A philosophy for the design of novel,lightweight,multi-layered armor,referred to as Composite Armor Philosophy(CAP),which can adapt to the passive protection of light-,medium-,and heavy-armored vehicles,is presented in this study.CAP can serve as a guiding principle to assist designers in comprehending the distinct roles fulfilled by each component.The CAP proposal comprises four functional layers,organized in a suggested hierarchy of materials.Particularly notable is the inclusion of a ceramic-composite principle,representing an advanced and innovative solution in the field of armor design.This paper showcases real-world defense industry applications,offering case studies that demonstrate the effectiveness of this advanced approach.CAP represents a significant milestone in the history of passive protection,marking an evolutionary leap in the field.This philosophical approach provides designers with a powerful toolset with which to enhance the protection capabilities of military vehicles,making them more resilient and better equipped to meet the challenges of modern warfare. 展开更多

The abalone shell,a composite material whose cross-section is composed of inorganic and organic layers,has high strength and toughness.Inspired by the abalone shell,several multi-layer composite plates with different layer sequences and thicknesses are studied as bullet-proof material in this paper.To investigate the ballistic performance of this multi-layer structure,the complete characterization model and related material parameters of large deformation,failure and fracture ofAl_(2)O_(3)ceramics andCarbon Fiber Reinforced Polymer(CFRP)are studied.Then,3D finite element models of the proposed composite plates with different layer sequences and thicknesses impacted by a 12.7 mm armor-piercing incendiary(API)are built using Abaqus to predict failure.The simulation results show that the CFRP/Al2O3 ceramic/Ultrahigh Molecular Weight Polyethylene(UHMWPE)/CFRP(1 mm/4 mm/4 mm/1 mm)composite is the optimized stack of layers.The simulation results under specified layer sequence and thickness have a reasonable correlation with the experimental results and reflect the failure and fracture of the multi-layer composite protective armor. 展开更多

针对某型装甲车辆动力总成中发动机右侧悬置易损坏,其寿命较其他3点悬置寿命更短的问题,开展了故障诊断测试。经测量动力总成悬置4点支撑位置上、下点振动加速度以及4个悬置系统垫块的支撑力数据并分析研究发现,悬置系统4个支撑点中发... 针对某型装甲车辆动力总成中发动机右侧悬置易损坏,其寿命较其他3点悬置寿命更短的问题,开展了故障诊断测试。经测量动力总成悬置4点支撑位置上、下点振动加速度以及4个悬置系统垫块的支撑力数据并分析研究发现,悬置系统4个支撑点中发动机右侧悬置支撑点垂直向隔振率最差,而该处悬置垂直支撑力较其他3位置悬置支撑力大。这正是该位置悬置系统寿命低的直接原因,最后根据测试分析结果提出了优化建议,建议从承重、发动机工作频率范围、悬置结构、形式及其刚度、阻尼、多向隔振要求上考虑对该型车辆的动力总成悬置系统进行优化,以提升动力总成悬置系统总体隔振效果。 展开更多

为了解决当前装甲战车校炮时空受限、精度低、过程复杂、无法现场原位校炮等问题,提出了一种基于光电自准直法的装甲战车原位校炮系统。基于镜炮一致性原理,设计校炮装置的机械结构;构建平行光管及其内部光路结构,利用光学自准直原理实... 为了解决当前装甲战车校炮时空受限、精度低、过程复杂、无法现场原位校炮等问题,提出了一种基于光电自准直法的装甲战车原位校炮系统。基于镜炮一致性原理,设计校炮装置的机械结构;构建平行光管及其内部光路结构,利用光学自准直原理实现模拟无穷远处虚拟靶标;建立校炮装置的误差模型,通过对误差模型进行分析与合成以评定校炮装置参数的精确性,确定装置允许的最大误差值;通过实验对系统性能进行了实际测试与验证。结果表明:利用所设计的误差模型,其校准误差最大不超过传统校炮方式的60%,且时间缩短了一半以上,符合设计要求,具有较强的稳定性。装甲战车原位校炮系统可应用于装甲战车校炮工作,提高校炮的效率及精度、实现现场原位校准,为装甲战车校炮提供了一种新方法、新思路。 展开更多

目的:研究白虎加人参汤(BHJRS)对2型糖尿病(T2DM)模型大鼠抗氧化应激的作用,并初步探讨其作用机制。方法:随机取8只SD大鼠作为对照组(NC组),其余SD大鼠采用高脂高糖联合低剂量腹腔注射STZ(45 mg/kg)制备T2DM大鼠模型。将成模大鼠随机分... 目的:研究白虎加人参汤(BHJRS)对2型糖尿病(T2DM)模型大鼠抗氧化应激的作用,并初步探讨其作用机制。方法:随机取8只SD大鼠作为对照组(NC组),其余SD大鼠采用高脂高糖联合低剂量腹腔注射STZ(45 mg/kg)制备T2DM大鼠模型。将成模大鼠随机分为模型(DM)组、阳性药[盐酸二甲双胍(Met),200 mg/kg]组、BHJRS高剂量组(BHJRS-H,BHJRS溶液37.8 g/kg)、BHJRS低剂量组(BHJRS-L,BHJRS溶液18.9 g/kg),连续给药8周。测定各组大鼠第0、2、4、6、8周空腹血糖(FBG),检测糖化血红蛋白(HbAlc)、胰岛素(INS)、丙二醛(MDA)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)水平并计算ISI值,观察胰腺组织病理学形态变化;检测胰腺组织中B淋巴细胞瘤-2基因(Bcl-2)、胱天蛋白酶3(Caspase-3)、Bcl-2相关X蛋白(Bax)的mRNA和蛋白水平;检测胰腺组织中蛋白激酶B(AKT)/糖原合成激酶-3β(GSK-3β)/核因子NF-E2相关因子(Nrf2)信号通路关键蛋白的表达。结果:与DM组比较,Met组、BHJRS-H组和BHJRS-L组显著降低T2DM大鼠FBG、血清中HbAlc、MDA水平(P<0.05),显著升高血清中INS、CAT、SOD、GSH-Px水平和ISI值(P<0.05);显著上调胰腺组织中p-AKT/AKT、p-GSK-3β/GSK-3β、n-Nrf2、血红素加氧酶-1(HO-1)水平(P<0.05),显著下调Bax/Bcl-2、Caspase-3、n-Fyn水平(P<0.05),胰腺组织病理变化均不同程度改善。结论:BHJRS对胰腺组织有一定的抗氧化应激作用,其原因可能在于调节AKT/GSK-3β/Nrf2信号通路中相关蛋白的表达有关。 展开更多

利用气体保护电弧焊工艺完成了4.5 mm和9.0 mm超高强装甲钢的焊接,研究了焊丝(MG70S-6和ER307Si焊丝)成分对接头组织与性能的影响,通过光学显微镜(OM)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、能谱分析(EDS)、X射线衍射(XRD)等表征方法对焊接接头各区域... 利用气体保护电弧焊工艺完成了4.5 mm和9.0 mm超高强装甲钢的焊接,研究了焊丝(MG70S-6和ER307Si焊丝)成分对接头组织与性能的影响,通过光学显微镜(OM)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、能谱分析(EDS)、X射线衍射(XRD)等表征方法对焊接接头各区域进行微观组织和物相结构的分析,并测试了接头的硬度分布、拉伸性能和冲击韧性。结果表明,焊接接头成形质量良好,无明显未熔合、气孔、裂纹等缺陷,焊缝区组织为片状马氏体、针状铁素体和少量粒状贝氏体,完全淬火区组织为马氏体和贝氏体,不完全淬火区组织为马氏体和铁素体,回火区析出网状渗碳体。焊接接头的热影响区软化现象较为明显,接头难以达到与母材等强,断裂主要发生在焊缝区,呈现出脆性断裂特征。采用ER307Si焊丝焊接的9.0 mm装甲钢接头的焊缝室温冲击功达到94 J,完全满足使用要求。 展开更多

在柔性管运输、铺设安装和服役过程中,由于其抗拉铠装层钢带为柔性细长螺旋结构,当外部载荷超过临界值时,抗拉铠装层钢带容易发生屈曲失效。考虑非线性材料、几何大变形、层间接触和摩擦等非线性效应的影响,运用ABAQUS有限元软件建立了6... 在柔性管运输、铺设安装和服役过程中,由于其抗拉铠装层钢带为柔性细长螺旋结构,当外部载荷超过临界值时,抗拉铠装层钢带容易发生屈曲失效。考虑非线性材料、几何大变形、层间接触和摩擦等非线性效应的影响,运用ABAQUS有限元软件建立了63.5mm典型非黏结柔性管8层完整结构模型,研究了在抗拉铠装层不同层间摩擦系数的情况下,非黏结柔性管在轴向压缩载荷作用下的力学性能和屈曲失效模式。研究结果表明,层间摩擦系数对非黏结柔性管的抗压刚度和抗拉铠装层屈曲失效模式有较大影响,层间摩擦系数以0.1和0.2为分界点,抗压刚度和屈曲失效模式均呈现出“三段式”变化规律。研究成果可为海洋非黏结柔性管的结构设计和屈曲失效评估提供技术参考。 展开更多
