Their bioactivities against E. coli AHAS II in vitro were tested and the results indicated that the hydroxylation decreased the inhibition activities of sulfonylureas significantly. Subsequently herbicidal tests against stem-growth of barnyard grass and root-growth of rape confirmed the above conclusion. The Qimantag in the East Kunlun Orogenic Belt has widespread Triassic magmatic rocks that have received scant attention,with an unresolved issue relating to its petrogenesis and geodynamics.In this paper,we used zirco...The Qimantag in the East Kunlun Orogenic Belt has widespread Triassic magmatic rocks that have received scant attention,with an unresolved issue relating to its petrogenesis and geodynamics.In this paper,we used zircon U-Pb-Hf isotopes and whole-rock geochemistry to trace the petrogenesis and tectonic settings of the moyite and monzogranite from the Qimantag Alananshan,East Kunlun.The moyite and monzogranite are silicic(SiO_(2-)~69.9-76.41%),highly alkali(Na_(2)O+K_(2)O~7.29 to8.96 wt.%),with Mg^(#)about 10.4-30.34,indicative of a high-K calc-alkaline rock series.The rare earth element patterns diagram is right-leaning,with a negative Eu anomaly(δEu=0.31-0.68).They are enriched in Rb,K,and light rare earth elements but depleted in Nb,Ta,and Ti,with abundant amphibole,typical of I-type granites.U-Pb on zircon constrained the emplacement of the moyite at 223.9±2.6 Ma and monzogranite at 226.9±2.9 Ma.TheεHf(t)values range from-2.8 to+0.1 except for one outlier value of-7.0,corresponding two-stage model age of 1249-1437 Ma.Our combined geochemical and isotopic results indicate that the moyite and monzogranite were derived from partial melting of the lower thicken crust with the contribution from the older basement materials.These rocks formed in a post-collision setting that is transitional between compressive collision and extension orogeny.展开更多
Radiation recall phenomenon is a tissue reaction that develops throughout a previously irradiated area,precipitated by the administration of certain drugs.Radiation recall is uncommon and easily neglected by physician...Radiation recall phenomenon is a tissue reaction that develops throughout a previously irradiated area,precipitated by the administration of certain drugs.Radiation recall is uncommon and easily neglected by physicians;hence,this phenomenon is underreported in literature.This manuscript reports two cases of radiation recall.First,a 44-year-old man with nasopharyngeal carcinoma was treated with radiotherapy in 2010 and subsequently developed multi-site bone metastases.A few days after the docetaxel-based chemotherapy,erythema and papules manifested dermatitis,as well as swallowing pain due to pharyngeal mucositis,developed on the head and neck that strictly corresponded to the previously irradiated areas.Second,a 19-year-old man with recurrent nasal NK/T cell lymphoma initially underwent radiotherapy followed by chemotherapy after five weeks.Erythema and edema appeared only at the irradiated skin.Both cases were considered chemotherapeutic agents that incurred radiation recall reactions.Clinicians should be knowledgeable of and pay attention to such rare phenomenon.展开更多

Cyclic dinucleotides(CDNs)play important physiological roles in bacteria,mammals and insects as a novel class of signaling molecules.However,the application of CDNs in agricultural pest control has not been reported y...Cyclic dinucleotides(CDNs)play important physiological roles in bacteria,mammals and insects as a novel class of signaling molecules.However,the application of CDNs in agricultural pest control has not been reported yet.To explore the potential bioactivity of CDNs on agricultural pests,we synthesized ten kinds of CDNs containing adenine and guanine bases with different internucleotide linkages(30,30;20,30;20,20).The target CDNs were used to determine the antifeedant and insecticidal activity against common Lepidoptera pests including S.frugiperda,M.separata,and H.armigera.The bioassay tests indicated that 30,30-c-di-AMP showed the highest antifeedant activity(EC50?0.59 mg/L)against M.separata larvae among all the tested CDNs.Regarding insecticidal activity,20,30-c-di-AMP showed higher insecticidal activity against M.separata larvae with LC50 of 55.4 mg/L.RNA-seq further revealed that 30,30-c-di-AMP and 20,30-c-di-AMP exhibited a significant effect on the growth and development process of insects.More importantly,the bioactivity of 30,30-c-di-AMP was also closely correlated with the stimulation of insect immune inflammation.These results indicated that cyclic dinucleotides can affect the normal physiological process of insects,providing a new direction for managing pests.展开更多
