However, the number of pig diseases increases du... At the present stage, the social economy in China has developed by leaps and bounds. China's pig industry has been well developed un-der the background of this era. However, the number of pig diseases increases due to the influence of many factors, and highly pathogenic porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome(HP-PRRS) is one of the very common diseases, causing growing mortality rate of pigs. The disease increases the economic loss of pig industry to a large extent, and brings difficulties in prevention and control of pig diseases. The staff must analyze and sum-marize the basic characteristics of pig diseases, and combine some practical problems in prevention and control of pig disease to find effective mea-sures. The scope and scale of pig production in different parts of China have been continuously expanded under the background of further develop-ment of pig industry in the new era. But for pig production, pig disease has been a problem that delays its further development. Related personnel must analyze and summarize the status quo of HP-PRRS, to find effective prevention measures and strategy. 展开更多

为探索口蹄疫(FMD)、猪瘟(CSF)和高致病性猪蓝耳病(HP-PRRS)三种疫苗以不同组合方式对猪免疫的效果,选择新疆生产建设兵团第六师某规模化猪场30日龄左右仔猪150头,随机分成5组,对三种疫苗的5种免疫组合方式分别进行了免疫试验,检测免疫... 为探索口蹄疫(FMD)、猪瘟(CSF)和高致病性猪蓝耳病(HP-PRRS)三种疫苗以不同组合方式对猪免疫的效果,选择新疆生产建设兵团第六师某规模化猪场30日龄左右仔猪150头,随机分成5组,对三种疫苗的5种免疫组合方式分别进行了免疫试验,检测免疫后各时间点FMD、CSF和HPPRRS的抗体水平,对不同免疫组合方式的免疫效果进行评估。结果表明:CSF、FMD、PRRS三种疫苗同时分点免疫注射的免疫程序可以获得较好的免疫效果,同时还可以减轻基层动物防疫员的劳动量,建议在散养户和小规模养殖场可以采用此种联合免疫的方法;CSF和FMD同时免疫的程序与单独注射CSF和FMD疫苗的抗体水平和抗体消长规律一致,甚至比单独注射组免疫效果还好,与其他几种免疫程序组相比,CSF和FMD同时免疫的程序可以获得最好的免疫效果,建议大型规模养殖场、公路沿线和疫区采用这种免疫程序。 展开更多

为了研究高致病性猪繁殖与呼吸综合征(HP-PRRS)活疫苗对猪瘟(CSF)抗体水平的影响,试验将同期断奶、日龄相近、PRRS与CSF抗体水平接近的70头健康仔猪随机分为7组(A组、B组、C组、D组、E组、F组、G组),采用不同的免疫方案,并于CSF疫苗免... 为了研究高致病性猪繁殖与呼吸综合征(HP-PRRS)活疫苗对猪瘟(CSF)抗体水平的影响,试验将同期断奶、日龄相近、PRRS与CSF抗体水平接近的70头健康仔猪随机分为7组(A组、B组、C组、D组、E组、F组、G组),采用不同的免疫方案,并于CSF疫苗免疫后第14,28,42天在前腔静脉采血,用ELISA检测CSF抗体,用全自动血细胞分析仪对血细胞进行分析。结果表明:在CSF免疫后第14,28天检测,E组(HP-PRRS疫苗与CSF疫苗同时分点注射)和F组(HP-PRRS疫苗与CSF疫苗混合接种)的CSF抗体平均值均显著低于D组(CSF疫苗免疫后第14天免疫HP-PRRS疫苗)和G组(仅接种CSF疫苗,不接种HP-PRRS疫苗)(P<0.05),但与A组(HP-PRRS疫苗免疫后第7天免疫CSF疫苗)、B组(HP-PRRS疫苗免疫后第14天免疫CSF疫苗)和C组(CSF免疫后第7天免疫HP-PRRS疫苗)CSF抗体平均值差异不显著(P>0.05);HP-PRRS活疫苗与CSF疫苗同时分点注射或混合接种、HP-PRRS活疫苗免疫后第7天免疫CSF疫苗,平均白细胞数和淋巴细胞比例均显著低于其他组(P<0.05),说明免疫HP-PRRS活疫苗能引起猪群CSF抗体水平降低。 展开更多
