This paper primarily discusses the main circuit of single-phase inverter circuits.It begins by introducing the research context and the significance of the subject,then discusses the topology of grid-connected single-phase inverter circuits,continues by discussing the control strategy for grid-connected single-phase inverter circuits,realizes a sinusoidal pulse width modulation(SPWM)signal generation circuit and an inverse control algorithm program,and finally ensures good output waveform and fast dynamic response.In view of the hysteresis feature of the grid voltage’s synchronous signal sampling circuit,the acquisition function in digital signal processing(DSP)control chips is applied,and the reasons for the hysteresis phenomenon are thoroughly investigated.The reliability of the SPWM control algorithm is revealed through the results. 展开更多

Groove modeling and digital simulation for intersecting structures of circular tubes based on coplanarity of vectors

In order to establish the groove model for intersecting structures of circular tubes,mathematical model of the intersecting line is established by the method of analytic geometry,and parametric equations are thus determined.The dihedral angle,groove angle and actual cutting angle for any position of the intersecting line are derived as well.In order to identify groove vectors for two pipes,a new analytical method,i.e.coplanarity of vectors,is further proposed to complete the groove model.The established model is virtually verified by programming and simulation calculation in the MATLAB environment.The results show that groove vectors of intersecting structures simulated by MATLAB are consistent with the theoretical groove model,indicating that the theoretical groove model established in this paper is accurate,and further proves that the proposed coplanarity of vectors for solving groove vectors is correct and feasible.Finally,a graphical user interface(GUI)is developed by MATLAB software to independently realize functions such as model drawing,variable calculation and data output.The research outcome provides a theoretical foundation for the actual welding of circular intersecting structures,and lays an essential basis for weld bead layout and path planning. 展开更多

The inverted pendulum is a classic problem in dynamics and control theory and is widely used as a benchmark for testing control algorithms. This paper studies the use of fuzzy control method to study the stability control problem of a triple inverted pendulum system. By the linear model of the system, the feedback weight matrix of the LQR optimal control and the feedback parameters of the linear optimal control are designed to determine the parameters of the fuzzy controller. The simulation results show that the proposed method can achieve the stability control of the three stage inverted pendulum, and has good dynamic performance with simple parameter selection. 展开更多

By constructing the evolutionary game model among the government,enterprises and consumers,the paper analyzes the condition that the profit and loss relationship of the game subjects and their behavior strategies reach the stable state in the green technology innovation system,and uses MATLAB to conduct data simulation analysis.The results show that the government,enterprises and consumers have path-dependent behavior choices.The larger the government incentive coefficient and subsidy coefficient is not the better,but the larger the subsidy and subsidy coefficient will hinder the green technology innovation.Government punitive measures will promote green technology innovation,but high innovation subsidies will restrain the government’s environmental regulation.Therefore,the government should further improve environmental regulation policies,increase enterprises’enthusiasm for green technology innovation and consumers’acceptance of green products,and promote the development of green technology innovation. 展开更多

In this paper, </span><span style="font-family:Verdana;">mathematical</span><span style="font-family:Verdana;"> model for a Colinear Ohmic Heater is presented, analyzed, and studied based on the selected configuration. A numerical solution for the mathematical equations has been defined and proposed. MATLAB/Simulink model is hence developed and validated against the available data. Simulation results have shown that </span><span style="font-family:Verdana;">MATLAB</span><span style="font-family:Verdana;">/Simulink model can produce robust outputs at low computational costs with an accuracy of up to 99.6% in comparison to the analytical solution. In a context of climate change exacerbated by the increasing scarcity of fossil fuels, renewable energies, in particular photovoltaic solar energy, offer a promising alternative. Solar energy is non-polluting, globally available and the most widely distributed resource on Earth. However, the intermittency of this energy source considerably limits its expansion. To solve this problem, storage techniques are being used, in particular, electrochemical storage using lithium-ion batteries. In this article, we will evaluate the performance of lithium-ion batteries when integrated into a photovoltaic grid. To do this, modelling and simulation of a photovoltaic system connected to a lithium-ion battery storage system will be carried out using MATLAB/Simulink software. A diagnostic of the energy consumption of the Kaya Polytechnic University Centre will be carried out, and the data will then be used in the simulator to observe the behaviour of the PV-Lion system. The results obtained indicate that lithium-ion batteries can effectively meet the centre’s energy demand. In addition, it was observed that lithium-ion batteries perform better under high energy demand than the other battery technologies studied. Successive storage systems with the same capacity but different battery technologies were compared. It was found that these storage systems can handle a maximum power of 4 × 10<sup>5</sup> W for lead-acid batteries, 6.5 × 10<sup>5</sup> W for nickel-cadmium batteries, 8.5 × 10<sup>5</sup> W for nickel-metal-hydride batteries, and more than 10 × 10<sup>5</sup> W for lithium-ion technology. 展开更多

Positioning-control Based on Trapezoidal Velocity Curve for High-precision Basis Weight Control Valve 被引量:3

Therefore, it is difficult for the valve to match the control precision of basis weight. Dynamic simulation research using Matlab/Simulink indicates that there is much more overshoot and fluctuating during the valve-positioning process. In order to improve the valve-positioning precision, the control method of trapezoidal velocity curve was studied. The simulation result showed that the positioning steady-state error was less than 0.0056%, whereas the peak error was less than 0.016% by using trapezoidal velocity curve at 10 positioning steps. A valve-positioning precision experimental device for the stepper motor of basis weight control valve was developed. The experiment results showed that the error ratio of 1/10000 positioning steps was 4% by using trapezoidal velocity curve. Furthermore, the error ratio of 10/10000 positioning steps was 0.5%. It proved that the valve-positioning precision of trapezoidal velocity curve was much higher than that of the constant frequency pulse signal control strategy. The new control method of trapezoidal velocity curve can satisfy the precision requirement of 10000 steps. 展开更多

The simulationmodel is built by Matlab/Simulink, the battery and super-capacitor are supplied to the system through a three-phase interleaved DC/DCconverter, the fuse and disconnector switch combination are used as the protection device, and the short-circuit point is set betweeneach branch and the DC distribution board, performing short-circuit simulation. This paper also proposes a short-circuit calculationmethod for super-capacitors based on the simplified model of series RC (Resistors & Capacitors), and verifies its correctness throughsimulation data. The results show that the introduction of a three-phase interleaved DC/DC converter reduces the current ripple andmakes the system control more convenient;short-circuit calculation and simulation have determined the short-circuit withstandcapability of the DC distribution board, and verified the feasibility of the fuse selection method and the short-circuit calculation methodof the super-capacitor. This provides reliable verification for the application and calculation of the actual project. 展开更多

Electrode down-time is an important factor affecting the efficiency and stability of electrical discharge machining(EDM) process. In the research, a way of simulating the regulation of the electrode down-time in an EDM adaptive control system has been studied. All the simulations are performed on Matlab. The simulation results demonstrate that this adaptive controller by regulating electrode down-time can direct the gap state to follow the specified reference gap state with or without disturbances. Finally, the adaptive control scheme is also validated by experiments. The significance of the simulation of an EDM adaptive control system lies on the fact that it provides a convenient way to guide the actual production and provides a new study method for the research of EDM control strategy with no regard of experimental conditions. 展开更多
