The structure of the oxide film on FGH96 alloy powders significantly influences the mechanical properties of superalloys.In this study,FGH96 alloy powders with various oxygen contents were investigated using high-resolution transmission electron microscopy and atomic probe technology to elucidate the structure evolution of the oxide film.Energy dispersive spectrometer analysis revealed the presence of two distinct components in the oxide film of the alloy powders:amorphous oxide layer covering the γ matrix and amorphous oxide particles above the carbide.The alloying elements within the oxide layer showed a laminated distribution,with Ni,Co,Cr,and Al/Ti,which was attributed to the decreasing oxygen equilibrium pressure as oxygen diffused from the surface into the γ matrix.On the other hand,Ti enrichment was observed in the oxide particles caused by the oxidation and decomposition of the carbide phase.Comparative analysis of the oxide film with oxygen contents of 140,280,and 340 ppm showed similar element distributions,while the thickness of the oxide film varies approximately at 9,14,and 30 nm,respectively.These findings provide valuable insights into the structural analysis of the oxide film on FGH96 alloy powders. 展开更多

An in-depth understanding of the fracture behavior and mechanism of metallic shells under internal explosive loading can help develop material designs for warheads and regulate the quantity and mass distribution of the fragments formed.This study investigated the fragmentation performance of a new high-carbon silicon-manganese(HCSiMn)steel cylindrical shell through fragment recovery experiments.Compared with the conventional 45Cr steel shell,the number of small mass fragments produced by the HCSi Mn steel shell was significantly increased with a scale parameter of 0.57 g fitted by the Weibull distribution model.The fragmentation process of the HCSi Mn shell exhibited more brittle tensile fracture characteristics,with the microcrack damage zone on the outer surface being the direct cause of its high fragmentation.On the one hand,the doping of alloy elements resulted in grain refinement by forming metallographic structure of tempered sorbite,so that microscopic intergranular fracture reduces the characteristic mass of the fragments;on the other hand,the distribution of alloy carbides can exert a"pinning"effect on the substrate grains,causing more initial cracks to form and propagate along the brittle carbides,further improving the shell fragmentation.Although the killing power radius for light armored vehicles was slightly reduced by about 6%,the dense killing radius of HCSiMn steel projectile against personnel can be significantly increased by about 26%based on theoretical assessment.These results provided an experimental basis for high fragmentation warhead design,and to some extent,revealed the correlation mechanism between metallographic structure and shell fragmentation. 展开更多

Increasing photosynthesis and light capture offers possibilities for improving crop yield and provides a sustainable way to meet the increasing global demand for food.However,the poor light transmittance of transparent plastic films and shade avoidance at high planting density seriously reduce photosynthesis and alter fruit quality in vegetable crops,and therefore it is important to investigate the mechanisms of light signaling regulation of photosynthesis and metabolism in tomato(Solanum lycopersicum).Here,a combination of red,blue,and white(R1W1B0.5)light promoted the accumulation of chlorophyll,carotenoid,and anthocyanin,and enhanced photosynthesis and electron transport rates by increasing the density of active reaction centers and the expression of the genes LIGHT-HARVESTING COMPLEX B(SlLHCB)and A(SlLHCA),resulting in increased plant biomass.In addition,R1W1B0.5 light induced carotenoid accumulation and fruit ripening by decreasing the expression of LYCOPENEβ-CYCLASE(SlCYCB).Disruption of SlCYCB largely induced fruit lycopene accumulation,and reduced chlorophyll content and photosynthesis in leaves under red,blue,and white light.Molecular studies showed that ELONGATED HYPOCOTYL 5(SlHY5)directly activated SlCYCB,SlLHCB,and SlLHCA expression to enhance chlorophyll accumulation and photosynthesis.Furthermore,R1W1B0.5 light-induced chlorophyll accumulation,photosynthesis,and SlHY5 expression were largely decreased in the slphyb1cry1 mutant.Collectively,R1W1B0.5 light noticeably promoted photosynthesis,biomass,and fruit quality through the photoreceptor(SlPHYB1 and SlCRY1)-SlHY5-SlLHCA/B/SlCYCB module in tomato.Thus,the manipulation of light environments in protected agriculture is a crucial tool to regulate the two vital agronomic traits related to crop production efficiency and fruit nutritional quality in tomato. 展开更多

Amyloid-beta peptide is the main component of amyloid plaques, which are found in Alzhei- mer's disease. The generation and deposition of amyloid-beta is one of the crucial factors for the onset and progression of Alzheimer's disease. Lipid rafts are glycolipid-rich liquid domains of the plasma membrane, where certain types of protein tend to aggregate and intercalate. Lipid rafts are involved in the generation of amyloid-beta oligomers and the formation of amyloid-beta peptides. In this paper, we review the mechanism by which lipid rafts disturb the aberrant deg- radative autophagic-lysosomal pathway of amyloid-beta, which plays an important role in the pathological process of Alzheimer's disease. Moreover, we describe this mechanism from the view of the Two-system Theory of fasciology and thus, suggest that lipid rafts may be a new target of Alzheimer's disease treatment. 展开更多

In this study,the effects of geometrical and physical factors on light particles dispersion in stirred tank were investigated by agitation characteristic curve.The experiments and CFD simulations with discrete phase model(DPM)and volume of fluid model(VOF)were conducted in this paper.Five factors,which include four geometrical factors(submergence,impeller-to-tank ratio,number of impeller blades and baffling mode)and a physical factor(liquid viscosity)were considered.For each factor,the power consumption curve and agitation characteristic curve were drawn to compare the power consumption and mixing results in the stirred tank.Characteristics of the agitation characteristic curves were compared with the previous published literatures and theories.It is found that the agitation characteristic curves reflect the tendency of power consumption and particles distribution well in stirred tank.The good agreement indicates the applicability of the agitation characteristic curves for the study of light particles distribution in stirred tank. 展开更多

[Method] Based on conventional meteorological data, satellite cloud pictures and ncep 1 ° ×1 ° reanalysis products, a regional rainstorm occurring during July 1 -3, 2011 in Yulin City of northern Shaanxi was discussed from the aspects of circulation pattem, mesoscale system, water vapor and dynamical conditions.[Result] There was a small closed high-pressure center near Fujian, around which southwest air flow existed constantly, providing water vapor for rainstorm areas for a long time; plateau trough moved eastwards, which provided dynamical field for rainstorm areas; the convergence between northeast cold air and low-level jet flow triggered this rainstorm; rainstorm areas were closely related to mesoscale low-pressure, and the storm appeared in the lowlevel jet flow in front of mesoscale low pressure; upper-trough cloud system and low-level jet cloud system combined, increased and generated rainstorm cloud cluster, while brightness temperature on the top of clouds was below -90 ℃ [ Conclusion] The research could provide theoretical foundation for forecast of rainstorms in future. 展开更多

[Objectives]To explore the proper intercropping pattern between chewing cane and peanut.[Methods]A field experiment was carried out to investigate the yield and economic benefit of chewing cane and peanut,as well as the changes in soil properties under different chewing cane/peanut intercropping patterns.Three chewing cane/peanut intercropping patterns were designed,in which with every row of chewing cane intercropping one row of peanut(CP_(1)),intercropping two rows of peanut(CP_(2))and chewing cane mono-cropping(MC).[Results]It had no significant effect on the agronomic characters of chewing cane and peanut in CP_(1)and CP_(2),compared with MC.The soil properties before the planting(BP)and after the harvest(AH)indicated that the chewing cane/peanut intercropping patterns significantly increased soil organic matter and soil available nitrogen contents,but decreased soil available potassium contents,and CP_(2)had better effect on soil structure than CP_(1).The total production value and economic benefit were increased significantly on the CP_(1)and CP_(2),comparing the MC,and the benefit of CP_(2)was higher significantly than that of CP_(1).The land equivalent ratios(LER)for CP_(1)and CP_(2)were 1.94 and 1.72,respectively,which was significantly higher than that of MC(0.83).Although planting cost was increased in chewing cane/peanut intercropping patterns partly,the production value and the profits were enhanced significantly.[Conclusions]CP_(2)could be significantly advantageous for the yield and benefits of chewing cane and peanut and soil properties.The favorable intercropping pattern for economic return would be one row of 120 cm width for chewing cane with two rows of peanut. 展开更多

CsPbBr3 nanocrystal is used as the saturable absorber(SA) for mode-locking Tm-doped fiber laser in a ring fiber cavity.The modulation depth, saturable intensity, and non-saturable loss of the fabricated SA are 14.1%, 2.5 MW/cm^2,and 5.9%, respectively.In the mode-locking operation, the mode-locked pulse train has a repetition rate of 16.6 MHz with pulse width of 24.2 ps.The laser wavelength is centered at 1992.9 nm with 3-dB spectrum width of 2.5 nm.The maximum output power is 110 mW with slope efficiency of 7.1%.Our experiment shows that CsPbBr3 nanocrystal can be used as an efficient SA in the 2-μm wavelength region. 展开更多

In the present study, neonatal rats (1 day old) underwent paravertebral fascial massage (15 consecutive days), followed by subcutaneous injection of insulin-like growth factor 1 receptor antagonist, JB1 (9 consecutive days). Paravertebral fascial massage significantly increased insulin-like growth factor 1 expression and cell proliferation in the subventricular zone of the lateral ventricle and dentate gyrus of the hippocampus. However, JB1 inhibited this increase. Results suggest that paravertebral fascial massage can promote brain development of neonatal rats via the insulin-like growth factor I pathway. 展开更多

A Scalable Multi-Hash( SMH) name lookup method is proposed,which is based on hierarchical name decomposition to aggregate names sharing common prefixes and multiple scalable hash tables to minimize collisions among prefixes. We take the component instead of the entire name as a key in the hash functions. The SMH method achieves lookup speeds of 21. 45 and 20. 87 Mbps on prefix table with 2 million and 3. 6 million names,respectively. The proposed method is the fastest of the four methods considered and requires 61.63 and 89.17 Mb of memory on the prefix tables with 2 million and 3. 6 million names,respectively. The required memory is slightly larger than the best method. The scalability of SMH outperforms that of the other two methods. 展开更多

Development of MoS_(2)-stainless steel catalyst by 3D printing for efficient destruction of organics via peroxymonosulfate activation

Herein,a novel MoS_(2)-stainless steel composite material was first synthetized via a 3D printing method(3DP MoS_(2)-SS)for peroxymonosulfate(PMS)activation and organics degradation.Compared with MoS_(2)-SS powder/PMS system(0.37 g/(m^(2)/min)),4.3-fold higher k_(FLO)/S_(BET)value was obtained in 3DP MoS_(2)-SS/PMS system(1.60 g/(m^(2)/min),resulting from the superior utilization of active sites.We observed that 3DP MoS_(2)-SS significantly outperformed the 3DP SS due to the enhanced electron transfer rate and increased active sites.Moreover,Mo^(4+)facilitated the Fe^(2+)/Fe^(3+)cycle,resulting in the rapid degradation of florfenicol(FLO).Quenching experiments and electron paramagnetic resonance spectra indicated that·OH,SO_(4)·^(-),O_(2)·^(-)and^(1)O_(2)were involved in the degradation of FLO.The effect of influencing factors on the degradation of FLO were evaluated,and the optimized degradation efficiency of 98.69%was achieved at 1 mM PMS and pH of 3.0.Six degradation products were detected by UPLC/MS analyses and several possible degradation pathways were proposed to be the cleavage of C-N bonds,dechlorination,hydrolysis,defluorination and hydroxylation.In addition,3DP MoS_(2)-SS/PMS system also demonstrated superior degradation performance for 2-chlorophenol,acetaminophen,ibuprofen and carbamazepine.This study provided deep insights into the MoS_(2)-SS catalyst prepared by 3DP technology for PMS activation and FLO-polluted water treatment. 展开更多

A H_(4)SiW_(12)O_(40)-catalyzed three-component tandem reaction of 2-acylbenzoic acids,primary amines and phosphine oxides to form 3,3-disubstituted isoindolinones was developed.By employing A H_(4)SiW_(12)O_(40)as the catalyst and dimethyl carbonate(DMC)as the solvent,a diverse range of 2-acylbenzoic acid derivatives and primary amines worked well to give the C3-phosphinoyl-functionalized 3,3-disubstituted isoindolinones with the yield range of 61%-87%.Advantages of this transformation include green catalyst and solvent,available starting materials,broad substrate scope,high efficiency and operational simplicity with water as the sole by-product.The strategy achieved an efficient and green molecular fragment assembly to access isoindolinones,which would provide opportunities for the synthesis of potential biologically active molecules in a green manner. 展开更多

Nanozymes based on metal-organic frameworks (MOFs) have been concentrated on due to their naturally high-disperse metal active sites and the adjustable coordination chemistry. In this work, an N-rich melamine (Mel) was introduced into the Cu-MOF composed of copper(II) nitrate and 2-aminoterephthalic acid (Cu-NH_(2)-BDC-Mel) to mimic the laccase, which enzyme-like activities were assessed and applied in sensing analyses toward several phenols and amines. Compared to unmodified Cu-NH_(2)-BDC, the resulting Cu-NH_(2)-BDC-Mel exhibits enhanced laccase-like activity, superior stability and catalytic kinetics. It is demonstrated that melamine-doping has increased nitrogen content as well as the surface area, as a result, exhibits a lower Michaelis–Menten constant (K m) (0.1877 mM) and higher maximum reaction rate (V max) (1.7933 × 10^(−3) mM·min^(−1)) in comparison with that of natural laccase. Based on that, an efficient colorimetric sensing strategy for several phenols and amines was built up with excellent selectivity and anti-interference by using the laccase-like Cu-NH_(2)-BDC-Mel, the detection limits are 3.51 µM of adrenaline and 4.41 µM of dopamine. The work broadens the prospect development of bio-colorimetric sensing based on the ligand-modified Cu-MOFs nanozymes catalysis. 展开更多
