Adulteration detection of plant protein beverages by UPLC-MS/MS based on signature peptide of allergen

Plant protein beverage adulteration occurs frequently,which may cause health problems for consumers due to the hidden allergens.Hence,a novel method was developed for authentication by ultra-performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry(UPLC-MS/MS).Almond,peanut,walnut and soybean were hydrolyzed,followed by separation by NanoLC-Triple TOF MS.The obtained fingerprints were identified by ProteinPilotTM combined with Uniprot,and 16 signature peptides were selected.Afterwards,plant protein beverages treated by trypsin hydrolysis were analyzed with UPLC-MS/MS.This method showed a good linear relationship with R2>0.99403.The limit of quantification(LOQ)were 0.015,0.01,0.5 and 0.05 g/L for almond,peanut,walnut and soybean,respectively.Mean recoveries ranged from 84.77%to 110.44%with RSDs<15%.The developed method was successfully applied to the adulteration detection of 31 plant protein beverages to reveal adulteration and false labeling.Conclusively,this method could provide technical support for authentication of plant protein beverages to protect the rights and health of consumers. 展开更多

This paper aims to explore the interactive impact between transportation systems and socio-economic development,employing Structural Equation Modeling(SEM)to analyze data from 31 provincial-level administrative regions in China from 2013 to 2022.It comprehensively considers key indicators from the economic,social,and transportation sectors.The paper constructs a model encompassing 5 latent variables and 15 observed variables.Through in-depth analysis,it reveals the promoting role of transportation systems on economic growth and social development,as well as the demand for transportation system construction and optimization driven by socio-economic development levels.The results indicate that an efficient transportation system can not only directly drive economic growth but also indirectly promote social development by improving social welfare and enhancing quality of life.This paper provides new insights into understanding the complex relationship between transportation systems and socio-economic development and holds significant implications for policymakers in optimizing transportation infrastructure to foster economic and social development. 展开更多

BACKGROUND Centipedes have been used to treat tumors for hundreds of years in China.However,current studies focus on antimicrobial and anticoagulation agents rather than tumors.The molecular identities of antihepatoma bioactive components in centipedes have not yet been extensively investigated.It is a challenge to isolate and characterize the effective components of centipedes due to limited peptide purification technologies for animal-derived medicines.AIM To purify,characterize,and synthesize the bioactive components with the strongest antihepatoma activity from centipedes and determine the antihepatoma mechanism.METHODS An antihepatoma peptide(scolopentide)was isolated and identified from the centipede scolopendra subspinipes mutilans using a combination of enzymatic hydrolysis,a Sephadex G-25 column,and two steps of high-performance liquid chromatography(HPLC).Additionally,the CCK8 assay was used to select the extracted fraction with the strongest antihepatoma activity.The molecular weight of the extracted scolopentide was characterized by quadrupole time of flight mass spectrometry(QTOF MS),and the sequence was matched by using the Mascot search engine.Based on the sequence and molecular weight,scolopentide was synthesized using solid-phase peptide synthesis methods.The synthetic scolopentide was confirmed by MS and HPLC.The antineoplastic effect of extracted scolopentide was confirmed by CCK8 assay and morphological changes again in vitro.The antihepatoma effect of synthetic scolopentide was assessed by the CCK8 assay and Hoechst staining in vitro and tumor volume and tumor weight in vivo.In the tumor xenograft experiments,qualified model mice(male 5-week-old BALB/c nude mice)were randomly divided into 2 groups(n=6):The scolopentide group(0.15 mL/d,via intraperitoneal injection of synthetic scolopentide,500 mg/kg/d)and the vehicle group(0.15 mL/d,via intraperitoneal injection of normal saline).The mice were euthanized by cervical dislocation after 14 d of continuous treatment.Mechanistically,flow cytometry was conducted to evaluate the apoptosis rate of HepG2 cells after treatment with extracted scolopentide in vitro.A Hoechst staining assay was also used to observe apoptosis in HepG2 cells after treatment with synthetic scolopentide in vitro.CCK8 assays and morphological changes were used to compare the cytotoxicity of synthetic scolopentide to liver cancer cells and normal liver cells in vitro.Molecular docking was performed to clarify whether scolopentide tightly bound to death receptor 4(DR4)and DR5.qRT-PCR was used to measure the mRNA expression of DR4,DR5,fas-associated death domain protein(FADD),Caspase-8,Caspase-3,cytochrome c(Cyto-C),B-cell lymphoma-2(Bcl-2),Bcl-2-associated X protein(Bax),x-chromosome linked inhibitor-of-apoptosis protein and Cellular fas-associated death domain-like interleukin-1βconverting enzyme inhibitory protein in hepatocarcinoma subcutaneous xenograft tumors from mice.Western blot assays were used to measure the protein expression of DR4,DR5,FADD,Caspase-8,Caspase-3,and Cyto-C in the tumor tissues.The reactive oxygen species(ROS)of tumor tissues were tested.RESULTS In the process of purification,characterization and synthesis of scolopentide,the optimal enzymatic hydrolysis conditions(extract ratio:5.86%,IC_(50):0.310 mg/mL)were as follows:Trypsin at 0.1 g(300 U/g,centipede-trypsin ratio of 20:1),enzymolysis temperature of 46°C,and enzymolysis time of 4 h,which was superior to freeze-thawing with liquid nitrogen(IC_(50):3.07 mg/mL).A peptide with the strongest antihepatoma activity(scolopentide)was further purified through a Sephadex G-25 column(obtained A2)and two steps of HPLC(obtained B5 and C3).The molecular weight of the extracted scolopentide was 1018.997 Da,and the peptide sequence was RAQNHYCK,as characterized by QTOF MS and Mascot.Scolopentide was synthesized in vitro with a qualified molecular weight(1018.8 Da)and purity(98.014%),which was characterized by MS and HPLC.Extracted scolopentide still had an antineoplastic effect in vitro,which inhibited the proliferation of Eca-109(IC_(50):76.27μg/mL),HepG2(IC_(50):22.06μg/mL),and A549(IC_(50):35.13μg/mL)cells,especially HepG2 cells.Synthetic scolopentide inhibited the proliferation of HepG2 cells(treated 6,12,and 24 h)in a concentration-dependent manner in vitro,and the inhibitory effects were the strongest at 12 h(IC_(50):208.11μg/mL).Synthetic scolopentide also inhibited the tumor volume(Vehicle vs Scolopentide,P=0.0003)and weight(Vehicle vs Scolopentide,P=0.0022)in the tumor xenograft experiment.Mechanistically,flow cytometry suggested that the apoptosis ratios of HepG2 cells after treatment with extracted scolopentide were 5.01%(0μg/mL),12.13%(10μg/mL),16.52%(20μg/mL),and 23.20%(40μg/mL).Hoechst staining revealed apoptosis in HepG2 cells after treatment with synthetic scolopentide in vitro.The CCK8 assay and morphological changes indicated that synthetic scolopentide was cytotoxic and was significantly stronger in HepG2 cells than in L02 cells.Molecular docking suggested that scolopentide tightly bound to DR4 and DR5,and the binding free energies were-10.4 kcal/mol and-7.1 kcal/mol,respectively.In subcutaneous xenograft tumors from mice,quantitative real-time polymerase chain reaction and western blotting suggested that scolopentide activated DR4 and DR5 and induced apoptosis in SMMC-7721 Liver cancer cells by promoting the expression of FADD,caspase-8 and caspase-3 through a mitochondria-independent pathway.CONCLUSION Scolopentide,an antihepatoma peptide purified from centipedes,may inspire new antihepatoma agents.Scolopentide activates DR4 and DR5 and induces apoptosis in liver cancer cells through a mitochondria-independent pathway. 展开更多

BACKGROUND Combined small cell lung cancer(C-SCLC) is a special subtype of small cell lung cancer that is relatively rare, aggressive, and prone to early metastasis and has a poor prognosis. Currently, there are limited studies on C-SCLC, and there is no uniform standard treatment, especially for extensive C-SCLC, which still faces great challenges. In recent years, the development and progress of immunotherapy have provided more possibilities for the treatment of C-SCLC. We used immunotherapy combined with first-line chemotherapy to treat extensive-stage C-SCLC to explore its antitumor activity and safety.CASE SUMMARY We report a case of C-SCLC that presented early with adrenal, rib, and mediastinal lymph node metastases. The patient received carboplatin and etoposide with concurrent initiation of envafolimab. After 6 cycles of chemotherapy, the lung lesion was significantly reduced, and the comprehensive efficacy evaluation showed a partial response. No serious drug-related adverse events occurred during the treatment, and the drug regimen was well tolerated.CONCLUSION Envafolimab combined with carboplatin and etoposide in the treatment of extensive-stage C-SCLC has preliminary antitumor activity and good safety and tolerability. 展开更多

The aim of this work was to develop a liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry method for the determination of milk allergen and egg allergen in food products.Signature peptides GGLEPINFQTAADQAR,VGINYWLAHK,VLVLDTDYK,FFVAPFPEVFGK,and NAVPITPTLNR were confirmed and synthesized as the quantitative peptide of ovalbumin,α-lactalbumin,β-lactoglobulin,α_(S1)-casein andα_(S2)-casein,the relative isotope-labeled internal standards were used in the quantitative analysis.Linear range was in the range of0.5-5000.0 nmol/L for egg and milk allergen in bread,cake,cookie,rice crust and wheat flour samples with free from egg and milk,the limits of detection of milk allergens and egg allergen were in the range between0.94 mg/100 g and 56.71 mg/100 g,limits of quantification of milk allergens and egg allergen were in the range between 2.36 mg/100 g and 141.78 mg/100 g.The recoveries ranged from 76.7%to 122.8%,the relative standard deviations were in the range of 1.60%-15.60%.The developed method has been successfully used for the detection of egg and milk allergen in various food samples. 展开更多

由于能源消费需求的持续增长和传统化学燃料的日益枯竭,对可再生能源的需求日益迫切。以地热能、太阳能为代表的可再生能源脱颖而出。然而,这些能源的应用易受到天气、季节、地点和时间的影响,具有不稳定性、随机性、波动性和间歇性。... 由于能源消费需求的持续增长和传统化学燃料的日益枯竭,对可再生能源的需求日益迫切。以地热能、太阳能为代表的可再生能源脱颖而出。然而,这些能源的应用易受到天气、季节、地点和时间的影响,具有不稳定性、随机性、波动性和间歇性。储能技术是解决上述问题的有效途径,它可以在需要的时候储存或释放能量。在各种储能技术可选材料中,相变材料(PCMs)是智能热能管理和便携式热能领域的有力候选者。大多数相变材料都存在导热系数低、环境污染、熔点泄漏等问题,因此有必要将相变材料封装到支撑骨架材料中。事实上,支撑材料在应用中仍面临着一些重大挑战。首先,骨架材料应能抵抗相变材料在相变过程中的体积变化,即具有良好的结构稳定性。其次,还应具有较高的导热系数和较低的泄漏率。石墨烯气凝胶(GA)已被证明是提高相变材料形状稳定性的有效支撑骨架,但相变引起的泄漏和网络结构的脆性是制约其应用的关键问题。在此,我们提出了一种双脉冲电镀的强化策略,用于制备铜@石墨烯气凝胶(Cu@GA)作为相变储能骨架材料。这一结构设计中,石墨烯气凝胶上的石墨烯片层上均匀地镀上了铜层,且不同片之间被铜镀层所连接。这种铜增强石墨烯气凝胶网络结构赋予复合材料良好的导热性和坚固的骨架稳定性,有利于增强相变换热和抑制相变过程中的泄漏。此外,通过真空浸渍法将十八胺(ODA)封装在Cu@GA骨架中,获得了结构稳定性高、泄漏率低的复合相变材料(Cu@GA/ODA),保证了ODA在Cu@GA骨架材料中的均匀分散和填充。通过比较复合相变材料的重量变化,研究了不同骨架对复合相变材料泄漏率的影响。优化后的复合相变材料(CPCM)Cu@GA/ODA经20次储热、放热循环后,泄漏率降低至19.82%(w,质量分数),而GA/ODA和GOA/ODA为骨架的复合相变材料的泄漏率分别为80.31%(w)和72.99%(w)。为了探讨这种影响的原因,用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)观察了循环后骨架的形貌。铜/石墨烯气凝胶(Cu@GA)骨架材料没有明显的收缩或坍塌,仍可以保持完整的三维网络结构,而氧化石墨烯气凝胶(GOA)和石墨烯气凝胶(GA)的骨架材料三维结构不复存在,且在氧化石墨烯/石墨烯片能够观察到明显的裂隙。铜涂层可以提高骨架的微观结构稳定性,有利于提高结构稳定性,降低复合材料的泄漏率。同时,该研究为构建理想的金属增强石墨烯气凝胶复合骨架材料铺平了新的道路,该复合材料具有优异的综合性能,可用于未来的相变储能、多孔微波吸收和储能应用。 展开更多

Cucurbitaceae is one of the most important plant families distributed worldwide.Transcription factors(TFs)regulate plant growth at the transcription level.Here,we performed a systematic analysis of 42641 TFs from 63 families in 14 Cucurbitaceae and 10 non-cucurbit species.Whole-genome duplication(WGD)was the dominant event type in almost all Cucurbitaceae plants.The TF families were divided into 1210 orthogroups(OGs),of which,112 were unique to Cucurbitaceae.Although the loss of several gene families was detected in Cucurbitaceae,the gene families expanded in five species that experienced a WGD event comparing with grape.Our findings revealed that the recent WGD events that had occurred in Cucurbitaceae played important roles in the expansion of most TF families.The functional enrichment analysis of the genes that significantly expanded or contracted uncovered five gene families,AUX/IAA,NAC,NBS,HB,and NF-YB.Finally,we conducted a comprehensive analysis of the TCP gene family and identified 16 tendril-related(TEN)genes in 11 Cucurbitaceae species.Interestingly,the characteristic sequence changed from CNNFYFP to CNNFYLP in the TEN gene(Bhi06M000087)of Benincasa hispida.Furthermore,we identified a new characteristic sequence,YNN,which could be used for TEN gene exploitation in Cucurbitaceae.In conclusion,this study will serve as a reference for studying the relationship between gene family evolution and genome duplication.Moreover,it will provide rich genetic resources for functional Cucurbitaceae studies in the future. 展开更多

AIM To present clinical characteristics, diagnosis and treatment strategies in elderly patients with biliary diseases. METHODS A total of 289 elderly patients with biliary diseases were enrolled in this study. The clinical data relating to these patients were collected in our hospital from June 2013 to May 2016. Patient age, disease type, coexisting diseases, laboratory examinations, surgical methods, postoperative complications and therapeutic outcomes were analyzed. RESULTS The average age of the 289 patients with biliary diseases was 73.9 +/- 8.5 years (range, 60-102 years). One hundred and thirty-one patients (45.3%) had one of 10 different biliary diseases, such as gallbladder stones, common bile duct stones, and cholangiocarcinoma. The remaining patients (54.7%) had two types of biliary diseases. One hundred and seventy-nine patients underwent 9 different surgical treatments, including pancreaticoduodenectomy, radical resection of hilar cholangiocarcinoma and laparoscopic cholecystectomy. Ten postoperative complications occurred with an incidence of 39.3% (68/173), and hypopotassemia showed the highest incidence (33.8%, 23/68). One hundred and sixteen patients underwent non-surgical treatments, including anti-infection, symptomatic and supportive treatments. The cure rate was 97.1% (168/173) in the surgical group and 87.1% (101/116) in the non-surgical group. The difference between these two groups was statistically significant (chi(2) = 17.227, P < 0.05). CONCLUSION Active treatment of coexisting diseases, management of indications and surgical opportunities, appropriate selection of surgical procedures, improvements in perioperative therapy, and timely management of postoperative complications are key factors in enhancing therapeutic efficacy in elderly patients with biliary diseases. 展开更多

Various types of energy exist everywhere around us,and these energies can be harvested from multiple sources to power micro-/nanoelectronic system and even personal electronic products.In this work,we proposed a hybrid energy-harvesting system(HEHS)for potential in vivo applications.The HEHS consisted of a triboelectric nanogenerator and a glucose fuel cell for simultaneously harvesting biomechanical energy and biochemical energy in simulated body fluid.These two energy-harvesting units can work individually as a single power source or work simultaneously as an integrated system.This design strengthened the flexibility of harvesting multiple energies and enhanced corresponding electric output.Compared with any individual device,the integrated HEHS outputs a superimposed current and has a faster charging rate.Using the harvested energy,HEHS can power a calculator or a green light-emitting diode pattern.Considering the widely existed biomechanical energy and glucose molecules in the body,the developed HEHS can be a promising candidate for building in vivo self-powered healthcare monitoring system. 展开更多

Simple sequence repeats(SSRs)are one of the most important genetic markers and widely exist in most species.Here,we identified 249,822 SSRs from 3,951,919 genes in 112 plants.Then,we conducted a comprehensive analysis of these SSRs and constructed a plant SSR database(PSSRD).Interestingly,more SSRs were found in lower plants than in higher plants,showing that lower plants needed to adapt to early extreme environments.Four specific enriched functional terms in the lower plant Chlam^tdomonas reinhardtii were detected when it was compared with seven other higher plants.In addition,Guanylate_cyc existed in more genes of lower plants than of higher plants.In our PSSRD,we constructed an interactive plotting function in the chart interface,and users can easily view the detailed information of SSRs.All SSR information,including sequences,primers,and annotations,can be downloaded from our database.Moreover,we developed Web SSR Finder and Batch SSR Finder tools,which can be easily used for identifying SSRs.Our database was developed using PHP,HTML,J avaScript,and MySQL,which are freely available at http://www.pssrd.info/.We conducted an analysis of the Myb gene families and flowering genes as two applications of the PSSRD.Further analysis indicated that whole-genome duplication and whole-genome triplication played a major role in the expansion of the Myb gene families.These SSR markers in our database will greatly facilitate comparative genomics and functional genomics studies in the future. 展开更多

A 48-year-old woman was admitted with 15-mo history of abdominal pain, diarrhea and hematochezia, and 5-mo history of defecation difficulty. She had been successively admitted to nine hospitals, with an initial diagnosis of inflammatory bowel disease with stenotic sigmoid colon. Findings from computed tomography virtual colonoscopy, radiography with meglumine diatrizoate, endoscopic balloon dilatation, metallic stent implantation and later overall colonoscopy, coupled with the newfound knowledge of compound Qingdai pill-taking, led to a subsequent diagnosis of ischemic or toxic bowel disease with sigmoid colon stenosis. The patient was successfully treated by laparoscopic sigmoid colectomy, and postoperative pathological examination revealed ischemic or toxic injury of the sigmoid colon, providing a final diagnosis of druginduced sigmoid colon stenosis. This case highlights that adequate awareness of drug-induced colon stenosis has a decisive role in avoiding misdiagnosis and mistreatment. The diagnostic and therapeutic experiences learnt from this case suggest that endoscopic balloon expansion and colonic metallic stent implantation as bridge treatments were demonstrated as crucial for the differential diagnosis of benign colonic stenosis. Skillful surgical technique and appropriate perioperative management helped to ensure the safety of our patient in subsequent surgery after long-term use of glucocorticoids. 展开更多

BACKGROUND The global pandemic of coronavirus disease 2019 pneumonia poses a particular challenge to the emergency surgical treatment of elderly patients with high-risk acute abdominal diseases.Elderly patients are a high-risk group for surgical treatment.If the incarceration of gallstones cannot be relieved,emergency surgery is unavoidable.CASE SUMMARY We report an 89-year-old male patient with acute gangrenous cholecystitis and septic shock induced by incarcerated cholecystolithiasis.He had several coexisting,high-risk underlying diseases,had a history of radical gastrectomy for gastric cancer,and was taking aspirin before the operation.Nevertheless,he underwent emergency laparoscopic cholecystectomy,with maintenance of postoperative heart and lung function,successfully recovered,and was discharged on day 8 after the operation.CONCLUSION Emergency surgery for elderly patients with acute abdominal disease is safe and feasible during the coronavirus disease 2019 pandemic,the key is to abide strictly by the hospital's epidemic prevention regulations,fully implement the epidemic prevention procedure for emergency surgery,fully prepare before the operation,accurately perform the operation,and carefully manage the patient postoperatively. 展开更多

Based on the official criminal data released by the Tokyo Metropolitan Police Department in 2019,this paper discusses the temporal-spatial distribution of various types of crimes in the special wards of Tokyo.The results show that:(1)The times of high and low incidence of different types of crime differ significantly.Although vicious crime and violent crime present no obvious monthly distribution,property crime clearly differs between the first and second half of a calendar year.(2)The month before the new year sees a surge in most types of crime.(3)Vicious crime peaks in the hours between night and early morning.Violent crime and property crime correlate positively with the frequency of human interaction and peak in the morning and evening commuting hours.(4)The spatial distribution of crime resembles the concentric circles of the three rings of the special wards of Tokyo,with a central high-incidence area,a center-peripheral low-incidence area,and a marginal high-incidence area.In addition,the center sees more personal crime than the periphery,whereas property crimes show the opposite trend.(5)A spatial autocorrelation analysis shows that the special wards of Tokyo may be grouped into the“high-high”and“low-low”agglomeration modes of different types of crime,with marked differences between the various types of crime.The crime can be divided into three types:central agglomeration,double central agglomeration,and decentralized agglomeration. 展开更多

Apiaceae is one of the most important families in Apiales and includes many economically important vegetables and medicinal plants.The TEOSINTE BRANCHED 1/CYCLOIDEA/PROLIFERATING CELL FACTOR 1/2(TCP)gene family plays an important role in regulating plant growth and development,but it has not been widely studied in Apiaceae.In the present study,we identified 215 TCP family genes in six species of plant,of which 122 genes were present in three Apiaceae including 29 in celery(Apium graveolens),43 in coriander(Coriandrum sativum),and 50 in carrot(Daucus carota).Whole-genome duplication likely contributed to TCP gene family expansion in Apiaceae.There were more paralogs in carrot than in coriander and celery,which was attributable to the greater number of tandem and proximal duplicated genes on chromosome 1.Nine microRNAs were found to regulate 20 TCP genes in the three Apiaceae species,with miR-319 having the most target genes.Several TCP genes showed high expression in the root,petiole and leaf of celery and coriander.These results provide a basis for comparative and functional genomic analyses of TCP genes in Apiaceae and other plants. 展开更多

Simple sequence repeats(SSRs)are popular and important molecular markers that exist widely in plants.Here,we conducted a comprehensive identification and comparative analysis of SSRs in 14 tree species.A total of 16,298 SSRs were identified from 429,449 genes,and primers were successfully designed for 99.44% of the identified SSRs.Our analysis indicated that tri-nucleotide SSRs were the most abundant,with an average of~834 per species.Functional enrichment analysis by combining SSR-containing genes in all species,revealed 50 significantly enriched terms,with most belonging to transcription factor families associated with plant development and abiotic stresses such as Myeloblastosis_DNA-bind_4(Myb_DNA-bind_4),APETALA2(AP2),and Fantastic Four meristem regulator(FAF).Further functional enrichment analysis showed that 48 terms related to abiotic stress regulation and floral development were significantly enriched in ten species,whereas no significantly enriched terms were found in four species.Interestingly,the largest number of enriched terms was detected in Citrus sinensis(L.)Osbeck,accounting for 54.17% of all significantly enriched functional terms.Finally,we analyzed AP2 and trihelix gene families(Myb_DNA-bind_4)due to their significant enrichment in SSR-containing genes.The results indicated that whole-genome duplication(WGD)and whole genome triplication(WGT)might have played major roles in the expansion of the AP2 gene family but only slightly affected the expansion of the trihelix gene family during evolution.In conclusion,the identification and comprehensive characterization of SSR markers will greatly facilitate future comparative genomics and functional genomics studies. 展开更多

Toward the increasingly serious problem of electromagnetic wave pollution,the development of absorbing material with the properties of the light,thin,wide,strong,and multiple applications scenarios is still a huge challenge.Herein,the core-shell nickel oxide/silicon carbide whiskers(NiO/SiCw)with variational NiO morphologies(tulle-,flower,and rod-like)were designed and fabricated via a facile prehydrothermal method and post-annealing process.For the NiO shell morphology,it can effectively be controlled by the proportion of Ni(NO_(3))_(2)·6H_(2)O,NH_(4)Cl,and CO(NH_(2))_(2).The structure of NiO/SiCw samples was investigated by XRD,SEM,XPS,TEM,and N2 absorption-desorption.Compared to other morphologies of NiO,the flower-like NiO/SiCw possess a porous structure and large surface area that can benefit from the multiple reflections and attenuation of the microwave.As an absorber,the composite with the flower-like NiO/SiCw filler loading of 50%manifests a superior microwave attenuation capability due to its special porous structure,good impedance matching,and large dielectric loss induced from heterojunction interfacial polarization.The minimum reflection loss of flower-like NiO/SiCw is up to-56.8 dB with a thickness of 1.9 mm,and the maximum effective absorption bandwidth(EAB)reaches 5.17 GHz.The as-prepared flower-like NiO/SiCw with strong absorption,thin thickness,and width EAB can meet the potential requirements for microwave absorption materials under oxidation environments. 展开更多

BACKGROUND Major adverse cardiac events(MACE) in elderly patients with biliary diseases are the main cause of perioperative accidental death, but no widely recognized quantitative monitoring index of perioperative cardiac function so far.AIM To investigate the critical values of monitoring indexes for perioperative MACE in elderly patients with biliary diseases.METHODS The clinical data of 208 elderly patients with biliary diseases in our hospital from May 2016 to April 2021 were retrospectively analysed. According to whether MACE occurred during the perioperative period, they were divided into the MACE group and the non-MACE group.RESULTS In the MACE compared with the non-MACE group, postoperative complications, mortality, hospital stay, high sensitivity troponin-Ⅰ(Hs-TnI), creatine kinase isoenzyme(CK-MB), myoglobin(MYO), B-type natriuretic peptide(BNP), and Ddimer(D-D) levels were significantly increased(P < 0.05). Multivariate logistic regression showed that postoperative BNP and D-D were independent risk factors for perioperative MACE, and their cut-off values in the receiver operating characteristic(ROC) curve were 382.65 pg/mL and 0.965 mg/L, respectively.CONCLUSION The postoperative BNP and D-D were independent risk factors for perioperative MACE, with the critical values of 382.65 pg/mL and 0.965 mg/L respectively. Consequently, timely monitoring and effective maintenance of perioperative cardiac function stability are of great clinical significance to further improve the perioperative safety of elderly patients with biliary diseases. 展开更多
