The Impact of Digital Finance on High-Quality Development of the Chengdu-Chongqing Economic Circle

This paper developed a comprehensive evaluation system that was able to quantify the levels of high-quality development across the cities within the Chengdu-Chongqing economic circle,and investigate the impact that digital finance had on the cities’high-quality development and the underlying mechanisms through which it achieved this.This comprehensive evaluation system was constructed using statistical data from these cities for the period 2014 to 2020 while also taking China’s high-quality development philosophy into account.The key findings revealed that:(a)Digital finance was able to significantly promote high-quality development in the Chengdu-Chongqing economic circle;(b)Digital finance had a significant positive effect in promoting innovative,coordinated,green,open,and shared development;(c)Digital finance was able to stimulate the high-quality development in the Chengdu-Chongqing economic circle by boosting entrepreneurial dynamism;(d)Digital finance had a significant impact on the high-quality development of the axis areas,while its impact was less discernible in non-axis areas.The insights from this research offer a deeper understanding of the factors that drive high-quality development,the role digital finance plays,and the mechanisms through which digital finance is able to propel high-quality development at the city cluster scale. 展开更多

Coordinative development across various systems,particularly the economic,social,cultural,and human resources subsystems,is a key aspect of urban sustainability and has a direct impact on the quality of urbanization.The Hangzhou Metropolitan Circle,comprising Hangzhou City,Huzhou City,Jiaxing City,and Shaoxing City,was the first metropolitan circle approved by the National Development and Reform Commission(NDRC)as a demonstration of economic transformation in China.To evaluate the coupling coordination degree of the four cities and analyze the coordinative development in three systems(including digital economy,regional innovation,and talent employment),we collected panel data during 2015–2022 from these four cities.The development level of the three systems was evaluated by the standard deviation method and comprehensive development index.The results are as follows:(1)the level of coupling coordinated development of the three systems in the Hangzhou Metropolitan Circle was relatively low;(2)the coupling coordination degree of the four cities in the Hangzhou Metropolitan Circle showed significant regional differences,among which Hangzhou City was in the leading position,and Huzhou,Jiaxing,and Shaoxing cities made steady but slow progress in the coupling development of the three systems;and(3)the development of digital economy and talent employment needs to be strengthened.This study contributes to the coordinative development of Hangzhou Metropolitan Circle by innovatively focusing on the coupling coordination relationship among digital economy,regional innovation,and talent employment,which also meets the industrial layout of Hangzhou Metropolitan Circle.In this way,the optimal allocation and sustainable development of digital economy,regional innovation,and talent employment in the Hangzhou Metropolitan Circle can be achieved. 展开更多

Building a 15-minute radius livelihood service circle from the needs of residents is a topdown process of optimizing urban layout and promoting high-quality development implemented by the government.In September 2022,Xicheng District of Beijing served as a national pilot of the 15-minute radius livelihood service circle.Based on the data of POI,urban walking network and building outline,this paper studies the coverage of commercial service facilities in the 15-minute radius livelihood service circle of Chunshu Street by using kernel density analysis and urban network analysis tools.The research shows that the commercial facilities are concentrated in Zhuangsheng Square and Dazhalan commercial district.There are large gaps in housekeeping and couriers logistics facilities,which need to be further improved. 展开更多

Methods: Based on the Joanna Briggs Institute (JBI) evidence-based health care model, the best evidence of airway management in adult critically ill patients was obtained and applied to the clinic. Results: The total implementation rate of airway management measures in adult critically ill patients increased from 23.62% before the implementation of quality control circle to 88.82%, and the pulmonary infection rate in critically ill patients decreased from 42.31% to 21.74%, with statistical significance between the two groups (P 0.05). Conclusion: Evidence-based quality control circle activities can standardize the practice standards of airway management in critically ill patients, reduce the occurrence of patients’ airway related complications, and improve clinical outcomes. 展开更多

The important role of atherosclerosis in pathophysiology of Alzheimer's Disease has become evident.Mechanisms such as hyperlipidemia,inflammation,abdominal obesity and insulin resistance are important yet they may not fully explain the specific involvement of the Circle of Willis in these pathologies.The Circle of Wills is a complex geometrical structure which has several areas with different curvature as well as various branching angles of vessels composing the circle.The hemodynamics in this region should take into account the Dean number which indicates the influence of curvature on the resistance to blood flow.Thus,areas with various curvature and angles may have different hemodynamics and there are certain areas in the Circle of Willis that are more likely to develop atherosclerotic changes.Therefore,this could suggest the novel pathophysiological pathway resulting from the geometric peculiarities of the Circle of Willis.One of the directions of future research is to examine whether specific areas of the Circle of Willis are more likely to develop atherosclerotic changes compared to other ones.Selective areas of the Circle of Willis affected by atherosclerotic changes could indicate the primary role of atherosclerosis promoting Alzheimer's disease although other pathophysiological mechanisms suggesting the opposite direction should be also examined in prospective studies. 展开更多

目的探讨单侧颈动脉重度狭窄患者,在行颈动脉血流重建前后,Willis环的不同代偿能力对脑血流灌注的差异性。方法选择2018年6月至2022年6月航天中心医院神经科就诊的单侧颈动脉狭窄程度70%~99%患者65例,根据在数字减影血管造影术下压颈试... 目的探讨单侧颈动脉重度狭窄患者,在行颈动脉血流重建前后,Willis环的不同代偿能力对脑血流灌注的差异性。方法选择2018年6月至2022年6月航天中心医院神经科就诊的单侧颈动脉狭窄程度70%~99%患者65例,根据在数字减影血管造影术下压颈试验证实经Willis环代偿能力依据改良脑梗死溶栓分级(mTICI)分为代偿良好组33例(mTICI≥2b)和代偿不良组32例(mTICI≤2a)。代偿良好组和代偿不良组术前颈动脉狭窄率<90%患者分别为20例和19例,代偿良好组和代偿不良组术前颈动脉狭窄率≥90%患者分别为13例和13例。所有患者均行狭窄处支架置入手术,术前、术后均完善CT灌注成像检测相对脑血流量(rCBF)、相对脑血容量(rCBV)、相对平均通过时间(rMTT)、相对达峰时间(rTTP)。结果代偿不良组术前rCBF略低于代偿良好组,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。代偿不良组术前rCBV、rMTT、rTTP明显高于代偿良好组,差异有统计学意义(1.04±0.03 vs 1.02±0.02,1.19±0.12 vs 1.06±0.07,1.28±0.16 vs 1.10±0.09,P<0.01);2组术后rCBV、rCBF、rMTT、rTTP比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。代偿不良组颈动脉狭窄率<90%患者术前rCBV、rMTT、rTTP明显高于代偿良好组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。代偿不良组颈动脉狭窄率≥90%患者术前rCBV、rMTT、rTTP明显高于代偿良好组,rCBF明显低于代偿良好组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论Willis环能够改变颈动脉重度狭窄患者的脑血流分布,而且颈动脉狭窄越重,Willis环的代偿功能体现的越明显,在进行颈动脉狭窄血流重建时,要充分考虑和评估Willis环的代偿功能。 展开更多

Variability of the Circle of Willis in North American Caucasian and Middle East Arabic Cohorts

The cerebral arterial circle (circle of Willis) plays an important role in the redistribution of the blood flow between the anterior and posterior territories and maintains the plasticity of the cerebral blood circulation. The anatomical variability of the vascular circle often alters the cerebral hemodynamics and determines the outcomes of acute and chronic cerebrovascular disease. The heritability and prevalence of certain variants of the circle of Willis in different ethnic and racial groups are frequently disputed by authors. Our cross-sectional retrospective study aims to compare the patterns of the cerebral arterial circle in 64 Caucasian cadavers with 64 Arabic living individuals, by methods of anatomic dissection and magnetic resonance angiography, respectively. The typical structure of the circle of Willis was revealed in 8.3% of the Caucasian study group, and in 22.2% of the Arabic one. The anterior part of the circle of Willis was incomplete in 6 out of 64 of the Caucasian specimens, where the anterior communicating artery was hypoplastic (6.3%) or absent (3.1%). The posterior part of the circle of Willis had hypoplastic or absent posterior communicating artery on one side in 20, and on both sides in 12 out of 64 Caucasian specimens. In the Arabic cohort, the posterior part of the circle of Willis was incomplete in 17 out of 64 specimens, with absence of the posterior communicating artery unilaterally (in 11 cases) or bilaterally (in 6 cases). The present study reveals that the configuration of the cerebral arterial circle and distribution of the blood flow between the anterior and posterior territories have certain differences in the Caucasian study group versus the Arabic one. 展开更多

目的使用颅颈一体化的高分辨率磁共振血管成像(magnetic resonance angiography,MRA)检查,对前循环缺血性脑卒中患者的Willis环完整性、颅颈动脉粥样硬化斑块特征进行分析,探寻与复发性卒中独立相关的影像特征。材料与方法回顾性分析前... 目的使用颅颈一体化的高分辨率磁共振血管成像(magnetic resonance angiography,MRA)检查,对前循环缺血性脑卒中患者的Willis环完整性、颅颈动脉粥样硬化斑块特征进行分析,探寻与复发性卒中独立相关的影像特征。材料与方法回顾性分析前循环缺血性脑卒中患者87例,均在症状出现14 d内接受高分辨率磁共振血管壁成像检查,并根据临床及影像资料将其分为卒中初发组和复发组。记录斑块总数、颅颈动脉斑块特征及Willis环完整性。比较初发组、复发组之间及Willis环完整组、不完整组之间的颅颈动脉斑块特征。采用多因素logistic回归分析评估与前循环缺血性脑卒中复发相关的独立危险因素。结果共纳入87例患者。初发组54例,复发组33例。两组间性别(P=0.223)、年龄(P=0.779)差异无均统计学意义。与初发组相比,复发组的颅内斑块强化(P=0.010)、颅内动脉狭窄程度(P=0.002)、斑块总数(P<0.001)、颅内斑块强化合并颅外斑块(P=0.006)、颅内(或颅外)动脉狭窄>50%合并颅外(或颅内)斑块(P=0.001)及Willis环后循环症状侧不完整(P<0.001)与复发性卒中显著相关。与Willis环前循环完整组相比,Willis环前循环不完整组颅内斑块强化(P=0.012)更多见。多因素logistic回归分析显示:斑块总数[比值比(odds ratio,OR)=2.14,95%置信区间(confidence interval,CI):1.182~3.869,P=0.012]和Willis环后循环症状侧不完整(OR=4.58,95%CI:1.496~14.041,P=0.008)为前循环缺血性脑卒中复发的独立危险因素。logistic回归模型的整体预测效能最佳[曲线下面积(area under the curve,AUC)=0.811,95%CI:0.711~0.910]。结论斑块总数和Willis环后循环症状侧不完整与前循环缺血性脑卒中复发独立相关。颅颈一体化的高分辨率磁共振血管壁成像检查可为前循环缺血性脑卒中复发预测模型的构建提供新指标。 展开更多

目的 系统性分析Willis覆膜支架治疗颈内动脉血泡样动脉瘤的安全性和有效性。方法 使用计算机检索中国知网、维普中文期刊全文数据库、万方数据库、中国生物医学文献数据库(CBM)、PubMed以及Embases数据库,筛选出Willis覆膜支架治疗颈... 目的 系统性分析Willis覆膜支架治疗颈内动脉血泡样动脉瘤的安全性和有效性。方法 使用计算机检索中国知网、维普中文期刊全文数据库、万方数据库、中国生物医学文献数据库(CBM)、PubMed以及Embases数据库,筛选出Willis覆膜支架治疗颈内动脉血泡样动脉瘤相关文献,由两名评价员独立筛选、评价文献并提取资料,使用STATA 14软件对相关数据进行分析。结果 共16篇非随机自身前后对照研究文献被纳入,包括208例颈内动脉血泡样动脉瘤。Meta分析显示,Willis覆膜支架治疗颈内动脉血泡样动脉瘤的最终完全闭塞率为99%[95%CI(0.96,1.00)],存在内漏率3%(手术结束时)[95%CI(0.00,0.07)],载瘤动脉通畅率100%(手术结束时)[95%CI(0.99,1)],术中或术后出血率1%[95%CI(0.00,0.04)],术后大面积脑梗死率0%[95%CI(0.00,0.00)],随访期间出现载瘤动脉重度狭窄或闭塞率0%[95%CI(0.00,0.02)],最后随访良好率99%[95%CI(0.97,1.00)]。结论 Willis覆膜支架治疗颈内动脉血泡样动脉瘤完全闭塞率、载瘤动脉通畅率、术后随访恢复良好率很高,术中内漏率、围手术期出血、大面积脑梗死、随访期间载瘤动脉重度狭窄或闭塞率很低,安全和有效性很高,具有很好的使用性。 展开更多

目的探讨Willis覆膜支架治疗高流量直接颈内动脉海绵窦瘘(CCF)的疗效。方法回顾性分析2015年8月至2019年8月采用Willis覆膜支架治疗的8例高流量直接CCF的临床资料。结果8例共置入Willis覆膜支架8枚,均一次成功置入支架。7例球囊扩张后... 目的探讨Willis覆膜支架治疗高流量直接颈内动脉海绵窦瘘(CCF)的疗效。方法回顾性分析2015年8月至2019年8月采用Willis覆膜支架治疗的8例高流量直接CCF的临床资料。结果8例共置入Willis覆膜支架8枚,均一次成功置入支架。7例球囊扩张后支架贴壁良好,1例支架释放过程发生移位、远心端贴壁不良。术后即刻血管造影显示病变完全消失6例,3次球囊扩张后仍有少量内漏1例,3次球囊扩张后仍有明显内漏1例。8例术后随访6~25个月,平均(13±5.6)个月;8例CCF均无复发,责任动脉通畅;1例术后遗留的少量内漏自行闭塞;1例遗留的明显内漏未消失,但症状稳定。结论Willis覆膜支架治疗高流量直接CCF是一种可行的、有效的方法。 展开更多

Coupled phase oscillators are adopted as powerful platforms in studying synchrony behaviors emerged in various systems with rhythmic dynamics. Much attention has been focused on coupled time-continuous oscillators described by differential equations. In this paper, we study the synchronization dynamics of networks of coupled circle maps as the discrete version of the Kuramoto model. Despite of its simplicity in mathematical form, it is found that discreteness may induce many interesting synchronization behaviors. Multiple synchronization and desynchronization transitions of both phases and frequencies are found with varying the coupling among circle-map oscillators. The mechanisms of these transitions are interpreted in terms of the mean-field approach, where collective bifurcation cascades are revealed for coupled circle-map oscillators. 展开更多

It ensures adequate cerebral blood flow in the event of internal occlusion. Its ability to redistribute blood flow depends on its morphology, the presence and size of the vessels that constitute it and their variants, knowledge of which is essential. The morphology of the carotid system is not constant and a number of variants are well recognized with greater hemodynamic importance. In this context, we undertook this work which aims to seek the anatomical variants of the anterior part of the PW;to determine the diameters of the vessels of the latter and to correlate these results with epidemiological data. We carried out a retrospective, descriptive and analytical study over a period of 4 months at Fann University Hospital, targeting patients who had undergone brain MRI with a 3D TOF sequence whatever the indication. Patients with lesions of cerebrovascular pathologies such as ischemia, hemorrhage, aneurysm, arteriovenous malformations or presenting a limited analysis examination due to the presence of kinetic or other artifact, were not included. Demographic data and anatomical variants were studied as well as the measurements of any continuous arterial segment greater than 0.8 mm in diameter. Those less than 0.8 mm in diameter were considered hypoplastic. The C3 segment of the internal carotid arteries, the A1 segment of the anterior cerebral arteries, the anterior communicating artery, constituted our main measurement sites. The sex ratio was 1.06, the mean age of the patients was 43 years ± 17.9 with extremes of 11 and 85 years. The anterior configuration of the polygon was complete in 57.5% representing 50% of men and 65.5% of women, in 56% of subjects under 40 years old and 58% in subjects over 40 years old. We noted a predominance of type a in 47% of patients followed by type g found in 35% of patients. The morphology of the anterior system of the Willis polygon is a function of its variants, some of which have greater hemodynamic importance than others. Its knowledge is essential for the management of cerebrovascular diseases. 展开更多
