated energy Y NPQ and YNO, respectively. Membrane integrity and ATPase activity were reduced by HH stress, and DCMU and MV enhanced inhibitory actions. Conclusions: The protective effects of CEF and LEF were mediated to a certain degree by meliorations in energy absorption and distribution as well as by maintenance of thylakoid membrane integrity and ATPase activity.展开更多

文摘Diversified synthetic strategies are extremely important for the structural diversity of uranium-containing polyoxometalates(U-POMs)and their functional expansion.Herein,two sandwich-type U-POMs were reported,which are Na_(5.6)K_(6.4)[(UO_(2))(H_(2)O)(TeW_(9)O_(33))]_(2)·21H_(2)O(UTeW_(9))and Na_(8.9)K_(2.7)H_(1.19)[K_(0.79)(UO_(2))_(2.21)(PW_(9)O_(34))_(2)]·12H_(2)O(UPW_9)using in-situ strategy and lacunary precursor strategy,respectively.UTeW_9 shows a typical Keggin-typeopen or half-sandwich configuration.

文摘Polyoxometalates(POMs)have conducive properties such as controlled Bronsted and Lewis acidity,high thermal stability,nontoxic nature,tunable solubility,and less corrosiveness.POMs have been extensively applied in catalytic organic reactions and have an exciting prospect for industrial applications.This review summarized recent progress in the application of POMs as acid catalysts for various organic reactions including C-C bond formation,C-N bond formation,C-O bond formation,heterocyclic synthesis reactions,cyanosilylation and hydrolysis reactions.Various POMs catalysts including heteropoly acids(HPAs)and cationic functionalized HPAs with Bronsted acidity,HPAs supported on non-precious metal support with Bronsted acidity(or both Bronsted and Lewis acidity),transition metal substituted POMs with Lewis acidity were applied in above reactions.This review attempts to provide up-to-date information about POMs acid-catalyzed organic reactions and propose future prospects.
文摘目的目前关于医疗机构工作人员是否需要戴口罩仍存在较大争议,本研究意在评价和总结针对这一问题的现有最佳证据,以期为临床医务工作人员使用口罩提供参考。方法计算机检索PubMed、Cochrane图书馆、Web of Science、CINAHL、中国知网、万方、维普、中国生物医学文献数据库,指南数据库平台及相关专业学会组织,检索时限为建库至2019年10月27日,以获取相关指南、专家共识、系统评价,应用国际公认的质量评价工具对纳入的证据进行质量评价,汇总现有证据对医疗机构人员是否需要戴口罩这一问题的相关推荐内容。结果共纳入35篇文献,其中6篇指南,27篇专家共识,2篇系统评价,证据质量整体较高。现有证据均推荐使用口罩作为个人防护措施之一,且与不使用呼吸防护设备相比,戴口罩在预防院内感染方面具有明显的优势,并根据不同的应用情景如手术区域、实验室区、产科等提出多项推荐意见。结论现有证据充分认可戴口罩作为个人防护措施之一在医疗机构中预防院内感染的重要作用。但本研究纳入的证据质量仍有一定的局限性。临床医务工作人员应当结合自身工作经验、临床实际情况等因素综合考虑,合理、规范使用口罩。

文摘A neolignan codonopiloneolignanin A(1) with a novel 2,9:20,9:7,70-tricyclo-8,90-neolignane skeleton was isolated from an aqueous extract of the Codonopsis pilosula roots. Its structure including the absolute configuration was elucidated by extensive spectroscopic analysis, including 2D NMR and electronic circular dichroism calculation. The proposed biosynthetic pathway of compound 1 is also discussed.

文摘The inception of network pharmacology comes from the advance in "multi-target, multi-drug" paradigm and opens up a new field for pharmaceutical science. Traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) is well-known for its use of medicinal herb combinations to treat the functional disorders induced by diseases through a holistic view, which naturally followed the principal of network pharmacology. In this review, the methodologies of network pharmacology in TCM studies were summarized. Specifically, the methodologies for network construction and network analysis were discussed in detail by following several TCM study cases. The perspectives for TCM network pharmacology were also provided.

文摘Objective: To evaluate the possible photoprotection mechanisms of cyclic and linear electron flux (CEF and LEF) under specific high temperature and high light (HH) stress. Methods: Six-leaf-stage tomato seedlings ("Liaoyuanduoli", n=160) were divided into four parts: Part 1, served as control under 25 ℃, 500 pmol/(m2-s); Part 2, spayed with distilled water (H20) under 35 ℃, 1000 pmol/(m2.s) (HH); Part 3, spayed with 100 μmol/L diuron (DCMU, CEF inhibitor) under HH; Part 4, spayed with 60 pmol/L methyl viologen (MV, LEF inhibitor) under HH. Energy conversion, photosystem I (PSI), and PSII activity, and trans-thylakoid membrane proton motive force were monitored during the treatment of 5 d and of the recovering 10 d. Results: HH decreased photochemical reaction dissipation (P) and the maximal photochemical efficiency of PSII (Fv/Fm), and increased the excitation energy distribution coefficient of PSII (,8); DCMU and MV aggravated the partition imbalance of the excitation energy (y) and the photoinhibition degree. With prolonged DCMU treatment time, electron transport rate and quantum efficiency of PSI (ETR= and Y1) significantly decreased whereas acceptor and donor side limitation of PSI (YNA and YND) increased. MV led to a significant decline and accession of yield of regulated and non-regulated energy Y NPQ and YNO, respectively. Membrane integrity and ATPase activity were reduced by HH stress, and DCMU and MV enhanced inhibitory actions. Conclusions: The protective effects of CEF and LEF were mediated to a certain degree by meliorations in energy absorption and distribution as well as by maintenance of thylakoid membrane integrity and ATPase activity.

文摘A pair of indole alkaloid enantiomers with a novel bisindolylacetamide skeleton, insatindibisindolamides A and B(1a and 1b), was isolated from an aqueous extract of Isatis indigotica roots. The enantiomers were separated by chiral HPLC. Their structures and absolute configurations were elucidated by extensive spectroscopic analysis, including 2D NMR, X-ray crystallography, and electronic CD(ECD) calculation. The proposed biosynthetic pathway and preliminary investigations of the biological activity of compounds 1a and 1b are also discussed.

文摘In this study,a sandwich-type uranium(Ⅵ)-containing silicotungstate KNa11H2(H2O)30[Na(UO2)(SiW9O34)]2·8H2O(1)with new three-dimensional(3D)structure was synthesized and characterized using single-crystal X-ray diffraction,Fourier transform infrared,Raman,solid-state ultraviolet–visible diffuse reflection spectra,thermogravimetric analysis and powder X-ray diffraction.Single crystal analysis revealed that the Na(I)-H2O clusters in 1 showed a two-dimensional structure similar to(4,4)-network and resulted in the formation of a new 3D structure of 1.In addition,it was notable that 1 presented excellent catalytic activity for the synthesis of substituted phenylsulfonyl-1H-pyrazoles via the cyclization reaction of 1,3-diketones with various substituted benzenesulfonyl hydrazides.
