Thickness-dependent magnetic properties in Pt/[Co/Ni]_(n) multilayers with perpendicular magnetic anisotropy

We systematically investigated the Ni and Co thickness-dependent perpendicular magnetic anisotropy(PMA)coefficient,magnetic domain structures,and magnetization dynamics of Pt(5 nm)/[Co(t_(Co))/Ni(t_(Ni))]_(5)/Pt(1 nm)multilayers by combining the four standard magnetic characterization techniques.The magnetic-related hysteresis loops obtained from the field-dependent magnetization M and anomalous Hall resistivity(AHR)ρxy showed that the two serial multilayers with t_(Co)=0.2 nm and 0.3 nm have the optimum PMA coefficient K_(U) as well as the highest coercivity H_(C) at the Ni thickness t_(Ni)=0.6 nm.Additionally,the magnetic domain structures obtained by magneto-optic Kerr effect(MOKE)microscopy also significantly depend on the thickness and K_(U) of the films.Furthermore,the thickness-dependent linewidth of ferromagnetic resonance is inversely proportional to K_(U) and H_(C),indicating that inhomogeneous magnetic properties dominate the linewidth.However,the intrinsic Gilbert damping constant determined by a linear fitting of the frequency-dependent linewidth does not depend on the Ni thickness and K_(U).Our results could help promote the PMA[Co/Ni]multilayer applications in various spintronic and spin-orbitronic devices. 展开更多

基于微磁学模拟的方法,对垂直点接触自旋霍尔纳米振荡器(VNC-SHNO)中自旋波的激发和其非线性动力行为随电流、磁场及角度的依赖关系进行了详细的数值模拟研究.首先研究了纳米振荡器的频谱特性随激发电流的变化的关系,发现在低电流下,其... 基于微磁学模拟的方法,对垂直点接触自旋霍尔纳米振荡器(VNC-SHNO)中自旋波的激发和其非线性动力行为随电流、磁场及角度的依赖关系进行了详细的数值模拟研究.首先研究了纳米振荡器的频谱特性随激发电流的变化的关系,发现在低电流下,其频谱在远低于铁磁共振频率f_(FMR)处出现一个自旋相干性很好的振荡峰f_(1)以及几个高阶谐波峰,且其频率随电流增加表现出明显的红移;而在高电流下,其频谱除了出现低频f_(1)峰以外,在接近f_(FMR)处还出现了一个高频峰f_(2),但其频率几乎不随激发电流变化.其次,通过振荡模式的功率谱的空间分布图,发现f_(1)是局域在点接触边界的一类非线性“子弹”型自旋孤波,而f_(2)是分布在局域模f_(1)外围的一类准线性传播型自旋波.最后,还细致研究了外加磁场强度及外加磁场面外角度对自旋霍尔纳米振荡器中这两类自旋波的激发和调控规律,为下一步实验研究该器件的非线性动力特性及其在非线性逻辑计算中的应用提供了理论基础. 展开更多

目的系统评价推拿治疗2型糖尿病(T2DM)的临床疗效,为T2DM治疗的临床实践提供参考。方法计算机检索中国期刊网、万方、中国生物医学文献库、维普及Pub Med等数据库,所有文献检索时限截止至2016年11月。根据纳入和排除标准,由2位评价者独... 目的系统评价推拿治疗2型糖尿病(T2DM)的临床疗效,为T2DM治疗的临床实践提供参考。方法计算机检索中国期刊网、万方、中国生物医学文献库、维普及Pub Med等数据库,所有文献检索时限截止至2016年11月。根据纳入和排除标准,由2位评价者独立进行文献筛选和资料提取,并对纳入文献的质量进行评价,采用Rev Man 5.0软件进行Meta分析。结果纳入8个临床随机对照试验共998例患者。Meta分析结果显示,推拿联合常规药物治疗T2DM(观察组)的总有效率、显效率高于常规药物治疗组(对照组)(P<0.05),观察组无效率低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组与对照组的有效率、改善率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论推拿治疗T2DM安全有效,但因纳入文献数量较少、质量较低,还需开展大样本、高质量的随机对照试验证实其有效性。 展开更多

The“super rice”breeding program in China has been successful in developing high-yielding hybrids,including few with high harvest index values.However,there is limited information on the relationship between lodging resistance and harvest index,and the mechanisms underlying the relationship in super-rice hybrids.In this study,a two-year field experiment was conducted to compare lodging resistance and its related traits between two superrice hybrids differing in harvest index,i.e.,Guiliangyou 2(G2)with a high harvest index and Y-liangyou 1(Y1)with a typical harvest index of modern high-yielding rice varieties.Results showed that compared to Y1,G2 was lower in plant height due to its lower aboveground N uptake,and its higher stem breaking resistance(i.e.,lower stem breaking index)resulted from a lower stem height at its center of gravity.Consequently,G2 had a higher lodging resistance(i.e.,lower plant lodging index)than Y1.This study suggests that developing super-rice hybrids with high harvest index values is a possible way to achieve both high grain yield and strong lodging resistance in rice. 展开更多

We study inserting Co layer thickness-dependent spin transport and spin-orbit torques(SOTs)in the Pt/Co/Py trilayers by spin-torque ferromagnetic resonance.The interfacial perpendicular magnetic anisotropy(IPMA)energy density(Ks=2.7 erg/cm^(2),1 erg=10^(-7) J),which is dominated by interfacial spin-orbit coupling(ISOC)in the Pt/Co interface,total effective spin-mixing conductance(G↑↓eff,tot=0.42×10^(15) Ω^(-1)·m^(-2))and two-magnon scattering(βTMS=0.46 nm2)are first characterized,and the damping-like torque(ξDL=0.103)and field-like torque(ξFL=-0.017)efficiencies are also calculated quantitatively by varying the thickness of the inserting Co layer.The significant enhancement of ξDL and ξFL in Pt/Co/Py than Pt/Py bilayer system originates from the interfacial Rashba-Edelstein effect due to the strong ISOC between Co-3d and Pt-5d orbitals at the Pt/Co interface.Additionally,we find a considerable out-of-plane spin polarization SOT,which is ascribed to the spin anomalous Hall effect and possible spin precession effect due to IPMA-induced perpendicular magnetization at the Pt/Co interface.Our results demonstrate that the ISOC of the Pt/Co interface plays a vital role in spin transport and SOTs-generation.Our finds offer an alternative approach to improve the conventional SOTs efficiencies and generate unconventional SOTs with out-of-plane spin polarization to develop low power Pt-based spintronic via tailoring the Pt/FM interface. 展开更多

It has been shown that adding biochar to soil can improve nitrogen(N)uptake and utilization in rice(Oryza sativa L.).However,there is a lack of research on the physiological alterations of rice as a result of the changes in nitrogen uptake due to the addition of biochar.This study conducted field experiments in 2015 and 2016 with the goal of testing the hypothesis that the application of biochar would enhance radiation use efficiency(RUE)of rice by improving the plant’s ability to take in and utilize nitrogen.Our results demonstrated that the application of biochar(20 t ha−1)induced no significant effects on pre-heading specific leaf weight(SLW),nitrogen uptake(NUpre),and leaf area index(LAI)at heading,the ratios of LAI/NUpre and SLW/Nupre,or pre-heading RUE.How-ever,biochar application significantly increased post-heading nitrogen uptake(NUpost),ratios of NUpost/SLWand NUpost/LAI,and post-heading RUE.These results indicate that the application of biochar can improve the plant’s nitrogen uptake and RUE in field-grown rice during the post-heading period,which confirms our hypothesis. 展开更多

Satellites with high radiation accuracy areused to calibrate satellites with low radiation accuracy. In order to ensure the reliability ofthe radiation cross-calibration method, we propose to obtain the gain and offset of theGaoFen-1 satellite by linear regression after the radiation cross-calibration of the satellitewith low precision and compare with the official coefficient. Finally, we get therelationship between the error in radiation cross-calibration results and side swing angle.The linear correction coefficients of each band are: 0.618, 0.625, 0.512 and 0.474. Theresults show that after the method is corrected by the linear correction coefficient, theerror caused by the side swing angle during the cross-calibration of the orbital radiation isreduced. The accuracy of radiation cross-calibration is improved, the frequency ofcalibration is improved and the requirements of remote sensing applications in the newera are adapted. 展开更多

Complete control of spatially propagating waves(PWs)and surface waves(SWs)is an ultimate goal that scientists and engineers seek for,in which negative reflection of PW and negative surface wave are two exotic phenomena.Here,we experimentally demonstrate an anisotropic digital coding metasurface capable of controlling both PWs and SWs with a single coding pattern.On the basis of the digital description of coding metasurfaces,a simple coding method is proposed to allow dual functionalities(either PW or SW manipulations)under two orthogonal polarizations at arbitrarily oblique incidences,thus improving the adaptability of digital coding metasurfaces in more practical circumstances.With elaborately designed ellipse-shaped coding particles,we experimentally demonstrate various functions under oblique incidences,including the negative reflection of PW,negative SW,anomalous reflection and their arbitrary combinations,all having good agreements with theoretical and numerical predictions.We believe that the proposed method may enable the digital coding metasurfaces to have broad applications in radar detections,wireless communications and imaging. 展开更多
