Firstly, some experiments about the operator search ability are given and the performance of operators with different donate vectors is analyzed. Then, DAS is presented by inducing the upper confidence bound strategy, which chooses suitable combination of operators and donates sets to optimize solutions without prior knowledge. Finally, the DAS is used under the framework of the multi-objective evolutionary algorithm based on decomposition, and the multi-objective evolutionary algorithm based on DAS(MOEA/D-DAS) is compared to state-of-the-art MOEAs. Simulation results validate that the MOEA/D-DAS could select the suitable combination of operators and donate sets to optimize problems and the proposed algorithm has better convergence and distribution.展开更多

The problem of selecting the optimal set for participating in the fusion process is nondeterministic-polynomial-time-hard and is neither sub-modular nor super-modular. Furthermore, in the case of the Kalman filter(KF) fusion algorithm, accurate statistical characteristics of noise are difficult to obtain, and this leads to an unsatisfactory fusion result. To settle the referred cases, a distributed and adaptive weighted fusion algorithm based on KF has been proposed in this paper. In this method, on the basis of the pseudo prior probability of the estimated state of each source, the reliability of the sources is evaluated and the optimal set is selected on a certain threshold. Experiments were performed on multi-source pedestrian dead reckoning for verifying the proposed algorithm. The results obtained from these experiments indicate that the optimal set can be selected accurately with minimal computation, and the fusion error is reduced by 16.6% as compared to the corresponding value resulting from the algorithm without improvements. The proposed adaptive source reliability and fusion weight evaluation is effective against the varied-noise multi-source fusion system, and the fusion error caused by inaccurate statistical characteristics of the noise is reduced by the adaptive weight evaluation. The proposed algorithm exhibits good robustness, adaptability, and value on applications.展开更多

Simulation results provide practical insights, demonstrating the viability of the control scheme proposed in this paper.展开更多

文摘Video watermarking plays a crucial role in protecting intellectual property rights and ensuring content authenticity. This study delves into the integration of Galois Field(GF)multiplication tables, especially GF(2^(4)),and their interaction with distinct irreducible polynomials. The primary aim is to enhance watermarking techniques for achieving imperceptibility, robustness, and efficient execution time. The research employs scene selection and adaptive thresholding techniques to streamline the watermarking process.Scene selection is used strategically to embed watermarks in the most vital frames of the video, while adaptive thresholding methods ensure that the watermarking process adheres to imperceptibility criteria, maintaining the video's visual quality.Concurrently, careful consideration is given to execution time, crucial in real-world scenarios,to balance efficiency and efficacy. The Peak Signal-to-Noise Ratio(PSNR)serves as a pivotal metric to gauge the watermark's imperceptibility and video quality. The study explores various irreducible polynomials, navigating the trade-offs between computational efficiency and watermark imperceptibility. In parallel, the study pays careful attention to the execution time,a paramount consideration in real-world scenarios,to strike a balance between efficiency and efficacy. This comprehensive analysis provides valuable insights into the interplay of GF multiplication tables, diverse irreducible polynomials, scene selection, adaptive thresholding, imperceptibility, and execution time. The evaluation of the proposed algorithm's robustness was conducted using PSNR and NC metrics, and it was subjected to assessment under the impact of five distinct attack scenarios. These findings contribute to the development of watermarking strategies that balance imperceptibility, robustness, and processing efficiency, enhancing the field's practicality and effectiveness.
文摘Cloud computing technology provides flexible,on-demand,and completely controlled computing resources and services are highly desirable.Despite this, with its distributed and dynamic nature and shortcomings in virtualization deployment, the cloud environment is exposed to a wide variety of cyber-attacks and security difficulties. The Intrusion Detection System(IDS)is a specialized security tool that network professionals use for the safety and security of the networks against attacks launched from various sources.DDoS attacks are becoming more frequent and powerful, and their attack pathways are continually changing, which requiring the development of new detection methods. Here the purpose of the study is to improve detection accuracy.Feature Selection(FS)is critical. At the same time, the IDS’s computational problem is limited by focusing on the most relevant elements, and its performance and accuracy increase. In this research work, the suggested Adaptive butterfly optimization algorithm(ABOA)framework is used to assess the effectiveness of a reduced feature subset during the feature selection phase, that was motivated by this motive Candidates.Accurate classification is not compromised by using an ABOA technique. The design of Deep Neural Networks(DNN)has simplified the categorization of network traffic into normal and DDoS threat traffic.DNN’s parameters can be finetuned to detect DDoS attacks better using specially built algorithms.Reduced reconstruction error,no exploding or vanishing gradients, and reduced network are all benefits of the changes outlined in this paper. When it comes to performance criteria like accuracy, precision, recall, and F1-Score are the performance measures that show the suggested architecture outperforms the other existing approaches.Hence the proposed ABOA+DNN is an excellent method for obtaining accurate predictions, with an improved accuracy rate of 99.05%compared to other existing approaches.

文摘Reinforcement learning(RL) has roots in dynamic programming and it is called adaptive/approximate dynamic programming(ADP) within the control community. This paper reviews recent developments in ADP along with RL and its applications to various advanced control fields. First, the background of the development of ADP is described, emphasizing the significance of regulation and tracking control problems. Some effective offline and online algorithms for ADP/adaptive critic control are displayed, where the main results towards discrete-time systems and continuous-time systems are surveyed, respectively. Then, the research progress on adaptive critic control based on the event-triggered framework and under uncertain environment is discussed, respectively, where event-based design, robust stabilization, and game design are reviewed. Moreover, the extensions of ADP for addressing control problems under complex environment attract enormous attention. The ADP architecture is revisited under the perspective of data-driven and RL frameworks, showing how they promote ADP formulation significantly. Finally, several typical control applications with respect to RL and ADP are summarized, particularly in the fields of wastewater treatment processes and power systems, followed by some general prospects for future research. Overall, the comprehensive survey on ADP and RL for advanced control applications has d emonstrated its remarkable potential within the artificial intelligence era. In addition, it also plays a vital role in promoting environmental protection and industrial intelligence.
文摘Feature extraction is the most critical step in classification of multispectral image. The classification accuracy is mainly influenced by the feature sets that are selected to classify the image. In the past, handcrafted feature sets are used which are not adaptive for different image domains. To overcome this,an evolu-tionary learning method is developed to automatically learn the spatial-spectral features for classification.A modified Firefly Algorithm(FA)which achieves maximum classification accuracy with reduced size of feature set is proposed to gain the interest of feature selection for this purpose. For extracting the most effi-cient features from the data set,we have used 3-D discrete wavelet transform which decompose the multispectral image in all three dimensions. For selecting spatial and spectral features we have studied three different approaches namely overlapping window(OW-3DFS),non-overlapping window(NW-3DFS)adaptive window cube(AW-3DFS)and Pixel based technique.Fivefold Multiclass Support Vector Machine(MSVM)is used for classification purpose.Experiments con-ducted on Madurai LISS IV multispectral image exploited that the adaptive win-dow approach is used to increase the classification accuracy.

文摘This paper investigates the adaptive trajectory tracking control problem and the unknown parameter identification problem of a class of rotor-missiles with parametric system uncertainties.First, considering the uncertainty of structural and aerodynamic parameters, the six-degree-of-freedom(6Do F) nonlinear equations describing the position and attitude dynamics of the rotor-missile are established, respectively,in the inertial and body-fixed reference frames.Next,a hierarchical adaptive trajectory tracking controller that can guarantee closed-loop stability is proposed according to the cascade characteristics of the 6Do F dynamics. Then,a memory-augmented update rule of unknown parameters is proposed by integrating all historical data of the regression matrix. As long as the finitely excited condition is satisfied, the precise identification of unknown parameters can be achieved. Finally, the validity of the proposed trajectory tracking controller and the parameter identification method is proved through Lyapunov stability theory and numerical simulations.

文摘The 2.5 m wide-field and high-resolution solar telescope(WeHoST)is currently under developing for solar observations.WeHoST aims to achieve high-resolution observations over a super-wide field of view(FOV)of5′×5′,and a desired resolution of 0.3″.To meet the scientific requirements of WeHoST,the ground-layer adaptive optics(GLAO)with a specially designed wave front sensing system is as the primary consideration. We introduce the GLAO configuration, particularly the wave front sensing scheme.Utilizing analytic method,we simulate the performance of both classical AO and GLAO systems, optimize the wave front sensing system, and evaluate GLAO performance in terms of PSF uniformity and correction improvement across whole FOV.The results indicate that, the classical AO will achieve diffraction-limited resolution;the suggested GLAO configuration will uniformly improve the seeing across the full 5′×5′FOV,reducing the FWHM across the axis FOV to less than0.3″(λ≥705 nm,r0≥11 cm),which is more than two times improvement. The specially designed wave front sensor schedule offers new potential for WeHoST’s GLAO,particularly the multi-FOV GLAO and the flexibility to select the detected area. These capabilities will significantly enhance the scientific output of the telescope.

文摘An adaptive control approach is presented in this paper for tracking desired trajectories in interactive manipulators. The controller design incorporates prescribed performance functions (PPFs) to improve dynamic performance. Notably, the performance of the output error is confined in an envelope characterized by exponential convergence, leading to convergence to zero. This feature ensures a prompt response from admittance control and establishes a reliable safety framework for interactions. Simulation results provide practical insights, demonstrating the viability of the control scheme proposed in this paper.

文摘Genomic selection(GS)has been widely used in livestock, which greatly accelerated the genetic progress of complex traits. The population size was one of the significant factors affecting the prediction accuracy, while it was limited by the purebred population.Compared to directly combining two uncorrelated purebred populations to extend the reference population size,it might be more meaningful to incorporate the correlated crossbreds into reference population for genomic prediction. In this study,we simulated purebred offspring(PAS and PBS)and crossbred offspring(CAB)base on real genotype data of two base purebred populations(PA and PB),to evaluate the performance of genomic selection on purebred while incorporating crossbred information. The results showed that selecting key crossbred individuals via maximizing the expected genetic relationship(REL)was better than the other methods(individuals closet or farthest to the purebred population,CP/FP)in term of the prediction accuracy.Furthermore, the prediction accuracy of reference populations combining PA and CAB was significantly better only based on PA,which was similar to combine PA and PAS.Moreover, the rank correlation between the multiple of the increased relationship(MIR)and reliability improvement was 0.60-0.70.But for individuals with low correlation(Cor(Pi,PA or B),the reliability improvement was significantly lower than other individuals. Our findings suggested that incorporating crossbred into purebred population could improve the performance of genetic prediction compared with using the purebred population only. The genetic relationship between purebred and crossbred population is a key factor determining the increased reliability while incorporating crossbred population in the genomic prediction on pure bred individuals.

文摘We propose a fast, adaptive multiscale resolution spectral measurement method based on compressed sensing. The method can apply variable measurement resolution over the entire spectral range to reduce the measurement time by over 75%compared to a global high-resolution measurement.Mimicking the characteristics of the human retina system, the resolution distribution follows the principle of gradually decreasing. The system allows the spectral peaks of interest to be captured dynamically or to be specified a priori by a user. The system was tested by measuring single and dual spectral peaks, and the results of spectral peaks are consistent with those of global high-resolution measurements.
