Rural tourism, i.e., agrotourism, is the newly-exploited tourism product[1] with agricultural production, rustic view, rural life and rural custom as the main carrier and with agriculture and countryside as the tourism resources. Zhenjiang City is in possession of adequate source markets, abundant rural tourism resources, good tourist ecological environment and profound culture. The pleasant ecological environment and charming rural scenery provide the development of rural tourism in Zhenjiang with exceptional advantages. The exploitation of rural tourism not only promotes the exploitation and development of agricultural tourism in Zhenjiang, but also improves the structure of tourism product, simulating the healthy development of rural economy. Through the analysis of the exploitation advantage of the rural tourism resources in Zhenjiang, the author analyzed the exploitation situation and existing problems of the rural tourism resources in Zhenjiang. The author considered that the rural tourism development in Zhenjiang was lack of unified planning; the cultural content of tourism product was low; the development depth was not enough; the construction of infrastructure was lagging behind; and meanwhile, it was lacking of funding, tourism program and advertising promotion. In the light of the above deficiencies, a series of countermeasures of rural tourism exploitation was put forward, that is, to complete the exploitation planning of the rural tourism resources, promoting the cultural taste of the rural tourism product; to enhance the publicity of the rural tourism, highlighting the brand feature of local tourism and creating high-quality product; to conduct standard management, strengthening the training of tourism management personnel. 展开更多

Its strengths were concluded as excellent natural conditions, diversified species, abundant eco-agricultural tourism resources, advantageous location; weaknesses as low development level, serious homogeneity of products, low technical level of peasants, lack of management staff and technician, seriously degraded eco-environment; opportunities as preferential policies, joint development of "Ningbo-Zhenjiang-Yangzhou" Tourist Zone; threats as backward concepts and non-standard management order. The chemical weathering intensity and element migration features of the Xiashu loess profile in Zhenjiang are studied in this paper.(1)The Xiashu loess profile underwent moderate chemical weathering.It seems that the precipitation is a more important factor than the temperature in controlling the process of the chemical weathering.(2)The major elements such as Si,K,Na,Ca,Mg,Mn and P were migrated and leached,while the elements Fe and Ti were slightly enriched.The migration features of the major elements reveal that the Xiashu loess finished the primary process of chemical weathering characterized by leaching of Ca and Na,and almost reached the secondary process characterized by leaching of K.Except the elements Sr and Ga,other trace elements such as Th,Ba,Cu,Zn,Co,Ni,Cr and V were enriched.It might be caused by both the biogeochemical process and the adsorption of trace elements by clay mineral and organic materials.(3)The difference of element migration down the Xiashu loess profile reveals that the climate was warm and wet at the early-middle stage of the middle Pleistocene.At the end of the middle Pleistocene,it became dry and cool.At the early stage of the Late Pleistocene,the paleoclimate became warm and wet again.As a whole,the paleoclimate generally became drier and cooler in this region from the beginning of the middle Pleistocene. 展开更多

[Objective] The aim was to analyze the pollution characteristics of surface runoff in Zhenjiang City.[Method] On July 4 and August 16,2010,surface runoff samples were collected in different rainfall durations in Zhenjiang City,and the variation characteristics of suspended substance (SS),chemical oxygen demand (CODCr),ammonia nitrogen (NH3-N) and total phosphorus (TP) in surface runoff were analyzed.[Result] With the increase of rainfall duration,SS concentration in surface runoff of Zhenjiang City on July 4 and August 16,2010 went up firstly and then went down,with the maximum concentration of 1 240 and 160mg/L,respectively,and the decreasing rang of SS concentration in the late stage of rainfall on July 4 was obviously greater than that of August 16 due to stronger rainfall on July 4.The general variation of CODCr was similar to that of SS concentration,and the change range of CODCr on July 4 (32-212mg/L) was larger than that of August 16 (13-53mg/L).In addition,the variation trends of NH3-N and TP concentration were similar,namely they increased firstly and then reduced rapidly,and the decreasing range of NH3-N and TP concentration was greater than that of SS concentration in the late stage of rainfall.[Conclusion] The research results could provide references for the study on water quality variation characteristics and treatment of surface runoff. 展开更多

Objective:To determine the seroprevalence of Toxoplasma gondii(T.gondii) infection in dogs and cats in Zhenjiang City,Jiangsu Province.Eastern China,and to evaluate the main associated risk factors relating to exposure to 71 gondii in this region.Methods:Sera from 160 clogs and 116 cats from Zhenjiang City were tested for anti-T.gondii antibodies using EUSA.The seropositivity by area of activity,sex and age was analyzed.Results:Overall.21 dogs(13.l%) and 24 cats(20.7%) had antibodies to T.gondii.The infection rate in stray dogs(38.7%) and cats(28.6%! was significantly higher(P<0.05) than in household dogs(6.9%) and cats(18.2%).The seroprevalence in male clogs(14.8%) and cats(21.05%) were slighlly higher than their female counterparts(11.4%in dogs and 20.0%in cats),but were not significantly differenent(P>0.05).A high proportion of dogs at 3 to 6 years of age were positive to T.gondii(20.0%)while cats with relatively high seropositivity rates were at 0 to 1 year of age(33.3%).Conclusions:The prevalence of T.gondii infection in dogs and cats in Zhenjiang City was high,which is probably the main source of T.gondii infection in this area. 展开更多

基于ARIMA模型预测镇江市肺结核流行趋势及分析 被引量:2

目的通过构建季节性差分整合移动平均自回归模型(ARIMA模型)预测江苏省镇江市肺结核流行趋势并验证模型的有效性,探讨新型冠状病毒感染疫情对肺结核流行情况的影响。方法收集江苏省镇江市2014-2022年肺结核月发病数资料,构建季节性ARIM... 目的通过构建季节性差分整合移动平均自回归模型(ARIMA模型)预测江苏省镇江市肺结核流行趋势并验证模型的有效性,探讨新型冠状病毒感染疫情对肺结核流行情况的影响。方法收集江苏省镇江市2014-2022年肺结核月发病数资料,构建季节性ARIMA模型,以2022年1-12月肺结核发病数验证预测模型效果,并分析预测误差产生的原因。结果2014-2022年镇江市共报告肺结核病例11316例,除2017、2019年发病率有所回升外,总体发病率呈下降趋势,发病主要集中在3-8月。ARIMA(1,1,1)(1,1,0)_(12)的BIC值(5.913)最小,残差白噪声也通过检验。但短期自相关部分的AR系数不显著,因此建立ARIMA(0,1,1)(1,1,0)_(12)。2022年镇江市肺结核月发病数实际值与预测值存在一定的偏差(平均相对预测误差为19.20%),但均在拟合值的95%可信区间内,实际月发病数(平均78例/月)与预测值(平均78例/月)变化趋势基本一致,模型拟合度较好,可用于预测镇江市肺结核流行情况。结论利用该模型对短期内镇江市肺结核发病数进行预测,认为镇江市肺结核流行总体上仍将长期保持下行趋势。 展开更多

基于暴雨衰减特性的江苏镇江市综合暴雨公式研究

推求不同历时的暴雨强度公式是城市防洪排涝规划设计的重要基础性工作。利用江苏镇江市丹徒气象站1981—2016年逐分钟实测降雨资料,分析暴雨强度随暴雨历时变化关系,基于暴雨衰减规律,推求单一重现期的暴雨强度公式,并借鉴雨力公式编制... 推求不同历时的暴雨强度公式是城市防洪排涝规划设计的重要基础性工作。利用江苏镇江市丹徒气象站1981—2016年逐分钟实测降雨资料,分析暴雨强度随暴雨历时变化关系,基于暴雨衰减规律,推求单一重现期的暴雨强度公式,并借鉴雨力公式编制不同重现期的长历时综合暴雨强度公式。结果表明,不同重现期1~24 h历时区间的暴雨衰减指数约为0.683;综合暴雨强度公式可推求历时1~24 h、重现期2~100 a的设计暴雨,平均相对均方根误差、平均绝对均方根误差分别为3.874%、0.025 mm/min,满足规范要求。研究成果可为江苏镇江市构建排水防洪除涝一体化管控系统与推动海绵城市建设提供基础支撑。 展开更多
