Gas-liquid two-phase flow is ubiquitous in the process of oil and gas exploitation,gathering and transportation.Flow pattern,liquid holdup and pressure drop are important parameters in the process of gas-liquid two-phase flow,which are closely related to the smooth passage of the two-phase fluid in the pipe section.Although Mukherjee,Barnea and others have studied the conventional viscous gas-liquid two-phase flow for a long time at home and abroad,the overall experimental scope is not comprehensive enough and the early experimental conditions are limited.Therefore,there is still a lack of systematic experimental research and wellbore pressure for gas-liquid two-phase flow under the conditions of middle and high yield and high gas-liquid ratio in conventional viscosity,and the prediction accuracy is low.In view of this,this study carried out targeted systematic research,and from the flow pattern,liquid holdup and pressure drop aspects,established the relevant model,obtained a set of inclined wellbore gas-liquid two-phase pipe flow dynamic prediction method.At the same time,firstly,the model is tested by experimental data,and then the model is compared and verified by a number of field measured wells,which proves that the model is reliable and the prediction accuracy of wellbore pressure is high. 展开更多

In this work,we have developed a new method for manipulating and transferring up to 5 mm×10 mm epitaxial oxide thin films.The method involves fixing a PET frame onto a PMMA attachment film,enabling transfer of epitaxial films lifted-off by wet chemical etching of a Sr3Al2O6 sacrificial layer.The crystallinity,surface morphology,continuity,and purity of the films are all preserved in the transfer process.We demonstrate the applicability of our method for three different film compositions and structures of thickness~100 nm.Furthermore,we show that by using epitaxial nanocomposite films,lift-off yield is improved by~50% compared to plain epitaxial films and we ascribe this effect to the higher fracture toughness of the composites.This work shows important steps towards large-scale perovskite thin-film-based electronic device applications. 展开更多

In recent years,with the global climate change,the frequency and duration of high temperature in summer and autumn have increased,causing high temperature heat damage to summer crops such as rice and maize.From the end of July to early August is the main period of high temperature occurrence,during which the daily average temperature above 30℃is a high probability event,and even the highest temperature is above 38℃,while this period coincides with the booting-blooming-filling stage of the single-season middle rice in Jianghuai,especially the middle-season indica rice,so it often leads to the degradation of rice spikelets,pollen abortion,difficulty in pollen dispersion,and even difficulty in heading,resulting in a serious decline in the seed setting rate and poor filling of grains,which finally affect the yield and quality.Based on the goal of high-yielding high-quality rice cultivation,this paper proposed targeted technical measures for single-season middle rice from the aspects of planting time sequence optimization,selection of high-temperature-resistant varieties,population construction,fertilizer and water management technology,and how to compensate for the occurrence of unexpected disasters to promote plant growth.This study provides technical support for high-yielding high-quality stress-resistant and disaster-reducing rice cultivation technology. 展开更多

Screening of New High Quality and High Yield Sweet Potato Varieties in Zaozhuang of Shandong Province

[Objectives]To compare the growth period,dry matter content and yield of 12 different sweet potato varieties,so as to screen out new sweet potato varieties with high yield,high quality and high dry matter content suitable for cultivation in Zaozhuang of Shandong Province.[Methods]Field random arrangement,three replicates,and field observation were adopted,and data were surveyed and summarized.[Results]There were significant differences in the maturity period between varieties.Longshu 9,Hongxiangjiao,Sushu 8,Yanshu 25,and Yanshu 0747 in the fresh eating group were mature earlier,and Yuzi 7 was mature later;Xushu 32 in the starch group was mature earlier,while Xushu 22(ck),Shangshu 19,Jishu 25,and Jishu 98 had moderate maturity period,and Jixu 23 was mature later.The difference in the yield between the fresh eating group and the starch group reached a very significant level.In the fresh eating group,Yanshu 25 had the highest yield,followed by Longshu 9,and then Yanshu 0747;in the starch group,Jishu 98 had the highest yield,followed by Shangshu 19,and then Jixu 23.Besides,there were significant differences in the dry matter content between varieties.In the fresh eating group,Yuzi 7 had the highest dry matter content(30.4%),followed by Yanshu 25(28.1%),and then Yanshu 0747(28.1%);in the starch group,Xushu 32 had the highest dry matter content(33.6%),followed by Jishu 25(32%),and then Jishu 98(31.5%).[Conclusions]Combining the maturity period,yield,dry matter content,appearance,taste and unique ecological conditions in Zaozhuang area,the varieties suitable for cultivation in Zaozhuang area were screened:in the fresh eating group,it was Yanshu 25 and Longshu 9;in the starch group,it was Jishu 98,Shangshu 19,and Jixu 23. 展开更多

The mechanism of high yield of winter wheat in the field at late growth period was investigated by measuring the photosynthetic characteristics of photosystem II (PSII) and xanthophylls cycle, which could provide physiological reference for breeding. Weimai 8 (W8), a super high yield cultivar, and Lumai 14 (L14), a control cultivar were object. The photosynthetic rate (Pn), parameters of chlorophyll fluorescence and chlorophyll content were measured. The Pn, maximum photochemical efficiency of PSII (Fv/Fm), quantum yield of PSII electron transport ( PSII), efficiency of excitation energy capture by open PSII reaction centers (Fv′/Fm′), and photochemical quenching coefficient (qP) were higher in Weimai 8 compared to that in Lumai 14, a commercial high yield cultivar. Furthermore, Weimai 8 showed a lower nonphotochemical quenching coefficient and a lower de-epoxidized ratio of the xanthophyll cycle pigments than of Lumai 14 at late growth period. At mature stage, chlorophyll content of different leaves decreased both in Weimai 8 and Lumai 14. Chlorophyll content in flag, second and third leaf from the top of plant decreased more in Lumai 14 than in Weimai 8. These results suggested that Weimai 8 had more antenna pigments to absorb light energy, and had higher photosynthetic capability and photochemical efficiency of PSII. The yield of Weimai 8 was also higher than that of Lumai 14. 展开更多

A systematic approach was adopted to investigate the nutrient limiting factors in gray-brown purple soils and yellow soils derived from limestone in Chongqing, China, to study balanced fertilization for corn, sweet potato and wheat in rotation. The results showed that N, P and K were deficient in both soils, Cu, Mn, S andZn in the gray-brown purple soils and Ca, Mg, Mo and Zn for the yellow soils. Balanced fertilizer application increased yields of corn, sweet potato and wheat by 28.4%, 28.7% and 4.4%, respectively, as compared to the local farmers' practice. The systematic approach can be considered as one of the most efficient and reliable methods in fertility study. 展开更多

The effects of nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium application level, seed rate and transplanting density on the growth and development of rice plants were studied to find out nutrient status in high-yielding rice plants and to increase grain yield by adequate fertilization. There was an equilibrium relationship among nutrient elements for high-yielding rice plant populations. The equilibrium index of nutrient amount, content and distribution in high-yielding rice plants should be generally greater than-2 but less than 2. The optimum nutritive proportion of nitrogen: phosphorus: potassium assimilated by the plants was about 10: 2: 9 at the ripening stage. But the content and the proportion varied with the growth stages. Therefore, the nutrient in rice plant populations should be in a dynamic equilibrium, so as to achieve high yield. 展开更多

Cultivation for high yield showed that Denghai 6 had the great potential of increase yield. The average yield of two years was 12510kg/ha for 13.85ha, the highest grain yield (754.7m2) was 15477kg/ha. For a long time,the amount of fertilizer applied to peanuts in China has been much higher than that of other main peanut producing countries.At the same time of increasing production,chemical fertilizers have also brought many adverse effects,which have brought potential threats to the sustainable development of peanut production.While continuously increasing the yield,reducing the amount of chemical fertilizer has become an urgent problem to be solved in peanut production of China.Based on the research results of our team,this paper appropriately absorbed the latest research progress of chemical fertilizer reduction in related fields,and established the cultivation technique for peanut fertilizer reduction and high yield under different cultivation modes,to realize the synchronization of fertilizer reduction and yield increase for peanut production.The technique includes two parts:common technology and different cultivation mode fertilization schemes.The former includes crop rotation,proper deep tillage,application of organic fertilizer,selection of nutrient-efficient varieties,topdressing of foliar fertilizer,etc.,the latter includes film mulching spring peanut,continuous cropping field,acidified soil,peanuts interplanting with wheat,and summer direct sowing,etc.This technique provides a technical support for the chemical fertilizer reduction of peanut production in China. 展开更多

The idea behind this study is to show that using high yield genes from a wild tomato can enrich tomato breeding resources and accelerate tomato breeding programs. In this study, the near-isogenic line TA1229 containing a 24-cM introgression at the bottom of chromosome 1 from Lycopersicon acc. LA1777, affects several higher yield traits. The TA1229×9706 BC1 population was analyzed by marker-assisted selection and the traits of the population were evaluated. Twenty-three recombinant individuals that carried a shorter segment than TA1229 were obtained. Among them, 16 lines with the chromosome 1 recombinant segment can increase tomato yield and a QTL affecting yield was found between TG53 and TG158. Sixteen recombinant lines are useful to improve the tomato variety. 展开更多

The paper is to study the TCF bleaching of high-yield chemical pulp of NS-AQ aspen(digester yield 63.7%, Kappa number 37.3, brightness 50.0%ISO, intrinsic viscosity 1,340ml/g). Under the suitable conditions(oxygen pressure 0.6MPa, 85℃, 80min., NaOH 5%, MgSO4 0.3%, consistency 11%), oxygen delignification, can increase the brightness of pulp to 64.9%ISO, substantially decrease Kappa number to 9.11. Before the oxygen delignification pretreating pulp by acidic chelant(Qa)under conditions of pH 3.0, 30min, 40℃, DTPA 0.25%, consistency 15%, and after the Qa strengthening oxygen delignification by H2O2(Op, H2O2 2%)can increase the brightness of pulp to 77.1%ISO, decrease Kappa number and intrinsic viscosity to 6.36 and 984ml/g, respectively. After the Op, pretreat pulp by chelant once again(pH 6.0, 60℃, consistency 12%, other as the Qa), and following this pretreatment do bleach with 1% H2O2, namely using Qa-Op-Q-P bleaching sequence, resulting in the brightness 84.8%ISO, Kappa number 5.01, intrinsic viscosity 792ml/g, total bleaching loss 12.17% for bleached pulp. 展开更多
