Cu ion implantation and subsequent rapid annealing at 500℃ in N2 result in low surface resistivity of 1.611 ohm/sq with high mobility of 290 cm2 V-1S-1 for microcrystalline diamond (MCD) films. Its electrical field emission behavior can be turned on at Eo = 2.6 V/μm, attaining a current density of 19.5μA/cm2 at an applied field of 3.5 V/#m. Field emission scanning electron microscopy combined with Raman and x-ray photoelectron mi- croscopy reveal that the formation of Cu nanoparticles in MCD films can catalytically convert the less conducting disorder/a-C phases into graphitic phases and can provoke the formation of nanographite in the films, forming conduction channels for electron transportation. 展开更多

Background: Luteal phase support with GnRH agonist administration has been shown to be effective in improving the outcome of assisted reproductive technology. The goal of this study was to evaluate the effect of single dose Triptrolin (a GnRH agonist) on the probability of the clinical pregnancy rate following embryo transfer (ET) in assisted reproductive techniques (ART). Methods: In this double blinded randomized clinical trial, 340 infertile women who were candidates for intra-cytoplasmic sperm injection (ICSI) were randomly assigned to receive GnRH agonist (Triptrolin) in the luteal phase or placebo. In the intervention group, 0.1 mg Triptrolin was injected subcutaneously, while the control group received normal saline. The clinical pregnancy and implantation rate were compared between the two groups using chi-2 and t-test. P-values less than 0.05 were considered significant. The registration number of this clinical trial is IRCT 2014030916912N1. Results: Administration of 0.1 mg Triptrolin on day 6 after oocyte pick up showed no superiority over placebo in implantation (16.9% - 14%, P = 0.40) and clinical pregnancy rates (32% - 29%, P = 0.66), but the rate of clinical pregnancy was higher in women who were below 27 years of age and those with PCO. Conclusion: Administration of Triptrolin was not superior to placebo for luteal phase support. 展开更多

Safety and Tolerance of Adefovir Dipivoxil in Chinese Healthy Volunteers: A PhaseⅠRandomized and Open-Label Trial

Aim To assess the safety and tolerance of adefovir dipivoxil (ADV) in Chinese healthy volunteers. Methods A total of 52 healthy volunteers, 26 males and 26 females, aged from 19 to 26 were enrolled in the study. Forty-two subjects were randomized into 5, 10, 20, 40, and 60 mg dose groups (6 - 10 subjects in each) matched by sex and weight for single-dose trial. Ten subjects were orally given 10 mg of ADV tablets once daily for 7 d for multiple-dose trial. Physical examination, vital signs examination, electrocardiography, type-B ultrasonography, chest fluoroscopy, routine blood test, routine urine test, coagulation tests, and blood biochemical test were conducted on schedule and statistically evaluated. Results Asthenia frequently occurred in multiple-dose trial, nausea, abdominal pain, and diarrhea occurred in both single- and multiple-dose trials. ALT, bilirubin, CK, and LDH were slightly elevated. All adverse reactions and laboratory abnormalities were mild, and the frequency and severity were not related to doses. Conclusion ADV is safe and well tolerated in Chinese healthy volunteers at dose of 5 - 60 mg oncedaily or 10 nag once daily for 7 d. The recommended oral dosage regimen is 10 mg once daily. Attention should be paid to renal and liver functions, CK, AMY and LDH, if we take ADV for a long period of time. 展开更多

The tribological properties especially wear and hardness of a Ti-Al-V alloy with nitrogen implantation (energy 60 keV) were investigated. The implantation was carried out at fluences range from 1×1016 to 4×1017 ions/cm2. Glancing angle X-ray diffraction (GAXRD) and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS) analyses were performed to obtain surface characterization of the implanted sample. The unimplanted and implanted samples were also annealed at 600 ℃ in order to understand the influence of annealing on the tribological properties of Ti-Al-V. The hardness shows significant improvement at the higher fluence. After annealing at 600 ℃, the friction coefficient exhibits a relative decrease for the nitrogen-implanted samples. In addition, the wear rates of the implanted samples exhibits a great decrease after annealing at 600 ℃. Nature of the surface and reason for the variation and improvement in wear resistance were discussed in detail. 展开更多

Objective:Fluzoparib(SHR3162)is a novel,potent poly(ADP-ribose)polymerases(PARP)1,2 inhibitor that showed anti-tumor activity in xenograft models.We conducted a phaseⅠ,first-in-human,dose-escalation and expansion(D-Esc and D-Ex)trial in patients with advanced solid cancer.Methods:This was a 3+3 phaseⅠD-Esc trial with a 3-level D-Ex at 5 hospitals in China.Eligible patients for DEsc had advanced solid tumors refractory to standard therapies,and D-Ex enrolled patients with ovarian cancer(OC).Fluzoparib was administered orally once or twice daily(bid)at 11 dose levels from 10 to 400 mg/d.Endpoints included dose-finding,safety,pharmacokinetics,and antitumor activity.Results:Seventy-nine patients were enrolled from March,2015 to January,2018[OC(47,59.5%);breast cancer(BC)(16,20.3%);colorectal cancer(8,10.1%),other tumors(8,10.1%)];48 patients were treated in the D-Esc arm and 31 in the D-Ex arm.The maximum tolerated dose(MTD)was 150 mg bid,with a half-life of 9.14 h.Grade 3/4 adverse events included anemia(7.6%)and neutropenia(5.1%).The objective response rate(ORR)was 30%(3/10)in patients with platinum-sensitive OC and 7.7%(1/13)in patients with BC.Among patients treated with fluzoparib≥120 mg/d,median progression-free survival(m PFS)was 7.2[95%confidence interval(95%CI),1.8-9.3]months in OC,9.3(95%CI,7.2-9.3)months in platinum-sensitive OC,and 3.5(range,2.0-28.0)months in BC.In patients with germline BC susceptibility gene mutation(g BRCAMut)(11/43 OC;2/16 BC),m PFS was 8.9 months for OC(range,1.0-23.2;95%CI,1.0-16.8)and 14 and 28 months for BC(those two patients both also had somatic BRCAMut).Conclusions:The MTD of fluzoparib was 150 mg bid in advanced solid malignancies.Fluzoparib demonstrated single-agent antitumor activity in BC and OC,particularly in BRCAMut and platinum-sensitive OC. 展开更多

Implant insertion is an alternative to classical treatment with bridges after tooth extraction or traumatic tooth loss in the anterior and premolar region of the upper and lower jaw. Nevertheless both types of prosthetic treatment inhere major gingival aesthetic pitfalls by physiological vertical and horizontal resorption. Aim of the study was to investigate if the immediate insertion of root analogue single-stage implants and prosthetic treatment could prevent gingival recessions and bone resorption thus keeping the natural gingival aesthetics untouched. Between 2003 and 2006, 348 root analogue Q1-Implants (TRINON Karlsruhe GmbH/Germany) were inserted in 342 patients’s premolar and molar regions immediately after tooth extraction or traumatic tooth loss and treated with provisional resin crowns. The observation period with recurring 6-month clinical and radiographic check-ups was a minimum of 5 years. Of 348 inserted implants 4 (1.15%) were lost resulting in an overall success rate of 98.85%. In the first 12 weeks after surgery a mean recession of the buccal gingival margin of 0.2 mm (SD 0.34) could be detected, after final prosthetic treatment an overall mean recession of 0.2 mm (SD 0.13) within the survey period. Immediate implant insertion of root analogue single stage implants and immediate prosthetic treatment with provisional resin crowns after minimal invasive tooth extraction seems to be appropriate to prevent bone resorptions of the buccal alveolar crest and the recessions of the gingiva and papillae and thus suggests to be the preferable treatment to keep the natural gingival and papillary aesthetics untouched preventing further traumatic surgical gingival reconstructions. 展开更多

Antibacterial activity of AISI420 stainless steel (SS) implanted by copper was investigated. Ions extracted from a metal vapor vacuum arc (MEVVA) are sourced with 100keV energy and a dose range from 0.2×1017 to 2.0×1017ions·cm-2. The saturation dose of Cu implantation in AISI420 SS and Cu surface concentration were calculated at the energy of 100keV. The effect of dose on the antibacterial activity was analyzed. Results of antibacterial test show that the saturation dose is the optimum implantation dose for best antibacterial activity, which is above 99% against both Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus. Novel phases such as Fe4Cu3 and Cu9.9Fe0.1 were found in the implanted layer by glancing angle X-ray diffraction (GXRD). The antibacterial activity of AISI420 SS attributes to Cu-contained phase. 展开更多

In order to understand the dnve-in target in a D-D type neutron generator,it is essential to study the mechanism of the interaction between hydrogen ion beams and the hydrogenabsorbing metal film.The present research concerns the nucleation of hydride within zirconium film implanted with hydrogen ions.Doses of 30 keV hydrogen ions ranging from 4.30×10^(17) to1.43×10^(18) ions cm^(-2) were loaded into the zirconium film through the ion beam implantation technique.Features of the surface morphology and transformation of phase structures were investigated with scanning electron microscopy,atomic force microscopy and x-ray diffraction.Confirmation of the formation of 5 phase zirconium hydride in the implanted samples was first made by x-ray diffraction,and the different stages in the gradual nucleation and growth of zirconium hydride were then observed by atomic force microscope and scanning electron microscopy. 展开更多

In order to investigate the effect of lanthanum ion implantation on theoxidation behavior of zircaloy at 500℃, Zircaloy specimens were implanted by lanthanum ions with adose range from 5xl0^(16) to 2xl0^(17) ions/cm^2 at room temperature, and then oxidized at 500℃ for100 min. The valence of the oxides in the scale was analyzed by X-ray Photoelectron Spectroscopy(XPS). The phase structures of the oxides in the scale were examined by Glancing Angle X-rayDiffraction (GAXRD). With the increase of implanted lanthanum ions dose, the phase structures in theoxide scale are transformed from monoclinic zirconia to hexagonal one and then to monoclinic oneagain. The measurement of weight gain showed that a similar change from the decreased gain toincreased one again is achieved in the oxidation behavior of lanthanum ion implanted zircaloycompared with that of as-received zircaloy. 展开更多

目的 分析耳穴压豆联合I期心脏康复对心衰患者运动耐力、N末端B型利尿钠肽原(amino-Nterminal-proBNP, NT-proBNP)及超敏C反应蛋白的影响。方法 选取2021年1月-2022年6月期间广州市增城区中医医院收治的90例慢性心力衰竭患者为研究对象... 目的 分析耳穴压豆联合I期心脏康复对心衰患者运动耐力、N末端B型利尿钠肽原(amino-Nterminal-proBNP, NT-proBNP)及超敏C反应蛋白的影响。方法 选取2021年1月-2022年6月期间广州市增城区中医医院收治的90例慢性心力衰竭患者为研究对象,根据随机数表法将其分为空白组、对照组、研究组3组,每组均为30例,空白组采取心衰规范治疗,对照组在空白组基础上增加Ⅰ期心脏康复,研究组在对照组基础上联合耳穴压豆法,比较3组住院时间、6 min步行距离、NT-proBNP、超敏C反应蛋白。结果 3组住院时间比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);研究组6 min步行距离(562±30)m、NT-proBNP(2743±710.2)pg/mL、超敏C反应蛋白水平(6.54±1.32)mg/L均优于对照组和空白组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 心衰患者采取耳穴压豆联合I期心脏康复,可以改善患者运动耐力,对神经内分泌激素进行调整,从而促进患者病情恢复,值得临床广泛推广及应用。 展开更多

卵泡期长效长方案与黄体期短效长方案的临床结局比较

比较体外受精-胚胎移植(IVF-ET)卵泡期长效长方案与黄体期短效长方案新鲜移植周期的临床结局。方法回顾性分析2018年1月至2022年12月在烟台市烟台山医院生殖医学中心行IVF-ET助孕的313例患者(313个周期)资料,根据其促排卵方案分成两组... 比较体外受精-胚胎移植(IVF-ET)卵泡期长效长方案与黄体期短效长方案新鲜移植周期的临床结局。方法回顾性分析2018年1月至2022年12月在烟台市烟台山医院生殖医学中心行IVF-ET助孕的313例患者(313个周期)资料,根据其促排卵方案分成两组。卵泡期长效长方案组(A组,141个周期),年龄(31.59±3.00)岁,不孕年限(3.48±2.38)年;黄体期短效长方案组(B组,172个周期),年龄(31.42±3.03)岁,不孕年限(3.38±2.38)年。应用t检验及χ^(2)检验比较两种方案的临床结局。结果A组总促性腺激素(Gn)用量、Gn天数、人绒毛膜促性腺激素(HCG)日内膜厚度均高于B组[(29.53±11.18)支比(23.83±7.03)支、(9.61±1.80)d比(8.44±1.26)d、(1.13±0.23)cm比(1.06±0.26)cm],差异均有统计学意义(t=5.49、6.75、2.44,均P<0.05);A组HCG日雌二醇(E2)、HCG日黄体生成素(LH)水平、获卵率、优胚率均低于B组[(2255.00±1417.75)ng/L比(2787.01±1285.11)ng/L、(1.56±1.34)mIU/ml D0I:10.3765.2024.09.015比(2.12±1.02)mIU/ml、81.00%(1522/1879)比84.74%(2043/2411)、38.31%(344/898)比48.22%(597/1238)],差异均有统计学意义(t=3.44、4.14,χ^(2)=10.50、20.76,均P<0.05);A组临床妊娠率、胚胎着床率高于B组[59.65%(68/114)比43.88%(43/98)、44.39%(87/196)比31.82%(56/176)],差异均有统计学意义(χ^(2)=5.26、6.19,均P<0.05)。结论卵泡期长效长方案新鲜移植周期临床妊娠率和胚胎着床率均高于黄体期短效长方案。 展开更多

目的探讨全脑放疗联合伊立替康(CPT-11)治疗非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)脑转移的剂量限制性毒性(DLT)、最大耐受剂量(MTD)及其临床疗效。方法选取2009年10月—2012年11月南昌大学第一附属医院肿瘤科经病理或细胞学证实的晚期NSCLC脑转移患者27... 目的探讨全脑放疗联合伊立替康(CPT-11)治疗非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)脑转移的剂量限制性毒性(DLT)、最大耐受剂量(MTD)及其临床疗效。方法选取2009年10月—2012年11月南昌大学第一附属医院肿瘤科经病理或细胞学证实的晚期NSCLC脑转移患者27例,采用全脑放疗联合CPT-11治疗,每周一至周五行全脑常规分割放疗,全脑剂量40 Gy/20次,分次剂量2 Gy;放射治疗的第1周开始应用CPT-11,每周六用药1次,共治疗4周。CPT-11分6个剂量组:25 mg/m2组,50 mg/m2组,65 mg/m2组,80 mg/m2组,100 mg/m2组,120 mg/m2组。每个试验组至少入选3例患者,如在前一个剂量水平中患者无明显毒副作用则进入下一个剂量组,直至达到MTD。结果27例患者均完成治疗,可评价疗效,3例完全缓解(CR),17例部分缓解(PR),7例无变化(SD),总有效率为74.1%(20/27)。DLT为白细胞计数下降、血小板计数下降及腹泻。试验得出MTD为100 mg/m2。结论全脑放疗联合CPT-11治疗NSCLC脑转移推荐Ⅱ期临床剂量为80 mg/m2。 展开更多

目的 应用磁共振相位对比法 ,观察ChiariⅠ畸形合并脊髓空洞病人脑脊液的流动情况 ,并进行定量分析。方法 对 14例ChiariⅠ畸形合并脊髓空洞患者及 14例正常成人进行矢状位扫描 ,在正中矢状位上测量延前池及C2 3水平蛛网膜下腔腹背... 目的 应用磁共振相位对比法 ,观察ChiariⅠ畸形合并脊髓空洞病人脑脊液的流动情况 ,并进行定量分析。方法 对 14例ChiariⅠ畸形合并脊髓空洞患者及 14例正常成人进行矢状位扫描 ,在正中矢状位上测量延前池及C2 3水平蛛网膜下腔腹背侧宽径 ;并对其中 10例患者及 10例正常成人应用磁共振相位对比序列 ,配合以回顾性心电门控技术 ,分别测量中脑导水管、枕大孔区、C2 3间盘水平各层面脑脊液流速。结果 与对照组比较 ,合并空洞的ChiariⅠ畸形患者延前池及颈椎蛛网膜下腔均变窄 (P <0 .0 5 ) ;中脑导水管足向CSF最大流速增大 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,头向CSF最大流速明显增大 (P <0 .0 1) ;枕大孔区足向及头向CSF最大流速较对照组明显增大 (P <0 .0 1) ;C2 3间盘水平足向CSF最大流速明显增大 (P <0 .0 1) ,头向CSF最大流速与对照组比较无明显差异 (P >0 .0 5 ) ;患者的R R间期较对照组缩短 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 ChiariⅠ畸形合并脊髓空洞患者的脑脊液流动增强 ,推测对空洞的形成可能起重要的作用。 展开更多
