The adsorption characteristics and mechanisms of spirulina powder were investigated when it was used as adsorbent to recover ytterbium(Ⅲ) from wastewater solution. Surface structure and element valence of the adsorbent were analyzed by SEM and XPS for the exploring of its adsorption mechanism for ytterbium(Ⅲ). The adsorption characteristics of ytterbium(Ⅲ) on spirulina powder was analyzed through assessing adsorption isotherm, kinetics and thermodynamic models. The adsorption isotherm data were best explained by Langmuir model, and the adsorption capacity of spirulina powder for ytterbium(Ⅲ) was 72.46 mg/g when adsorption temperature was 318 K. The kinetic experiment results showed that the pseudo-second order kinetic model can better simulate the adsorption process of spirulina powder to ytterbium(Ⅲ), indicating that the rate-controlling step was chemical adsorption. Spirulina can be an efficient and economical ytterbium(Ⅲ) recycling material, because it showed good adsorption stability and reusability from the adsorption-desorption cycle experiment results. 展开更多

There has not been life cycle assessment (LCA) software applicable to China's products. To faciliate the development of LCA software system in China, we built an object-oriented LCA software system plantform based on LCA international standards ISO 14040 to ISO 14043 and the commonness of diverse products. The system includes six modules: disassembly module, data collection module, arithmetic module, drawing module, database module and control module. It evaluates all economic and environmental impacts during the whole life cycle of a product. The integrated life cycle inventory database system allows dynamic expansion, which makes the effort required for data collection reduce with the increase of the system's application. With the improvement of human environmental-awareness, the demand of environment-friendly products is increasing, and ecological design of products has become a critical part in products development. Consummation of the LCA software system will provide a powerful tool for designing and developing Chinese ecological products. 展开更多

目的了解骨关节感染患者感染指标变化与感染病原菌检测结果,为预防骨关节感染的临床诊治提供参考。方法选取2017年1月~2018年6月在宁波市第六医院诊治的骨关节感染患者(感染组)患者100例,选取同期门诊体检正常者50例为对照(对照组),检... 目的了解骨关节感染患者感染指标变化与感染病原菌检测结果,为预防骨关节感染的临床诊治提供参考。方法选取2017年1月~2018年6月在宁波市第六医院诊治的骨关节感染患者(感染组)患者100例,选取同期门诊体检正常者50例为对照(对照组),检测血清降钙素原(PCT)、高敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)及血沉(ESR),采集患者感染部位样本进行病原菌培养。结果感染组患者血清PCT、hs-CRP及ESR分别为(1.03±0.15)μg/L、(28.94±8.05)mg/L、(32.39±5.20)mm/h,高于对照组(0.05±0.02)μg/L、(3.21±2.17)mg/L、(9.45±4.13)mm/h,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);感染组中81例患者采集的病变部位样本培养出病原菌,培养阳性率为81.00%,其中75例为单一病原菌感染、6例为双重病原菌感染,分别占92.59%、7.41%。共培养出病原菌87株,其中革兰阴性菌45株、革兰阳性菌40株、真菌2株,分别占51.72%、45.98%、2.30%;感染主要病原菌为铜绿假单胞菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠埃希菌、表皮葡萄球菌,分别占16.09%、12.64%、11.49%、9.20%。结论骨关节感染患者可出现血清PCT、hs-CRP等感染指标的升高,感染病原菌主要以铜绿假单胞菌、金黄色葡萄球菌等为主,以单一病原菌感染多见。 展开更多
