Polychlorinated dibenzothiophenes(PCDTs)and their corresponding sulfone(PCDTO2)compounds are a group of important persistent organic pollutants.In the present study,geometrical optimization and subsequent calculat...Polychlorinated dibenzothiophenes(PCDTs)and their corresponding sulfone(PCDTO2)compounds are a group of important persistent organic pollutants.In the present study,geometrical optimization and subsequent calculations of electrostatic potentials(ESPs)on molecular surface have been performed for all 135 PCDTs and 135 PCDTO2 congeners at the HF/6-31G*level of theory.A number of statistically-based parameters have been extracted.Linear relationship between gas-chromatographic retention index(RI)and the structural descriptors have been established by multiple linear regression.The result shows that two descriptors derived from positive electrostatic potential on molecular surface, ■ and π,together with the molecular volume(Vmc)and the energy of the lowest unoccupied molecular orbital(ELUMO)can be well used to express the quantitative structure-retention relationship(QSRR)of PCDTs and PCDTO2.Predictive capability of the two models has been demonstrated by leave-one-out cross-validation with the cross-validated correlation coefficient(RCV)of 0.996 and 0.997,respectively.Furthermore,the predictive power of the models is further examined for the external test set.Correlation coefficients(R)between the observed and predicted RI values for the external test set are 0.997 and0.998,respectively,validating the robustness and good prediction of our model.The QSRR model established may provide again a powerful method for predicting chromatographic properties of aromatic organosulfur compounds.展开更多

It has been indicated that the pnicogen bonds of co...The pnicogen bond interaction between different electron donors(anion, π-electron, heteroatom) and ECl3(E = As, P) was calculated by the method of MP2/aug-cc-p VTZ. It has been indicated that the pnicogen bonds of complex formed by the anion and ECl3 are more stable than that by the neutral electron donor, in which the pnicogen bonds of complex formed by NH3 and ECl3 are the most stable, and that by H2S and ECl3 is the least stable. The nature of pnicogen bond interaction is the closed shell interaction by AIM analysis, and BCP electron density is positively correlated to the complex interaction energy. RDG and DDF graphical analyses are performed to visualize the nature of pnicogen bond interaction from different donors, the position and strength of the pnicogen bond interaction, as well as the rearrangement of electron density after the formation of pnicogen bond system.展开更多

Relationship between the physicochemical properties (n-octanol/air partition coefficient, vapor pressure, water solubility) and the molecular connectivity indices of phthalic acid ester compounds have been established by multiple linear regression (MLR) method. The results showed that the zero-order valence connectivity index (0Xu) is the topology parameter which affects octanol/water partition coefficient and water solubility, and the topology parameter which affects vapor pressure is the first-order connectivity index (1X). This indicated to a certain extent_that the molecular connectivity indices can be well used to express the quantitative relationship between the physicochemical properties and structure descriptions of phthalic acid ester compounds. 文摘针对安全帽检测算法的快速且精准需求,提出了一种实时安全帽检测算法。首先,针对基于边界框回归损失函数容易出现梯度消失(Gradient Vanish)的问题,本文提出外接圆半径差(Circumcircle Radius Difference,CRD)损失函数;然后,针对复杂多尺度特征融合层制约检测速度的问题,提出了一种轻量化的小目标聚焦型(Focus on Small Object,FSO)特征融合层;最后本文结合YOLO网络、CRD和FSO形成YOLO-CRD-FSO(YCF)检测模型,实现实时安全帽检测。实验结果表明,在Jetson Xavier NX设备上检测分辨率为640×640的视频,YCF的检测速度达到43.4帧/秒,比当前最新锐的YOLO-V5模型的速度快了近2帧/秒,且均值平均精度提升了近1%。说明YCF检测模型综合优化了边界框回归损失函数和特征融合层,获得了良好的安全帽检测效果。
