目的通过检测高危型人乳头瘤病毒(HPV)感染不孕症女性患者外周血淋巴细胞亚群水平,探讨其免疫功能状态。方法选取妇产科就诊的70例高危型HPV感染[其中24例合并解脲脲原体(UU)感染]的不孕症女性患者为观察组,年龄22~45岁;另选取同期的70...目的通过检测高危型人乳头瘤病毒(HPV)感染不孕症女性患者外周血淋巴细胞亚群水平,探讨其免疫功能状态。方法选取妇产科就诊的70例高危型HPV感染[其中24例合并解脲脲原体(UU)感染]的不孕症女性患者为观察组,年龄22~45岁;另选取同期的70例HPV检测阴性的不孕症女性患者为对照组,年龄22~44岁。研究对象于就诊时,采集静脉血采用流式细胞仪检测外周血中淋巴细胞亚群水平,采集宫颈细胞采用FQ-PCR法检测HPV16、18、26、31、33、35、39、45、51、52、53、56、58、59、66、68和82共17高危亚型,采集阴道分泌物采用培养法检测生殖道支原体。结果观察组较对照组外周血NK细胞比例显著降低[(12.39±5.87)%vs(16.79±6.12)%,P<0.05],CD3^+细胞比例显著增高[(73.87±6.36)%vs(69.53±7.17)%,P<0.05],B细胞[(12.64±3.51)%vs(12.80±3.76)%]、CD4^+细胞[(38.51±6.00)%vs(37.37±4.59)%]、CD8^+细胞[(28.21±5.92)%vs(27.47±4.59)%]和CD4^+/CD8^+比值(1.45±0.47 vs 1.39±0.25)差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。χ^2检验表明,观察组中CD4^+/CD8^+比值≤1.1或≥1.9(参考区间1.0~2.0)的异常比例(41.43%)较对照组(10.00%)有非常显著性升高(P<0.01)。观察组中合并UU感染24例(合并感染率34.29%),与单一HPV感染组(未合并UU感染)外周血NK细胞、B细胞、CD3^+、CD4^+细胞、CD8^+细胞和CD4^+/CD8^+比值相比差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。合并UU感染组CD4^+/CD8^+比值异常比例(45.83%)较单一HPV感染组(37.00%)稍高,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论高危型HPV感染女性不孕症患者存在免疫功能紊乱,主要表现为CD3^+细胞比例增高,NK细胞比例降低和CD4^+/CD8^+比值异常,该紊乱与不孕之间是否存在因果联系有待进一步研究阐明。在本研究的例数范围内,未发现合并UU感染能协同增强高危型HPV感染女性不孕症患者存在的免疫功能紊乱。展开更多
Based on the deformation characteristic of regular polygonal box stamped parts and the superfluous triangle material wrinkle model, the criterion of regular polygonal box stamped parts without wrinkle was deduced and ...Based on the deformation characteristic of regular polygonal box stamped parts and the superfluous triangle material wrinkle model, the criterion of regular polygonal box stamped parts without wrinkle was deduced and used to predict and control the wrinkle limit. According to the fracture model, the criterion of regular polygonal box stamped parts without fracture was deduced and used to predict and control the fracture limit. Combining the criterion for stamping without wrinkle with that without fracture, the stamping criterion of regular polygonal box stamped parts was obtained to predict and control the stamping limit. Taken the stainless steel 0Cr18Ni9 (SUS304) sheet and the square box stamped part as examples, the limit diagram was given to predict and control the wrinkle, fracture and stamping limits. It is suitable for the deep drawing without flange, the deep drawing and stretching combined forming with flange and the rigid punch stretching of plane blank. The limit deep-drawing coefficient and the minimum deep-drawing coefficient can be determined, and the appropriate BHF (blank holder force) and the deep-drawing force can be chosen. These provide a reference for the technology planning, the die and mold design and the equipment determination, and a new criterion evaluating sheet stamping formability, which predicts and controls the stamping process, can be applied to the deep drawing under constant or variable BHF conditions.展开更多

For ...The giant stress-impedance (GSI) effect in as-cast and DC current annealed Co71.8Fe4.9 Nb0.8Si7.5 B15 amorphous glass-covered wires is presented. The SI ratio of the as-cast sample exhibits negative GSI effect. For the sample annealed by 60 mA DC current, the SI ratio first increases with applied tensile stress, then decreases. The maximum ΔZ/Z ratio of 304% is obtained. Frequency dependence in the range from 1 to 110 MHz of the GSI effect is investigated. Experimental results show that the real part R and the imaginary part X of impedance play an important role at high frequency and low frequency, respectively. At 1 MHz, the maximum AX/X ratio of 1448% is obtained. At 110 MHz, the maximum AR/R ratio of 648% is obtained.展开更多
The noise suppression effect and its mechanism are investigated for a composite sheet and a composite film made of glass-covered amorphous CoFeSiBCr wires.Both samples show a significant noise suppression effect.The p...The noise suppression effect and its mechanism are investigated for a composite sheet and a composite film made of glass-covered amorphous CoFeSiBCr wires.Both samples show a significant noise suppression effect.The power loss ratio of the composite sheet is above 80% from 1.6 GHz to 8.5 GHz,and that of the composite film is above 70% from 3.2 GHz to 8.5 GHz even if its thickness is only 0.20 mm.The composite sheet demonstrates high real and imaginary permittivity above 30.7 and low real and imaginary permeability below 1.2.The surface resistivities of the two composite samples are as high as about 3 × 10^(12) Ω/square.The power loss of the composite containing glass-covered wires should be mainly contributed by dielectric loss derived from electronic polarization and relaxation.展开更多

The casted amorphous alloys were heat-treated...Fe-Co-B-Si-Nb-C glassy alloy with the addition of C was prepared by arc melting and copper suck-casting. The thermodynamics and soft magnetic properties were investigated. The casted amorphous alloys were heat-treated at different temperatures. The differential scanning calorimeter (DSC) results and thermal expansion show complete thermodynamics of crystallization. Its magnetostriction properties were studied by capacitance method. Saturation magnetostriction increases to 38×10^-6. The amorphous alloy exhibits good soft magnetic properties with low coercivity and high saturation magnetic induction. The results show that minor addition of C is beneficial to enhance the saturation magnetostriction λs, and do not deteriorate the ability of forming amorphous.展开更多
