Power Allocation and Antenna Selection for Heterogeneous Cellular Networks

In this paper,we investigate the system performance of a heterogeneous cellular network consisting of a macro cell and a small cell,where each cell has one user and one base station with multiple antennas.The macro base station(MBS)and the small base station(SBS)transmit their confidential messages to the macro user(MU)and the small user(SU)over their shared spectrum respectively.To enhance the system sum rate(SSR)of MBS-MU and SBS-SU transmission,we propose joint antenna selection combined with optimal power allocation(JAS-OPA)scheme and independent antenna selection combined with optimal power allocation(IAS-OPA)scheme.The JAS-OPA scheme requires to know the channel state information(CSI)of transmission channels and interference channels,while the IAS-OPA scheme only needs to know the CSI of transmission channels.In addition,we carry out the analysis for conventional round-robin antenna selection combined with optimal power allocation(RR-OPA)as a benchmark scheme.We formulate the SSR maximization problem through the power allocation between MBS and SBS and propose iterative OPA algorithms for JAS-OPA,IAS-OPA and RR-OPA schemes,respectively.The results show that the OPA schemes outperform the equal power allocation in terms of SSR.Moreover,we provide the closed-form expression of the system outage probability(SOP)for IAS scheme and RR scheme,it shows the SOP performance can be significantly improved by our proposed IAS scheme compared with RR scheme. 展开更多

Unmanned aerial vehicles(UAVs)are en-visioned as a promising means of providing wireless services for various complex terrains and emergency situations.In this paper,we consider a wireless UAV-enabled cognitive communication network,where a rotary-wing UAV transmits confidential information to a ground cognitive user over the spectrum assigned to primary users(PUs),while eavesdroppers attempt to wiretap the legitimate transmission.In order to en-hance the secrecy performance of wireless communi-cations,the secrecy rate(SR)of the UAV-enabled cog-nitive communication system is maximized through optimizing UAV three-dimensional(3D)flying trajec-tory while satisfying the requirements of UAV’s initial and final locations and guaranteeing the constraint of maximum speed of UAV and the interference thresh-old of each PU.However,the formulated SR maxi-mization(SRM)problem is non-convex.For the pur-pose of dealing with this intractable problem,we em-ploy the difference of two-convex functions approxi-mation approach to convert the non-convex optimiza-tion problem into a convex one,which is then solved through applying standard convex optimization tech-niques.Moreover,an iterative 3D trajectory opti-mization algorithm for SRM scheme is proposed to achieve the near-optimal 3D trajectory.Simulation re-sults show that our proposed 3D trajectory optimiza-tion based SRM algorithm has good convergence,and the proposed SRM scheme outperforms the bench-mark approach in terms of the SR performance. 展开更多

目的探索以认知障碍为主要表现的非出血型脑淀粉样血管病(CAA)患者的认知特征,以指导临床认知训练。方法所有研究对象来自2007—2023年北京协和医院痴呆队列,完成病史采集、头颅MRI、认知评价、血液生化检查和基因测序。所有患者符合很... 目的探索以认知障碍为主要表现的非出血型脑淀粉样血管病(CAA)患者的认知特征,以指导临床认知训练。方法所有研究对象来自2007—2023年北京协和医院痴呆队列,完成病史采集、头颅MRI、认知评价、血液生化检查和基因测序。所有患者符合很可能CAA诊断标准,且无症状性脑出血病史。认知测评包括认知筛查和认知域测试,认知筛查包括简易智力状态检查量表(MMSE)、日常生活活动能力量表等;认知域测试涉及视空间、记忆、执行、推理计算和语言5个认知域。根据MMSE分数,将研究对象分成MMSE>20分(轻度认知障碍)亚组和10分<MMSE≤20分(中度认知障碍)亚组,采用方差分析比较2组内记忆认知域中听觉词语学习测验(AVLT)子项目(AVLT1-3)的差异。结果本研究共纳入34例CAA患者。男性12例,女性22例,年龄为(74.0±7.1)岁。记忆障碍和执行障碍最为突出,分别见于97.1%(33/34)和73.5%(25/34)的患者;其次为语言、视空间和推理计算障碍,分别见于38.2%(13/34)、35.3%(12/34)和5.9%(2/34)的患者。在MMSE>20分(n=20)和10分<MMSE≤20分(n=14)亚组中,AVLT1、AVLT2和AVLT3均存在显著上升趋势[(2.40±1.10)分vs(4.10±1.92)分vs(4.90±2.00)分,F=11.034,P<0.001;(1.64±0.84)分vs(2.21±1.48)分vs(3.36±1.95)分,F=4.793,P=0.014]。结论非出血型CAA患者以记忆和执行功能障碍为主要表现。轻、中度认知障碍(MMSE>10分)的CAA患者推理计算和学习能力相对保留,在临床工作中,可以利用这些保留的认知能力,对他们进行认知训练,以延缓其认知功能下降。 展开更多

Large tumor suppressor 1(LATS1)is the key kinase controlling activation of Hippo signalling pathway.Post-translational modifications of LATS1 modulate its kinase activity.However,detailed mechanism underlying LATS1 stability and activation remains elusive.Here we report that LATS1 is acetylated by acetyltransferase CBP at K751 and is deacetylated by deacetylases SIRT3 and SIRT4.Acetylation at K751 stabilized LATS1 by decreasing LATS1 ubiquitination and inhibited LATS1 activation by reducing its phosphorylation.Mechanistically,LATS1 acetylation resulted in inhibition of YAP phosphorylation and degradation,leading to increased YAP nucleus translocation and promoted target gene expression.Functionally,LATS1-K751 Q,the acetylation mimic mutant potentiated lung cancer cell migration,invasion and tumor growth,whereas LATS1-K751 R,the acetylation deficient mutant inhibited these functions.Taken together,we demonstrated a previously unidentified post-translational modification of LATS1 that converts LATS1 from a tumor suppressor to a tumor promoter by suppression of Hippo signalling through acetylation of LATS1. 展开更多
