Research on ideological and political education in public basic courses of colleges and universities has been recognized as a crucial means of enhancing the quality of higher education and promoting the comprehensive development of students.By constructing an implementation framework for ideological and political education based on the“integrated core and three wings”model,this study explores the multi-classroom integration approach under the“characteristic wing,”in which ideological and political education is embedded into public basic courses.The objective is to improve students’ideological and political qualities,fostering their development as socialist builders and successors with well-rounded growth in morality,intelligence,physique,aesthetics,and labor.The practical foundation of the research is first analyzed,followed by an elaboration on the implementation method of the“integrated core and three wings”approach in ideological and political education within public basic courses.Reflections on the implementation process of multi-classroom ideological and political education are provided,along with suggestions for improvement. 展开更多

By the requirements of the Ministry of Education on life safety education, colleges, and universities have set up a course on Sports Injury and First Aid to organize relevant knowledge and increase the student’s awareness of first aid knowledge so that they can use reasonable methods to address sport-related injuries. At the same time, they can cope with first-aid situations and assist rescuers in completing resuscitation activities. This paper is based on the study of three colleges in Chongqing. This paper selected students from 3 universities in Chongqing and evaluated the mastery of first aid knowledge of college students, pointing out the value of implementing the “Sports Injury and First Aid” course in colleges and universities. This can provide opportunities to improve the theoretical content of the discipline, actively carry out practical activities, reasonably set the assessment method, and provide basic protection to ensure that the “Sports Injury and First Aid” course can be carried out normally to improve the mastery level of students’ first aid knowledge. 展开更多

E-learning platforms support education systems worldwide, transferring theoretical knowledge as well as soft skills. In the present study high-school pupils’, and adult students’ opinions were evaluated through a modern structured MOODLE interactive course, designed for the needs of the laboratory course “Automotive Systems”. The study concerns Greek secondary vocational education pupils aged 18 and vocational training adult students aged 20 to 50 years. The multistage, equal size simple random cluster sample was used as a sampling method. Pupils and adult students of each cluster completed structured 10-question questionnaires both before and after attending the course. A total of 120 questionnaires were collected. In general, our findings disclosed that the majority of pupils and adult students had significantly improved their knowledge and skills from using MOODLE. They reported strengthening conventional teaching, using the new MOODLE technology. The satisfaction indices improved quite, with the differences in their mean values being statistically significant. 展开更多

研究旨在探索基于STEM教育理念的运动生物力学课程的新型教学模式,评估其对学生学习效果提升的独特优势与内在机制。文章在分析课程特征的基础上,构建关键学习节点进阶式的运动生物力学课程教学模式,并通过系统动力学仿真分析,探索影响... 研究旨在探索基于STEM教育理念的运动生物力学课程的新型教学模式,评估其对学生学习效果提升的独特优势与内在机制。文章在分析课程特征的基础上,构建关键学习节点进阶式的运动生物力学课程教学模式,并通过系统动力学仿真分析,探索影响学习效果的关键因素。研究发现,该教学模式能够提升学生课程学习的关键能力,有效促进学生对课程知识内容的系统掌握。个体情绪状态、课程学习成绩、个体学习能力、课程满意程度共同构成了学习效果提升的系统过程,呈现出稳步上升—停滞不前—显著提升的演进特征。建议教师应深刻理解有效性学习发生的关键节点,有针对性地设计课程教学活动,避免学生出现课程知识学习的疲惫期。同时,注重新旧知识的有机融合与合理衔接,促进课堂知识的有效迁移,以提升教学效果。 展开更多

AIM:To analyze the difference in disease course and need for surgery in patients with Crohn’s disease(CD).METHODS:Data of 506 patients with incident CD were analyzed(age at diagnosis:31.5±13.8 years).Both hospital and outpatient records were collected prospectively with a complete clinical follow-up and comprehensively reviewed in the population-based Veszprem province database,which includes incident CD patients diagnosed between January 1,1977 and December 31,2008.Follow-up data were collected until December 31,2009.All patients included had at least 1year of follow-up available.Patients with indeterminate colitis at diagnosis were excluded from the analysis.RESULTS:Overall,73 patients(14.4%)required resective surgery within 1 year of diagnosis.Steroid exposure and need for biological therapy were lower in patients with early limited surgery(P<0.001 and P=0.09).In addition,surgery rates during follow-up in patients with and without early surgery differed significantly after matching on propensity scores(P<0.001,HR=0.23).The need for reoperation was also lower in patients with early limited resective surgery(P=0.038,HR=0.42)in a Kaplan-Meier and multivariate Cox regression(P=0.04)analysis.However,this advantage was not observed after matching on propensity scores(PLogrank=0.656,PBreslow=0.498).CONCLUSION:Long-term surgery rates and overall exposure to steroids and biological agents were lower in patients with early limited resective surgery,but reoperation rates did not differ. 展开更多

Crohn&#x02019;s disease (CD) is a multifactorial potentially debilitating disease. It has a variable disease course, but the majority of patients eventually develop penetrating or stricturing complications leading to repeated surgeries and disability. Studies on the natural history of CD provide invaluable data on its course and clinical predictors, and may help to identify patient subsets based on clinical phenotype. Most data are available from referral centers, however these outcomes may be different from those in population-based cohorts. New data suggest the possibility of a change in the natural history in Crohn&#x02019;s disease, with an increasing percentage of patients diagnosed with inflammatory disease behavior. Hospitalization rates remain high, while surgery rates seem to have decreased in the last decade. In addition, mortality rates still exceed that of the general population. The impact of changes in treatment strategy, including increased, earlier use of immunosuppressives, biological therapy, and patient monitoring on the natural history of the disease are still conflictive. In this review article, the authors summarize the available evidence on the natural history, current trends, and predictive factors for evaluating the disease course of CD. 展开更多

在化工厂这类高风险地区,火灾安全始终备受关注。尽管烟雾及火焰报警器已被广泛应用,但仍然存在只用于单点检测以及易受环境影响等问题。针对此类问题,设计并实现了一种基于B/S架构的化工厂区多路火焰智能视频监控系统,并以Web系统的形... 在化工厂这类高风险地区,火灾安全始终备受关注。尽管烟雾及火焰报警器已被广泛应用,但仍然存在只用于单点检测以及易受环境影响等问题。针对此类问题,设计并实现了一种基于B/S架构的化工厂区多路火焰智能视频监控系统,并以Web系统的形式呈现。首先,系统中集成了一种改进的YOLOv5火焰检测算法,该算法用Ghost卷积替换常规卷积以实现网络的轻量化;其次,添加改进的注意力机制模块和小目标检测锚框来增强小目标检测能力;最后,将由光流网络提取的火焰运动信息与原始火焰数据进行融合送入改进的YOLOv5火焰检测算法中,进一步提高对火焰的检测精度。大量的现场测试表明,该系统能够实时识别和定位厂区内火焰,检测帧率可达15ms/帧,检出率达到100%,具有较高的稳定性,可为化工行业提供一种高效、可靠的火灾监测解决方案。 展开更多

目的探讨全程无缝SPORT医疗照护模式在Smith骨折患儿中的临床应用效果。方法选取2019年12月至2020年12月焦作市人民医院收治的70例Smith骨折患儿作为研究对象,根据护理模式分为研究组(35例)和对照组(35例),对照组接受传统健康教育和护... 目的探讨全程无缝SPORT医疗照护模式在Smith骨折患儿中的临床应用效果。方法选取2019年12月至2020年12月焦作市人民医院收治的70例Smith骨折患儿作为研究对象,根据护理模式分为研究组(35例)和对照组(35例),对照组接受传统健康教育和护理模式,研究组接受全程无缝SPORT医疗照护模式。比较两组患儿康复效果、生活质量评分、平均住院时长以及护理满意度。结果研究组康复率为97.14%,对照组康复率为82.86%,研究组康复率优于对照组(P<0.05);研究组生活质量各项评分均优于对照组(P<0.05);研究组平均住院天数短于对照组(P<0.05);研究组护理语言、护理操作、健康教育和细节服务满意程度评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论将全程无缝SPORT医疗照护模式应用于Smith骨折患儿的临床效果较佳,患儿康复效果提高,住院时间缩短,生活质量提高,护理满意度提升,值得推广应用。 展开更多
