Cerasus humilis is a kind of economic fruit tree peculiar to China,which is widely used in the food,landscape,and pharmaceutical industries.Anthocyanins are a phenolic metabolite that plays an essential role in fruit ...Cerasus humilis is a kind of economic fruit tree peculiar to China,which is widely used in the food,landscape,and pharmaceutical industries.Anthocyanins are a phenolic metabolite that plays an essential role in fruit coloration.However,the regulatory network of C.humilis in anthocyanin biosynthesis is still unclear.In this study,the R2R3-MYB transcription factor ChMYB1 was isolated from the full genome of the species.Yeast one-hybrid,dual-luciferase assays,and GUS staining showed that ChMYB1 significantly increased anthocyanin contents in C.humilis fruit by promoting the expression of ChCHS and ChUFGT by binding MBS(MYB-binding elements).ChMYB1 interacted with ChbHLH42and ChTTG1 to form the MBW complex and further enhanced the expression of ChUFGT.In addition,abscisic acid(ABA)treatment promoted the expression of ChMYB1 and anthocyanin accumulation in C.humilis fruit.Interestingly,ABA treatment enhanced the interaction between ChMYB1 and ChbHLH42.Furthermore,ChABI5 inhibited the interaction between ChMYB1 and ChbHLH42.Our data elucidated the primary molecular mechanism of anthocyanin biosynthesis in C.humilis fruit,deepening the understanding of the regulatory network affecting anthocyanin metabolism in edible fruit crops.展开更多
[Objectives]To analyze the main chemical components of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)Poria cocos by liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry,and explore the active components for P.cocos in the treatment of primary ...[Objectives]To analyze the main chemical components of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)Poria cocos by liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry,and explore the active components for P.cocos in the treatment of primary dysmenorrhea(PD)by network pharmacology to predict its quality markers(Q-marker).[Methods]Ultra performance liquid chromatography-quadrupole tandem time-of-flight mass spectrometry(UPLC-Q-TOF-MS)in positive and negative ion mode was used to collect high quality MS and MS/MS data of Poria cocos,and qualitative characterization of the components in Poria cocos was performed using Analyst TF 1.7.1 and PeakView 2.2 software with reference to internal databases and literature.Taking the above identified chemical components as the research object,we used network pharmacology to discover the potential effective components and their key targets of PD,and metabolic pathway enrichment analysis of the core targets was performed to screen the Q-marker of P.cocos based on the five principles of Q-marker of TCM.[Results]UPLC-Q-TOF-MS technique was used to identify 41 chemical components of P.cocos,including 3 amino acids,26 triterpenoids,4 lactones,7 organic acids and 1 adenosine.It was more likely to lose H 2O and CO 2 during cleavage and break at the carbonyl group.The triterpenoids were mainly in the form of[M-H]-peaks in negative ion mode,which was easy to lose some structural fragments such as H 2O,CH 3COOH,CH 4,CO 2,etc.Further network pharmacological analysis showed that 302 targets of chemical components of P.cocos,518 targets of PD,28 common targets of component and disease,and 27 core targets such as PTGS2,ESR1,TNF,IL1B were observed by PPI interactions network analysis.451 biological processes such as hormone response and inflammatory response regulation were obtained by GO enrichment analysis.KEGG enrichment analysis showed that 89 pathways including PI3K/Akt signaling pathway,IL-17 signaling pathway and TNF signaling pathway were obtained.The connectivity value of components was analyzed.The core components with the connectivity value greater than 10,including poricoic acid A,polyporenic acid,polyporenic acid C,and 25-hydroxy-3-epidehydrotumoric acid were selected,while the key targets with the connectivity value greater than 15 included TNF,PTGS2,IL1B and CASP3.Molecular docking between core components and key targets was performed,and most of the docking energy was less than-5 kcal/mol,indicating that the binding between the active components and target proteins of P.cocos was relatively stable,so 23 active components of P.cocos were determined.Following the five principles of Q-marker,four possible Q-markers of P.cocos were predicted,including poricoic acid A,pachymic acid,polyporenic acid C,and 25-hydroxy-3-epidehydrotumoric acid.[Conclusions]P.cocos was mainly composed of triterpenoids,its effect on the treatment of PD may be achieved mainly by poricoic acid A,pachymic acid,polyporenic acid C,and 25-hydroxy-3-epi-dehydrotumoric acid acting on PTGS2,ESR1,TNF,IL1B and other targets to regulate PI3K/Akt signaling pathway,IL-17 signaling pathway,TNF signaling pathway,etc.Based on these active components,poricoic acid A,pachymic acid,polyporenic acid C,and 25-hydroxy-3-epi-dehydrotumoric acid could be taken as Q-markers of P.cocos,which provided a solid basis for further improving the quality standard of P.cocos.展开更多
Nanocellulose,a natural polymeric nanomaterial,has attracted significant attention in enhanced oil recovery(EOR)applications due to its abundance,nanoscale,high oil-water interfacial adsorption ef-ficiency.In this stu...Nanocellulose,a natural polymeric nanomaterial,has attracted significant attention in enhanced oil recovery(EOR)applications due to its abundance,nanoscale,high oil-water interfacial adsorption ef-ficiency.In this study,surface-functionalized cellulose nanocrystals(SF-CNCs)were prepared via hy-drochloric acid hydrolysis and chemical modification,with adaptable nanosize and considerable dispersion stability in low-permeability reservoirs.The SF-CNCs were structurally characterized by FT-IR,Cryo-TEM,which have a diameter of 5-10 nm and a length of 100-200 nm.The SF-CNC dispersions possessed higher stability and stronger salt-tolerance than those of corresponding CNC dispersions,due to the strong hydrophilicity of the sulfonic acid group.It was synergistically used with a non-ionic surfactant(APG1214)to formulate a combined flooding system(0.1 wt%SF-CNC+0.2 wt%APG1214).The combined flooding system exhibits strong emulsification stability,low oil-water interfacial tension of o.03 mN/m,and the ability to alter the wettability for oil-wetting rocks.Furthermore,the combined system was_able to provide an optimum EOR efficiency of 20.2%in low-permeability cores with 30.13×10^(-3)μm^(2).Notably.it can enlarge the sweep volume and increase the displacement efficiency simultaneously.Overall,the newly formulated nanocellulose/surfactant combined system exhibits a remarkable EoR performance in low-permeability reservoirs.展开更多

OBJECTIVE To develop and validate a user-friendly risk score for older mitral regurgitation(MR)patients,referred to as the Elder-MR score.METHODS The China Senile Valvular Heart Disease(China-DVD)Cohort Study function...OBJECTIVE To develop and validate a user-friendly risk score for older mitral regurgitation(MR)patients,referred to as the Elder-MR score.METHODS The China Senile Valvular Heart Disease(China-DVD)Cohort Study functioned as the development cohort,while the China Valvular Heart Disease(China-VHD)Study was employed for external validation.We included patients aged 60 years and above receiving medical treatment for moderate or severe MR(2274 patients in the development cohort and 1929 patients in the validation cohort).Candidate predictors were chosen using Cox’s proportional hazards model and stepwise selection with Akaike’s information criterion.RESULTS Eight predictors were identified:age≥75 years,body mass index<20 kg/m^(2),NYHA class Ⅲ/Ⅳ,secondary MR,anemia,estimated glomerular filtration rate<60 mL/min per 1.73 m^(2),albumin<35 g/L,and left ventricular ejection fraction<60%.The model displayed satisfactory performance in predicting one-year mortality in both the development cohort(C-statistic=0.73,95%CI:0.69-0.77,Brier score=0.06)and the validation cohort(C-statistic=0.73,95%CI:0.68-0.78,Brier score=0.06).The Elder-MR score ranges from 0 to 15 points.At a one-year follow-up,each point increase in the Elder-MR score represents a 1.27-fold risk of death(HR=1.27,95%CI:1.21-1.34,P<0.001)in the development cohort and a 1.24-fold risk of death(HR=1.24,95%CI:1.17-1.30,P<0.001)in the validation cohort.Compared to EuroSCORE II,the Elder-MR score demonstrated superior predictive accuracy for one-year mortality in the validation cohort(C-statistic=0.71 vs.0.70,net reclassification improvement=0.320,P<0.01;integrated discrimination improvement=0.029,P<0.01).CONCLUSIONS The Elder-MR score may serve as an effective risk stratification tool to assist clinical decision-making in older MR patients.展开更多
Response speed is vital for the railway environment monitoring system,especially for the sudden-onset disasters.The edge-cloud collaboration scheme is proved efficient to reduce the latency.However,the data characteri...Response speed is vital for the railway environment monitoring system,especially for the sudden-onset disasters.The edge-cloud collaboration scheme is proved efficient to reduce the latency.However,the data characteristics and communication demand of the tasks in the railway environment monitoring system are all different and changeable,and the latency contribution of each task to the system is discrepant.Hence,two valid latency minimization strategies based on the edge-cloud collaboration scheme is developed in this paper.First,the processing resources are allocated to the tasks based on the priorities,and the tasks are processed parallly with the allocated resources to minimize the system valid latency.Furthermore,considering the differences in the data volume of the tasks,which will induce the waste of the resources for the tasks finished in advance.Thus,the tasks with similar priorities are graded into the same group,and the serial and parallel processing strategies are performed intra-group and inter-group simultaneously.Compared with the other four strategies in four railway monitoring scenarios,the proposed strategies proved latency efficiency to the high-priority tasks,and the system valid latency is reduced synchronously.The performance of the railway environment monitoring system in security and efficiency will be promoted greatly with the proposed scheme and strategies.展开更多
Objective:To investigate the relationship between postprandial blood glucose(PBG),fasting insulin(FINS),and glycated hemoglobin(HbA1c)levels and early diabetic nephropathy in patients with type 2 diabetes.Methods:96 c...Objective:To investigate the relationship between postprandial blood glucose(PBG),fasting insulin(FINS),and glycated hemoglobin(HbA1c)levels and early diabetic nephropathy in patients with type 2 diabetes.Methods:96 cases of type 2 diabetes mellitus treated in our hospital from May 2021 to May 2022 were selected as the research subjects.The patients were divided into two groups according to the urinary albumin excretion rate(UAER),with 53 cases in the type 2 diabetes group(UAER<30μg/min)and 43 cases in the early diabetic nephropathy group(30μg/min≤UAER<300μg/min).PBG,FINS,and HbA1c levels were detected in 87 healthy patients.Results:The levels of PBG,FINS,and HbA1c in the early diabetic nephropathy group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.01)and the type 2 diabetes group(P<0.01).Conclusion:PBG,FINS,and HbA1c are factors affecting the occurrence of diabetic nephropathy in patients with type 2 diabetes;thus,controlling the levels of PBG,FINS,and HbA1c can effectively prevent the occurrence of diabetic nephropathy in type 2 diabetes mellitus.展开更多
Objective:To explore the risk factors of diabetic nephropathy and its correlation with blood pressure control.Methods:A retrospective analysis of 80 patients with diabetic nephropathy(diabetic nephropathy group)and an...Objective:To explore the risk factors of diabetic nephropathy and its correlation with blood pressure control.Methods:A retrospective analysis of 80 patients with diabetic nephropathy(diabetic nephropathy group)and another 80 patients with diabetes(diabetic group)who were admitted to the Department of Nephrology and Endocrinology at our hospital from October 2021 to October 2022 was conducted.The general data of the two groups were compared,the influencing factors associated with the two groups were analyzed unilaterally,and unconditional dichotomous logistic regression was performed to analyze the influencing factors in patients with diabetic nephropathy.Results:There were no significant differences in high-density lipoprotein,systolic blood pressure,diastolic blood pressure,and creatinine between the two groups(P>0.05);however,compared with the diabetic group,the DN group had significantly elevated glycated hemoglobin,low-density lipoprotein,24-h urine protein,insulin resistance,and diabetes duration≥10 years(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical research on the correlation between the incidence of hypertension and the control of blood pressure in patients with diabetic nephropathy should be strengthened in order to formulate reasonable and feasible treatment plans.展开更多

The EUV camera is composed of a multilayer film mirror, a thin film filter, a photon-counting imaging detector, a mechanism that can adjust the direction in two dimensions, a protective cover, an electronic unit and a thermal control unit. The center wavelength of the EUV camera is 30.2 nm with a bandwidth of 4.6 nm. The field of view is 14.7° with an angular resolution of 0.08°, and the sensitivity of the camera is 0.11 count s-1Rayleigh-1. The geometric calibration, the absolute photometric calibration and the relative photometric calibration are carried out under different temperatures before launch to obtain a matrix that can correct geometric distortion and a matrix for relative photometric correction,which are used for in-orbit correction of the images to ensure their accuracy.展开更多
In recent years,Pb-free CsSnI_(3) perovskite materials with excellent photoelectric properties as well as low toxicity are attracting much atten-tion in photoelectric devices.However,deep level defects in CsSnI_(3),su...In recent years,Pb-free CsSnI_(3) perovskite materials with excellent photoelectric properties as well as low toxicity are attracting much atten-tion in photoelectric devices.However,deep level defects in CsSnI_(3),such as high density of tin vacancies,structural deformation of SnI_(6)−octahedra and oxidation of Sn^(2+)states,are the major challenge to achieve high-performance CsSnI_(3)-based photoelectric devices with good stability.In this work,defect passivation method is adopted to solve the above issues,and the ultra-stable and high-performance CsSnI_(3) nanowires(NWs)photodetectors(PDs)are fabricated via incorporating 1-butyl-2,3-dimethylimidazolium chloride salt(BMIMCl)into perovskites.Through materials analysis and theoretical calculations,BMIM+ions can effectively passivate the Sn-related defects and reduce the dark current of CsSnI_(3) NW PDs.To further reduce the dark current of the devices,the polymethyl methacrylate is introduced,and finally,the dual passivated CsSnI_(3) NWPDs show ultra-high performance with an ultra-low dark current of 2×10^(-11) A,a responsivity of up to 0.237 A W^(−1),a high detectivity of 1.18×10^(12) Jones and a linear dynamic range of 180 dB.Furthermore,the unpackaged devices exhibit ultra-high stability in device performance after 60 days of storage in air(25℃,50% humidity),with the device performance remaining above 90%.展开更多

In the ...The solubility data of compounds in supercritical fluids and the correlation between the experimental solubility data and predicted solubility data are crucial to the development of supercritical technologies. In the present work, the solubility data of silymarin(SM) in both pure supercritical carbon dioxide(SCCO2) and SCCO2 with added cosolvent was measured at temperatures ranging from 308 to 338 K and pressures from 8 to 22 MPa. The experimental data were fit with three semi-empirical density-based models(Chrastil, Bartle and Mendez-Santiago and Teja models) and a back-propagation artificial neural networks(BPANN) model. Interaction parameters for the models were obtained and the percentage of average absolute relative deviation(AARD%) in each calculation was determined. The correlation results were in good agreement with the experimental data. A comparison among the four models revealed that the experimental solubility data were more fit with the BPANN model with AARDs ranging from 1.14% to 2.15% for silymarin in pure SCCO2 and with added cosolvent. The results provide fundamental data for designing the extraction of SM or the preparation of its particle using SCCO2 techniques.展开更多
Amphiphilic polymer gels are widely used in heterogeneous reservoirs for conformance control technology.However,in high temperature and high salinity of calcium and magnesium reservoirs,amphiphilic polymer gels cannot...Amphiphilic polymer gels are widely used in heterogeneous reservoirs for conformance control technology.However,in high temperature and high salinity of calcium and magnesium reservoirs,amphiphilic polymer gels cannot maintain effective performance.In this work,a novel reinforced amphiphilic polymer gel(F-PADC gel)was prepared by physically mixing polymer solution and fly ash(FA),which is an extremely low cost material.The viscoelasticity and stability of the F-PADC gel were studied by rheometry and micro-rheometry.The reinforced mechanism of FA on amphiphilic polymer gels was revealed.The results show that the addition of FA can make the gel more robust with a denser network structure.On the fifth day,the elastic modulus(G’)increases from 5.2 to 7.0 Pa and the viscosity modulus(G")increases from 0.4 to 0.6 Pa at the frequency of 1 Hz,which improves the viscoelasticity of the gel system.More importantly,the F-PADC gel does not degrade after aging at 85℃for 180 d.And its viscoelasticity increases obviously,G′and G"increase to 110.0 Pa and 3.5 Pa,respectively,showing excellent anti-aging stability.Moreover,FA amphiphilic polymer gels have a good injectivity and a perfect plugging rate of 98.86%,which is better than that of sole amphiphilic polymer gels.This novel mixed FA amphiphilic polymer gels can prove to be a better alternative to conventional polymer gels to enhance oil recovery in high temperature and high salinity reservoirs.展开更多
This study investigates the predictability of a fixed uncertainty index(UI)for realized variances(volatility)in the international stock markets from a high-frequency perspective.We construct a composite UI based on th...This study investigates the predictability of a fixed uncertainty index(UI)for realized variances(volatility)in the international stock markets from a high-frequency perspective.We construct a composite UI based on the scaled principal component analysis(s-PCA)method and demonstrate that it exhibits significant in-and out-of-sample predictabilities for realized variances in global stock markets.This predictive power is more powerful than those of two commonly employed competing methods,namely,PCA and the partial least squares(PLS)methods.The result is robust in several checks.Further,we explain that s-PCA outperforms other dimension-reduction methods since it can effectively increase the impacts of strong predictors and decrease those of weak factors.The implications of this research are significant for investors who allocate assets globally.展开更多

[Objectives]To evaluate the quality of Atractylodes chinensis(DC.)Koidz.in Chengde region.[Methods]35 samples of A.chinensis from different growth years were collected,and a high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC...[Objectives]To evaluate the quality of Atractylodes chinensis(DC.)Koidz.in Chengde region.[Methods]35 samples of A.chinensis from different growth years were collected,and a high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC)method was established for the dual components of atractylodin and atractylone,and the quality evaluation was conducted on the cultivated A.chinensis from Chengde region in terms of moisture,ash and volatile oil content.[Results]The moisture content of all samples met the regulations,and the content of volatile oil was relatively high.Among them,seven samples with atractylodin content lower than 0.3%were unqualified products(accounting for 20%),and one sample had excessive ash content(accounting for 3%).[Conclusions]The established method for the determination of the dual components of Atractylodis Rhizoma is stable,simple,fast,precise and reusable.Besides,according to the Pearson correlation analysis among the indicators,it is concluded that the atractylodin and atractylone content are significantly related to the growth period and the volatile oil content.In addition,the quality evaluation indicators of A.chinensis in Chengde region show that there are differences in the quality of Atractylodis Rhizoma,but the overall pass rate is relatively high.It is necessary to further study the reasons for the differences.展开更多

文摘Cerasus humilis is a kind of economic fruit tree peculiar to China,which is widely used in the food,landscape,and pharmaceutical industries.Anthocyanins are a phenolic metabolite that plays an essential role in fruit coloration.However,the regulatory network of C.humilis in anthocyanin biosynthesis is still unclear.In this study,the R2R3-MYB transcription factor ChMYB1 was isolated from the full genome of the species.Yeast one-hybrid,dual-luciferase assays,and GUS staining showed that ChMYB1 significantly increased anthocyanin contents in C.humilis fruit by promoting the expression of ChCHS and ChUFGT by binding MBS(MYB-binding elements).ChMYB1 interacted with ChbHLH42and ChTTG1 to form the MBW complex and further enhanced the expression of ChUFGT.In addition,abscisic acid(ABA)treatment promoted the expression of ChMYB1 and anthocyanin accumulation in C.humilis fruit.Interestingly,ABA treatment enhanced the interaction between ChMYB1 and ChbHLH42.Furthermore,ChABI5 inhibited the interaction between ChMYB1 and ChbHLH42.Our data elucidated the primary molecular mechanism of anthocyanin biosynthesis in C.humilis fruit,deepening the understanding of the regulatory network affecting anthocyanin metabolism in edible fruit crops.

文摘[Objectives]To analyze the main chemical components of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)Poria cocos by liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry,and explore the active components for P.cocos in the treatment of primary dysmenorrhea(PD)by network pharmacology to predict its quality markers(Q-marker).[Methods]Ultra performance liquid chromatography-quadrupole tandem time-of-flight mass spectrometry(UPLC-Q-TOF-MS)in positive and negative ion mode was used to collect high quality MS and MS/MS data of Poria cocos,and qualitative characterization of the components in Poria cocos was performed using Analyst TF 1.7.1 and PeakView 2.2 software with reference to internal databases and literature.Taking the above identified chemical components as the research object,we used network pharmacology to discover the potential effective components and their key targets of PD,and metabolic pathway enrichment analysis of the core targets was performed to screen the Q-marker of P.cocos based on the five principles of Q-marker of TCM.[Results]UPLC-Q-TOF-MS technique was used to identify 41 chemical components of P.cocos,including 3 amino acids,26 triterpenoids,4 lactones,7 organic acids and 1 adenosine.It was more likely to lose H 2O and CO 2 during cleavage and break at the carbonyl group.The triterpenoids were mainly in the form of[M-H]-peaks in negative ion mode,which was easy to lose some structural fragments such as H 2O,CH 3COOH,CH 4,CO 2,etc.Further network pharmacological analysis showed that 302 targets of chemical components of P.cocos,518 targets of PD,28 common targets of component and disease,and 27 core targets such as PTGS2,ESR1,TNF,IL1B were observed by PPI interactions network analysis.451 biological processes such as hormone response and inflammatory response regulation were obtained by GO enrichment analysis.KEGG enrichment analysis showed that 89 pathways including PI3K/Akt signaling pathway,IL-17 signaling pathway and TNF signaling pathway were obtained.The connectivity value of components was analyzed.The core components with the connectivity value greater than 10,including poricoic acid A,polyporenic acid,polyporenic acid C,and 25-hydroxy-3-epidehydrotumoric acid were selected,while the key targets with the connectivity value greater than 15 included TNF,PTGS2,IL1B and CASP3.Molecular docking between core components and key targets was performed,and most of the docking energy was less than-5 kcal/mol,indicating that the binding between the active components and target proteins of P.cocos was relatively stable,so 23 active components of P.cocos were determined.Following the five principles of Q-marker,four possible Q-markers of P.cocos were predicted,including poricoic acid A,pachymic acid,polyporenic acid C,and 25-hydroxy-3-epidehydrotumoric acid.[Conclusions]P.cocos was mainly composed of triterpenoids,its effect on the treatment of PD may be achieved mainly by poricoic acid A,pachymic acid,polyporenic acid C,and 25-hydroxy-3-epi-dehydrotumoric acid acting on PTGS2,ESR1,TNF,IL1B and other targets to regulate PI3K/Akt signaling pathway,IL-17 signaling pathway,TNF signaling pathway,etc.Based on these active components,poricoic acid A,pachymic acid,polyporenic acid C,and 25-hydroxy-3-epi-dehydrotumoric acid could be taken as Q-markers of P.cocos,which provided a solid basis for further improving the quality standard of P.cocos.

文摘Nanocellulose,a natural polymeric nanomaterial,has attracted significant attention in enhanced oil recovery(EOR)applications due to its abundance,nanoscale,high oil-water interfacial adsorption ef-ficiency.In this study,surface-functionalized cellulose nanocrystals(SF-CNCs)were prepared via hy-drochloric acid hydrolysis and chemical modification,with adaptable nanosize and considerable dispersion stability in low-permeability reservoirs.The SF-CNCs were structurally characterized by FT-IR,Cryo-TEM,which have a diameter of 5-10 nm and a length of 100-200 nm.The SF-CNC dispersions possessed higher stability and stronger salt-tolerance than those of corresponding CNC dispersions,due to the strong hydrophilicity of the sulfonic acid group.It was synergistically used with a non-ionic surfactant(APG1214)to formulate a combined flooding system(0.1 wt%SF-CNC+0.2 wt%APG1214).The combined flooding system exhibits strong emulsification stability,low oil-water interfacial tension of o.03 mN/m,and the ability to alter the wettability for oil-wetting rocks.Furthermore,the combined system was_able to provide an optimum EOR efficiency of 20.2%in low-permeability cores with 30.13×10^(-3)μm^(2).Notably.it can enlarge the sweep volume and increase the displacement efficiency simultaneously.Overall,the newly formulated nanocellulose/surfactant combined system exhibits a remarkable EoR performance in low-permeability reservoirs.

文摘Using goof as water storage space plays a vital role in the ecological environment and economic development of arid mining areas,while the rock strength and the stability of coal pillars in underground water reservoirs are closely related to creep process.In this work,triaxial creep-seepage tests were conducted for coal samples to develop new insights into the creep behavior and permeability evolution.The results showed that the creep deformation and permeability evolution of coal samples exhibit three stages,namely,the compaction hardening stage before the stress threshold,volumetric compaction stage,and volumetric dilatancy stage.The coal permeability decreases first and then increases with the creep strain and it is well correlated with the variation of volumetric strain.

文摘Antimony trisulfide(Sb_(2)S_(3)) solar cells suffer from large open circuit voltage deficits due to their intrinsic defects which limit the power conversion efficiency.Thus,it is important to elucidate these defects’ origin and defects at the interface.Here,we discover that sulfide radical defects have a significant impact on the performance of Sb_(2)S_(3)solar cells.Moreover,it has been illustrated that these defects at the CdS/Sb_(2)S_(3)interface can be reduced by optimizing the deposition process.A trap distribution model is used to quantify the defect density at the CdS/Sb_(2)S_(3)interface.It shows that the interface defects can be reduced by24% by improving the deposition process.This work reveals the importance of interface defects and guides the future optimization of Sb_(2)S_(3)solar cells.

文摘OBJECTIVE To develop and validate a user-friendly risk score for older mitral regurgitation(MR)patients,referred to as the Elder-MR score.METHODS The China Senile Valvular Heart Disease(China-DVD)Cohort Study functioned as the development cohort,while the China Valvular Heart Disease(China-VHD)Study was employed for external validation.We included patients aged 60 years and above receiving medical treatment for moderate or severe MR(2274 patients in the development cohort and 1929 patients in the validation cohort).Candidate predictors were chosen using Cox’s proportional hazards model and stepwise selection with Akaike’s information criterion.RESULTS Eight predictors were identified:age≥75 years,body mass index<20 kg/m^(2),NYHA class Ⅲ/Ⅳ,secondary MR,anemia,estimated glomerular filtration rate<60 mL/min per 1.73 m^(2),albumin<35 g/L,and left ventricular ejection fraction<60%.The model displayed satisfactory performance in predicting one-year mortality in both the development cohort(C-statistic=0.73,95%CI:0.69-0.77,Brier score=0.06)and the validation cohort(C-statistic=0.73,95%CI:0.68-0.78,Brier score=0.06).The Elder-MR score ranges from 0 to 15 points.At a one-year follow-up,each point increase in the Elder-MR score represents a 1.27-fold risk of death(HR=1.27,95%CI:1.21-1.34,P<0.001)in the development cohort and a 1.24-fold risk of death(HR=1.24,95%CI:1.17-1.30,P<0.001)in the validation cohort.Compared to EuroSCORE II,the Elder-MR score demonstrated superior predictive accuracy for one-year mortality in the validation cohort(C-statistic=0.71 vs.0.70,net reclassification improvement=0.320,P<0.01;integrated discrimination improvement=0.029,P<0.01).CONCLUSIONS The Elder-MR score may serve as an effective risk stratification tool to assist clinical decision-making in older MR patients.

文摘Response speed is vital for the railway environment monitoring system,especially for the sudden-onset disasters.The edge-cloud collaboration scheme is proved efficient to reduce the latency.However,the data characteristics and communication demand of the tasks in the railway environment monitoring system are all different and changeable,and the latency contribution of each task to the system is discrepant.Hence,two valid latency minimization strategies based on the edge-cloud collaboration scheme is developed in this paper.First,the processing resources are allocated to the tasks based on the priorities,and the tasks are processed parallly with the allocated resources to minimize the system valid latency.Furthermore,considering the differences in the data volume of the tasks,which will induce the waste of the resources for the tasks finished in advance.Thus,the tasks with similar priorities are graded into the same group,and the serial and parallel processing strategies are performed intra-group and inter-group simultaneously.Compared with the other four strategies in four railway monitoring scenarios,the proposed strategies proved latency efficiency to the high-priority tasks,and the system valid latency is reduced synchronously.The performance of the railway environment monitoring system in security and efficiency will be promoted greatly with the proposed scheme and strategies.
文摘Objective:To investigate the relationship between postprandial blood glucose(PBG),fasting insulin(FINS),and glycated hemoglobin(HbA1c)levels and early diabetic nephropathy in patients with type 2 diabetes.Methods:96 cases of type 2 diabetes mellitus treated in our hospital from May 2021 to May 2022 were selected as the research subjects.The patients were divided into two groups according to the urinary albumin excretion rate(UAER),with 53 cases in the type 2 diabetes group(UAER<30μg/min)and 43 cases in the early diabetic nephropathy group(30μg/min≤UAER<300μg/min).PBG,FINS,and HbA1c levels were detected in 87 healthy patients.Results:The levels of PBG,FINS,and HbA1c in the early diabetic nephropathy group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.01)and the type 2 diabetes group(P<0.01).Conclusion:PBG,FINS,and HbA1c are factors affecting the occurrence of diabetic nephropathy in patients with type 2 diabetes;thus,controlling the levels of PBG,FINS,and HbA1c can effectively prevent the occurrence of diabetic nephropathy in type 2 diabetes mellitus.
文摘Objective:To explore the risk factors of diabetic nephropathy and its correlation with blood pressure control.Methods:A retrospective analysis of 80 patients with diabetic nephropathy(diabetic nephropathy group)and another 80 patients with diabetes(diabetic group)who were admitted to the Department of Nephrology and Endocrinology at our hospital from October 2021 to October 2022 was conducted.The general data of the two groups were compared,the influencing factors associated with the two groups were analyzed unilaterally,and unconditional dichotomous logistic regression was performed to analyze the influencing factors in patients with diabetic nephropathy.Results:There were no significant differences in high-density lipoprotein,systolic blood pressure,diastolic blood pressure,and creatinine between the two groups(P>0.05);however,compared with the diabetic group,the DN group had significantly elevated glycated hemoglobin,low-density lipoprotein,24-h urine protein,insulin resistance,and diabetes duration≥10 years(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical research on the correlation between the incidence of hypertension and the control of blood pressure in patients with diabetic nephropathy should be strengthened in order to formulate reasonable and feasible treatment plans.
文摘Hepatitis B is a major health concern in the Asia-Pacific region,and is endemic in China,Southeast Asia,and Africa.Chronic hepatitis B virus(HBV)infection may cause hepatic cirrhosis and liver cancer.It is estimated that there are more than 350 million chronic HBV carriers worldwide,of whom approximately one quarter will die of chronic hepatitis B-related liver diseases.HBV is transmitted horizontally through blood and blood products or by sexual transmission,and vertically from mother to infant.Perinatal infection is the predominant mode of transmission in countries with a high prevalence of hepatitis B surface antigen(HBsAg)carriage,and perinatal transmission leads to high rates of chronic infection.Therefore,it is important to prevent the mother-to-child transmission(MTCT)of HBV.Research has shown that pregnant women with high HBV DNA levels have an increased risk of MTCT.However,most of the obstetrics guidelines do not make a distinction between pregnant women with high HBV DNA levels and those who are HBsAg positive only.This review addresses the management of pregnant women with high levels of HBV viremia,in terms of antiviral therapy,use of hepatitis B immunoglobulin(HBIG),the combined application of hepatitis B vaccine and HBIG,choice of delivery mode and feeding practices.
文摘The process of development and calibration for the first Moon-based extreme ultraviolet(EUV) camera to observe Earth's plasmasphere is introduced and the design, test and calibration results are presented. The EUV camera is composed of a multilayer film mirror, a thin film filter, a photon-counting imaging detector, a mechanism that can adjust the direction in two dimensions, a protective cover, an electronic unit and a thermal control unit. The center wavelength of the EUV camera is 30.2 nm with a bandwidth of 4.6 nm. The field of view is 14.7° with an angular resolution of 0.08°, and the sensitivity of the camera is 0.11 count s-1Rayleigh-1. The geometric calibration, the absolute photometric calibration and the relative photometric calibration are carried out under different temperatures before launch to obtain a matrix that can correct geometric distortion and a matrix for relative photometric correction,which are used for in-orbit correction of the images to ensure their accuracy.

文摘In recent years,Pb-free CsSnI_(3) perovskite materials with excellent photoelectric properties as well as low toxicity are attracting much atten-tion in photoelectric devices.However,deep level defects in CsSnI_(3),such as high density of tin vacancies,structural deformation of SnI_(6)−octahedra and oxidation of Sn^(2+)states,are the major challenge to achieve high-performance CsSnI_(3)-based photoelectric devices with good stability.In this work,defect passivation method is adopted to solve the above issues,and the ultra-stable and high-performance CsSnI_(3) nanowires(NWs)photodetectors(PDs)are fabricated via incorporating 1-butyl-2,3-dimethylimidazolium chloride salt(BMIMCl)into perovskites.Through materials analysis and theoretical calculations,BMIM+ions can effectively passivate the Sn-related defects and reduce the dark current of CsSnI_(3) NW PDs.To further reduce the dark current of the devices,the polymethyl methacrylate is introduced,and finally,the dual passivated CsSnI_(3) NWPDs show ultra-high performance with an ultra-low dark current of 2×10^(-11) A,a responsivity of up to 0.237 A W^(−1),a high detectivity of 1.18×10^(12) Jones and a linear dynamic range of 180 dB.Furthermore,the unpackaged devices exhibit ultra-high stability in device performance after 60 days of storage in air(25℃,50% humidity),with the device performance remaining above 90%.

文摘The solubility data of compounds in supercritical fluids and the correlation between the experimental solubility data and predicted solubility data are crucial to the development of supercritical technologies. In the present work, the solubility data of silymarin(SM) in both pure supercritical carbon dioxide(SCCO2) and SCCO2 with added cosolvent was measured at temperatures ranging from 308 to 338 K and pressures from 8 to 22 MPa. The experimental data were fit with three semi-empirical density-based models(Chrastil, Bartle and Mendez-Santiago and Teja models) and a back-propagation artificial neural networks(BPANN) model. Interaction parameters for the models were obtained and the percentage of average absolute relative deviation(AARD%) in each calculation was determined. The correlation results were in good agreement with the experimental data. A comparison among the four models revealed that the experimental solubility data were more fit with the BPANN model with AARDs ranging from 1.14% to 2.15% for silymarin in pure SCCO2 and with added cosolvent. The results provide fundamental data for designing the extraction of SM or the preparation of its particle using SCCO2 techniques.

文摘Amphiphilic polymer gels are widely used in heterogeneous reservoirs for conformance control technology.However,in high temperature and high salinity of calcium and magnesium reservoirs,amphiphilic polymer gels cannot maintain effective performance.In this work,a novel reinforced amphiphilic polymer gel(F-PADC gel)was prepared by physically mixing polymer solution and fly ash(FA),which is an extremely low cost material.The viscoelasticity and stability of the F-PADC gel were studied by rheometry and micro-rheometry.The reinforced mechanism of FA on amphiphilic polymer gels was revealed.The results show that the addition of FA can make the gel more robust with a denser network structure.On the fifth day,the elastic modulus(G’)increases from 5.2 to 7.0 Pa and the viscosity modulus(G")increases from 0.4 to 0.6 Pa at the frequency of 1 Hz,which improves the viscoelasticity of the gel system.More importantly,the F-PADC gel does not degrade after aging at 85℃for 180 d.And its viscoelasticity increases obviously,G′and G"increase to 110.0 Pa and 3.5 Pa,respectively,showing excellent anti-aging stability.Moreover,FA amphiphilic polymer gels have a good injectivity and a perfect plugging rate of 98.86%,which is better than that of sole amphiphilic polymer gels.This novel mixed FA amphiphilic polymer gels can prove to be a better alternative to conventional polymer gels to enhance oil recovery in high temperature and high salinity reservoirs.
文摘This study investigates the predictability of a fixed uncertainty index(UI)for realized variances(volatility)in the international stock markets from a high-frequency perspective.We construct a composite UI based on the scaled principal component analysis(s-PCA)method and demonstrate that it exhibits significant in-and out-of-sample predictabilities for realized variances in global stock markets.This predictive power is more powerful than those of two commonly employed competing methods,namely,PCA and the partial least squares(PLS)methods.The result is robust in several checks.Further,we explain that s-PCA outperforms other dimension-reduction methods since it can effectively increase the impacts of strong predictors and decrease those of weak factors.The implications of this research are significant for investors who allocate assets globally.

文摘[Objectives]To evaluate the quality of Atractylodes chinensis(DC.)Koidz.in Chengde region.[Methods]35 samples of A.chinensis from different growth years were collected,and a high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC)method was established for the dual components of atractylodin and atractylone,and the quality evaluation was conducted on the cultivated A.chinensis from Chengde region in terms of moisture,ash and volatile oil content.[Results]The moisture content of all samples met the regulations,and the content of volatile oil was relatively high.Among them,seven samples with atractylodin content lower than 0.3%were unqualified products(accounting for 20%),and one sample had excessive ash content(accounting for 3%).[Conclusions]The established method for the determination of the dual components of Atractylodis Rhizoma is stable,simple,fast,precise and reusable.Besides,according to the Pearson correlation analysis among the indicators,it is concluded that the atractylodin and atractylone content are significantly related to the growth period and the volatile oil content.In addition,the quality evaluation indicators of A.chinensis in Chengde region show that there are differences in the quality of Atractylodis Rhizoma,but the overall pass rate is relatively high.It is necessary to further study the reasons for the differences.
