Solid-state zinc-ion capacitors are emerging as promising candidates for large-scale energy storage owing to improved safety,mechanical and thermal stability and easy-to-direct stacking.Hydrogel electrolytes are appea...Solid-state zinc-ion capacitors are emerging as promising candidates for large-scale energy storage owing to improved safety,mechanical and thermal stability and easy-to-direct stacking.Hydrogel electrolytes are appealing solid-state electrolytes because of eco-friendliness,high conductivity and intrinsic flexibility.However,the electrolyte/electrode interfacial contact and anti-freezing properties of current hydrogel electrolytes are still challenging for practical applications of zinc-ion capacitors.Here,we report a class of hydrogel electrolytes that couple high interfacial adhesion and anti-freezing performance.The synergy of tough hydrogel matrix and chemical anchorage enables a well-adhered interface between hydrogel electrolyte and electrode.Meanwhile,the cooperative solvation of ZnCl2 and LiCl hybrid salts renders the hydrogel electrolyte high ionic conductivity and mechanical elasticity simultaneously at low temperatures.More significantly,the Zn||carbon nanotubes hybrid capacitor based on this hydrogel electrolyte exhibits low-temperature capacitive performance,delivering high-energy density of 39 Wh kg^(-1)at-60°C with capacity retention of 98.7%over 10,000 cycles.With the benefits of the well-adhered electrolyte/electrode interface and the anti-freezing hydrogel electrolyte,the Zn/Li hybrid capacitor is able to accommodate dynamic deformations and function well under 1000 tension cycles even at-60°C.This work provides a powerful strategy for enabling stable operation of low-temperature zinc-ion capacitors.展开更多
The cloud type product 2B-CLDCLASS-LIDAR based on CloudSat and CALIPSO from June 2006 to May 2017 is used to examine the temporal and spatial distribution characteristics and interannual variability of eight cloud typ...The cloud type product 2B-CLDCLASS-LIDAR based on CloudSat and CALIPSO from June 2006 to May 2017 is used to examine the temporal and spatial distribution characteristics and interannual variability of eight cloud types(high cloud, altostratus, altocumulus, stratus, stratocumulus, cumulus, nimbostratus, and deep convection) and three phases(ice,mixed, and water) in the Arctic. Possible reasons for the observed interannual variability are also discussed. The main conclusions are as follows:(1) More water clouds occur on the Atlantic side, and more ice clouds occur over continents.(2)The average spatial and seasonal distributions of cloud types show three patterns: high clouds and most cumuliform clouds are concentrated in low-latitude locations and peak in summer;altostratus and nimbostratus are concentrated over and around continents and are less abundant in summer;stratocumulus and stratus are concentrated near the inner Arctic and peak during spring and autumn.(3) Regional averaged interannual frequencies of ice clouds and altostratus clouds significantly decrease, while those of water clouds, altocumulus, and cumulus clouds increase significantly.(4) Significant features of the linear trends of cloud frequencies are mainly located over ocean areas.(5) The monthly water cloud frequency anomalies are positively correlated with air temperature in most of the troposphere, while those for ice clouds are negatively correlated.(6) The decrease in altostratus clouds is associated with the weakening of the Arctic front due to Arctic warming, while increased water vapor transport into the Arctic and higher atmospheric instability lead to more cumulus and altocumulus clouds.展开更多

An extreme ultraviolet solar corona multispectral imager can allow direct observation of high temperature coronal plasma,which is related to solar flares,coronal mass ejections and other significant coronal activities...An extreme ultraviolet solar corona multispectral imager can allow direct observation of high temperature coronal plasma,which is related to solar flares,coronal mass ejections and other significant coronal activities.This manuscript proposes a novel end-to-end computational design method for an extreme ultraviolet(EUV)solar corona multispectral imager operating at wavelengths near 100 nm,including a stray light suppression design and computational image recovery.To suppress the strong stray light from the solar disk,an outer opto-mechanical structure is designed to protect the imaging component of the system.Considering the low reflectivity(less than 70%)and strong-scattering(roughness)of existing extreme ultraviolet optical elements,the imaging component comprises only a primary mirror and a curved grating.A Lyot aperture is used to further suppress any residual stray light.Finally,a deep learning computational imaging method is used to correct the individual multi-wavelength images from the original recorded multi-slit data.In results and data,this can achieve a far-field angular resolution below 7",and spectral resolution below 0.05 nm.The field of view is±3 R☉along the multi-slit moving direction,where R☉represents the radius of the solar disk.The ratio of the corona's stray light intensity to the solar center's irradiation intensity is less than 10-6 at the circle of 1.3 R☉.展开更多
The second magnetization peak(SMP)appears in most superconductors and is crucial for the understanding of vortex physics as well as the application.Although it is well known that the SMP is related to the type and qua...The second magnetization peak(SMP)appears in most superconductors and is crucial for the understanding of vortex physics as well as the application.Although it is well known that the SMP is related to the type and quantity of disorder/defects,the mechanism has not been universally understood.We selected three stoichiometric superconducting RbCa_(2)Fe_(4)As_(4)F_(2)single crystals with identical superconducting critical temperature T_(c)~31 K and similar self-field critical current density J_(c),but with different amounts of disorder/defects,to study the SMP effect.It is found that only the sample S2 with moderate disorder/defects shows significant SMP effect.The evolution of the normalized pinning force density f_(p)demonstrates that the dominant pinning mechanism changes from the weak pinning at low temperatures to strong pinning at high temperatures.The microstructure study for sample S2 reveals some expanded Ca_(2)F_(2)layers and dislocation defects in Rb Fe_(2)As_(2)layers.The normalized magnetic relaxation results indicate that the SMP is strongly associated with the elastic to plastic(E-P)vortex transition.As temperature increases,the SMP gradually evolves into a step-like shape and then becomes a sharp peak near the irreversibility field similar to what is usually observed in low-temperature superconductors.Our findings connect the low field SMP of high-temperature superconductors and the high field peak of lowtemperature superconductors,revealing the possible universal origin related to the E-P phase transition.展开更多
Objective The protein interacting with C kinase 1(PICK1)plays a critical role in vesicle trafficking,and its deficiency in sperm cells results in abnormal vesicle trafficking from Golgi to acrosome,which eventually di...Objective The protein interacting with C kinase 1(PICK1)plays a critical role in vesicle trafficking,and its deficiency in sperm cells results in abnormal vesicle trafficking from Golgi to acrosome,which eventually disrupts acrosome formation and leads to male infertility.Methods An azoospermia sample was filtered,and the laboratory detection and clinical phenotype indicated typical azoospermia in the patient.We sequenced all of the exons in the PICK1 gene and found that there was a novel homozygous variant in the PICK1 gene,c.364delA(p.Lys122SerfsX8),and this protein structure truncating variant seriously affected the biological function.Then we constructed a PICK1 knockout mouse model using clustered regularly interspaced short palindromic repeat cutting technology(CRISPRc).Results The sperm from PICK1 knockout mice showed acrosome and nucleus abnormalities,as well as dysfunctional mitochondrial sheath formation.Both the total sperm and motility sperm counts were decreased in the PICK1 knockout mice compared to wild-type mice.Moreover,the mitochondrial dysfunction was verified in the mice.These defects in the male PICK1 knockout mice may have eventually led to complete infertility.Conclusion The c.364delA novel variant in the PICK1 gene associated with clinical infertility,and pathogenic variants in the PICK1 may cause azoospermia or asthenospermia by impairing mitochondrial function in both mice and humans.展开更多
In an integrated energy system(IES) composed of multiple subsystems, energy coupling causes an energy supply blockage or shutdown in one subsystem, thereby affecting the energy flow distribution optimization of other ...In an integrated energy system(IES) composed of multiple subsystems, energy coupling causes an energy supply blockage or shutdown in one subsystem, thereby affecting the energy flow distribution optimization of other subsystems.The energy supply should be globally optimized during the IES energy supply restoration process to produce the highest restoration net income. Mobile emergency sources can be quickly and flexibly connected to supply energy after an energy outage to ensure a reliable supply to the system, which adds complexity to the decision. This study focuses on a powergas IES with mobile emergency sources and analyzes the coupling relationship between the gas distribution system and the power distribution system in terms of sources, networks, and loads, and the influence of mobile emergency source transportation. The influence of the transient process caused by the restoration operation of the gas distribution system on the power distribution system is also discussed. An optimization model for power-gas IES restoration was established with the objective of maximizing the net income. The coordinated restoration optimization decision-making process was also built to realize the decoupling iteration of the power-gas IES, including system status recognition, mobile emergency source dispatching optimization, gas-to-power gas flow optimization, and parallel intra-partition restoration scheme optimization for both the power and gas distribution systems. A simulation test power-gas IES consisting of an 81-node medium-voltage power distribution network, an 89-node medium-pressure gas distribution network, and four mobile emergency sources was constructed. The simulation analysis verified the efficiency of the proposed coordinated restoration optimization method.展开更多
To improve the grasping power of soft robots,inspired by the scene of intertwined and interdependent vine branches safely clinging to habitats in a violent storm and the phenomenon of large grasping force after being ...To improve the grasping power of soft robots,inspired by the scene of intertwined and interdependent vine branches safely clinging to habitats in a violent storm and the phenomenon of large grasping force after being entangled by aquatic plants,this paper proposes a soft robotic gripper with multi-stem twining.The proposed robotic gripper can realize a larger contact area of surrounding or containing object and more layers of a twining object than the current twining gripping methods.It not only retains the adaptive advantages of twining grasping but also improves the grasping force.First,based on the mechanical characteristics of the multi-stem twining of the gripper,the twining grasping model is developed.Then,the force on the fiber is deduced by using the twining theory,and the axial force of the gripper is analyzed based on the equivalent model of the rubber ring.Finally,the torsion experiments of fibers and the grasping experiments of the gripper are designed and conducted.The torsion experiment of fibers verifies the influence of a different number of fiber ropes and fiber torque on the grasping force,and the grasping experiment reflects the large load of the gripper and the high adaptability and practicability under different tasks.展开更多
In recent years,more and more creatures in nature have become the source of inspiration for people to study bionic soft robots.Many such robots appear in the public’s vision.In this paper,a Venus flytrap robot simila...In recent years,more and more creatures in nature have become the source of inspiration for people to study bionic soft robots.Many such robots appear in the public’s vision.In this paper,a Venus flytrap robot similar to the biological Venus flytrap in appearance was designed and prepared.It was mainly cast by Polydimethylsiloxane(PDMs)and driven by the flexible material of Ionic Polymer Metal Composites(IPMCs).Combining with ANSYS and related experiments,the appropriate voltage and the size of IPMC were determined.The results showed that the performance of the Venus flytrap robot was the closest to the biological Venus flytrap when the size of IPMC length,width and driving voltage reach to 3 cm,1 cm and 5.5 V,respectively.Moreover,the closing speed and angle reached 8.22°/s and 37°,respectively.Finally,the fly traps also could be opened and closed repeatedly and captured a small ball with a mass of 0.3 g firmly in its middle and tip.展开更多
背景与目的非小细胞肺癌的免疫治疗药物pembrolizumab需要基于包括免疫组织化学(immunohistochemistry,IHC)在内的检测结果,即通过检测程序性死亡配体1(programmed cell death protein 1,PD-L1)的表达等手段来预测治疗反应。评估肺腺癌...背景与目的非小细胞肺癌的免疫治疗药物pembrolizumab需要基于包括免疫组织化学(immunohistochemistry,IHC)在内的检测结果,即通过检测程序性死亡配体1(programmed cell death protein 1,PD-L1)的表达等手段来预测治疗反应。评估肺腺癌细胞学标本免疫细胞化学(immunocytochemistry,ICC)方法检测PD-L1的可行性,并探讨PD-L1表达与临床病理及分子特征的相关性。方法收集60例肺腺癌胸水细胞学标本应用PD-L1 sp263试剂按照生产说明书进行免疫细胞化学染色,同时对胸水细胞学标本做高通量二代测序(next-generation sequencing,NGS),探讨PD-L1与驱动基因突变的相关性。结果60例肺腺癌胸水细胞块标本ICC检测中,有35例PD-L1表达阳性,阳性表达率为58.3%。本院57例组织学标本PD-L1 IHC表达的阳性率为33.3%,细胞学标本与组织学标本差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。60例细胞学标本中26例接受NGS检测,15例(57.7%)发现表皮生长因子受体(epidermal growth factorreceptor,EGFR)突变,经统计PD-L1表达与EGFR突变未发现相关性。PD-L1的阳性表达率与研究人群的年龄、性别、是否淋巴结或远处转移及是否进行放化疗或靶向治疗均未发现相关性(P>0.05)。结论在无手术标本可取时,胸水细胞学细胞块标本可以对PD-L1进行免疫细胞化学检测,其结果具有可行性。展开更多

We explored changes in the microbial...In this study, the enclosure system exhibited perfect nitrogen removal performance with in situ oxygen-enhanced indigenous aerobic denitrifying bacteria in an enclosure experiment. We explored changes in the microbial community during the nitrogen removal process using the MiSeq high-throughput sequencing technology. The results revealed a total of 7974 and 33653 operational taxonomic units(OTUs) for water and sediment systems, respectively, with 97% similarity. The OTUs were found to be affiliated with eight main phyla(Proteobacteria, Actinobacteria, Cyanobacteria, Bacteroidetes, Planctomycetes, Chloroflexi, Firmicutes, and Actinobacteria). The diversity of the enhanced system was found to be higher than that of the control system. Principal component analysis(PCA) revealed that significant spatial and temporal differences were exhibited in the microbial community during nitrogen removal in the enclosure experiment. Redundancy analysis(RDA)indicated that physical parameters(temperature, dissolved oxygen, and pH), nitrogen(total nitrogen and nitrate), functional genes(nirK and nirS), and dissolved organic carbon(DOC) were the most important factors affecting bacterial community function and composition. Lastly, the results suggested that the variation in the microbial community could be analyzed through the MiSeq high-throughput sequencing technology,which may provide technical support for future field tests.展开更多
In the first half of winter 2020/21,China has experienced an extremely cold period across both northern and southern regions,with record-breaking low temperatures set in many stations of China.Meanwhile,a moderate La ...In the first half of winter 2020/21,China has experienced an extremely cold period across both northern and southern regions,with record-breaking low temperatures set in many stations of China.Meanwhile,a moderate La Niña event which exceeded both oceanic and atmospheric thresholds began in August 2020 and in a few months developed into its mature phase,just prior to the 2020/21 winter.In this report,the mid−high-latitude large-scale atmospheric circulation anomalies in the Northern Hemisphere,which were forced by the negative phase of Arctic Oscillation,a strengthened Siberian High,an intensified Ural High and a deepened East Asian Trough,are considered to be the direct reason for the frequent cold surges in winter 2020/21.At the same time,the synergistic effect of the warm Arctic and the cold tropical Pacific(La Niña)provided an indispensable background,at a hemispheric scale,to intensify the atmospheric circulation anomalies in middle-to-high latitudes.In the end,a most recent La Niña prediction is provided and the on-coming evolution of climate is discussed for the remaining part of the 2020/21 winter for the purpose of future decision-making and early warning.展开更多
A non-pillar coal-mining technology with an automatically formed entry is proposed,which reduces the waste of coal resources and the underground entry drivage workload.Three key techniques in this technology cooperate...A non-pillar coal-mining technology with an automatically formed entry is proposed,which reduces the waste of coal resources and the underground entry drivage workload.Three key techniques in this technology cooperate to achieve automatic formation and retaining of the gob-side entry,and to realize nonpillar mining.Constant-resistance large deformation(CRLD)support ensures the stability of the entry roof;directional presplitting blasting(DPB)separates the entry roof and the gob roof;and a blockinggangue support system(BGSS)integrates the caved rock material as an effective entry rib.An industrial test was conducted to verify the engineering effects of these key techniques.The field application results showed that the retained entry was under the pressure-relief zone due to the broken-expansion nature of the caved rock mass within the DPB height.After going through a provisional dynamic pressure-bearing zone,the retained entry entered the stability zone.The final stable entry meets the requirements of safety and production.The research results demonstrate the good engineering applicability of this technology.By taking the framework of the technology design principles into consideration and adjusting the measures according to different site conditions,it is expected that the proposed non-pillar coal-mining technology can be popularized on a large scale.展开更多
Human beings are increasingly exposed to phthalates,which are a group of chemicals used to make plastics more flexible and harder to break,and simultaneously ingesting abundant food emulsifiers via daily diet.The purp...Human beings are increasingly exposed to phthalates,which are a group of chemicals used to make plastics more flexible and harder to break,and simultaneously ingesting abundant food emulsifiers via daily diet.The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of the food emulsifier glycerin monostearate(GMS)on male reproductive toxicity caused by di(2-ethylhexyl)phthalate(DEHP,one of the phthalates)and explore the underlying mechanism.Thirty male Sprague-Dawley rats were randomly divided into control group,DEHP group and DEHP+GMS group.Rats in the DEHP group and DEHP+GMS group were orally administered with 200 mg/kg/d DEHP with or without 20 mg/kg/d GMS.After 30 days of continuous intervention,it was found that the serum testosterone level was significantly lowered in DEHP group and DEHP+GMS group than that in control group(P<0.01).The serum testosterone level and the relative testis weight were significantly decreased in the DEHP+GMS group as compared with those in the DEHP group and control group(P<0.05).More spermatids were observed to be shed off in DEHP+GMS group than in DEHP group.The expression levels of cell cycle checkpoint kinase 1(Chkl),cell division cycle gene 2(Cdc2),and cyclin-dependent kinase 2(CDK2)were down-regulated in DEHP group,and this tendency was more significant in DEHP+GMS group(P<0.05 or P<0.01).There was no significant difference in the P-glycoprotein(P-gp)expression between DEHP group and control group.However,P-gp was markedly down-regulated in DEHP+GMS group(P<O.Ol).The results indicated that the food emulsifier GMS aggravated the toxicity of DEHP on male reproduction by inhibiting the cell cycle of testicular cells and the expression of P-gp in testis tissues.展开更多

文摘The second magnetization peak(SMP)appears in most superconductors and is crucial for the understanding of vortex physics as well as the application.Although it is well known that the SMP is related to the type and quantity of disorder/defects,the mechanism has not been universally understood.We selected three stoichiometric superconducting RbCa_(2)Fe_(4)As_(4)F_(2)single crystals with identical superconducting critical temperature T_(c)~31 K and similar self-field critical current density J_(c),but with different amounts of disorder/defects,to study the SMP effect.It is found that only the sample S2 with moderate disorder/defects shows significant SMP effect.The evolution of the normalized pinning force density f_(p)demonstrates that the dominant pinning mechanism changes from the weak pinning at low temperatures to strong pinning at high temperatures.The microstructure study for sample S2 reveals some expanded Ca_(2)F_(2)layers and dislocation defects in Rb Fe_(2)As_(2)layers.The normalized magnetic relaxation results indicate that the SMP is strongly associated with the elastic to plastic(E-P)vortex transition.As temperature increases,the SMP gradually evolves into a step-like shape and then becomes a sharp peak near the irreversibility field similar to what is usually observed in low-temperature superconductors.Our findings connect the low field SMP of high-temperature superconductors and the high field peak of lowtemperature superconductors,revealing the possible universal origin related to the E-P phase transition.

文摘Objective The protein interacting with C kinase 1(PICK1)plays a critical role in vesicle trafficking,and its deficiency in sperm cells results in abnormal vesicle trafficking from Golgi to acrosome,which eventually disrupts acrosome formation and leads to male infertility.Methods An azoospermia sample was filtered,and the laboratory detection and clinical phenotype indicated typical azoospermia in the patient.We sequenced all of the exons in the PICK1 gene and found that there was a novel homozygous variant in the PICK1 gene,c.364delA(p.Lys122SerfsX8),and this protein structure truncating variant seriously affected the biological function.Then we constructed a PICK1 knockout mouse model using clustered regularly interspaced short palindromic repeat cutting technology(CRISPRc).Results The sperm from PICK1 knockout mice showed acrosome and nucleus abnormalities,as well as dysfunctional mitochondrial sheath formation.Both the total sperm and motility sperm counts were decreased in the PICK1 knockout mice compared to wild-type mice.Moreover,the mitochondrial dysfunction was verified in the mice.These defects in the male PICK1 knockout mice may have eventually led to complete infertility.Conclusion The c.364delA novel variant in the PICK1 gene associated with clinical infertility,and pathogenic variants in the PICK1 may cause azoospermia or asthenospermia by impairing mitochondrial function in both mice and humans.

文摘In an integrated energy system(IES) composed of multiple subsystems, energy coupling causes an energy supply blockage or shutdown in one subsystem, thereby affecting the energy flow distribution optimization of other subsystems.The energy supply should be globally optimized during the IES energy supply restoration process to produce the highest restoration net income. Mobile emergency sources can be quickly and flexibly connected to supply energy after an energy outage to ensure a reliable supply to the system, which adds complexity to the decision. This study focuses on a powergas IES with mobile emergency sources and analyzes the coupling relationship between the gas distribution system and the power distribution system in terms of sources, networks, and loads, and the influence of mobile emergency source transportation. The influence of the transient process caused by the restoration operation of the gas distribution system on the power distribution system is also discussed. An optimization model for power-gas IES restoration was established with the objective of maximizing the net income. The coordinated restoration optimization decision-making process was also built to realize the decoupling iteration of the power-gas IES, including system status recognition, mobile emergency source dispatching optimization, gas-to-power gas flow optimization, and parallel intra-partition restoration scheme optimization for both the power and gas distribution systems. A simulation test power-gas IES consisting of an 81-node medium-voltage power distribution network, an 89-node medium-pressure gas distribution network, and four mobile emergency sources was constructed. The simulation analysis verified the efficiency of the proposed coordinated restoration optimization method.

文摘To improve the grasping power of soft robots,inspired by the scene of intertwined and interdependent vine branches safely clinging to habitats in a violent storm and the phenomenon of large grasping force after being entangled by aquatic plants,this paper proposes a soft robotic gripper with multi-stem twining.The proposed robotic gripper can realize a larger contact area of surrounding or containing object and more layers of a twining object than the current twining gripping methods.It not only retains the adaptive advantages of twining grasping but also improves the grasping force.First,based on the mechanical characteristics of the multi-stem twining of the gripper,the twining grasping model is developed.Then,the force on the fiber is deduced by using the twining theory,and the axial force of the gripper is analyzed based on the equivalent model of the rubber ring.Finally,the torsion experiments of fibers and the grasping experiments of the gripper are designed and conducted.The torsion experiment of fibers verifies the influence of a different number of fiber ropes and fiber torque on the grasping force,and the grasping experiment reflects the large load of the gripper and the high adaptability and practicability under different tasks.

文摘In recent years,more and more creatures in nature have become the source of inspiration for people to study bionic soft robots.Many such robots appear in the public’s vision.In this paper,a Venus flytrap robot similar to the biological Venus flytrap in appearance was designed and prepared.It was mainly cast by Polydimethylsiloxane(PDMs)and driven by the flexible material of Ionic Polymer Metal Composites(IPMCs).Combining with ANSYS and related experiments,the appropriate voltage and the size of IPMC were determined.The results showed that the performance of the Venus flytrap robot was the closest to the biological Venus flytrap when the size of IPMC length,width and driving voltage reach to 3 cm,1 cm and 5.5 V,respectively.Moreover,the closing speed and angle reached 8.22°/s and 37°,respectively.Finally,the fly traps also could be opened and closed repeatedly and captured a small ball with a mass of 0.3 g firmly in its middle and tip.
文摘背景与目的非小细胞肺癌的免疫治疗药物pembrolizumab需要基于包括免疫组织化学(immunohistochemistry,IHC)在内的检测结果,即通过检测程序性死亡配体1(programmed cell death protein 1,PD-L1)的表达等手段来预测治疗反应。评估肺腺癌细胞学标本免疫细胞化学(immunocytochemistry,ICC)方法检测PD-L1的可行性,并探讨PD-L1表达与临床病理及分子特征的相关性。方法收集60例肺腺癌胸水细胞学标本应用PD-L1 sp263试剂按照生产说明书进行免疫细胞化学染色,同时对胸水细胞学标本做高通量二代测序(next-generation sequencing,NGS),探讨PD-L1与驱动基因突变的相关性。结果60例肺腺癌胸水细胞块标本ICC检测中,有35例PD-L1表达阳性,阳性表达率为58.3%。本院57例组织学标本PD-L1 IHC表达的阳性率为33.3%,细胞学标本与组织学标本差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。60例细胞学标本中26例接受NGS检测,15例(57.7%)发现表皮生长因子受体(epidermal growth factorreceptor,EGFR)突变,经统计PD-L1表达与EGFR突变未发现相关性。PD-L1的阳性表达率与研究人群的年龄、性别、是否淋巴结或远处转移及是否进行放化疗或靶向治疗均未发现相关性(P>0.05)。结论在无手术标本可取时,胸水细胞学细胞块标本可以对PD-L1进行免疫细胞化学检测,其结果具有可行性。

文摘In this study, the enclosure system exhibited perfect nitrogen removal performance with in situ oxygen-enhanced indigenous aerobic denitrifying bacteria in an enclosure experiment. We explored changes in the microbial community during the nitrogen removal process using the MiSeq high-throughput sequencing technology. The results revealed a total of 7974 and 33653 operational taxonomic units(OTUs) for water and sediment systems, respectively, with 97% similarity. The OTUs were found to be affiliated with eight main phyla(Proteobacteria, Actinobacteria, Cyanobacteria, Bacteroidetes, Planctomycetes, Chloroflexi, Firmicutes, and Actinobacteria). The diversity of the enhanced system was found to be higher than that of the control system. Principal component analysis(PCA) revealed that significant spatial and temporal differences were exhibited in the microbial community during nitrogen removal in the enclosure experiment. Redundancy analysis(RDA)indicated that physical parameters(temperature, dissolved oxygen, and pH), nitrogen(total nitrogen and nitrate), functional genes(nirK and nirS), and dissolved organic carbon(DOC) were the most important factors affecting bacterial community function and composition. Lastly, the results suggested that the variation in the microbial community could be analyzed through the MiSeq high-throughput sequencing technology,which may provide technical support for future field tests.

文摘In the first half of winter 2020/21,China has experienced an extremely cold period across both northern and southern regions,with record-breaking low temperatures set in many stations of China.Meanwhile,a moderate La Niña event which exceeded both oceanic and atmospheric thresholds began in August 2020 and in a few months developed into its mature phase,just prior to the 2020/21 winter.In this report,the mid−high-latitude large-scale atmospheric circulation anomalies in the Northern Hemisphere,which were forced by the negative phase of Arctic Oscillation,a strengthened Siberian High,an intensified Ural High and a deepened East Asian Trough,are considered to be the direct reason for the frequent cold surges in winter 2020/21.At the same time,the synergistic effect of the warm Arctic and the cold tropical Pacific(La Niña)provided an indispensable background,at a hemispheric scale,to intensify the atmospheric circulation anomalies in middle-to-high latitudes.In the end,a most recent La Niña prediction is provided and the on-coming evolution of climate is discussed for the remaining part of the 2020/21 winter for the purpose of future decision-making and early warning.

文摘A non-pillar coal-mining technology with an automatically formed entry is proposed,which reduces the waste of coal resources and the underground entry drivage workload.Three key techniques in this technology cooperate to achieve automatic formation and retaining of the gob-side entry,and to realize nonpillar mining.Constant-resistance large deformation(CRLD)support ensures the stability of the entry roof;directional presplitting blasting(DPB)separates the entry roof and the gob roof;and a blockinggangue support system(BGSS)integrates the caved rock material as an effective entry rib.An industrial test was conducted to verify the engineering effects of these key techniques.The field application results showed that the retained entry was under the pressure-relief zone due to the broken-expansion nature of the caved rock mass within the DPB height.After going through a provisional dynamic pressure-bearing zone,the retained entry entered the stability zone.The final stable entry meets the requirements of safety and production.The research results demonstrate the good engineering applicability of this technology.By taking the framework of the technology design principles into consideration and adjusting the measures according to different site conditions,it is expected that the proposed non-pillar coal-mining technology can be popularized on a large scale.
文摘Human beings are increasingly exposed to phthalates,which are a group of chemicals used to make plastics more flexible and harder to break,and simultaneously ingesting abundant food emulsifiers via daily diet.The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of the food emulsifier glycerin monostearate(GMS)on male reproductive toxicity caused by di(2-ethylhexyl)phthalate(DEHP,one of the phthalates)and explore the underlying mechanism.Thirty male Sprague-Dawley rats were randomly divided into control group,DEHP group and DEHP+GMS group.Rats in the DEHP group and DEHP+GMS group were orally administered with 200 mg/kg/d DEHP with or without 20 mg/kg/d GMS.After 30 days of continuous intervention,it was found that the serum testosterone level was significantly lowered in DEHP group and DEHP+GMS group than that in control group(P<0.01).The serum testosterone level and the relative testis weight were significantly decreased in the DEHP+GMS group as compared with those in the DEHP group and control group(P<0.05).More spermatids were observed to be shed off in DEHP+GMS group than in DEHP group.The expression levels of cell cycle checkpoint kinase 1(Chkl),cell division cycle gene 2(Cdc2),and cyclin-dependent kinase 2(CDK2)were down-regulated in DEHP group,and this tendency was more significant in DEHP+GMS group(P<0.05 or P<0.01).There was no significant difference in the P-glycoprotein(P-gp)expression between DEHP group and control group.However,P-gp was markedly down-regulated in DEHP+GMS group(P<O.Ol).The results indicated that the food emulsifier GMS aggravated the toxicity of DEHP on male reproduction by inhibiting the cell cycle of testicular cells and the expression of P-gp in testis tissues.
