The routine nutrients, mineral content, amino acid content and fatty acid content as well as the physicochemical properties and the heavy metal and pesticide residues of Iongissimus dorsi muscles in confined Dazu black goats at the age of 6 months were determined. The results showed that the lamb meat of Dazu black goats was dch in nutrients, fresh, tender, palatable and fine in texture as well as non-hazardous in quality. Thus, the meat of Dazu black goat is a kind of healthy and nutritious food with rich nutrients, and it has better prospects of exploitation and utilization in the food industry. 展开更多

The strength of water-bearing rock cannot be obtained in real time and by nondestructive experiments,which is an issue at cultural relics protection sites such as grotto temples.To solve this problem,we conducted a near-infrared spectrum acquisition experiment in the field and laboratory uniaxial compression strength tests on sandstone that had different water saturation levels.The correlations between the peak height and peak area of the nearinfrared absorption bands of the water-bearing sandstone and uniaxial compressive strength were analyzed.On this basis,a strength prediction model for water-bearing sandstone was established using the long short-term memory full convolutional network(LSTM-FCN)method.Subsequently,a field engineering test was carried out.The results showed that:(1)The sandstone samples had four distinct characteristic absorption peaks at 1400,1900,2200,and 2325 nm.The peak height and peak area of the absorption bands near 1400 nm and 1900 nm had a negative correlation with uniaxial compressive strength.The peak height and peak area of the absorption bands near 2200 nm and 2325 nm had nonlinear positive correlations with uniaxial compressive strength.(2)The LSTM-FCN method was used to establish a strength prediction model for water-bearing sandstone based on near-infrared spectroscopy,and the model achieved an accuracy of up to 97.52%.(3)The prediction model was used to realize non-destructive,quantitative,and real-time determination of uniaxial compressive strength;this represents a new method for the non-destructive testing of grotto rock mass at sites of cultural relics protection. 展开更多

为了解决渝西大足区块页岩气超深、超长水平井存在井眼轨迹控制难度大、机械转速低、钻柱振动较大且井温偏高等技术难点,优化了水平段铂金靶体的储层选择,将水平段箱体位置选取于五峰组底界以上5~8 m,依据断层倾角进行剖面设计;优化井... 为了解决渝西大足区块页岩气超深、超长水平井存在井眼轨迹控制难度大、机械转速低、钻柱振动较大且井温偏高等技术难点,优化了水平段铂金靶体的储层选择,将水平段箱体位置选取于五峰组底界以上5~8 m,依据断层倾角进行剖面设计;优化井身结构设计封隔易漏、易垮塌地层;利用高造斜率ATC旋转导向工具,匹配地层优化钻头选型,降低轨迹控制难度和提高钻进速度;采取分段优化钻具组合和钻井参数,优选油基钻井液确保井壁稳定性,降低钻井风险;利用慢放缓压减振法降低钻具振动和循环降温措施解决井温偏高难题。现场应用顺利完成了该区块多口超长超深水平井的施工,形成了渝西大足区块超深、超长页岩气水平井关键钻井技术,为该区块积累了超深超长页岩气水平井施工经验。 展开更多

A campaign for construction of eco county has been developed all over China since the 1990s. It is aimed to enhance sustainable development capacity of the county by establishing ecologically sound production system and management mechanism through eco engineering, eco planning and eco management. It is a complicated systems engineering and a combination of multi disciplinary and needs the most extensive participation of decision makers, technicians, and farmers. Construction of eco county consists of many important works such as survey, systems diagnosis, planning, demonstration, implementation and assessment. In this paper, we will try to summarize the current status, main models in different regions, procedure of construction, and introduce the eco agriculture county construction in detail by taking Dazu County of Sichuan Province as an example. 展开更多
