Block copolymers with different backbone compositions have been prepared by the condensation of dimethylamino terminated poly(dimethylsiloxane) (PDMS) and hydroquinone terminated poly(phthalazinone ether nitrile) (PPEN) in the presence of chlorobenzcne/N-methyl pyrrolidone (NMP) as solvents. The products were characterized by FTIR, ^1H NMR and gel permeation chromatography. Differential scanning calorimetry analysis indicated that the block copolymers showed separated microphase. 展开更多

A series of novel poly(aryl ether nitrile)s containing phthalazinone moiety were synthesized by the nucleophilic displacement reaction of bisphenol-like monomers (I) with 2,6-difluorobenzonitrile. The inherent viscosities ranged from 0.46 to 1.07 dL g^-1. The glass transition temperatures were in the range of 277-295℃, and the temperatures for 10% weight loss in nitrogen atmosphere were found between 495 and 527 ℃. The structures of these resultant polymers were confirmed by FT-IR and 1^H NMR. Moreover, the properties of poly(aryl ether nitrile)s including solubility and crystallinity were also studied. 展开更多

Chloromethylated poly(phthalazinone ether sulfone ketone) (CMPPESK) was prepared from poly(phthalazinone ether sulfone ketone) (PPESK) using chloromethyl octyl ethers (CMOE) with lower toxicity as chloromethylated regent. CMPPESK was soluble in N-methyl-2-pyrrolidone (NMP), N,N-dimethylacetamide (DMAc) and chloroform. Quaternized poly(phthalazinone ether sulfone ketone) (QAPPESK) was prepared from CMPPESK by quaternization. QAPPESK had excellent solvent resistance, which was only partly soluble in sulfuric acid (98%) and swollen in N,N-dimethylformamide (DMF). The vanadium redox flow battery (V-RFB) using QAPPESK anion-exchange membrane had better performance with 88.3% of overall energy efficiency. 展开更多

The ^-Mw values of these copolymers were between 38,330 and 67,900. The glass transition temperatures (Tg) and 5% decomposition temperatures were ranged in 253-269 ℃ and 488-500 ℃, respectively, The structures of these copolymers were confirmed by FT-IR and ^1H NMR. Based on several unsymmetrical, twist, noncoplanar phthalazinone-containing monomers 2a-2e and an active bis(4-fluorophenyl)phenyl phosphine oxide (BFPPO) monomer, a series of novel poly(phthalazinone ether phosphine oxide)s (PPEPO) was synthesized by anhydrous K2CO3 mediated N-C coupling reaction in DMAc. The polymers exhibited good thermal properties with Tgs ranging from 267℃ to 306℃ and 5% weight loss temperatures in nitrogen higher than 430℃, together with high char yield upon prolonged heating at 800℃ (35%-56%). Moreover, the polymers were readily soluble in common organic solvents, such as N-methyl-2-pyrrolidone, chloroform and m-cresol. These polymers had inherent viscosities in the range of 0.45-0.72 dL/g and could be cast into flexible and colorless films by spin coating or casting approach. 展开更多

Dielectric energy storage materials that are extensively employed in capacitors and other electronic devices have attracted increasing attentions amid the rapid progress of electronic technology.However,the commercialized polymeric and ceramic dielectric materials characterized by low energy storage density face numerous limitations in practical applications.In this study,we report the simultaneous enhancement of dielectric properties of poly(arylene ether nitrile)(PEN)through the incorporating of sulfonated PEN(SPEN)modified barium titanate nanorods(BTNR)(SPEN@BTNR)and hot-stretching.BTNR is synthesized using a two-step hydrothermal method,aminated with KH550,and then reacted with SPEN to form the cladding-modified SPEN@BTNR.Due to the intrinsic high permittivity of barium titanate(BT)and enhanced compatibility between SPEN@BTNR and PEN stemming from the cladding of SPEN,the dielectric constant and breakdown strength of SPEN@BTNR/PEN composite are as high as 14.0 at 103 Hz and 198.1 kV/mm at the doping amount of 15 wt.%,respectively.As a result,the energy storage density of SPEN@BTNR/PEN is increased to 2.43 J/cm^(3),compared with that of 0.82 J/cm^(3)for PEN.In addition,derived from the rearrangement of SPEN@BTNR and orientation of PEN after hot-stretching,the dielectric constant and breakdown strength of SPEN@BTNR/PEN with 15 wt.%fillers are further enhanced to 17.1 and 204.8 kV/mm,respectively,resulting in an energy storage density of 3.36 J/cm^(3).The boosting of energy storage density up to 310%provides a new idea for improving the performances of dielectric energy storage materials. 展开更多

The structures of diamine and polymers obtained were confirmed by MS, PT-IR, WAXD and ^1H-NMR. 通过动态硼氧键和氢键的共价/非共价协同增强的方法制备了动态硼氧键交联聚芳醚腈(PEN-COOH-B_(3)O_(3))/聚乙烯吡咯烷酮(PVPON)复合材料。并用万能拉伸试验机,差示扫描量热仪等仪器手段对复合材料的力学性能,形状记忆功能,热稳定性,自... 通过动态硼氧键和氢键的共价/非共价协同增强的方法制备了动态硼氧键交联聚芳醚腈(PEN-COOH-B_(3)O_(3))/聚乙烯吡咯烷酮(PVPON)复合材料。并用万能拉伸试验机,差示扫描量热仪等仪器手段对复合材料的力学性能,形状记忆功能,热稳定性,自愈合性能和循环回收性能进行了一系列表征与研究。利用PEN-COOH-B_(3)O_(3)/PVPON之间的氢键作用制备的复合材料强度可达102.5 MPa,弹性模量达3455.7 MPa,玻璃化转变温度T_(g)达180.3℃。动态硼氧键的加入使得复合材料具有优异的溶剂辅助自修复和回收性能,在经过常温(25℃)自愈合24 h后愈合效率达98.7%,经历五次循环回收力学性能无损失。同时,利用动态硼氧键的刺激响应性,该复合材料表现出良好的形状记忆行为。 展开更多

分别采用溶液浸渍法及真空热压成型法制备了连续碳纤维增强含杂萘联苯结构聚芳醚酮(CF/PPEK)预浸料和复合材料,对不同成型温度制备的复合材料进行了超声相控阵和三维X射线显微镜(XRM)无损检测,利用旋转流变仪、电子万能试验机、动态力... 分别采用溶液浸渍法及真空热压成型法制备了连续碳纤维增强含杂萘联苯结构聚芳醚酮(CF/PPEK)预浸料和复合材料,对不同成型温度制备的复合材料进行了超声相控阵和三维X射线显微镜(XRM)无损检测,利用旋转流变仪、电子万能试验机、动态力学分析仪(DMA)、红外光谱仪(FT-IR)、扫描电镜(SEM)、金相显微镜对CF/PPEK复合材料进行了表征,系统研究了成型温度对纤维的浸润质量以及复合材料孔隙率、弯曲行为和层间剪切性能的影响,通过力学性能分析和断口形貌表征研究了断裂机理及缺陷对其性能产生的影响。试验结果表明:成型温度为350℃时,CF/PPEK复合材料的弯曲模量和层间剪切强度分别为125 GPa和64 MPa;成型温度为360℃时,CF/PPEK复合材料的缺陷最少,弯曲强度可达1376 MPa;而370℃高温下,复合材料出现明显缺陷,各方面性能急剧下降。 展开更多

在杂萘联苯聚芳醚酮(PPEK)与银粉掺杂制备的复合材料表面造孔后,采用银离子催化表面自由基聚合法制备聚丙烯酸/丙烯酰胺水凝胶涂层。通过傅里叶变换红外光谱仪、钨灯丝扫描电子显微镜、X射线光电子能谱仪等对水凝胶涂层的结构与性能进... 在杂萘联苯聚芳醚酮(PPEK)与银粉掺杂制备的复合材料表面造孔后,采用银离子催化表面自由基聚合法制备聚丙烯酸/丙烯酰胺水凝胶涂层。通过傅里叶变换红外光谱仪、钨灯丝扫描电子显微镜、X射线光电子能谱仪等对水凝胶涂层的结构与性能进行表征,并研究水凝胶涂层改性PPEK的抑菌作用及其细胞相容性。结果表明:PPEK表面造孔后,涂层与基体材料的结合能从185.83 J/m^(2)提高到926.26 J/m^(2);该水凝胶涂层对大肠杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌的抑菌率达到95%以上,且无细胞毒性,扩大了PPEK在医疗卫生领域的应用。 展开更多

以酚酞基聚芳醚腈酮(PEK-CN)为基体树脂,氮化硼(BN)为导热填料,采用粉末共混法和高温模压法制备了PEK-CN/BN导热复合材料,探究了BN粒径大小及粒径复配对PEK-CN/BN复合材料导热性能和热力学性能的影响。BN的添加能有效提升PEK-CN/BN复合... 以酚酞基聚芳醚腈酮(PEK-CN)为基体树脂,氮化硼(BN)为导热填料,采用粉末共混法和高温模压法制备了PEK-CN/BN导热复合材料,探究了BN粒径大小及粒径复配对PEK-CN/BN复合材料导热性能和热力学性能的影响。BN的添加能有效提升PEK-CN/BN复合材料的导热性能,当BN质量分数为30%时,复合材料的导热系数随BN粒径的增大呈现先减小后增大的趋势。当BN粒径为20μm时,导热系数达到最大值0.708 W/(m·K),较纯PEK-CN提高约83.3%。将粒径为10和2.6μm的BN按照质量配比3∶2制备的复合材料,其导热系数的最大值为0.961 W/(m·K),是纯PEK-CN导热系数的3.83倍,复合材料的导热性能得到显著增强。 展开更多
