Continuous-Time Channel Prediction Based on Tensor Neural Ordinary Differential Equation

Channel prediction is critical to address the channel aging issue in mobile scenarios.Existing channel prediction techniques are mainly designed for discrete channel prediction,which can only predict the future channel in a fixed time slot per frame,while the other intra-frame channels are usually recovered by interpolation.However,these approaches suffer from a serious interpolation loss,especially for mobile millimeter-wave communications.To solve this challenging problem,we propose a tensor neural ordinary differential equation(TN-ODE)based continuous-time channel prediction scheme to realize the direct prediction of intra-frame channels.Specifically,inspired by the recently developed continuous mapping model named neural ODE in the field of machine learning,we first utilize the neural ODE model to predict future continuous-time channels.To improve the channel prediction accuracy and reduce computational complexity,we then propose the TN-ODE scheme to learn the structural characteristics of the high-dimensional channel by low-dimensional learnable transform.Simulation results show that the proposed scheme is able to achieve higher intra-frame channel prediction accuracy than existing schemes. 展开更多

The peridynamics(PD),as a promising nonlocal continuum mechanics theory,shines in solving discontinuous problems.Up to now,various numerical methods,such as the peridynamic mesh-free particlemethod(PD-MPM),peridynamic finite element method(PD-FEM),and peridynamic boundary element method(PD-BEM),have been proposed.PD-BEM,in particular,outperforms other methods by eliminating spurious boundary softening,efficiently handling infinite problems,and ensuring high computational accuracy.However,the existing PD-BEM is constructed exclusively for bond-based peridynamics(BBPD)with fixed Poisson’s ratio,limiting its applicability to crack propagation problems and scenarios involving infinite or semi-infinite problems.In this paper,we address these limitations by introducing the boundary element method(BEM)for ordinary state-based peridynamics(OSPD-BEM).Additionally,we present a crack propagationmodel embeddedwithin the framework ofOSPD-BEM to simulate crack propagations.To validate the effectiveness of OSPD-BEM,we conduct four numerical examples:deformation under uniaxial loading,crack initiation in a double-notched specimen,wedge-splitting test,and threepoint bending test.The results demonstrate the accuracy and efficiency of OSPD-BEM,highlighting its capability to successfully eliminate spurious boundary softening phenomena under varying Poisson’s ratios.Moreover,OSPDBEMsignificantly reduces computational time and exhibits greater consistencywith experimental results compared to PD-MPM. 展开更多

An entirely new framework is established for developing various single- and multi-step formulations for the numerical integration of ordinary differential equations. Besides polynomials, unconventional base-functions with trigonometric and exponential terms satisfying different conditions are employed to generate a number of formulations. Performances of the new schemes are tested against well-known numerical integrators for selected test cases with quite satisfactory results. Convergence and stability issues of the new formulations are not addressed as the treatment of these aspects requires a separate work. The general approach introduced herein opens a wide vista for producing virtually unlimited number of formulations. 展开更多

HyperCoal was prepared from low-rank coal via high-temperature solvent extraction with N-methylpyrrolidone as an extraction solvent and a liquid-to-solid ratio of 50 mL/g in a high-temperature and high-pressure reactor. When HyperCoal was used as a binder and pulverized coal was used as the raw material, the compressive strength of the hot-pressed briquettes(each with a diameter of 20 mm and mass of 5 g) under different conditions was studied using a hot-pressing mold and a high-temperature furnace. The compressive strength of the hot-pressed briquettes was substantially improved and reached 436 N when the holding time period was 15 min, the hot-pressing temperature was 673 K, and the HyperCoal content, was 15 wt%. Changes in the carbonaceous structure, as reflected by the intensity ratio between the Raman G-and D-bands(IG/ID), strongly affected the compressive strength of hot-pressed briquettes prepared at different hot-pressing temperatures. Compared with cold-pressed briquettes, hot-pressed briquettes have many advantages, including high compressive strength, low ash content, high moisture resistance, and good thermal stability; thus, we expect that hot-pressed briquettes will have broad application prospects. 展开更多

Experimental results indicated that the porosity in Al2O3/TiC/ Ni/Mo (hereafter called AI2O3/TiC composite) composite compacts decreases by 6% after adopting this new technique, compared to traditional hot-pressing technique under the same sintering temperature. The flexural strength and Vicker hardness increase from 883 MPa to 980 MPa and from 16 GPa to 21.1 GPa, respectively. A theoretical model was given to analyze the densification mechanism of the composite in the process of repetitious-hot-pressing. 展开更多

With the rapid development of rural tourism in China, more and more rural households operate a rural tourism business. The purpose of this study is to understand the energy consumption characteristic of ordinary rural households (ORHs) and rural tourism households (RTHs) in the mountainous area and islands area in Zhejiang province. 225 households were surveyed, including 185 ORHs and 40 RTHs, based on a field survey in Quzhou (mountainous area) and Zhoushan (islands area). Results reveal that energy consumption of ORHs is low, but energy comsumption of RTHs is high, about 3 to 5 times higher than that of ORHs. Given the results, the government and RTHs should pay more attention to take measures to reduce energy comsumption. Meanwhile, the factors affecting households’ energy consumption are also analyzed. Energy consumption of ORHs is affected by frequently used area, family income level and permanent population. Then energy consumption of RTHs is mainly related to the total building area, number of air conditioner (AC), number of guestrooms and family income level. 展开更多

The Nd-Fe-B magnets are pre-sintered and then processed with hot-pressing,and the resulting magnets are called the hot-pressed pretreated(HPP)magnets.The coercivity of the HPP magnets increases as the annealed temperature increases.When the annealing temperature is 900℃,the coercivity of the magnet is only 17.6 kOe(1 Oe=79.5775 A·m^-1),but when the annealing temperature rises up to 1060℃,the coercivity of the magnet reaches 23.53 kOe,which is remarkably increased by 33.7%.The microstructure analysis indicates that the grain surface of the HPP magnet becomes smoother as the annealed temperature increases.The microstructure factorαis changed according to the intrinsic coercivity model formula.Theαof the magnet at 900℃is only 0.578,but it is 0.825 at 1060℃.Microstructural optimization is due mainly to the increase of coercivity of the HPP magnet. 展开更多

The results indicated that the densification process of n-Mg2Si exhibited three linear segments: p〈0.3 GPa, 0.3 GPa〈p〈1.2 GPa, and p〉1.2 GPa determined by Heckel formula, among which the third fast increasing segment in high pressure range p〉1.2 GPa has seldom been reported in conventional coarse-grained polycrystalline materials. Nevertheless, in the whole pressure range (0.125-1.500 GPa) investigated the densification behavior of n-Mg2Si can be well described by a Kawakita formula p/C=(1/a)p+ 1/(ab) with constant α=0.452 being in good agreement with the initial porosity of the compact. 展开更多

[Objectives]To study the effects of different proportions of controlled release urea and ordinary urea on peanut yield.[Methods]A total of 5 treatments were set up according to different proportions of controlled release urea and ordinary urea,randomly arranged in blocks and repeated 3 times.[Results]The test results of field districts showed that different proportions of controlled release urea and conventional urea had different effects on peanut yield.On the basis of applying 50 kg/666.7 m^(2)of calcium superphosphate and 17 kg/666.7 m^(2)of potassium sulfate,13.34 kg/666.7 m^(2)of pure nitrogen was applied.The optimal ratio of controlled release urea to ordinary urea was 75:25,followed by 50:50.The output was 379.83 and 371.83 kg/666.7 m^(2),separately increased by 6.74%and 4.50%compared to the application of ordinary urea.[Conclusions]The combined application of controlled release urea and ordinary urea in peanuts can significantly increase peanut yield compared to just applying ordinary urea. 展开更多

基于Ordinary Kriging方法的京津冀地区降水量空间分布研究

工匠精神是我国从制造业大国走向制造业强国的支撑和关键,也是当代大学生不可或缺的精神品质。通过对河北省5所普通本科院校和8所高职专科院校1 028名学生工匠精神现状的调研分析发现,大学生对弘扬和培育工匠精神有较高认同感;大多数学... 工匠精神是我国从制造业大国走向制造业强国的支撑和关键,也是当代大学生不可或缺的精神品质。通过对河北省5所普通本科院校和8所高职专科院校1 028名学生工匠精神现状的调研分析发现,大学生对弘扬和培育工匠精神有较高认同感;大多数学校能够将工匠精神培育融入教育教学体系。但现阶段仍存在大学生群体对工匠精神的内涵认知不全面,高校工匠精神培养模式较为单一,普通本科院校学生对工匠精神的认知均值略低于高职专科院校学生,高职专科院校比普通本科院校更重视工匠精神的培育等问题。提升当代大学生工匠精神,应从“工匠精神认知提升”“工匠精神培育”“工匠精神与职业引导”“工匠精神从校园到企业的延伸”四个层面,发挥政府、社会、学校、企业、家庭和个人的协同作用,形成工匠精神的培育机制,完善工匠精神的培育体系。 展开更多

纳米硅溶胶−EVA−粉煤灰水泥基复合浆材配比正交优化及对其物性的影响

针对传统水泥基浆材不能满足煤矿大变形巷道注浆加固实际需求的难题,通过添加纳米硅溶胶、乙烯−醋酸乙烯共聚物(EVA)和粉煤灰对普通硅酸盐水泥进行改性获得高性能复合浆材。采用正交试验和极差分析法系统研究复合浆材物理力学性能的变... 针对传统水泥基浆材不能满足煤矿大变形巷道注浆加固实际需求的难题,通过添加纳米硅溶胶、乙烯−醋酸乙烯共聚物(EVA)和粉煤灰对普通硅酸盐水泥进行改性获得高性能复合浆材。采用正交试验和极差分析法系统研究复合浆材物理力学性能的变化规律,确定最优配比,并进一步分析最优配比复合浆材与纯水泥的物性差异,构建复合浆材的水化反应机理模型,阐明其加固破碎岩石的力学特性。研究结果表明,复合浆材最优配比为:水灰比0.7,粉煤灰掺量15%,硅溶胶掺量2%,EVA掺量7.5%;相较于纯水泥,复合浆材流变性略有下降,但浆液稳定性、力学性能等均有显著提升,初凝时间缩短了38.9%,终凝时间缩短了53.8%,析水率降低了60%,结石率提高了3.3%,单轴抗压强度提高了39.1%,抗拉强度提高了97.2%,拉压比提高了41.7%;硅溶胶和粉煤灰在不同时期与Ca(OH)2发生火山灰反应生成更多水化硅酸钙(C-S-H)和水化铝酸钙(CA-H),促进复合浆材的水化反应,并加速EVA成膜,使结石体更加致密;复合浆材注入量和胶结体单轴抗压强度均随注浆压力的增大而增加,随Talbot指数的增加,抗压强度先增大后减小,破坏形式多呈鼓状,剪胀变形明显;当注浆压力大于2 MPa,Talbot指数为0.5时,胶结体强度较大,破坏较小。本研究为水泥基复合浆材早期强度、增韧改性提供了可行途径。 展开更多

基于星载激光雷达数据的森林地上生物量估算方法比较

近年来,星载激光雷达数据已被广泛用于大尺度森林地上生物量估计,但由于其激光光斑采样点不连续,通常使其需要与辅助数据相结合来估算森林地上生物量的连续分布,且估算方法仍存在许多不确定性。研究以祁连山国家公园为样本,结合星载激... 近年来,星载激光雷达数据已被广泛用于大尺度森林地上生物量估计,但由于其激光光斑采样点不连续,通常使其需要与辅助数据相结合来估算森林地上生物量的连续分布,且估算方法仍存在许多不确定性。研究以祁连山国家公园为样本,结合星载激光雷达ICESat/GLAS数据、Landsat OLI数据和样地调查数据建立了3种基于非参数化算法(普通克里金插值(Ordinary Kriging,OK),支持向量回归(Support Vector regression,SVR)和随机森林(Random forest,RF))的森林地上生物量估算模型,以森林资源清查数据独立验证各模型估计精度。结果发现:3种模型的均方根误差(RMSE)从低到高依次为SVR(19.053 t·hm^(-2))、RF(21.074 t·hm^(-2))和OK(26.362 t·hm^(-2)),平均相对误差(MRE)从低到高依次为SVR(31.890%)、RF(33.314%)和OK(55.398%),且除OK模型外,SVR与RF模型的总体相对误差(TRE)都在可接受的范围内。进一步对SVR与RF模型生成的森林地上生物量空间分布的准确性进行验证,发现相较RF模型,SVR模型生成的森林地上生物量空间分布与森林资源清查数据更为接近。SVR森林地上生物量估计模型在数量精度和分布精度上都表现更优。结果可为今后基于星载激光雷达数据的森林地上生物量估算提供借鉴。 展开更多

拉铆钉因其良好的防松动、抗疲劳和防腐性能以及较强的环境适应性等特点而被广泛应用于航空航天、轨道交通、桥梁建筑等领域。为解决光伏支架中螺栓连接易发生疲劳的问题,现研究一种国产新型拉铆钉的轴向疲劳性能,用以代替普通螺栓连接... 拉铆钉因其良好的防松动、抗疲劳和防腐性能以及较强的环境适应性等特点而被广泛应用于航空航天、轨道交通、桥梁建筑等领域。为解决光伏支架中螺栓连接易发生疲劳的问题,现研究一种国产新型拉铆钉的轴向疲劳性能,用以代替普通螺栓连接进而提高光伏支架的疲劳寿命。对LMY8和LMY10小规格拉铆钉及同规格的普通螺栓进行了轴向荷载作用下的静力试验和疲劳试验,并利用ABAQUS软件进行了拉铆钉铆接过程的模拟,利用FE-Safe软件对拉铆钉疲劳寿命进行了模拟。研究结果表明:在同样条件下,铆钉的疲劳性能优于普通螺栓的疲劳性能;拉铆钉在轴向荷载作用下的疲劳断口位于套环和锁紧环槽啮合的第一圈螺纹处,此处应力集中是拉铆钉发生疲劳失效的主要原因;拉铆钉的疲劳寿命会随着最小荷载的增大而提高,随最大荷载的增大而降低;由疲劳云图可知,拉铆钉在承受轴向循环荷载作用时,铆钉头部下方R角过渡处也会产生较大的应力,此区域也是易发生疲劳失效的部位。 展开更多
