The exploration of building detection plays an important role in urban planning,smart city and military.Aiming at the problem of high overlapping ratio of detection frames for dense building detection in high resolution remote sensing images,we present an effective YOLOv3 framework,corner regression-based YOLOv3(Correg-YOLOv3),to localize dense building accurately.This improved YOLOv3 algorithm establishes a vertex regression mechanism and an additional loss item about building vertex offsets relative to the center point of bounding box.By extending output dimensions,the trained model is able to output the rectangular bounding boxes and the building vertices meanwhile.Finally,we evaluate the performance of the Correg-YOLOv3 on our self-produced data set and provide a comparative analysis qualitatively and quantitatively.The experimental results achieve high performance in precision(96.45%),recall rate(95.75%),F1 score(96.10%)and average precision(98.05%),which were 2.73%,5.4%,4.1%and 4.73%higher than that of YOLOv3.Therefore,our proposed algorithm effectively tackles the problem of dense building detection in high resolution images. 展开更多

SAR-BM3D is one of the state of the art despeckling algorithms for SAR images. However, when tackling with high resolution SAR images, it often has an unsatisfying despeckling performance in the homogeneous smooth regions, together with a high time complexity. In this paper, a novel downsampled SAR-BM3D despeckling approach combined with edge compensation is proposed. The proposed algorithm consists of two steps. First, despeckle the image which is a downsampled version of original image with SAR-BM3D. Then, compensate edges in each level when upsampling. This approach not only utilizes the good ability of feature preservation, but also improves performance of smoothing homogenous regions. When it comes to high resolution SAR images, the efficiency can be raised by six to seven times, compared to original SAR-BM3D. Experiments on simulated and real SAR images show that the proposed method reaches a high level in terms of visual quality and act more efficiently. 展开更多

A super-high angular resolution principle for coded-mask X-ray imaging beyond the diffraction limit of a single pinhole

In principle, it can be performed by using coded-mask imaging with a very long mask-detector distance. Previously, the diffraction-interference effect was thought to degrade coded-mask imaging performance dramatically at the low energy end with its very long mask-detector distance. The diffraction-interference effect is described with numerical calculations, and the diffraction-interference cross correlation reconstruction method (DICC) is developed in order to overcome the imaging performance degradation. Based on the DICC, a super-high angular resolution principle (SHARP) for coded-mask X-ray imaging is proposed. The feasibility of coded mask imaging beyond the diffraction limit of a single pinhole is demonstrated with simulations. With the specification that the mask element size is 50 × 50 μm^2 and the mask-detector distance is 50 m, the achieved angular resolution is 0.32arcsec above about 10keV and 0.36arcsec at 1.24keV (λ = 1 nm), where diffraction cannot be neglected. The on-axis source location accuracy is better than 0.02 arcsec. Potential applications for solar observations and wide-field X-ray monitors are also briefly discussed. 展开更多

To deal with the non-Caussian noise in standard 2-D SAR images, the deramped signal in imaging plane, and the possible symmetric distribution of complex noise, the fourth-order cumulant of complex process is introduced into SAR tomography. With the estimated AR parameters of ARMA model of noise through Yule-Walker equation, the signal series of height is pre-filtered. Then, through ESPRIT, the spectrum is obtained and the aperture in height direction is synthesized. Finally, the SAR tomography imaging of scene is achieved. The results of processing on signal with non-Gaussian noise demonstrate the robustness of the proposed method. The tomography imaging of the scenes shows that the higher-order spectrum analysis is feasible in the application. 展开更多

Edge-Preserving Depth Map Super-Resolution with Intensity Guidance

Depth discontinuity edge affects the visual quality of synthesized images in 3D image warping.However,it suffers from accuracy degradation when up-sampled from low-resolution depth maps,especially at large scaling factors.To preserve the accuracy of depth discontinuity,a novel joint bilateral depth super-resolution with intensity guidance method is proposed.Particularly,the fast local intensity classification is exploited to estimate depth coefficients in joint bilateral up-sampling for depth maps,so as to eliminate depth discontinuity edge misalignment.Additionally,the proposed method is accelerated on graphic processing units(GPUs)to meet the requirement of realtime application.Experiments demonstrate that our method can preserve the accuracy of depth discontinuity edges after super resolution,leveraging the visual quality of synthesized image in 3D image warping. 展开更多

Scintillators are the vital component in X-ray perspective image technology that is applied in medical imaging,industrial nondestructive testing,and safety testing.But the high cost and small size of single-crystal commercialized scintillators limit their practical application.Here,a series of Tb^(3+)-doped borosilicate glass(BSG)scintillators with big production size,low cost,and high spatial resolution are designed and fabricated.The structural,photoluminescent,and scintillant properties are systematically investigated.Benefiting from excellent transmittance(87%at 600 nm),high interquantum efficiency(60.7%),and high X-ray excited luminescence(217%of Bi4Ge3O12),the optimal sample shows superhigh spatial resolution(exceeding 20 lp/mm).This research suggests that Tb^(3+)-doped BSG scintillators have potential applications in the static X-ray imaging field. 展开更多

To avoid the complicated motion compensation in interferometric inverse synthetic aperture(InISAR)and achieve realtime three-dimensional(3 D)imaging,a novel approach for 3 D imaging of the target only using a single echo is presented.This method is based on an isolated scatterer model assumption,thus the scatterers in the beam can be extracted individually.The radial range of each scatterer is estimated by the maximal likelihood estimation.Then,the horizontal and vertical wave path difference is derived by using the phase comparison technology for each scatterer,respectively.Finally,by utilizing the relationship among the 3 D coordinates,the radial range,the horizontal and vertical wave path difference,the 3 D image of the target can be reconstructed.The reconstructed image is free from the limitation in InISAR that the image plane depends on the target's own motions and on its relative position with respect to the radar.Furthermore,a phase ambiguity resolution method is adopted to ensure the success of the 3 D imaging when phase ambiguity occurs.It can be noted that the proposed phase ambiguity resolution method only uses one antenna pair and does not require a priori knowledge,whereas the existing phase ambiguity methods may require two or more antenna pairs or a priori knowledge for phase unwarping.To evaluate the performance of the proposed method,the theoretical analyses on estimation accuracy are presented and the simulations in various scenarios are also carried out. 展开更多

In this paper,an innovative 3D motion parameters estimation method from stereo image sequences based on infrared(IR) reflective markers is presented.It was assumed that two high speed CCD cameras had been calibrated previously.The method consists of the following steps:1) the coordinate of several markers and depth map for each stereo pair was determined from the sequences of stereo images by relations of markers' coordinate the correspondence between markers was established,2) the 3D motion parameters of the target was computed based upon the matched markers' coordinate,and 3) translated 3D motion parameters estimation into the problem of least square according to the movement model of the object to be measured.Without using line,curve or corner correspondence,this method can calculate the depth of these markers feature easily and quickly in contrast to traditional approaches.The two CCD cameras work on 200 f/s,and each processing cost time is about 3 ms.It was found that,by using several markers and a large number of stereo images,this method can improve the computational speed,robustness and numerical accuracy of the motion parameters in comparison with traditional methods.The virtual simulation experiment was conducted using synthesized stereo image sequences based on 6-DOF motion platform and the experimental results proved the validity of our approach and showed that the translation and rotation precision is up to 0.1 mm and 0.1°. 展开更多

3D和随时间推移(TL)地震是油田评价与开发阶段重要的地震勘探方法。近年来,TL地震正逐步成为油藏开发和管理中的重要手段之一。但TL地震受到储层条件、开采方式、TL地震勘探过程中非重复性噪声以及一些油田在开发早期未开展基础3D地震... 3D和随时间推移(TL)地震是油田评价与开发阶段重要的地震勘探方法。近年来,TL地震正逐步成为油藏开发和管理中的重要手段之一。但TL地震受到储层条件、开采方式、TL地震勘探过程中非重复性噪声以及一些油田在开发早期未开展基础3D地震观测等诸因素的影响,这些因素使得这一技术在陆上油田开发中的应用受到了制约。为此,提出了3.5D地震勘探方法。3.5D地震勘探方法应用油田开发中、晚期的高精度3D地震数据,结合油田开发动态信息解决油田开发中存在的问题,寻找剩余油气分布区域。通过对中国西部某油田的开发实例研究,认为:3.5D地震可以较有效地解决油田开发中的问题,发现剩余油气的分布,不但解决了一些油田早期没有3D地震或早期3D地震数据质量存在严重非重复性噪声影响的问题,同时还可降低TL地震勘探的风险,提高油田开发的经济效益。 展开更多

为对511 keV伽马光子进行三维定位,提高PET显像性能,研制一种尺寸为16.4 mm×16.4 mm×5 mm正交条形碲锌镉(CZT)探测器,并测试其PET显像性能。在32个电极读出后均采用电荷灵敏前置放大器和滤波放大模块,输入高速模数转换器对数... 为对511 keV伽马光子进行三维定位,提高PET显像性能,研制一种尺寸为16.4 mm×16.4 mm×5 mm正交条形碲锌镉(CZT)探测器,并测试其PET显像性能。在32个电极读出后均采用电荷灵敏前置放大器和滤波放大模块,输入高速模数转换器对数据进行采样,得到探测器中信号的全脉冲形状,并利用模拟数字转换器(ADC)内置可编程门列阵(FPGA)对信号进行在线处理,对信号完成寻峰、滤波等数字化处理。结果表明,该碲锌镉探测器对511 keV伽玛光子的能量分辨率为6.35%,通过对碲锌镉探测器的电极结构分析得出了一套伽马光子相互作用的三维位置坐标计算公式,可以达到亚毫米位置分辨率,实现了碲锌镉探测器三维显像功能。 展开更多

根据国产资源三号(ZY-3)卫星遥感影像光谱特征,提出并推导适用于ZY-3遥感影像的LBV变换公式,探讨该方法在提高国产ZY-3卫星影像质量的可行性。首先,针对ZY-3遥感影像特点,选择9类典型地物光谱信息,通过回归分析求解回归系数;然后,根据... 根据国产资源三号(ZY-3)卫星遥感影像光谱特征,提出并推导适用于ZY-3遥感影像的LBV变换公式,探讨该方法在提高国产ZY-3卫星影像质量的可行性。首先,针对ZY-3遥感影像特点,选择9类典型地物光谱信息,通过回归分析求解回归系数;然后,根据影像典型地物空间(裸地、水体、植被)、色彩空间(红、绿、蓝)及LBV变量空间(地物总体辐射水平、可见光—近红外辐射平衡、辐射变换矢量)之间特点计算推导ZY-3卫星影像的L,B,V这3个分量;最后,利用福建省宁德市ZY-3遥感影像进行实验,定量分析评价实验结果。结果表明:①从目视效果看,相比原始影像,变换后影像更加清晰,层次感更强,细节信息也更为丰富,从而更有利于后续地物的判定、识别;②该方法得到的影像信息熵为6.21,平均梯度为4.71,偏差系数为0.46,变换后遥感影像质量较好;③该方法对ZY-3遥感影像分类的总体精度最高达89.71%,Kappa系数最高为0.875 3,分类精度较高。因此,该方法能很好地提高ZY-3遥感影像质量,可用于ZY-3遥感影像处理及后续信息提取工作。 展开更多

Our work is based on ana... On 21 March 2008, a Ms7.3 earthquake occurred at Quickbird, Yutian County, Xinjiang. We attempt to reveal the features of the causative fault of this shock and its coseismic deformation field. Our work is based on analysis and interpretation to high-resolution satellite images as well as differential interferometric synthetic aperture radar (D-InSAR) data from the satellite Envisat SAR, coupled with seismicity, focal mechanism solutions and active tectonics in this region. The result shows that the 40 km-long, nearly NS trending surface rupture zone by this event lies on a range-front alluvial platform in Qira County. It is characterized by distinct linear traces and simple structure with 1-3-m-wide individual seams and maximum 6.5 m width of a collapse fracture. Along the rupture zone many secondary fractures and fault-bounded blocks are seen, exhibiting remarkable extension. The eoseismic deformation affected a large area 100~100 km2. D-InSAR analysis indicates that the interferometric deformation field is dominated by extensional faulting with a small strike-slip component. Along the causative fault, the western wall fell down and the eastern wall, that is the active unit, rose up, both with westerly vergence. Because of the big deformation gradients near the seismogenic fault, no interference fringes are seen on images, and what can be determined is a vertical displacement 70 cm or more between the two fault walls. According to the epicenter and differential occurrence times from the National Earthquake Information Center, China Earthquake Network Center, Harvard and USGS, it is suggested that the seismic fault ruptured from north to south. 展开更多

In this method, a high bit-depth CCD camera with a nanosecond-sealed gated intensifier is used as an image sensor; subsequently two high bit-depth gate images with specific range-intensity profiles are obtained to establish the gray depth map and finally the gray depth map is encoded by an equidensity pseudocolor. With this method, a color depth map is generated with higher range resolution. In our experimental work, the range resolution of the depth map is improved by a factor of 1.67. 展开更多

本研究构建适于ZY-3卫星影像的土地利用信息提取技术——面向对象的SVM分类方法。首先进行ZY-3高分影像分割,将具有同质性信息的象元合并成图像对象,然后提取对象的光谱、纹理及空间属性信息,以这些多元信息作为输入,基于支持向量机进... 本研究构建适于ZY-3卫星影像的土地利用信息提取技术——面向对象的SVM分类方法。首先进行ZY-3高分影像分割,将具有同质性信息的象元合并成图像对象,然后提取对象的光谱、纹理及空间属性信息,以这些多元信息作为输入,基于支持向量机进行分类器训练和土地利用分类。通过与其他方法的对比,发现此方法的总体分类精度和Kappa系数高于其他方法。此方法利用不同维度信息,克服了传统逐象元分类方法对空间信息利用不足的缺点,更全面地反映不同地物之间的异质性。本研究有助于提升中国高分影像的利用效率,并为土地利用现状调查提供技术支持。 展开更多

近年来,城市化进程不断加快,城镇建设规模的不断扩张给城市规划管理带来了越来越多的挑战。充分利用高分辨率遥感影像进行城市建筑物的自动快速提取具有非常广泛的现实意义。以江西省南昌市中心城市的建筑提取为例,结合ZY-3号高分辨率... 近年来,城市化进程不断加快,城镇建设规模的不断扩张给城市规划管理带来了越来越多的挑战。充分利用高分辨率遥感影像进行城市建筑物的自动快速提取具有非常广泛的现实意义。以江西省南昌市中心城市的建筑提取为例,结合ZY-3号高分辨率遥感影像和OSM道路网矢量数据,分别从光谱指数决策规则、面向对象空间决策规则两方面出发,采用分层决策的方法完成城市不同屋面类型建筑的提取,包括蓝色建筑、红色建筑和灰色建筑。最后,对不同类别建筑物的提取精度进行检验,研究结果显示蓝色建筑物区分效果较好,红色建筑其次,水泥屋面的灰色建筑物提取精度相对较低。 展开更多
