The stability of lithium metal anodes essentially dictates the lifespan of high-energy-density lithium metal batteries.Lithium nitrate(LiNO_(3))is widely recognized as an effective additive to stabilize lithium metal anodes by forming LiN_(x)O_(y)-containing solid electrolyte interphase(SEI).However,its poor solubility in electrolytes,especially ester electrolytes,hinders its applications in lithium metal batteries.Herein,an organic nitrate,isosorbide nitrate(ISDN),is proposed to replace LiNO_(3).ISDNhas a high solubility of 3.3M in ester electrolytes due to the introduction of organic segments in the molecule.The decomposition of ISDN generates LiN_(x)O_(y)-rich SEI,enabling uniform lithium deposition.The lifespan of lithium metal batteries with ISDN significantly increases from 80 to 155 cycles under demanding conditions.Furthermore,a lithium metal pouch cell of 439Whkg^(−1) delivers 50 cycles.This work opens a new avenue to develop additives by molecular modifications for practical lithium metal batteries. 展开更多

化疗相关性腹泻(CRD)可导致治疗效果和患者依从性降低,影响肿瘤患者的长期治疗结局,甚至危及生命。除传统化疗药物外,许多分子靶向药物也可导致CRD,包括小分子表皮生长因子受体(EGFR)抑制剂、抗EGFR单克隆抗体、磷酸肌醇3-激酶抑制剂、... 化疗相关性腹泻(CRD)可导致治疗效果和患者依从性降低,影响肿瘤患者的长期治疗结局,甚至危及生命。除传统化疗药物外,许多分子靶向药物也可导致CRD,包括小分子表皮生长因子受体(EGFR)抑制剂、抗EGFR单克隆抗体、磷酸肌醇3-激酶抑制剂、血管内皮细胞生长因子受体小分子抑制剂、BCR-ABL1和KIT抑制剂、人表皮生长因子受体2靶点抑制剂、周期蛋白依赖性激酶抑制剂、抗体-药物偶联物等多种分子靶向药物。其发生机制可能与分子靶向治疗药物引起肠黏膜损伤或肠炎等有关,临床表现为大便频率增加和/或松散不成形,患者常伴有产气过多和/或肠绞痛。不同药物引起的CRD发生率不同,临床应重视病史采集和鉴别诊断,积极干预并进行动态评估,加强患者教育,以及时发现和预防肠毒性的发生。 展开更多

棉花是我国重要的经济作物,也是受病虫害危害最严重的农作物之一。目前化学防治仍是棉田病虫害防治的重要技术。新疆棉区是我国最大的棉花主产区,气候类型属于典型的温带大陆性气候,具有光照充足、夏季高温干旱、多风、昼夜温差大等特... 棉花是我国重要的经济作物,也是受病虫害危害最严重的农作物之一。目前化学防治仍是棉田病虫害防治的重要技术。新疆棉区是我国最大的棉花主产区,气候类型属于典型的温带大陆性气候,具有光照充足、夏季高温干旱、多风、昼夜温差大等特殊气候特点,农药药液喷施过程中容易发生蒸发、飘移、降解等损失,严重影响药剂的防治效果。本文综述了温湿度、风、光照等环境因子对药剂防治效果的影响,以及国内外对提升药剂防治效果采取的调控措施,并结合新疆棉田的特殊气候条件提出了剂型研发的新策略。在提升产品理化稳定性的前提下,还需综合考虑有效成分的理化性质、棉花叶片的结构及润湿特性、施药器械等多种因素。结合农药学、植物保护学、界面化学、有机化学等多学科交叉理论知识指导,利用先进的技术和载体材料研发环境响应型、靶向高效的农药剂型,结合配套使用技术及措施,探索农药高效利用及减量调控途径,为实现农药减量增效、引领棉花产业绿色发展提供科技支撑。 展开更多

脑卒中是成年人死亡和残疾的主要原因之一。中医适宜技术在脑卒中后偏瘫的康复治疗中广泛应用,然而尚缺乏系统的、高质量的循证指南来指导这些实践。本指南根据《世界卫生组织指南制订手册》和《中西医结合诊疗指南制订手册》制定,遵循... 脑卒中是成年人死亡和残疾的主要原因之一。中医适宜技术在脑卒中后偏瘫的康复治疗中广泛应用,然而尚缺乏系统的、高质量的循证指南来指导这些实践。本指南根据《世界卫生组织指南制订手册》和《中西医结合诊疗指南制订手册》制定,遵循卫生保健实践指南的报告要求,并参照推荐分级的评估、制定与评价系统对证据质量及推荐强度进行分级。本指南组建了包括5个小组在内的跨学科工作团队,通过问卷、面对面专家会议和问题解构方法来选择指南中需要回答的关键临床问题。从25个关键问题中筛选出10个进行研究。基于系统评价的结果,考虑到证据的优缺点、干预成本、证据质量、患者偏好及价值观、多学科专家的反馈和共识,本指南提出了20条关于中医适宜技术在脑卒中后偏瘫康复治疗中应用的推荐意见。本指南主要面向中国各级医院和康复机构的医务工作者,专注于中医适宜技术在脑卒中后偏瘫康复治疗中的临床应用。 展开更多

青岛建设引领型现代海洋城市发展评价

青岛市第十三次党的代表大会上提出今后五年将打造“引领型现代海洋城市”的战略目标。在借鉴海洋强市、现代海洋城市等相关概念基础上,研究提出了引领型现代海洋城市的概念及内涵解析,构建了引领型现代海洋城市指标体系,并对2016-2021... 青岛市第十三次党的代表大会上提出今后五年将打造“引领型现代海洋城市”的战略目标。在借鉴海洋强市、现代海洋城市等相关概念基础上,研究提出了引领型现代海洋城市的概念及内涵解析,构建了引领型现代海洋城市指标体系,并对2016-2021年青岛引领型现代海洋城市建设情况进行综合评价。结果表明:青岛引领型现代海洋城市建设总体上呈现较快发展态势,但各领域参差不齐。纵向比较看,青岛海洋创新、海洋经济和海洋生态成效较大,海洋文化、海洋开放和海洋治理增速不高;横向对比看,青岛综合评价以及海洋文化、海洋生态、海洋经济专项评价均位居全国前列。根据实证分析结果,围绕青岛引领型现代海洋城市建设的六大维度,提出强化海洋产业战略引领与产业链协同、补齐海洋科技转化与应用短板、加快建设世界一流强港和国际航运中心、推进全球海洋生态示范中心建设、稳步提升海洋治理能力和公共服务水平、积极构建世界级海洋文化名城、不断增强国际性大都市综合影响等建议。 展开更多

A cost-effective and sustainable noble-metal free catalyst system based on ubiquitously available Mn-Cu bimetallic oxides was served as efficient catalysts for furfural selective oxidation to furancarboxylic acid(FA). Interestingly, Mn_(2)Cu_(1)O_(x)exhibited an excellent furfural conversion of 99% with quantitative selectivity toward FA. Especially, we demonstrate the significant weakening of the Mn-O bonds with the incorporation of CuO into the Mn-Cu oxides, resulting in an improved OLreactivity of Mn_(2)Cu_(1)O_(x), which brings about a higher catalytic activity for furfural oxidation. More importantly, Mn_(2)Cu_(1)O_(x)could exhibit YFA>90% over 5 cycles of reusability test. Through this study, the relationship between the morphology, surface chemistry, and catalytic activity of Mn-Cu bimetallic oxides are elucidated, providing a simple and environmentally friendly catalytic strategy and scientific basis for the development of Mn-Cu bimetallic oxides bioderived molecular aerobic oxidation materials. 展开更多

Thermal management in solid oxide fuel cells(SOFC)is a critical issue due to non-uniform electrochemical reactions and convective fl ows within the cells.Therefore,a 2D mathematical model is established herein to investigate the thermal responses of a tubular methanol-fueled SOFC.Results show that unlike the low-temperature condition of 873 K,where the peak temperature gradient occurs at the cell center,it appears near the fuel inlet at 1073 K because of the rapid temperature rise induced by the elevated current density.Despite the large heat convection capacity,excessive air could not eff ectively eliminate the harmful temperature gradient caused by the large current density.Thus,optimal control of the current density by properly selecting the operating potential could generate a local thermal neutral state.Interestingly,the maximum axial temperature gradient could be reduced by about 18%at 973 K and 20%at 1073 K when the air with a 5 K higher temperature is supplied.Additionally,despite the higher electrochemical performance observed,the cell with a counter-fl ow arrange-ment featured by a larger hot area and higher maximum temperature gradients is not preferable for a ceramic SOFC system considering thermal durability.Overall,this study could provide insightful thermal information for the operating condition selection,structure design,and stability assessment of realistic SOFCs combined with their internal reforming process. 展开更多

BACKGROUND The preoperative total bilirubin-albumin ratio(TBAR)and fibrinogen-albumin ratio(FAR)have been proven to be valuable prognostic factors in various cancers.AIM To detect the prognostic value of TBAR and FAR in ampullary adenocarcinoma(AC)patients who underwent curative pancreaticoduodenectomy.METHODS AC patients who underwent curative pancreaticoduodenectomy in the National Cancer Center of China between 1998 and 2020 were retrospectively reviewed.The prognostic cutoff values of TBAR and FAR were determined through the best survival separation model.Then,a novel prognostic score combining TBAR and FAR was calculated and validated through the logistic regression analysis and Cox regression analysis.RESULTS A total of 188 AC patients were enrolled in the current study.The best cutoff values of TBAR and FAR for predicting overall survival were 1.7943 and 0.1329,respectively.AC patients were divided into a TBAR-low group(score=0)vs a TBAR-high group(score=1)and a FAR-low group(score=0)vs a FAR-high group(score=1).The total score was calculated as a novel prognostic factor.Multivariable logistic regression analysis revealed that a high score was an independent protective factor for recurrence[score=1 vs score=0:Odds ratio(OR)=0.517,P=0.046;score=2 vs score=0 OR=0.236,P=0.038].In addition,multivariable survival analysis also demonstrated that a high score was an independent protective factor in AC patients(score=2 vs score=0:Hazard ratio=0.230,P=0.046).CONCLUSION A novel prognostic score based on preoperative TBAR and FAR has been demonstrated to have good predictive power in AC patients who underwent curative pancreaticoduodenectomy.However,more studies with larger samples are needed to validate this conclusion. 展开更多

BACKGROUND Growing evidence shows that pancreatic tumors in different anatomical locations have different characteristics,which have a significant impact on prognosis.However,no study has reported the differences between pancreatic mucinous adenocarcinoma(PMAC)in the head vs the body/tail of the pancreas.AIM To investigate the differences in survival and clinicopathological characteristics between PMAC in the head and body/tail of pancreas.METHODS A total of 2058 PMAC patients from the Surveillance,Epidemiology,and End Results database diagnosed between 1992 and 2017 were retrospectively reviewed.We divided the patients who met the inclusion criteria into pancreatic head group(PHG)and pancreatic body/tail group(PBTG).The relationship between two groups and risk of invasive factors was identified using logistic regression analysis.Kaplan-Meier analysis and Cox regression analysis were conducted to compare the overall survival(OS)and cancer-specific survival(CSS)of two patient groups.RESULTS In total,271 PMAC patients were included in the study.The 1-year,3-year,and 5-year OS rates of these patients were 51.6%,23.5%,and 13.6%,respectively.The 1-year,3-year,and 5-year CSS rates were 53.2%,26.2%,and 17.4%,respectively.The median OS of PHG patients was longer than that of PBTG patients(18 vs 7.5 mo,P<0.001).Compared to PHG patients,PBTG patients had a greater risk of metastases[odds ratio(OR)=2.747,95%confidence interval(CI):1.628-4.636,P<0.001]and higher staging(OR=3.204,95%CI:1.895-5.415,P<0.001).Survival analysis revealed that age<65 years,male sex,low grade(G1-G2),low stage,systemic therapy,and PMAC located at the pancreatic head led to longer OS and CSS(all P<0.05).The location of PMAC was an independent prognostic factor for CSS[hazard ratio(HR)=0.7,95%CI:0.52-0.94,P=0.017].Further analysis demonstrated that OS and CSS of PHG were significantly better than PBTG in advanced stage(stage III-IV).CONCLUSION Compared to the pancreatic body/tail,PMAC located in the pancreatic head has better survival and favorable clinicopathological characteristics. 展开更多

The spoke-type permanent magnet motor with auxiliary stator exhibits high torque performance owing to the flux focus effects.To further improve its torque density,this paper proposes a control method by using harmonic current strategy.Based on the theoretical analysis,a 3-D torque look-up table by dq-axis current and electrical angle is established with the aid of the finite element method(FEM).The maximum torque per ampere curve at each rotor position is identified and summarized to adequately indicate the relationship between torque and current amplitude of the motor.Through theoretical derivation,it is concluded that the minimum torque cost curve is the contour line of?Te/?i2,which can be employed to identify the harmonic current for torque density improvement.Compared to traditional strategies,the proposed control strategy can increase torque density of forward and reverse torque by 1.22%and 1.40%,respectively.The experimental results verify the analysis and simulation results,as well as prove the effectiveness of the proposed strategy. 展开更多

Although the child masturbation is recognized as not uncommon behavior, our understanding of normative sexual development in humans is fairly limited. To investigate the possible relationship between early childhood masturbation and subsequent sexual cognition, we retrospectively researched three adolescents who had been reared male and who masturbated in early childhood in similar ways, but had different subsequent sexual cognition. The three young people all recalled primary sexual pleasure from masturbation at age 4 or 5. Their distinctive sexual attitudes could be discerned at age 15 to 20. One was transgender, one was homosexual, and one was heterosexual. Combining recent findings of the neural mechanisms of sexual pleasure and cognition, it can be inferred that the early sexual pleasure in preschoolers might have little significance for the development of sexual cognition in adolescence. 展开更多

为了探究羊茅属种质芽期对逆境的胁迫能力,以沟羊茅新品系(FV)与紫羊茅常用品种传奇(CQ)、草原(CY)、梦神(MS)、北方(BF)、玉山(YS)和多花(DH)为材料,采用不同浓度PEG-6000(0、5%、10%、15%、20%、25%)模拟干旱胁迫,在芽期测定了发芽率... 为了探究羊茅属种质芽期对逆境的胁迫能力,以沟羊茅新品系(FV)与紫羊茅常用品种传奇(CQ)、草原(CY)、梦神(MS)、北方(BF)、玉山(YS)和多花(DH)为材料,采用不同浓度PEG-6000(0、5%、10%、15%、20%、25%)模拟干旱胁迫,在芽期测定了发芽率、发芽势、活力指数、胚根长、胚芽长、根芽比等萌发指标,分析干旱对其种子萌发的影响,并结合主成分分析、隶属函数分析、聚类分析等对其抗旱性进行评价。结果表明,高浓度PEG(20%~25%)显著降低了羊茅属种质的发芽势、发芽率、发芽指数、活力指数、胚根长、胚根长及根芽比,而5%~15%PEG则因种质的差异而变化趋势有所不同,其中0~10%PEG对FV、BF、YS的发芽率、发芽势、活力指数及发芽指数具有显著的引发作用;综合评价表明,主成分分析将7个相对单项性状指标降维成2个新的综合指标,累积贡献率达85.06%;以新合成的综合指标为依据,采用隶属函数法结合聚类分析,将7份羊茅属种质分为三类,其中,FV、CQ和BF的抗旱能力较强,CY及YS的抗旱能力一般,而MS、DH的抗旱能力较弱。 展开更多
