Accumulating evidence suggests that the gut microbiota plays an important role in the pathogenesis of inflammatory bowel disease(IBD).Carnosic acid(CA)is a major antioxidant component of rosemary and sage.Herein,we investigated the protective effects of dietary CA on dextran sodium sulfate(DSS)-induced colitis mouse model with an emphasis on its impact on the composition and metabolic function of gut microbiota.We found that CA effectively attenuated DSS-stimulated colitis in mice,as evidenced by reduced disease activity index(DAI),and systemic and colonic inflammation.Additionally,CA restored microbial diversity and improved the composition of gut microbiota in DSS-treated mice.Moreover,Spearman’s correlation coefficient showed a significant correlation between the fecal metabolites and the gut microbiota species.Changes in gut microbiota and the correlated metabolites might partially explain CA’s anti-inflammatory effects against colitis.Future clinical trials are needed to determine the therapeutic effects and mechanisms of CA on IBD in humans. 展开更多

In the game, we generally use A* algorithm for pathfinding according to the target location and map information to realize the tracking and interception task. This approach is simple to implement, but is often less than ideal in its presentation, because it does not allow game units to predictably choose paths based on dynamic targets or obstacles, and may lead to blocked channels or difficulty in choosing the actual optimal path. This paper focuses on analyzing the need of a unit when intercepting another unit in the game, and make an interception scheme which can adapt itself to dynamic obstacles and moving target thus presents artificial intelligence to some extent. 展开更多

By the method of moving planes, we show that under the above conditions, all the positive solutions are radially symmetric and monotone decreasing about some point x0 if Pi = (n + 2α)/(n- 2α) for each 1 ≤ i ≤ m; and the only nonnegative solution of this system is u ≡ 0 if 1〈pi〈(n+2α)/(n-2α) for all 1≤i≤m. 展开更多
