The present study was carried out to determine the accumulation of heavy metals in rice fields and their transfer to rice grains. Soil, irrigation water and rice grains samples were gathered in Maga-Pouss, Far-North, Cameroon. Concentrations of six heavy metals (lead, cadmium, zinc, copper, iron and mercury) were evaluated by Atomic Absorption Spectrophotometer (AAS). Mercury was not detected in this study. Average concentrations of metals were in this order (in mg/kg): Fe (188.60 ± 97.06) > Pb (63.63 ± 7.11) > Cd (2.59 ± 0.29) > Zn (1.10 ± 1.05) > Cu (0.80 ± 0.73) in water and Pb (105.50 ± 31.11) > Fe (105.50 ± 31.11) > Cu (45.93 ± 14.39) > Zn (22.52 ± 6.40) > Cd (3.15 ± 0.49) in soil. Water in Maga-Pouss rice fields appears to be more harmful than the soil, notably for lead, cadmium and copper. In rice grains, heavy metals were found in this order (mg/kg): Fe (188.01 ± 82.62) > Cu (27.20 ± 0.00) > Zn (23.61 ± 12.42) > Pb (19.50 ± 19.91) > Cd (2.02 ± 1.05). The mean bioconcentration factor (BCF) of metals from soil to rice grains was in the following order: Fe (2.60) > Zn (1.05) > Cd (0.64) > Cu (0.59) > Pb (0.18). From water to rice grains, the order is: Cu (37.26) > Zn (22.49) > Cd (6.97) > Pb (2.74) > Fe (1.94). Rice field pH and electrical conductivity favored the uptake of lead, copper and cadmium by rice grains. The findings of this study will be good documentation for risk assessment, and decision-making by environmental managers in this region.展开更多

This antimony plant is associated with heavy metal contamination in the creek and still poses a threat to the surrounding aquatic environment. Corbicula fluminea was used to determine bioaccumulation from the water column and sediments in Manadas Creek. The metals arsenic (As), antimony (Sb) and thallium (Tl) were analyzed in the water, sediments, gills, mantle, foot, digestive (DI) tract, gonads and shell of clams being monitored at eight sites between March and August 2013. Sediment, water, and dissected Corbicula fluminea samples from different sites in the Creek were acid-digested and analyzed by Inductively Coupled Plasma Optical Emission Spectroscopy. High levels of antimony (25.88 ug/L;75.96 mg/kg) and arsenic (8.26 ug/L;6.41 mg/kg) in the water and sediments were observed at the site downstream from the smelter. There were no detectable concentrations of arsenic, antimony, or thallium in the shell of C. fluminea. Arsenic and antimony were detected in the tissues of C. fluminea but thallium was not detected. Based on the results, the organotropism for arsenic is DI tract > gills > gonads > foot > mantle > shell and the organotropism for antimony is gills > DI tract > gonads > mantle > foot > shell. This study shows that the Asiatic clam (Corbicula fluminea) is a useful bio-monitor to provide data on the status of metal pollution in Manadas Creek, Laredo, Texas.展开更多

The target reservoirs are characterized by superimposition of conglomerates, sandy conglomerates and sandstones, with high content of plastic clasts. The reservoir space is mainly composed of intergranular pores. The reservoirs are overall tight, and the sandy conglomerate has the best physical properties. The coupling of short deep burial period with low paleotemperature gradient and formation overpressure led to the relatively weak diagenetic strength of the reservoirs. Specifically, the sandy conglomerates show relatively low carbonate cementation, low compaction rate and high dissolution porosity. The special stress-strain mechanism of the anticline makes the reservoirs at the top of the anticline turning point more reformed by fractures than those at the limbs, and the formation overpressure makes the fractures in open state. Moreover, the sandy conglomerates have the highest oil saturation. Typical anticline reservoirs are developed in deep part of the thrust belt, but characterized by "big trap with small reservoir". Significantly, the sandy conglomerates at the top of anticline turning point have better quality, lower in-situ stress and higher structural position than those at the limbs, with the internal hydrocarbons most enriched, making them high-yield oil/gas layers. The exponential decline of fractures makes hydrocarbon accumulation difficult in the reservoirs at the limbs. Nonetheless, plane hydrocarbon distribution is more extensive at the gentle limb than the steep limb.展开更多

However, knowledge about the structure and hydrocarbon accumulation characteristics of the basin is still insufficient, which constrains the oil and gas exploration in deep-water areas. Based on comprehensive data of magnetic anomalies, seismic survey, and drilling, this study determines the structure characteristics of the Scotian Basin and its hydrocarbon accumulation conditions in deep waters and evaluates the deep-water hydrocarbon exploration potential. The transform faults and basement structures in the northern basin control the sedimentary framework showing thick strata in east and thin strata in west of the basin. The bowl-shaped depression formed by thermal subsidence during the transitional phase and the confined environment (micro basins) caused by salt tectonics provide favorable conditions for the development of source rocks during the depression stage (also referred to as the depression period sequence) of the basin. The progradation of large shelf-margin deltas during the drift phase and steep continental slope provide favorable conditions for the deposition of slope-floor fans on continental margins of the basin. Moreover, the source-reservoir assemblage comprising the source rocks within the depression stage and the turbidite sandstones on the continental margin in the deep waters may form large deep-water turbidite sandstone reservoirs. 文摘With continuous hydrocarbon exploration extending to deeper basins, the deepest industrial oil accumulation was discovered below 8,200 m,revealing a new exploration field.Hence, the extent to which oil exploration can be extended, and the prediction of the depth limit of oil accumulation(DLOA),are issues that have attracted significant attention in petroleum geology.Since it is difficult to characterize the evolution of the physical properties of the marine carbonate reservoir with burial depth, and the deepest drilling still cannot reach the DLOA.Hence, the DLOA cannot be predicted by directly establishing the relationship between the ratio of drilling to the dry layer and the depth. In this study,by establishing the relationships between the porosity and the depth and dry layer ratio of the carbonate reservoir, the relationships between the depth and dry layer ratio were obtained collectively. The depth corresponding to a dry layer ratio of 100%is the DLOA.Based on this,a quantitative prediction model for the DLOA was finally built. The results indicate that the porosity of the carbonate reservoir,Lower Ordovician in Tazhong area of Tarim Basin, tends to decrease with burial depth, and manifests as an overall low porosity reservoir in deep layer. The critical porosity of the DLOA was 1.8%,which is the critical geological condition corresponding to a 100%dry layer ratio encountered in the reservoir. The depth of the DLOA was 9,000 m.This study provides a new method for DLOA prediction that is beneficial for a deeper understanding of oil accumulation, and is of great importance for scientific guidance on deep oil drilling.

文摘This study is thefirst attempt to assess the nature of the soil, especially on the western side of the Porali Plain in Balochistan;a new emerging agriculture hub, using weathering and pollution indices supplemented by multi-variate analysis based on geochemical data. The outcomes of this study are expected to help farmers in soil manage-ment and selecting suitable crops for the region.Twenty-five soil samples were collected, mainly from the arable land of the Porali Plain. After drying and coning-quarter-ing,soil samples were analyzed for major and trace ele-ments using the XRF technique;sieving and hydrometric methods were employed for granulometric analysis.Esti-mated data were analyzed using Excel,SPSS,and Surfer software to calculate various indices, correlation matrix, and spatial distribution. The granulometric analysis showed that 76%of the samples belonged to loam types of soil,12%to sand type, and 8%to silt type.Weathering indices:CIA,CIW,PIA,PWI,WIP,CIX,and ICV were calculated to infer the level of alteration. These indices reflect mod-erate to intense weathering;supported by K_(2)O/AI_(2)O_(3),Rb/K_(2)O,Rb/Ti,and Rb/Sr ratios.Assessment of the geo-ac-cumulation and Nemerow Pollution indices pinpoint rela-tively high concentrations of Pb,Ni,and Cr concentration in the soils. The correlation matrix and Principal Compo-nent Analysis show that the soil in this study area is mainly derived from the weathering of igneous rocks of Bela Ophiolite(Cretaceous age)and Jurassic sedimentary rocks of Mor Range having SEDEX/MVT type mineralization.Weathering may result in the undesirable accumulation of certain trace elements which adversely affects crops.

文摘The Late Permian was marked by a series of important geological events and widespread organic-rich black shale depositions, acting as important unconventional hydrocarbon source rocks. However, the mechanism of organic matter(OM)enrichment throughout this period is still controversial.Based on geochemical data, the marine redox conditions, paleogeographic and hydrographic environment, primary productivity, volcanism, and terrigenous input during the Late Permian in the Lower Yangtze region have been studied from the Putaoling section,Chaohu,to provide new insights into OM accumulation.Five Phases are distinguished based on the TOC and environmental variations. In Phase I,anoxic conditions driven by water restriction enhanced OM preservation. In Phase II,euxinic and cycling hydrological environments were the two most substantial controlling factors for the massive OM deposition.During Phase III,intensified terrestrial input potentially diluted the OM in sediment and the presence of oxygen in bottom water weakened the preservation condition.Phase IV was characterized by a relatively higher abundance of mercury(Hg)and TOC(peak at 16.98 wt%),indicating that enhanced volcanism potentially stimulated higher productivity and a euxinic environment. In Phase V,extremely lean OM was preserved as a result of terrestrial dilutions and decreasing primary productivity.Phases I,II and IV are characterized as the most prominent OM-rich zones due to the effective interactions of the controlling factors, namely paleogeographic, hydrographic environment, volcanism, and redox conditions.

文摘Light plays an important role in the photosynthesis and metabolic process of microalgae. However, how different light conditions regulate the biomass production and protein accumulation of microalgae is mostly unknown. In this study, the influence of different light conditions, including light colors, densities, and light:dark cycles on the cell growth and biochemical composition of Spirulina platensis was symmetrically characterized.Under different colored lights,S.platensis all shows an increase trend within the increased light intensity ranges;however, each showing different optimal light intensities. At the same light intensity, different colored lights show different growth rate of S.platensis following the sequence of red>white>green>yellow>blue. The maximum growth rate and protein accumulation were determined as 21.88 and 5.10 mg/(L·d)when illuminated under red LED.The energy efficiency of different light sources was calculated and ranked as red>white>blue≈green>yellow.Transcriptomic analysis suggests that red light can promote cell growth and protein accumulation by upregulating genes related to photosynthesis, carbon fixation, and C-N metabolism pathways. This study provides a conducive and efficient way to promote biomass production and protein accumulation of S.platensis by regulating light conditions.

文摘Adjusting agronomic measures to alleviate the kernel position effect in maize is important for ensuring high yields. In order to clarify whether the combined application of organic fertilizer and chemical fertilizer(CAOFCF)can alleviate the kernel position effect of summer maize, field experiments were conducted during the 2019 and 2020 growing seasons, and five treatments were assessed:CF,100%chemical fertilizer;OFCF1,15%organic fertilizer+85%chemical fertilizer;OFCF2,30%organic fertilizer+70%chemical fertilizer;OFCF3,45%organic fertilizer+55%chemical fertilizer;and OFCF4,60%organic fertilizer+40%chemical fertilizer.Compared with the CF treatment, the OFCF1 and OFCF2 treatments significantly alleviated the kernel position effect by increasing the weight ratio of inferior kernels to superior kernels and reducing the weight gap between the superior and inferior kernels. These effects were largely due to the improved filling and starch accumulation of inferior kernels. However, there were no obvious differences in the kernel position effect among plants treated with CF,OFCF3,or OFCF4 in most cases.Leaf area indexes,post-silking photosynthetic rates, and net assimilation rates were higher in plants treated with OFCF1 or OFCF2 than in those treated with CF,reflecting an enhanced photosynthetic capacity and improved postsilking dry matter accumulation(DMA)in the plants treated with OFCF1 or OFCF2.Compared with the CF treatment, the OFCF1 and OFCF2 treatments increased post-silking N uptake by 66.3 and 75.5%,respectively,which was the major factor driving post-silking photosynthetic capacity and DMA.Moreover, the increases in root DMA and zeatin riboside content observed following the OFCF1 and OFCF2 treatments resulted in reduced root senescence, which is associated with an increased post-silking N uptake.Analyses showed that post-silking N uptake,DMA,and grain yield in summer maize were negatively correlated with the kernel position effect. In conclusion, the combined application of 15-30%organic fertilizer and 70-85%chemical fertilizer alleviated the kernel position effect in summer maize by improving post-silking N uptake and DMA.These results provide new insights into how CAOFCF can be used to improve maize productivity.

文摘The high and steep slopes along a high-speed railway in the mountainous area of Southwest China are mostly composed of loose accumulations of debris with large internal pores and poor stability, which can easily induce adverse geological disasters under rainfall conditions. To ensure the smooth construction of the high-speed railway and the subsequent safe operation,it is necessary to master the stability evolution process of the loose accumulation slope under rainfall. This article simulates rainfall using the finite element analysis software’s hydromechanical coupling module. The slope stability under various rainfall situations is calculated and analysed based on the strength reduction method. To validate the simulation results,a field monitoring system is established to study the deformation characteristics of the slope under rainfall. The results show that rainfall duration is the key factor affecting slope stability.Given a constant amount of rainfall, the stability of the slope decreases with increasing duration of rainfall. Moreover, when the amount and duration of rainfall are constant, continuous rainfall has a greater impact on slope stability than intermittent rainfall. The setting of the field retaining structures has a significant role in improving slope stability. The field monitoring data show that the slope is in the initial deformation stage and has good stability, which verifies the rationality of the numerical simulation method. The research results can provide some references for understanding the influence of rainfall on the stability of loose accumulation slopes along high-speed railways and establishing a monitoring system.
文摘Monitoring of heavy metals contamination of agricultural products and their transfer and bioaccumulation in crops like rice has become a hot topic worldwide over the last two decades. The findings of this study will be good documentation for risk assessment, and decision-making by environmental managers in this region.
文摘Manadas Creek is an urban tributary of the Rio Grande that flows past a decommissioned antimony smelter and processing plant. This study shows that the Asiatic clam (Corbicula fluminea) is a useful bio-monitor to provide data on the status of metal pollution in Manadas Creek, Laredo, Texas.

文摘Based on the oil and gas exploration practice in the Songliao Basin, combined with the latest exploration and development data such as seismic, well logging and geochemistry, the basic geological conditions, oil and gas types and distribution characteristics,reservoir-forming dynamics,source-reservoir relationship and hydrocarbon accumulation model of the whole petroleum system in shallow and medium strata in the northern part of Songliao Basin are systematically studied. The shallow-medium strata in northern Songliao Basin have the conditions for the formation of whole petroleum system, with sufficient oil and gas sources, diverse reservoir types and well-developed transport system, forming a whole petroleum system centered on the source rocks of the Cretaceous Qingshankou Formation.Different types of oil and gas resources in the whole petroleum system are correlated with each other in terms of depositional system, lithologic association and physical property changes, and they,to a certain extent, have created the spatial framework with orderly symbiosis of shallow-medium conventional oil reservoirs, tight oil reservoirs and shale oil reservoirs in northern Songliao Basin.Vertically, the resources are endowed as conventional oil above source, shale oil/tight oil within source, and tight oil below source.Horizontally, conventional oil, tight oil,interlayer-type shale oil,and pure shale-type shale oil are developed in an orderly way, from the margin of the basin to the center of the depression.Three hydrocarbon accumulation models are recognized for the whole petroleum system in northern Songliao Basin,namely,buoyancy-driven charging of conventional oil above source, retention of shale oil within source, and pressure differential-driven charging of tight oil below source.

文摘According to the latest drilling and the analysis of the burial history, source rock evolution history and hydrocarbon accumulation history, the sub-source hydrocarbon accumulation characteristics of the Permian reservoirs in the Jinan Sag,eastern Junggar Basin, are clarified, and the hydrocarbon accumulation model of these reservoirs is established. The results are obtained in four aspects.First, the main body of the thick salified lake basin source rocks in the Lucaogou Formation has reached the mature stage with abundant resource base.Large-scale reservoirs are developed in the Jingjingzigou,Wutonggou and Lucaogou formations.Vertically, there are multiple sets of good regional seals, the source-reservoir-caprock assemblage is good, and there are three reservoir-forming assemblages:sub-source,intra-source and above-source.Second,dissolution,hydrocarbon charging and pore-preserving effect, and presence of chlorite film effectively increase the sub-source pore space.Oil charging is earlier than the time when the reservoir becomes densified, which improves the efficiency of hydrocarbon accumulation.Third, buoyancy and source-reservoir pressure difference together constitute the driving force of oil charging, and the micro-faults within the formation give the advantage of"source-reservoir lateral docking"under the source rock.Microfractures can be critical channels for efficient seepage and continuous charging of oil in different periods.Fourth, the Jingjingzigou Formation experienced three periods of oil accumulation in the Middle-Late Permian,Middle-Late Jurassic and Late Neogene, with the characteristics of long-distance migration and accumulation in early stage, mixed charging and accumulation in middle stage and short-distance migration and high-position accumulation in late stage. The discovery and theoretical understanding of the Permian reservoirs in the Jinan Sag reveal that the thrust belt has good conditions for forming large reservoirs, and it is promising for exploration. The study results are of guidance and reference significance for oil and gas exploration in the Jinan Sag and other geologically similar areas.

文摘In this study, organic geochemical and petrological analyses were conducted on 111 shale samples from a well to understand the retention, intraformational migration and segmented accumulation(shale oil enrichment in different intervals is unconnected)features of shale oil within the organic-rich shale in the Qingshankou Formation of the Gulong Sag.Our study shows that retained petroleum characteristics in the investigated succession are mainly influenced by three factors:organic richness, intraformational migration and segmented accumulation.Organic matter richness primarily controls the amount of retained petroleum, especially the‘live’component indicated by the S_(2)value rather than the total organic carbon(TOC)figure alone. The negative expulsion efficiencies determined by mass-balance calculations of hydrocarbons reveal that petroleum from adjacent organic-rich intervals migrates into the interval of about 2386-2408 m,which is characterized by high free hydrocarbon(S_(1)),OSI and saturated hydrocarbons content, along with a greater difference inδ^(13)C values between polar compounds(including resins and asphaltenes)and saturated hydrocarbons. The depth-dependent heterogeneity of carbon isotope ratios(δ^(13)C)of mud methane gas,δ^(13)C of extracts gross composition(SARA),δ^(13)C of kerogen and SARA content of extracts suggest that the studied succession can be subdivided into four intervals. The shale oil sealing enrichment character in each interval is further corroborated by the distinctδ^(13)C values of mud methane gas in different intervals.Due to the migration of petroleum into the 2386-2408 m interval, the S_(1),OSI and saturated hydrocarbons content of the interval show higher relative values. The maturity of organic matter in the 2471-2500 m interval is at the highest with the smaller size molecular components of the retained petroleum. Thus, favorable‘sweet spots’may be found in the 2386-2408 m interval and the 2471-2500 m interval, according to the experiment results in this study.

文摘Lipid peroxidation and iron accumulation are closely associated with neurodegenerative diseases, such as Alzheimer’s,Parkinson’s,and Huntington’s diseases,or neurodegeneration with brain iron accumulation disorders.Mitochondrial dysfunction, lipofuscin accumulation, autophagy disruption, and ferroptosis have been implicated as the critical pathomechanisms of lipid peroxidation and iron accumulation in these disorders.Currently, the connection between lipid peroxidation and iron accumulation and the initial cause or consequence in neurodegeneration processes is unclear. In this review,we have compiled the known mechanisms by which lipid peroxidation triggers iron accumulation and lipofuscin formation, and the effect of iron overload on lipid peroxidation and cellular function. The vicious cycle established between both pathological alterations may lead to the development of neurodegeneration. Therefore, the investigation of these mechanisms is essential for exploring therapeutic strategies to restrict neurodegeneration. In addition,we discuss the interplay between lipid peroxidation and iron accumulation in neurodegeneration, particularly in PLA2G6-associated neurodegeneration,a rare neurodegenerative disease with autosomal recessive inheritance, which belongs to the group of neurodegeneration with brain iron accumulation disorders.

文摘The addition of silicon(Si)and organic fertilizers to soil conditioners can inhibit the transfer of heavy metal ions from soil to crops. However,it is not clear how Si and organic fertilizers affect soil properties and the micro-ecological environment and thereby reduce cadmium(Cd)accumulation in rice.In this study, the effects of L-type soil conditioners containing Si and organic fertilizers on bacterial and fungal community diversity, soil pH,organic matter, and available Si were analyzed with field experiments at two sites in Liuzhou City and Hezhou City, respectively,in Guangxi,China. With the increase of Si and organic fertilizer content in soil conditioner, rice yield respectively increased by 16.8–25.8 and 6.8–13.1%,and rice Cd content decreased significantly by 8.2–21.1 and 10.8–40.6%,respectively,at the two experimental sites.Soil microbiome analysis showed that the increase in abundance of Firmicutes and Actinobacteriota bacteria associated with Cd adsorption and sequestration, and Basidiomycota fungal populations associated with degradation of macromolecules favored the inhibition of soil Cd activity(soil exchangeable Cd decreased by 14.4–14.8 and 18.1–20.6%).This was associated with an increase in organic matter and Si content caused by applying soil conditioners. In conclusion,L-type soil conditioners, rich in Si and organic fertilizer, can reduce soil Cd bioavailability by regulating the dominant Cd passivating flora in the soil and ultimately reduce Cd accumulation in rice.

文摘High geostress will become a normality in the deep because in-situ stress rises linearly with depth. The geological structure grows immensely intricate as depth increases.Faults, small fractures, and joint fissures are widely developed. The objective of this paper is to identify geostress anomalies at a variety of locations near faults and to demonstrate their accumulation mechanism.Hydrofracturing tests were conducted in seven deep boreholes. We conducted a test at a drilling depth of over one thousand meters to reveal and quantify the influence of faults on in-situ stresses at the hanging wall, footwall, between faults, end of faults, junction of faults, and far-field of faults. The effect of fault sites and characteristics on the direction and magnitude of stresses has been investigated and compared to test boreholes. The accumulation heterogeneity of stresses near faults was illustrated by a three-dimensional numerical simulation, which is utilized to explain the effect of faults on the accumulation and differentiation of in-situ stress.Due to regional tectonics and faulting, the magnitude, direction, and stress regime are all extremely different. The concentration degree of geostress and direction change will vary with the location of faults near faults, but the magnitude and direction of in-situ stress conform to regional tectonic stress at a distance from the faults. The focal mechanism solution has been verified using historical seismic ground motion vectors. The results demonstrate that the degree of stress differentiation varies according to the fault attribute and its position.Changes in stress differentiation and its ratio from strong to weak occur between faults, intersection, footwall, end of faults, and hanging wall;along with the sequence of orientation is the footwall, between faults, the end of faults, intersection, and hanging wall. This work sheds new light on the fault-induced stress accumulation and orientation shift mechanisms across the entire cycle.

文摘The carotenoid-derived volatileβ-ionone makes an important contribution to tea fragrance. Here,we qualitatively and quantitatively analysed 15 carotenoids in tea leaves of 13 cultivars by UHPLC-APCI-MS/MS.The 13 cultivars were divided into two groups by PCA(Principal Component Analysis)clustering analysis of their carotenoid content, and OPLS-DA(Orthogonal projections to latent structures)indicated that the levels ofβ-carotene(VIP=2.89)and lutein(VIP=2.30)were responsible for much of the variation between the two groups.Interestingly,theβ-carotene toβ-ionone conversion rates in Group 1 were higher than in Group 2,while theβ-carotene content was significantly lower in Group 1 than in Group 2.Theβ-ionone content was significantly higher in Group 1.Pearson Correlation Coefficient calculation between the transcription level of candidate genes(CsCCD1 and CsCCD4)and the accumulation ofβ-ionone indicated that CsCCD1 may involve in the formation ofβ-ionone in 13 cultivars.Prokaryotic expression and in vitro enzyme activity assays showed that‘Chuanhuang 1’had an amino acid mutation in carotenoid cleavage dioxygenases 1(CsCCD1)compared with‘Shuchazao’,resulting in a significantly higherβ-ionone content in‘Chuanhuang 1’.Sequence analysis showed that‘Chuanhuang 1’and‘Huangdan’had different CsCCD1 promoter sequences, leading to significantly higher CsCCD1 expression andβ-ionone accumulation in‘Chuanhuang 1’.These results indicated that the promoter and coding sequence diversity of CsCCD1 might contribute to the differential accumulation ofβ-ionone in different tea cultivars.

文摘Using the data of drilling, logging, core, experiments and production, the heterogeneity and differential hydrocarbon accumulation model of deep reservoirs in Cretaceous Qingshuihe Formation(K1q) in the western section of the foreland thrust belt in southern Junggar Basin are investigated. Nonetheless, plane hydrocarbon distribution is more extensive at the gentle limb than the steep limb.

文摘Based on the typical dissection of various onshore tight oil fields in China, the tight oil migration and accumulation mechanism and enrichment-controlling factors in continental lake basins are analyzed through nuclear magnetic resonance(NMR)displacement physical simulation and Lattice Boltzmann numerical simulation by using the samples of source rock, reservoir rock and crude oil.In continental lake basins, the dynamic forces driving hydrocarbon generation and expulsion of high-quality source rocks are the foundational power that determines the charging efficiency and accumulation effect of tight oil,the oil migration resistance is a key element that influences the charging efficiency and accumulation effect of tight oil,and the coupling of charging force with pore-throat resistance in tight reservoir controls the tight oil accumulation and sweet spot enrichment. The degree of tight oil enrichment in continental lake basins is controlled by four factors:source rock, reservoir pore-throat size, anisotropy of reservoir structure, and fractures. The high-quality source rocks control the near-source distribution of tight oil, reservoir physical properties and pore-throat size are positively correlated with the degree of tight oil enrichment, the anisotropy of reservoir structure reveals that the parallel migration rate is the highest, and intralayer fractures can improve the migration and accumulation efficiency and the oil saturation.

文摘Commercial hydrocarbon reservoirs have been discovered in shallow-water areas of the Scotian Basin, Eastern Canada. This study will provide a valuable reference for the deep-water hydrocarbon exploration in the Scotian Basin.

文摘The Qingshankou Formation shale oil in the Gulong Sag is an important oil and gas reservoir in the Daqing oilfield, with geological resources of 15.1 billion tons. The fabric of shale can reflect not only its genesis but also the nature of the reservoir space, its physical properties, oil content, and development value. Here, the characteristics of clay minerals in the Gulong shale oil reservoir were studied via electron microscopy, with the primary focus on the microfabrics and reservoir space;thereafter, the in situ accumulation was studied and discussed.Electron backscattering patterns revealed that nanometer pores and fissures were well developed in the Gulong shale oil reservoir. The nano pores were mostly 20-50 nm in diameter(median 20-30 nm),irregularly shaped, mostly, polygonal, and connected with nanofissures. The widths of nanofissures ranged mostly between 10-50 nm(median 20-30 nm);moreover, these fissures were mainly formed by F-F condensation of clay sheets(clay domains). The coagulation of clays was closely related to organic matter, especially algae. The clay colloids were negatively charged due to isocrystalline replacement;hence, metal cations were absorbed around the clay, forming a positive clay group. The positively charged clays subsequently adsorbed negatively charged humic acid(organic matter)and initially degraded algae to form an organic clay flocculant. When the organic clay flocculates reached the threshold for hydrocarbon generation and expulsion, the volume of organic matter decreased by 87%;thereafter,the generated and expelled hydrocarbon filled the nearby pores formed by this contraction. Moreover, the discharged hydrocarbon could not migrate due to capillary resistance(~12 MPa)of the nanopores;hence, the nanopores formed a unique continuous in situ reservoir within the Gulong shale oil. This study demonstrated that the Gulong shale oil reservoir is an actual clay-type shale reservoir with numerous nanopore and fissures.During coagulation,a large amount of organic matter(including layered algae)was absorbed by the clay, forming an organic clay condensate that could have provided the material foundation for hydrocarbon generation at a later stage.Thermal simulation experiments revealed that the volume of organic matter decreased sharply after hydrocarbon generation and expulsion.
