The Zhongcang ophiolite is a typi...Ophiolites are widespread along the Bangong-Nujiang suture zone, northern Tibet. However, it is still debated on the formation ages and tectonic evolution process of these ophiolites. The Zhongcang ophiolite is a typical ophiolite in the western part of the Bangong-Nujiang suture zone. It is composed of serpentinized peridotite, cumulate and isotropic gabbros, massive and pillow basalts, basaltic volcanic breccia, and minor red chert. Zircon SHRIMP Ue Pb dating for the isotropic gabbro yielded weighted mean age of 163.4 ± 1.8 Ma. Positive zircon ε Hf(t) values(+15.0 to +20.2) and mantle-like σ^(18)O values(5.29 ±0.21)% indicate that the isotropic gabbros were derived from a long-term depleted mantle source. The isotropic gabbros have normal mid-ocean ridge basalt(N-MORB) like immobile element patterns with high Mg O, low TiO_2 and moderate rare earth element(REE) abundances, and negative Nb,Ti, Zr and Hf anomalies. Basalts show typical oceanic island basalt(OIB) geochemical features, and they are similar to those of OIB-type rocks of the Early Cretaceous Zhongcang oceanic plateau within the Bangong-Nujiang Ocean. Together with these data, we suggest that the Zhongcang ophiolite was probably formed by the subduction of the Bangong-Nujiang Ocean during the Middle Jurassic. The subduction of the Bangong-Nujiang Tethyan Ocean could begin in the Earlye Middle Jurassic and continue to the Early Cretaceous, and finally continental collision between the Lhasa and Qiangtang terranes at the west Bangong-Nujiang suture zone probably has taken place later than the Early Cretaceous(ca. 110 Ma).展开更多
Objective: Patients preoperatively diagnosed with ductal carcinoma in situ(DCIS) by core needle biopsy(CNB) exhibit a significant risk for upstaging on final pathology, which leads to major concerns of whether axillar...Objective: Patients preoperatively diagnosed with ductal carcinoma in situ(DCIS) by core needle biopsy(CNB) exhibit a significant risk for upstaging on final pathology, which leads to major concerns of whether axillary staging is required at the primary operation. The present study aimed to identify clinicopathological factors associated with upstaging in patients preoperatively diagnosed with DCIS by CNB.Methods: The present study enrolled 604 patients(cN0 M0) with a preoperative diagnosis of pure DCIS by CNB, who underwent axillary staging between August 2006 and December 2015, at Fudan University Shanghai Cancer Center(Shanghai, China).Predictive factors of upstaging were analyzed retrospectively.Results: Of the 604 patients, 20.03%(n = 121) and 31.95%(n = 193) were upstaged to DCIS with microinvasion(DCISM) and invasive breast cancer(IBC) on final pathology, respectively. Larger tumor size on ultrasonography(> 2 cm) was independently associated with upstaging [odds ratio(OR) 1.558, P = 0.014]. Additionally, patients in lower breast imaging reporting and data system(BI-RADS) categories were less likely to be upstaged(4 B vs. 5: OR 0.435, P = 0.002;4 C vs. 5: OR 0.502, P = 0.001). Overall,axillary metastasis occurred in 6.79%(n = 41) of patients. Among patients with axillary metastasis, 1.38%(4/290), 3.31%(4/121)and 17.10%(33/193) were in the DCIS, DCISM, and IBC groups, respectively.Conclusions: For patients initially diagnosed with DCIS by CNB, larger tumor size on ultrasonography(> 2 cm) and higher BIRADS category were independent predictive factors of upstaging on final pathology. Thus, axillary staging in patients with smaller tumor sizes and lower BI-RADS category may be omitted, with little downstream risk for upstaging.展开更多
In the present study, PC12 cells induced by 6-hydroxydopamine as a model of Parkinson's Disease, were used to investigate the protective effects of bone marrow-derived mesenchymal stem cells bone marrow-derived mesen...In the present study, PC12 cells induced by 6-hydroxydopamine as a model of Parkinson's Disease, were used to investigate the protective effects of bone marrow-derived mesenchymal stem cells bone marrow-derived mesenchymal stem cells against 6-hydroxydopamine-induced neurotoxicity and to verify whether the mechanism of action relates to abnormal a-synuclein accumulation in cells Results showed that co-culture with bone marrow-derived mesenchymal stem cells enhanced PC12 cell viability and dopamine secretion in a cell dose-dependent manner. MitoLight staining was used to confirm that PC12 cells co-cultured with bone marrow-derived mesenchymal stem cells demonstrate reduced levels of cell apoptosis. Immunocytochemistry and western blot analysis found the quantity of α-synuclein accumulation was significantly reduced in PC12 cell and bone marrow-derived mesenchymal stem cell co-cultures. These results indicate that bone marrow-derived mesenchymal stem cells can attenuate 6-hydroxydopamine-induced cytotoxicity by reducing abnormal α-synuclein accumulation in PC12 cells.展开更多
Coal measure gas(also known as coal-bearing unconventional gas)is the key field and development direction of unconventional natural gas in recent years.The exploration and evaluation of coal measure gas(coalbed methan...Coal measure gas(also known as coal-bearing unconventional gas)is the key field and development direction of unconventional natural gas in recent years.The exploration and evaluation of coal measure gas(coalbed methane,coal shale gas and coal measure tight sandstone gas)from single coalbed methane has greatly expanded the field and space of resource evaluation,which is of positive significance for realizing the comprehensive utilization of coal resources,maximizing the benefits and promoting the innovation of oil and gas geological theory and technological advances in exploration and development.For the first time,in Yangmeishu Syncline of Western Guizhou Province,the public welfare coalbed methane geological survey project of China Geological Survey has been carried out a systematic geological survey of coal measure gas for the Upper Permian Longtan Formation,identified the geological conditions of coal measure gas and found high quality resources.The total geological resource quantity of coalbed methane and coal shale gas is 51.423×109 m3 and the geological resource abundance is up to 566×106 m3/km2.In this area,the coal measures are characterized by many layers of minable coal seams,large total thickness,thin to the medium thickness of the single layer,good gas-bearing property of coal seams and coal measure mudstone and sandstone,good reservoir physical property and high-pressure coefficient.According to the principle of combination of high quality and similarity of key parameters of the coal reservoir,the most favorable intervals are No.5-2,No.7 and No.13-2 coal seam in Well YMC1.And the pilot tests are carried out on coal seams and roof silty mudstone,such as staged perforation,increasing hydraulic fracturing scale and"three gas"production.The high and stable industrial gas flow with a daily gas output of more than 4000 m3 has been obtained,which has realized the breakthrough in the geological survey of coal measure gas in Southwest China.Based on the above investigation results,the geological characteristics of coal measure gas in the multi-thin-coal-seam-developed area and the coexploration and co-production methods,such as the optimization method of favorable intervals,the highefficiency fracturing and reservoir reconstruction method of coal measures,and the"three gas"drainage and production system,are systematically summarized in this paper.It will provide a reference for efficient exploration and development of coal measure gas in similar geological conditions in China.展开更多

However, the rete mirabile composed of arteries and veins at the skull base limits their application as a model of ischemic stroke by middle cerebral artery occlusion. The present study investigated the possibility of establishing an ischemic stroke model in the miniature pig by blocking the skull base retia with sodium alginate microspheres. Three Bama miniature pigs were used. Using the monitor of C-arm X-ray machine, sodium aiginate microspheres (100-300 pm), a novel embolic material, were injected through the femoral artery, aortic arch, common carotid artery, ascending pharyngeal artery and the retia. Results were evaluated using carotid arteriography, MRI, behavior observation and histology. The unilateral rete mirabile was completely blocked, resulting in disturbance in blood supply to the basal ganglia, astasia of the dght hind limb and salivation. MRI and hematoxylin-eosin staining showed an evident infarction focus in the basal ganglia. These findings indicate that sodium alginate microspheres are a suitable embolic material for blocking the skull base retia in miniature pigs to establish an ischemic stroke models.展开更多

Among a variety of non-viral vectors, polymer vectors are particularly attractive due to their safety and multivalent groups on their surface. This study focuses on guanidinylated O-carboxymethyl chitosan(GOCMCS) along with poly-β-amino ester(PBAE) for si RNA delivery. Binding efficiency of PBAE/si RNA/GOCMCS nanoparticles were characterized by gel electrophoresis. The si RNA-loaded nanoparticles were found to be stable in the presence of RNase A, serum and BALF respectively. Fine particle fraction(FPF) which was determined by a two-stage impinger(TSI) was 57.8% ± 2.6%. The particle size and zeta potential of the nanoparticles were 153.8 ± 12.54 nm and + 12.2 ± 4.94 m V. In vitro cell transfection studies were carried out with A549 cells. The cellular uptake was significantly increased. When the cells were incubated with si Survivin-loaded nanoparticles, it could induce 26.83% ± 0.59% apoptosis of A549 cells and the gene silencing level of survivin expression in A549 cells were 30.93% ± 2.27%. The results suggested that PBAE/GOCMCS nanoparticle was a very promising gene delivery carrier.展开更多
Background:Multiparous women are at a higher risk of gestational diabetes mellitus(GDM) than primiparas.Physical activity during pregnancy has been shown to be beneficial for GDM,but there is little evidence on the as...Background:Multiparous women are at a higher risk of gestational diabetes mellitus(GDM) than primiparas.Physical activity during pregnancy has been shown to be beneficial for GDM,but there is little evidence on the association between physical activity and glycemic control among women with GDM,whether primiparas or multiparas.Thus,the objective of the present study was to examine the association between physical activity and glycemic control in women with GDM and to determine what,if any,effects result from number of parous events.Methods:A prospective cohort of 1162 women with GDM was recruited,with 604 multiparas(51.98%).The general linear model was used to calculate the risk difference and its 95% confidence interval(95%CI) to quantify the impact of parous events on glycemic control in pregnancy as well as the association between physical activity time and glycemic control.Results:Among 1162 women with GDM,the median daily activity time was 65 mm(interquartile range(IQR):45-90 min),and the abnormal plasma glucose(PG) percentage,calculated as number of abnormal PG tests divided by the total number of PG tests,was 40.00%(IQR:22.22%-66.67%).The percentage of abnormal PG was stabilized and statistically lower with daily physical activity time exceeding 60 min among primiparas(IQR:30.89%-44.43%) and exceeding 90 min among multiparas(ranged from 27.76% to 38.82%).After adjusting for potential confoumders,primiparas tended to have a lower percentage of abnormal PG than do multiparas(rate difference=-0.39,95%CI:-3.61 to2.84).The same amount of physical activity time was significantly less effective for multiparas than for primiparas(trend p-value <0.01).Conclusion:In women with GDM,being multiparous is associated with less effective glycemic control through physical activity,such that multiparas need more physical activity to achieve glycemic control at a similar level to primiparas.展开更多

Objective:To evaluate the clinical efficacy of stone needle therapy based on blood stasis theory for different traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)syndrome types of patients with knee osteoarthritis in early and middle s...Objective:To evaluate the clinical efficacy of stone needle therapy based on blood stasis theory for different traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)syndrome types of patients with knee osteoarthritis in early and middle stage.Methods:Totally 36 patients with knee osteoarthritis were enrolled in the orthopaedic ward between March 2016 and December 2017,and diagnosed as qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome,cold dampness and stasis syndrome,or phlegm and stasis syndrome according to TCM syndrome differentiation.After treatment,stone needle was used for ironing on the different meridian acupoints according to different syndrome.The efficacy of patients with the above three syndromes was respectively evaluated,and the visual analogue scale(VAS)score and western ontario and mcMaster universities arthritis Index(WOMAC)score of the three groups were calculated before treatment,2 weeks,and 4 weeks after treatment.Results:The effective rates of the three groups were 86.67%,81.82%,and 80.00%,respectively.After 2 weeks and 4 weeks of treatment,the VAS and WOMAC scores of the three groups decreased significantly compared to treatment before(P<0.05).Conclusion:Stone needle therapy for ironing on the acupoints around the knee joint has a good therapeutic effect on knee osteoarthritis of different syndrome types,which is worthy of further application.展开更多
Neuromyelitis optica spectrum disorder(NMOSD)is an autoimmune inflammatory demyelinating disease of the central nervous system(CNS)accompanied by blood-brain barrier(BBB)disruption.Dysfunction in microglial lipid meta...Neuromyelitis optica spectrum disorder(NMOSD)is an autoimmune inflammatory demyelinating disease of the central nervous system(CNS)accompanied by blood-brain barrier(BBB)disruption.Dysfunction in microglial lipid metabolism is believed to be closely associated with the neuropathology of NMOSD.However,there is limited evidence on the functional relevance of circulating lipids in CNS demyelination,cellular metabolism,and microglial function.Here,we found that serum low-density lipoprotein(LDL)was positively correlated with markers of neurological damage in NMOSD patients.In addition,we demonstrated in a mouse model of NMOSD that LDL penetrates the CNS through the leaky BBB,directly activating microglia.This activation leads to excessive phagocytosis of myelin debris,inhibition of lipid metabolism,and increased glycolysis,ultimately exacerbating myelin damage.We also found that therapeutic interventions aimed at reducing circulating LDL effectively reversed the lipid metabolic dysfunction in microglia and mitigated the demyelinating injury in NMOSD.These findings shed light on the molecular and cellular mechanisms underlying the positive correlation between serum LDL and neurological damage,highlighting the potential therapeutic target for lowering circulating lipids to alleviate the acute demyelinating injury in NMOSD.展开更多

文摘Inter-and intra-specific variations in phenotype are common and can be associated with genomic mutations as well as epigenomic variation.Profiling both genomic and epigenomic variants is at the core of dissecting phenotypic variation.However,an efficient targeted genotyping and epigenotyping system is lacking.We describe a new multiplex targeted genotyping and epigenotyping system called improved bulked-PCR sequencing(iBP-seq).We employed iBP-seq for the detection of genotypes and methylation levels of dozens of target regions in mixed DNA samples.iBP-seq can be adapted for the construction of linkage maps,fine mapping of quantitative-trait loci,and detection of genome editing mutations at a cost as low as$0.016 per site per sample.We developed an automated bioinformatics pipeline,including primer design,a series of bioinformatic analyses for genotyping and epigenotyping,and visualization of results.iBP-seq and its bioinformatics pipeline,available at http://zeasystemsbio.hzau.edu.cn/tools/ibp/,can be adapted to a wide variety of species.

文摘Silicon carbide(SiC)is a high-performance structural ceramic material with excellent comprehensive properties,and is unmatched by metals and other structural materials.In this paper,raw SiC powder with an average grain size of 5μm was sintered by an isothermal-compression process at 5.0 GPa and 1500?C;the maximum hardness of the sintered samples was31.3 GPa.Subsequently,scanning electron microscopy was used to observe the microscopic morphology of the recovered SiC samples treated in a temperature and extended pressure range of 0-1500?C and 0-16.0 GPa,respectively.Defects and plastic deformation in the SiC grains were further analyzed by transmission electron microscopy.Further,high-pressure in situ synchrotron radiation x-ray diffraction was used to study the intergranular stress distribution and yield strength under non-hydrostatic compression.This study provides a new viewpoint for the sintering of pure phase micron-sized SiC particles.

文摘Ophiolites are widespread along the Bangong-Nujiang suture zone, northern Tibet. However, it is still debated on the formation ages and tectonic evolution process of these ophiolites. The Zhongcang ophiolite is a typical ophiolite in the western part of the Bangong-Nujiang suture zone. It is composed of serpentinized peridotite, cumulate and isotropic gabbros, massive and pillow basalts, basaltic volcanic breccia, and minor red chert. Zircon SHRIMP Ue Pb dating for the isotropic gabbro yielded weighted mean age of 163.4 ± 1.8 Ma. Positive zircon ε Hf(t) values(+15.0 to +20.2) and mantle-like σ^(18)O values(5.29 ±0.21)% indicate that the isotropic gabbros were derived from a long-term depleted mantle source. The isotropic gabbros have normal mid-ocean ridge basalt(N-MORB) like immobile element patterns with high Mg O, low TiO_2 and moderate rare earth element(REE) abundances, and negative Nb,Ti, Zr and Hf anomalies. Basalts show typical oceanic island basalt(OIB) geochemical features, and they are similar to those of OIB-type rocks of the Early Cretaceous Zhongcang oceanic plateau within the Bangong-Nujiang Ocean. Together with these data, we suggest that the Zhongcang ophiolite was probably formed by the subduction of the Bangong-Nujiang Ocean during the Middle Jurassic. The subduction of the Bangong-Nujiang Tethyan Ocean could begin in the Earlye Middle Jurassic and continue to the Early Cretaceous, and finally continental collision between the Lhasa and Qiangtang terranes at the west Bangong-Nujiang suture zone probably has taken place later than the Early Cretaceous(ca. 110 Ma).

文摘Objective: Patients preoperatively diagnosed with ductal carcinoma in situ(DCIS) by core needle biopsy(CNB) exhibit a significant risk for upstaging on final pathology, which leads to major concerns of whether axillary staging is required at the primary operation. The present study aimed to identify clinicopathological factors associated with upstaging in patients preoperatively diagnosed with DCIS by CNB.Methods: The present study enrolled 604 patients(cN0 M0) with a preoperative diagnosis of pure DCIS by CNB, who underwent axillary staging between August 2006 and December 2015, at Fudan University Shanghai Cancer Center(Shanghai, China).Predictive factors of upstaging were analyzed retrospectively.Results: Of the 604 patients, 20.03%(n = 121) and 31.95%(n = 193) were upstaged to DCIS with microinvasion(DCISM) and invasive breast cancer(IBC) on final pathology, respectively. Larger tumor size on ultrasonography(> 2 cm) was independently associated with upstaging [odds ratio(OR) 1.558, P = 0.014]. Additionally, patients in lower breast imaging reporting and data system(BI-RADS) categories were less likely to be upstaged(4 B vs. 5: OR 0.435, P = 0.002;4 C vs. 5: OR 0.502, P = 0.001). Overall,axillary metastasis occurred in 6.79%(n = 41) of patients. Among patients with axillary metastasis, 1.38%(4/290), 3.31%(4/121)and 17.10%(33/193) were in the DCIS, DCISM, and IBC groups, respectively.Conclusions: For patients initially diagnosed with DCIS by CNB, larger tumor size on ultrasonography(> 2 cm) and higher BIRADS category were independent predictive factors of upstaging on final pathology. Thus, axillary staging in patients with smaller tumor sizes and lower BI-RADS category may be omitted, with little downstream risk for upstaging.

文摘In the present study, PC12 cells induced by 6-hydroxydopamine as a model of Parkinson's Disease, were used to investigate the protective effects of bone marrow-derived mesenchymal stem cells bone marrow-derived mesenchymal stem cells against 6-hydroxydopamine-induced neurotoxicity and to verify whether the mechanism of action relates to abnormal a-synuclein accumulation in cells Results showed that co-culture with bone marrow-derived mesenchymal stem cells enhanced PC12 cell viability and dopamine secretion in a cell dose-dependent manner. MitoLight staining was used to confirm that PC12 cells co-cultured with bone marrow-derived mesenchymal stem cells demonstrate reduced levels of cell apoptosis. Immunocytochemistry and western blot analysis found the quantity of α-synuclein accumulation was significantly reduced in PC12 cell and bone marrow-derived mesenchymal stem cell co-cultures. These results indicate that bone marrow-derived mesenchymal stem cells can attenuate 6-hydroxydopamine-induced cytotoxicity by reducing abnormal α-synuclein accumulation in PC12 cells.

文摘Coal measure gas(also known as coal-bearing unconventional gas)is the key field and development direction of unconventional natural gas in recent years.The exploration and evaluation of coal measure gas(coalbed methane,coal shale gas and coal measure tight sandstone gas)from single coalbed methane has greatly expanded the field and space of resource evaluation,which is of positive significance for realizing the comprehensive utilization of coal resources,maximizing the benefits and promoting the innovation of oil and gas geological theory and technological advances in exploration and development.For the first time,in Yangmeishu Syncline of Western Guizhou Province,the public welfare coalbed methane geological survey project of China Geological Survey has been carried out a systematic geological survey of coal measure gas for the Upper Permian Longtan Formation,identified the geological conditions of coal measure gas and found high quality resources.The total geological resource quantity of coalbed methane and coal shale gas is 51.423×109 m3 and the geological resource abundance is up to 566×106 m3/km2.In this area,the coal measures are characterized by many layers of minable coal seams,large total thickness,thin to the medium thickness of the single layer,good gas-bearing property of coal seams and coal measure mudstone and sandstone,good reservoir physical property and high-pressure coefficient.According to the principle of combination of high quality and similarity of key parameters of the coal reservoir,the most favorable intervals are No.5-2,No.7 and No.13-2 coal seam in Well YMC1.And the pilot tests are carried out on coal seams and roof silty mudstone,such as staged perforation,increasing hydraulic fracturing scale and"three gas"production.The high and stable industrial gas flow with a daily gas output of more than 4000 m3 has been obtained,which has realized the breakthrough in the geological survey of coal measure gas in Southwest China.Based on the above investigation results,the geological characteristics of coal measure gas in the multi-thin-coal-seam-developed area and the coexploration and co-production methods,such as the optimization method of favorable intervals,the highefficiency fracturing and reservoir reconstruction method of coal measures,and the"three gas"drainage and production system,are systematically summarized in this paper.It will provide a reference for efficient exploration and development of coal measure gas in similar geological conditions in China.

文摘The miniature pig is an optimal animal model for studying nervous system disease because of its physiologic and pathologic features. However, the rete mirabile composed of arteries and veins at the skull base limits their application as a model of ischemic stroke by middle cerebral artery occlusion. The present study investigated the possibility of establishing an ischemic stroke model in the miniature pig by blocking the skull base retia with sodium alginate microspheres. Three Bama miniature pigs were used. Using the monitor of C-arm X-ray machine, sodium aiginate microspheres (100-300 pm), a novel embolic material, were injected through the femoral artery, aortic arch, common carotid artery, ascending pharyngeal artery and the retia. Results were evaluated using carotid arteriography, MRI, behavior observation and histology. The unilateral rete mirabile was completely blocked, resulting in disturbance in blood supply to the basal ganglia, astasia of the dght hind limb and salivation. MRI and hematoxylin-eosin staining showed an evident infarction focus in the basal ganglia. These findings indicate that sodium alginate microspheres are a suitable embolic material for blocking the skull base retia in miniature pigs to establish an ischemic stroke models.

文摘Gene-based therapeutics has emerged as a promising approach for human cancer therapy. Among a variety of non-viral vectors, polymer vectors are particularly attractive due to their safety and multivalent groups on their surface. This study focuses on guanidinylated O-carboxymethyl chitosan(GOCMCS) along with poly-β-amino ester(PBAE) for si RNA delivery. Binding efficiency of PBAE/si RNA/GOCMCS nanoparticles were characterized by gel electrophoresis. The si RNA-loaded nanoparticles were found to be stable in the presence of RNase A, serum and BALF respectively. Fine particle fraction(FPF) which was determined by a two-stage impinger(TSI) was 57.8% ± 2.6%. The particle size and zeta potential of the nanoparticles were 153.8 ± 12.54 nm and + 12.2 ± 4.94 m V. In vitro cell transfection studies were carried out with A549 cells. The cellular uptake was significantly increased. When the cells were incubated with si Survivin-loaded nanoparticles, it could induce 26.83% ± 0.59% apoptosis of A549 cells and the gene silencing level of survivin expression in A549 cells were 30.93% ± 2.27%. The results suggested that PBAE/GOCMCS nanoparticle was a very promising gene delivery carrier.

文摘Background:Multiparous women are at a higher risk of gestational diabetes mellitus(GDM) than primiparas.Physical activity during pregnancy has been shown to be beneficial for GDM,but there is little evidence on the association between physical activity and glycemic control among women with GDM,whether primiparas or multiparas.Thus,the objective of the present study was to examine the association between physical activity and glycemic control in women with GDM and to determine what,if any,effects result from number of parous events.Methods:A prospective cohort of 1162 women with GDM was recruited,with 604 multiparas(51.98%).The general linear model was used to calculate the risk difference and its 95% confidence interval(95%CI) to quantify the impact of parous events on glycemic control in pregnancy as well as the association between physical activity time and glycemic control.Results:Among 1162 women with GDM,the median daily activity time was 65 mm(interquartile range(IQR):45-90 min),and the abnormal plasma glucose(PG) percentage,calculated as number of abnormal PG tests divided by the total number of PG tests,was 40.00%(IQR:22.22%-66.67%).The percentage of abnormal PG was stabilized and statistically lower with daily physical activity time exceeding 60 min among primiparas(IQR:30.89%-44.43%) and exceeding 90 min among multiparas(ranged from 27.76% to 38.82%).After adjusting for potential confoumders,primiparas tended to have a lower percentage of abnormal PG than do multiparas(rate difference=-0.39,95%CI:-3.61 to2.84).The same amount of physical activity time was significantly less effective for multiparas than for primiparas(trend p-value <0.01).Conclusion:In women with GDM,being multiparous is associated with less effective glycemic control through physical activity,such that multiparas need more physical activity to achieve glycemic control at a similar level to primiparas.

文摘1.Objective The coalbed methane(CBM)exploration in the Jixi Basin began with the gas control in the coal mine(Fig.1).The object is mostly the main minable coal seams shallower than 1000 m.The coalbed methane and unconventional gas in coal-measure deeper than 1000 m are rarely concerned(Bi CQ et al.,2018).The coal measure“three gas”referred to as coalbed methane,coal-measure shale gas,and tight sandstone gas is the main part of the unconventional gas in coal-measure.Since 2015,China Geological Survey(CGS)has carried out a systematic geological survey and evaluation of unconventional gas in coal measure of the Chengzihe Formation of Lower Cretaceous in this area.The favorable areas and target areas have been optimized.This study is to obtain the coal-measure reservoir parameters and gas-bearing parameters of mid-deep layers of the Chengzihe Formation(1000-1500 m),to ascertain the development of gas-bearing layers.It is also to search for new methods and technologies,such as the production layer optimization methods,the reservoir reconstruction process,and the joint production of coal measure“three-gas”of the thin interbedded coal-measure composite reservoir,to obtain high industrial production,and to evaluate the technical recoverability of unconventional gas in coal-measure.
文摘Objective:To explore the effect of auricular point pressing combined with thunder-fire moxibustion in the treatment of abdominal distension and constipation after thoracic compression fracture.Methods:Totally 100 patients were randomly divided into 4 groups,the observation group 1(n=25)which were treated with conventional nursing combined with auricular piont pressing,observation group 2(n=25)treated with conventional nursing combined with thunder-fire moxibustion,observation group 3(n=25)treated with conventional nursing combined with auricular point pressing and thunder-fire moxibustion,and the control group(n=25)which adopted conventional nursing.First exhaust and defecation time after fracture in 4 groups were observed and compared.Results:The effect of observation group 3 was better than that of observation group 2,observation group 1 and control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:It is obvious that auricular point pressing combined with thunder-fire moxibustion has better result in treating abdominal distension and constipation after thoracic compression fracture.

文摘Objective:To evaluate the clinical efficacy of stone needle therapy based on blood stasis theory for different traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)syndrome types of patients with knee osteoarthritis in early and middle stage.Methods:Totally 36 patients with knee osteoarthritis were enrolled in the orthopaedic ward between March 2016 and December 2017,and diagnosed as qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome,cold dampness and stasis syndrome,or phlegm and stasis syndrome according to TCM syndrome differentiation.After treatment,stone needle was used for ironing on the different meridian acupoints according to different syndrome.The efficacy of patients with the above three syndromes was respectively evaluated,and the visual analogue scale(VAS)score and western ontario and mcMaster universities arthritis Index(WOMAC)score of the three groups were calculated before treatment,2 weeks,and 4 weeks after treatment.Results:The effective rates of the three groups were 86.67%,81.82%,and 80.00%,respectively.After 2 weeks and 4 weeks of treatment,the VAS and WOMAC scores of the three groups decreased significantly compared to treatment before(P<0.05).Conclusion:Stone needle therapy for ironing on the acupoints around the knee joint has a good therapeutic effect on knee osteoarthritis of different syndrome types,which is worthy of further application.

文摘Neuromyelitis optica spectrum disorder(NMOSD)is an autoimmune inflammatory demyelinating disease of the central nervous system(CNS)accompanied by blood-brain barrier(BBB)disruption.Dysfunction in microglial lipid metabolism is believed to be closely associated with the neuropathology of NMOSD.However,there is limited evidence on the functional relevance of circulating lipids in CNS demyelination,cellular metabolism,and microglial function.Here,we found that serum low-density lipoprotein(LDL)was positively correlated with markers of neurological damage in NMOSD patients.In addition,we demonstrated in a mouse model of NMOSD that LDL penetrates the CNS through the leaky BBB,directly activating microglia.This activation leads to excessive phagocytosis of myelin debris,inhibition of lipid metabolism,and increased glycolysis,ultimately exacerbating myelin damage.We also found that therapeutic interventions aimed at reducing circulating LDL effectively reversed the lipid metabolic dysfunction in microglia and mitigated the demyelinating injury in NMOSD.These findings shed light on the molecular and cellular mechanisms underlying the positive correlation between serum LDL and neurological damage,highlighting the potential therapeutic target for lowering circulating lipids to alleviate the acute demyelinating injury in NMOSD.
