The results show that t... We demonstrate a high-energy and high-power pulse laser on a xenon lamp-pumped Er:YAP crystal. The laser performance and thermal focal lengths under different working frequencies are discussed. The results show that the thermal lens effect is gradually aggravated with the increase of working frequencies, and even working at 100 Hz, a single pulse energy of 234 m J can be achieved. A maximum average power of 41.5 W is achieved with a working frequency of 20 Hz and slope efficiency of 2.82%. This output power is much higher than other xenon lamp-pumped erbium laser devices.A Q-switched laser is demonstrated by using the TeO2crystal, the maximum output energies of 11.5 m J and 3.5 m J are obtained at 50 and 100 Hz, the corresponding peak powers are 93.4 k W and 17.2 kW, respectively.The laser wavelengths and beam quality factors are also characterized in the free-running and Q-switched modes. A higher pulse energy and peak power laser could be achieved further by improving the damage threshold of TeO2acousto-optical Q-switching. All the experimental results illustrate that the xenon lamp-pumped Er:YAP laser is a promising candidate for high-power and high-frequency mid-infrared laser devices. 展开更多

锂金属是下一代高能量密度电池的关键负极,然而其实用化面临着一系列问题,主要包括循环过程中体积变化大、枝晶生长等。使用三维集流体是解决这些问题的有效方法,然而现有大多数三维集流体存在重量大、体积大、表面亲锂性差、成本高等... 锂金属是下一代高能量密度电池的关键负极,然而其实用化面临着一系列问题,主要包括循环过程中体积变化大、枝晶生长等。使用三维集流体是解决这些问题的有效方法,然而现有大多数三维集流体存在重量大、体积大、表面亲锂性差、成本高等问题。针对上述问题,本文以低成本的细菌纤维素为前驱体,通过直接碳化制备出具有连通网络的轻质三维碳集流体,其表面均匀分布的含氧官能团可以促进锂离子的均匀成核和沉积,有效抑制了枝晶生长。值得注意的是,该集流体的面密度仅为0.32 mg·cm^(−2),在3 mAh·cm^(−2)比容量的锂金属负极中质量占比仅为28.8%。电化学测试结果表明,该集流体在3 mA·cm^(−2)的高电流密度或4 mAh·cm^(−2)的高循环容量的工作条件下,稳定循环超过150次,并且在对称电池或与LiNi0.8Co0.15Al0.05匹配的全电池中也表现出良好的电化学性能。 展开更多

Developing a high-quality photoelectrode for photoelectrochemical applications is still an ongoing challenge. In this study, we prepared the g-C_(3)N_(4) film on the indium tin oxide(ITO) glass through conventional coating, liquid-based growth, in-situ calcination, and vapor deposition methods, respectively. These electrodes were characterized and used as photoanodes to degrade methylene blue(MB) in water. Among these methods, the in-situ calcination method was most appropriate for preparing the continuous and organized g-C_(3)N_(4) film electrodes with uniform g-C_(3)N_(4) coverage and strong adhesion to the ITO substrate.It also had the highest activity in the photocatalytic(PC), electrochemical(EC), and photoelectrocatalytic(PEC) degradation processes of MB. In the PEC reaction, at an applied potential of 1.0 V and a light intensity of 0.96 W/cm^(2), the removal rate of MB was 62.5%, which was much higher than those in the PC and EC reactions. The high degradation rate was due to the synergistic effect of PEC degradation, wherein the PC and EC reactions promote and optimize each other. In the PC reaction, MB was degraded by-CH_(3) elimination, while the EC degradation pathway mainly included the conversion of sulfhydryl into sulfoxide and the opening of the central aromatic ring. Both methyl loss and aromatic ring opening occurred in the PEC reaction. Moreover, some monocyclic compounds were formed, and MB showed more complete degradation in the PEC reaction. 展开更多

柔性锂硫电池被认为是可穿戴电子设备中高密度储能器件最有希望的候选者之一.然而,电池内部短路、热失控和起火燃烧等一系列安全问题严重制约着柔性锂硫电池的发展和实际应用.开发能够抑制锂枝晶生长且不可燃烧的先进隔膜是推动柔性锂... 柔性锂硫电池被认为是可穿戴电子设备中高密度储能器件最有希望的候选者之一.然而,电池内部短路、热失控和起火燃烧等一系列安全问题严重制约着柔性锂硫电池的发展和实际应用.开发能够抑制锂枝晶生长且不可燃烧的先进隔膜是推动柔性锂硫电池安全性的有效措施.本工作制备了一种不易燃的多功能双面隔膜,其具有自熄性、热稳定性、高导热性、良好的电解液渗透性、均匀的锂沉积和多硫化锂穿梭抑制作用.该隔膜由含十溴二苯乙烷的聚丙烯腈纤维膜以及用于阻挡锂枝晶的氮化硼功能层和用于促进正极活性物质转化的还原氧化石墨烯功能层组成.基于以上设计,硫载量为2.7 mg cm^(-2)的锂硫电池在0.1 C下循环100次后的比容量为916.8 mA h g^(-1),且该锂硫电池能在间歇性热冲击下保持性能稳定.此外,硫含量为8 mg的锂硫软包电池在弯曲条件下表现出6.3 mA h的容量. 展开更多

To date, 29 distinct microRNAs(miRNAs) have been reported to be expressed during herpes simplex virus infections.Sequence analysis of mature herpes simplex virus-1(HSV-1) miRNAs revealed five sets of miRNAs that are complementary to each other: miR-H6-5p/H1-3p, miR-H6-3p/H1-5p, H2-5p/H14-3p, miR-H2-3p/H14-5p, and miR-H7/H27.However, the roles of individual miRNAs and consequences of this complementarity remain unclear. Here, we focus on two of these complementary miRNAs, miR-H6-5p and miR-H1-3p, using loss-of-function experiments in vitro and in a mouse model of infection using an miRNA sponge approach, including tandem multiplex artificial miRNA-binding sequences that do not match perfectly to the target miRNA inserted downstream of a green fluorescent protein reporter gene. Infection with recombinant virus expressing the miR-H6-5p sponge reduced viral protein levels and virus yield.Decreased accumulation of viral proteins was also observed at early stages of infection in the presence of both an miR-H6-5p inhibitor and plasmid-expressed miR-H1-3p. Moreover, establishment of latency and reactivation did not differ between the recombinant virus expressing the miR-H6-5p sponge and wild-type HSV-1. Taken together, these data suggest that miR-H6-5p has an as-yet-unidentified role in the early stages of viral infection, and its complement miR-H1-3p suppresses this role in later stages of infection. This report extends understanding of the roles of miRNAs in infection by herpes simplex viruses, supporting a model of infection in which the production of virus and its virulent effects are tightly controlled to maximize persistence in the host and population. 展开更多

Flexible inorganic bioelectronics represent a newly emerging and rapid developing research area.With its great power in enhancing the acquisition,management and utilization of health information,it is expected that these flexible and stretchable devices could underlie the new solutions to human health problems.Recent advances in this area including materials,devices,integrated systems and their biomedical applications indicate that through conformal and seamless contact with human body,the measurement becomes continuous and convenient with yields of higher quality data.This review covers recent progresses in flexible inorganic bio-electronics for human physiological parameters’monitoring in a wearable and continuous way.Strategies including materials,structures and device design are introduced with highlights toward the ability to solve remaining challenges in the measurement process.Advances in measuring bioelectrical signals,i.e.,the electrophysiological signals(including EEG,ECoG,ECG,and EMG),biophysical signals(including body temperature,strain,pressure,and acoustic signals)and biochemical signals(including sweat,glucose,and interstitial fluid)have been summarized.In the end,given the application property of this topic,the future research directions are outlooked. 展开更多
