In Saudi Arabia, the national NHS program has been operational since 2016;however, few studies have evaluated its status, and none have covered all provinces across the country. This cross-sectional retrospective study provides an overview of the program's status across all provinces, focusing on screening coverage rates, referral/fail rates, and follow-up procedures. In 2021, 199,034 newborns were screened, with a coverage rate of 92.6% and an overall referral/fail rate of 1.87%. These performance measures provide a foundation for future progress and improvements. This study highlights the importance of ongoing efforts to enhance the program's effectiveness and sustainability.展开更多
目的探讨短增量敏感指数(SISI)测试及瞬态诱发耳声发射(TEOAE)在噪声性听力损失筛查中的意义。方法50例纯音听阈正常并有噪声暴露史的受试者作为噪声组,另外50例未接受噪声暴露的纯音听阈正常者作为对照组,两组平均年龄分别为19.58±...目的探讨短增量敏感指数(SISI)测试及瞬态诱发耳声发射(TEOAE)在噪声性听力损失筛查中的意义。方法50例纯音听阈正常并有噪声暴露史的受试者作为噪声组,另外50例未接受噪声暴露的纯音听阈正常者作为对照组,两组平均年龄分别为19.58±1.03、19.90±1.20岁。两组分别行气导纯音听阈、SISI、TEOAE检测,分析两组间的结果差异。结果噪声组和对照组0.25~8 kHz气导纯音听阈均小于20 dB HL,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。噪声组各频率SISI均高于对照组,差异有显著统计学意义(P<0.01)。噪声组TEOAE波形总体相关率为92.32%±1.99%,对照组为97.92%±0.49%(P<0.05);噪声组反应幅值为16.00±1.04 dB SPL,对照组为20.27±0.70 dB SPL(P<0.05);噪声组信噪比为12.66±1.55 dB,对照组为20.95±0.89 dB(P<0.01)。SISI 6 kHz与TEOAE 3.5~4.5 kHz频段信噪比负相关(P<0.05)。结论高频率SISI联合提高筛查标准的TEOAE指标可为噪声性听力损失提供早期的诊断途径。展开更多

文摘目的探讨短纯音刺激皮层听觉诱发电位(cortical auditory evoked potentials,CAEP)对听力评估的价值。方法受试者为听力正常成人19例(36耳),感音神经性聋成人患者21例(21耳),以500、1000、2000和4000 Hz短纯音作为刺激声,在醒觉状态下颅顶电极记录CAEP的N1-P2复合波,分析N1-P2阈值与纯音听阈的相关性,以及两者差值在不同人群中的差异。结果所有受试者四个测试频率的N1-P2阈值与对应频率纯音听阈值的相关系数依次为0.971、0.967、0.958、0.955,呈显著的线性相关;听力正常组36耳500、1000、2000和4000 Hz的N1-P2阈值上限(95%置信区间)依次为32、27、32、39 dB SPL,即正常人阈值上限为32.5 dB SPL;正常人N1-P2阈值与纯音听阈的差值依次为18.9±6.1、11.6±5.9、13.3±7.0、18.7±8.3 dB;感音神经性聋患者两者差值依次为10.3±6.0、6.8±8.9、6.5±9.5、12.9±11.4 dB,四个测试频率的差值在两组人群中的差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论听力正常人短纯音CAEP的N1-P2平均阈值小于32.5 dB SPL;N1-P2阈值与对应频率纯音听阈相关性非常好,听力评估中使用N1-P2阈值预测听力时应注意刺激声的校准及校正值的使用。
