Objective:To discuss and analyze the effectiveness of the application of perineal wound model in teaching midwife interns.Methods:The research subjects in this study were 40 midwife interns who enrolled in our hospita...Objective:To discuss and analyze the effectiveness of the application of perineal wound model in teaching midwife interns.Methods:The research subjects in this study were 40 midwife interns who enrolled in our hospital from January 2020 to December 2022,which were divided into a control group(consisted of 20 interns,taught with the conventional method)and a research group(consisted of 20 participants,taught with the perineal wound model)using the random number table method.The outcomes of these two groups were compared.Results:The examination results of the research group were better than control group(P<0.05);the interns of the research group were more satisfied towards the teaching method compared to the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Applying the perineal wound model in teaching midwife interns could effectively improve their examination achievements and teaching satisfaction,which brings a significant clinical value.展开更多
Objective: To investigate the effectiveness of a high-?delity teaching simulation based on an NLN/Jeffries simulation in the nursing education theoretical framework and its in?uencing factors.Methods: A high-?delity t...Objective: To investigate the effectiveness of a high-?delity teaching simulation based on an NLN/Jeffries simulation in the nursing education theoretical framework and its in?uencing factors.Methods: A high-?delity teaching simulation on clinical nursing practices using intelligent human analogues was conducted with 200 students, and The Simulation Design Scale, and the Student Satisfaction and Self-Con?dence in Learning Scale developed by the National League for Nursing were used to evaluate the training effectiveness and its in?uencing factors.Results: For the high-?delity teaching simulation, students gave scores of 4.36 ± 0.54 points for satisfaction and 4.33 ± 0.46 points for Self-Con?dence. The students highly rated the ?ve dimensions of teaching design, i.e., teaching objectives/information, assistance/support for students, problem solving,guided feedback, and ?delity. The teaching design was closely correlated with the satisfaction of the high-?delity teaching simulation and self-ef?cacy, and the dimensions of teaching objectives/information and assistance/support for students were particularly strong predictors of teaching effectiveness.Conclusions: A high-?delity teaching simulation based on Jeffries' theoretical framework improved student satisfaction with the simulation and their Self-Con?dence. In planning simulations, teachers should take into account ?ve characteristics, i.e., teaching objectives/information on simulation education, assistance/support for students, problem solving, guided re?ection, and ?delity, to achieve better teaching effectiveness.展开更多
Objective:To evaluate the effect of CBL(case-based learning)combined with case analysis in the teaching of clinical anesthesia.Methods:From June 2018 to June 2020,a total of 100 clinical anesthesia interns in Shaanxi ...Objective:To evaluate the effect of CBL(case-based learning)combined with case analysis in the teaching of clinical anesthesia.Methods:From June 2018 to June 2020,a total of 100 clinical anesthesia interns in Shaanxi Provincial People’s Hospital were selected as the research subjects.They were divided into two groups,the reference group(50 interns)and the study group(50 interns),by random sampling method.The reference group was under the traditional teaching method,whereas for the study group,CBL combined with case analysis was implemented.The teaching satisfaction and achievement of the interns in both the groups were evaluated.Results:The teaching satisfaction of the study group was 98%,which was significantly higher than that of the reference group(86%)(P<0.05);before teaching,there was no significant difference in the theoretical and clinical practice scores between the two groups(P>0.05);however,after teaching,the theoretical and clinical practice scores of the two groups increased significantly,in which the change of the research group was significantly greater than that of the reference group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of CBL combined with case analysis in the teaching of clinical anesthesia has an ideal effect,improving the teaching satisfaction and achievement.It is a high-quality teaching method and is worthy of application.展开更多
