Accompanied with the change of the situation in both sides, the nature and subject of Chinese society's management in Japan had shifted accordingly. That is, the transition from autonomy to governance had taken place, behind which was hidden by the shift of attitude that the defensive and vigilant mood replaced the hospitality and trust as to the Chinese, even the shift of ideology from a positive model to an uncivilized country as to China.
